Meiya Luo is the worst agent ever to work with, sheIs very unprofessional and she doesn’t respond she just stops responding and doesn’t answer and has every excuse in the book on why she can’t do something or process a house . We lost a house because of her actions and unresponsive time and she lied and said our application was being processed and it was the first application only to get a cowardly call from her associate to say someone else’s app was processed when I have multiple text messages and calls of her not responding . TERRIBLE AND BAD BUSINESS go elsewhere
