Called to ask about availability and was hung up on. Absolutely rude.

Me and my wife and kids have been here over 3 years and we never complain and we keep to ourselves. We had a few work orders that always took forever to fix. My wife and I were tired of this, so last week we walked into the office to complain and this man said put on a mask to come in so we did and we were who are you and he introduced himself and he told us he sends out monthly emails but we never got them because our email wasnt correct. Well he fixed that and got our work orders completed and like a few hours. Afterwards he asked to send a review and he said if your happy send a review, if your not happy send one also so Ill know what to do to fix your problems. Just let me know what you need and Ill do my best to fix it. My wife was really happy and so am I.

Been here for a month and I already love staying here! Very spacious units, two free parking spots and pretty reasonable rent $! Also the manager Michael is so nice and does a very great job managing two locations!! Chico the maintenance guy is awesome he got all of our issues in our unit fixed so quickly! (They both deserve a pay raise lol) Location is great just off of hwy99 super close to all the grocery stores and i5/205!

Moved here from back East for a job and I found this place. I really like living here. The office manager is very professional and funny. The maintenance man is quick to get your work orders done quickly. Being from back east, you dont get customer service this good. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an Town Home in Vancouver.

I like living here. Close to everything. 10 minutes from downtown Vancouver. The office manager is laid back and not mean like some managers are. Maintenance is great too. I just renewed for another year.

The community is nice. We had a lot of issues moving in that were all eventually fixed. The one thing I don’t like is there are a lot of fees. If you leave something on the porch that isn’t aloud you get fined with no warning. But overall it’s a decent place to live.

Great little complex, quieter and well maintained. Prices are comparable to everyone else in the area and the staff work very very hard to keep this property in top shape! The units are spacious for a small family, with great storage space and nice appliances!

Staff are rude, I’ve emailed, made several phone calls and left messages over time and no one responds. Very, very particular about what you can and can’t have on your patio out back (for instance, you’re allowed only certain colored patio furniture, no welcome mat, a certain amount of potted plants) etc... there’s not even grass where there should be, uneven ground that they’ve thrown in broken mitchmatched cinder blocks to try to cover it up...their “grounds” are terrible and they charge 5 star pricing, but don’t give even 1 star service to their residents. I was harrassed by a neighbor in the middle of the night who threatened my safety, reported it, and was talked to very condescendingly by Jennifer in the office. When I finally returned home after a week of being gone for feeling unsafe, I decided to put up cameras inside to keep an eye out, I received a notice that I needed to take them down. These are just a couple of the frustrations I’ve had Living here. I can’t wait to get out of my lease and move from this overpriced dump. There’s literally a boarded up abandoned house on the property, not 40 feet from my front door... but my welcome mat is tacky? I’ve been a stand up tenant for 2 years, always paid my rent early or on time, I’m quiet, I’m sure there’s other renters out there that will appreciate my renting from them. I don’t like to be micromanaged at home... especially when you don’t even make it a presentable place to live...no thank you.

Ant problem and maintenance request take about a month to get completed but the office manager is awesome and it’s a lot of space for a two bedroom apartment!
