We love it here!! Super chill, maintenance guys are wonderful, staff is amazing, WE LOVE JODI!! This was a great start to our First Home! We will never forget our time here! Love that they have a washer and dryer and a dish washer, definitely something that we were looking for when we moved! We are sad to go but we know that no other apartment complex with compare to Millennium Park! 100/10!!

I have been living here for some time now. Office staff is very friendly. Maintenance crew is AWESOME! and always very respectful. When I need something fix in my home its always addressed that same day no longer than the next day. The manager Jodi and Robert has keep this place in order. Environment is always clean, pools, jacuzzi, gym, park, side walks, dog area, garbage area and all around the complex in order. Jodi has always been respectful and shown empathy for all her tenants. Thank you for always making me feel part of the Millennium family.

I have lived at Millennium Park for a few months now and I can say THIS is the community to live in in Vancouver, WA. The maintenance guys are out all the time maintaining the grounds. If you have an issue they are there very quickly. The grass is nice and short, there is never any trash on the ground. They also have on site mixed recycling which is awesome!The units are BEAUTIFUL and have amazing craftsmanship that you dont see often in apartments.Parking is never an issue. I work nights and there is always adequate parking when I get home. I always feel safe walking around no matter what time of day.Just saying, Millennium Park is a great place to call home! It is obvious that Jodi and her husband take pride in their work.I have edited this review a few times, I just keep thinking of positive things to add about this community.

My wife and I have lived here for three years. After shopping around we found the rent here to be a good price. Its located right by a ton of shopping. Jodi and her husband do a great job keeping up the property with their team. Whenever we needed anything repaired they were very quick to deal with it and theyre very friendly folks. They also make sure people arent tearing through the parking lot so the kids have a safe place to play around the playground on the property. Were leaving as we are moving out of state, but glad we were able to find such a nice place to live while we were here. Thanks Jodi and team for a wonderful place to call home!!!

Lived here for just over a year. Recently moved out. Everything was great. Never had any problems. I work at night and the office was always willing to accommodate my schedule for anything they needed to do. No issues with the move out experience. Overall a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

This has been the best place I have lived! Moving up here from Colorado finding a place was not easy. During my search I found millennium park! The management team is very easy to talk to. They are very helpful and honest about everything! They work hard to make sure that our neighborhood is a safe, fun, and friendly place to live. I love the smiles I get with greetings and farewells when leaving for work or coming home. Not just from management and maintenance team but peers and neighbors alike! Its just a real home feeling!

I lived in the apartment for 6 years and I was very happy! Management is amazing and maintenance is quick! Quiet complex and felt safe.

I have been living here for several years. It was not bad until new management took over here. They are new crews here and need more time to figure out how.

I had the pleasure of living here for two years and have no complaints. The only reason we moved out was because we decided to get a house. Jodi was always attentive to anything we needed and went out of her way to make our time there great. She was always prompt to take care of us. One time, a sprinkler burst and flooded by back porch while I was at work. She personally came down to my unit and drained out all my succulents which surely would have died if left with all that water in their pots. She does a great job of enforcing the rules, but always fairly. You know that other troublemaking residents can ruin someones experience, but she never let that happen. I could always count on seeing her out walking around and giving me a smile and wave. One of the biggest reasons that we chose this spot and remained there was because it felt safe. My roommate has thousands of dollars of music gear and I am a small girl, so living in a place that felt secure was a very important priority. Jodi has really created a wonderful family-oriented community vibe at this complex. I often recommend this place to friends looking to move. You wont regret it.

Ive lived here for 11 years and it is an excellent place to live. The staff and management is kind and courteous.

Good office hours (open until 5:00 PM most days), apartments are well maintained, maintenance people are really cool, and the pool is a nice community gathering area. My only real nitpick is that rent was raised before our first year lease was even up. Im not sure if thats common practice for all apartments, but it was still upsetting.

Its a nice, safe, well maintained and modern style apartment compound. Theres alot of different shopping shops and restaurants conveniently located within a short walking distance right across from the said apartment compound.

The management here are shady and scammers don’t rent here they lie and take your money
