Our stay at the Walnut Grove Landing Apartments was wonderful, this place has become our home and we are grateful for that! We spent almost a year there, during that time there was not a single breakdown in our apartments, all household appliances were in excellent condition. The apartments have the opportunity to use the pool, spa and gym, we enjoyed it and were very satisfied! The apartments host seasonal events such as the Christmas Decorating Contest, which is just a great idea, you can walk around the apartments with a cup of hot cocoa on a frosty evening and enjoy the Christmas lights! I also really liked the work of the apartment team, all the employees are incredibly responsive and pleasant, they always came to help and answered any questions, I would like to thank Samantha, thank you for your work, you are incredible! Thank you!

This was a good apartment, it was very pretty and modern, we enjoyed living there. Our only complaints were related to neighbors, which is really just part of apartment living. Parking is also an issue, there never seem to be spots. The tubs in the units have been sprayed white instead of replaced when they updated the unit, and the spray makes them difficult to clean. Management were always very kind to us, and maintenance was wonderful! All in all it was a fine apartment.

Every interaction Ive had with Audrey has been an outstanding experience. Weve been here almost a month now, the pool is clean and well maintained, when we placed a ticket for maintenance, it was addressed in a timely and friendly manner. The only thing I might list as a bit of a bummer is late night parking can get a bit tricky but hey, thats apartment life!Thanks again Audrey, youre so awesome!!

Changing my review because after being told we did not have any move out charges, we received a bill, and we asked more than once. Not only this but we were charged cleaning fees when we had the place cleaned by professionals out of our own pockets already, before the final walk through, and after moving out. The rent was being raised, without anything getting better, so we chose to move, and now they are attempting to get more money from us. Things arent adding up. Its turning out to be kind of a shady operation. So glad to not be living there anymore.

Place is nice to look at but staff clearly doesn’t know what they are talking about when it comes to leasing. They also don’t update their pricing so don’t go in expecting it to be cheap. I was told to get specific things for move in which was fine and I was given a move in date and then everything that I did wasn’t accepted even though I had valid documents and they were very rude and disrespectful and would not let me talk and ask questions. I hope they see this. Thank you Audrey and Samantha for helping me see that this place clearly lacks character 😊

For a first time apartment renter, this apartment complex was great! I had good neighbors, I felt safe in the community, and the space worked really well for me (1bed/1bath). Because I moved in during June 2020, I wasn’t able to use any of the amenities due to coronavirus, so I don’t have any experience with those areas. However it was nice to have an Amazon Hub station for easy package pick up. The only thing I would comment on is that parking sucks. There are way too many cars and since I work overnight shift at work, coming back trying to find a spot was unbearable to a point I needed to get a carport which wasn’t something I thought I needed, but glad I did. When I did need to put in work orders, staff was so helpful and kind and fast! Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend for first time apartment renters.

Well where should I start I move in on October 2019 some guy was helping me out he was nice but I had problems couple months later and he was not much of help. But than I changed my apartment and management and staff was changing constantly . My favourite person there from day one is Samantha she is the person you would want a go and I am happy to see her grow in a company . Very sweet , nice , helpful, amazing person and problem solver best as she can, I can only say good things about her. I had flood happen Beginning of the year and it was going on for months because they had one manager or supervisor and then he was gone and there are other supervisor was on leave so she’s the only one to help me so much thru that what I went through when that happened to me. When they give her permission to work with me it was like a blessing from the sky she got that taken care less than a month I’m some proud of her that she took that so much time to figure everything out and I’m very happy that she’s there. I would really recommend that a apartment and the only bad thing I didn’t like I work graveyard and In a 3am there is no way you could find parking lot. I have very nice Neighbours I had no problem with any of them I know I’m Young and I like to invite friend over and we are Loud but they never complain they were very Understanding and I tried to do the same if they have someone over. I also have three kids and you know you could hear everything in apartments some very thankful that my kids behave good and had no complaints but I’m sure I’m not everybody will have the same experience but I just wanna say mind that I really like staying there and very sweet staff. Sam as an amazing person that’s the only one that I would always go to and if I ever ended up in my life i need to move I will probably go back there if Sam going to work there there. Also apartment are very clean and I like that you call and they do maintains right away or the next day and had a very amazing stay there walnut grove landing apartment I only give you a 5 star Rating because of Samantha your employees.

I came to visit my niece & cousin at the public pool and there was a dude sitting in a golf cart staring at the young children in the pool !! He was there for so long that we left the pool and arent planning on returning. It’s bad enough that the apartments don’t have AC, and not being able to cool off in the pool safely is a total bummer.

Decent apartments. Spacious, and great dog park. Apartment quality is a bit janky. Paint job isn’t great, funky smell to walls and carpet, finding a parking spot is a struggle.

I asked for some paint to touch up the walls after Christmas and maintenance brought the paint quickly but without a lid. I thought that was interesting. I don’t have the holes patched yet so I wasn’t planning on doing it that day. I put a jelly lid over it but just thought I’d share that I thought this to be interesting.

The gentleman that fixed our garbage disposal was quick, efficient and kind! (Not sure of his name but he was a white man with a slight accent) - I also really appreciate that he kept his mask on the entire time he was in our apartment.

My two roommates and I just moved here, and so far are really excited to live here for the next year. The apartments are homey and have a pretty cute design, the gated community is a plus, and we are really happy with how much “green space” there is.Most importantly, the office staff has been UNBELIEVABLY helpful and accommodating. We moved in from out of town, and are also fairly new to apartment renting, and they walked us through the whole process over the phone, answering every question no matter how many times we asked it. We really appreciate everything they helped us with! Samantha is super friendly and helped us with most of our process, we definitely got excellent customer service from her!! She also just seems like an awesome person. :) We also talked a little bit with Denise, who was also really helpful and friendly. Overall, their staff will go above and beyond to help in any way they can. :)(As a plus, when we turned in our “walk through” sheet, we brought up that there was a bit of general wear and tear around the apartment—which isn’t a big deal at all, simply covering ourselves for whenever we move out—and Samantha immediately asks about things to be repaired and sends in a work order for us. So far, I love this place and it’s staff.)

I have been renting here for the past year and my overall experience has been unreal. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I am safe and always finish maintenance requests within a day. Johnny works in the office and always has been a pleasure and professional to work with. He helped my family when we were having problems with our gate and made sure we made it in safely. I would give Johnny 5 stars for his work alone.

There’s No parking, broken front gates 90% of the time. Everyone got locked out at one point and there were 20+ cars waiting outside to get in. Got my car towed even though I was in the right spot and legally allowed to part there, cost over $500 to get it back. Downstairs neighbor had a mold infestation in her ceiling/my floor was never taken care of. Neighbor tried to break into my house, leaving dents and blood all over my door and nothing was done, never came to clean up the blood. Constant noise or yelling and door slamming of neighbors. Dirty complex littered with cigarette butts, and dog poop all over with people who don’t pick it up. Would not recommend living here at all.

Lived here for just under a year. Very peaceful, Very clean. maintenance is very quick to respond when needed. Gym, hot tub and pool are all very nice and well maintained. Special thank you to Erica at the front desk. Had an issue with a bill and she helped work it out painless and quick. Thank you so much Erica. Staff is amazing and Neighbors are super friendly.

Staff is awesome. New management. The maintenance staff are all amazing and really friendly. Nice hot tub and pool. 24 hr gym. BUT: All of 10 visitors parking spots in the whole community so any time a friend or family wants to come over? DON’T LET THEM! You’ll be paying a 60$ ticket and if it happens again? You’ll wake up to your car towed and a 400$ towing fee to try getting it back. So basically, don’t have a life if you want to live here because they’ll happily take your money for it. And unfortunately, management won’t do anything to fix it.

The leasing office staff is the best. They are always so kind and helpful. I lost a loved one to cancer last year and the staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful and understanding of my situation. Love my apartment. It’s my home. No maintenance problems. But if needed they are always helpful and and friendly. Just a great place to live.

We have lived here a little longer than a year. We have had a really good experience here. The rooms are spacious for my kids stuff and let me tell you, they have a lot of toys. Our room is nice and spacious too and the walk in closet is perfect for all my clothes lol (I have a lot of clothes don’t judge lol). Two rooms with walk in closet. The neighbors, we get a long with well and are super nice :) the maintenance team is so nice and kind. When we need something fixed they show up either the same day, or the next day. The office staff are super nice and fix our problems right away (more specifically Jon).My little family really enjoy our time here.Whenever we walk in the office they remember our name and apartment number. They talk to us with respect and they listen without interrupting us. I really like that.There’s a couple cons: the parking spots are small and tight but I understand they have to make enough parking spots for everyone. So I get it, it just makes parking difficult for bigger vehicles to park. The gate wasn’t working for like 10 months of us living here and just started working a couple months ago. I’m not completely sure why it took so long to fix the gate but I’m happy that it’s working now and keeps people out who don’t belong here. There’s a lot of ants and spiders, but that only really happens during Spring-Summer. Once it gets cold you don’t see them as much. We just spray our apartment and they don’t come back for a couple of months than you’ll have to spray again. You can ask the maintenance to come and spray. Its gross but it’s easy fix. We’ve lived at a couple different places in different locations in WA and you always get ants/spiders during spring-summer.. no matter how clean you keep your apartment. It’s not difficult to maintain.We had a great experience living here. Thank you everyone.

The staff at Walnut Grove Landing are phenomenal. One in particular, Shanelle in the main office is very friendly and goes out of her way to help you. If you need to put in any kind of maintenance work, she is fast at making sure you are taken care of. This is a community and the staff want to make sure your needs are being met. I moved in to a newly renovated apartment with new appliances and was very happy. I highly recommend Walnut Grove Landing for your place to call home.

We just moved in and I am very impressed so far. The staff are very professional, but also nice to talk to. It is very pet friendly. They even have garbage cans with animal waste bags above them for your convenience. The pool is very clean, even though its currently out of season. The flooring is beautiful. The appliances are new. Safety is important to them as they lock the gates at night.

I’ve lived in these apartments since September of 2017 and never had problems up until summer of 2018. I have went into the office to talk to the “managers” MULTIPLE times about a reoccurring incident that still to the day has not been fixed! I am HIGHLY disappointed with the new management. Not to mention it takes forever for maintenance to come and fix something that is broken in your apartment. The parking is absolutely HORRIBLE, so good luck getting a spot by 6pm during the week. Most disappointing thing is that they are taking money from people that could really use it, whether it is $5 or $20. I have walked into the office TWO different times with the same issues regarding my renters insurance and stopping the liability in which I still got charged for! I started renters insurance January of 2019 but still have gotten charged every month since then for the $10 liability. I have given one of the managers before they left my renters policy # including the paper so the can copy it, THEY LOST IT! So instead of waving the fee they CHARGE me ANYWAYS for THEIR mistake!!! It is NOT my fault that the manager was irresponsible and Lost the policy number or didn’t enter it when I gave it to him! I will not be furthering my stay here by signing another lease. The management has went down hill by far..

We’ve lived in these apartments for about 10 months, and just in that amount of time we’ve seen great changes. They’re updating a lot of the outside buildings to look a lot nicer, painting, new roofs, etc. Any issue that we’ve had, they’ve taken care of pretty quickly, and have gone above and beyond to correct any problems that we’ve had. The staff is always very friendly! We like it enough that we just signed another lease. (;

Maintenance responds very promptly within 24 hours and faster if its an emergency and the staff has always been wonderful to my son and I! Definitely a place youd be pleased with! They dont even Deserve 1 star for there costumer service or Apartment complex. They stole mail (government checks) & ect and when confronted they refused to talk. When any other problems came up they also refuse to help or talk. Worst apartments i have EVER EVER lived in. Do yourself a favor and dont rent, itll be the biggest mistake youll make. I toured Walnut Grove Landing after a friend recommended the property for its affordability. First off, I really like that it is a gated community. My only issue I learned off the bat was that visitor parking is scarce. The unit was spacious, well maintained, no odors ect. Jonny helped me out, he was a really cool guy and was able to offer me a move in rate that is unbeatable!!! Thanks

Having lived here since 2015 I can say from my experience that the staff is pretty great, but management may not be as strong as the staff.For example, they have a fee to add a roommate, so if you are single and dont have a roommate currently and move in, if you ever decide to get a roommate youll have to pay a rather costly fee.Also, theyre pretty consistent at raising the rent at the end of your lease yearly. One year I had an increase of more than 200 dollars a month solely because of the time of year my lease was up.I hope this review is helpful.

It wasnt necessarily a bad place to live, as the apartment itself was spacious, but it was extremely restrictive and unsafe to have visitors due to the lack of visitor parking spaces. Also, I offered to come onto a lease for a current tenant whose roommate moved out and got slapped with a $250 roommate add-on fee. Really? My moving in could not have caused such a drastic economic inconvenience for your apartment complex, as another apartment complex that I moved to thereafter had no fee for taking over a lease.Additionally, as a sales engineer, I have a position that required me to travel across the country and leave my vehicle for a week. Apparently, if I didnt move my vehicle every three days, a ticket would magically show up on my windshield wiper.Lastly, there was no enforcement of quiet hours, as I would hear screaming at 12:30 AM on a consistent basis. I understand that the complex is an emerging work in progress, but if youre going to charge higher prices, at least provide the community the quality of service that matches the price.

Dear corporate,Get it together! I’ve been waiting for my deposit check for a month and some days! Why is it taking so long. Been told that it was supposed to be in a few days a ago and STILL nothing. Asked for the office to call you, yet they don’t have a number to reach you at. It’s no wonder management is always changing. They “can’t call” you guys. My husband and I kept up with maintenance. I have pictures/videos to show that everything is UNDAMAGED and CLEAN. We were always on time for our rent, never behind. And this is how you treat us. Wow, just wow. Very disappointing.The parking spaces is a joke. Not enough parking spaces so..... you made a dog park. I guess that was smart. Oh no wait it’s just another reason to up the rent. Might I suggest you take down the dog park, and make more room for parking. It may solve the issue with dog feces being everywhere.The pool water during the summer is disgusting. Please work on cleaning it more regularly. It’s disappointing when you want to take your child to the pool and it has dirt and questionable substances in it.The rent price is ridiculous considering you don’t even have air conditioning.The only reason I put 2 stars is because the room space were pretty good.

If you work after 8pm dont expect to find any place to park at night. they allow too many visitors to park anywhere they want for however long they want. I have mold issues in the master bedroom window and wall, the air quality is horrible.. I cant wait to move away, this place is far from luxury living.. dont let them fast talk you in the office, spend some time and walk around the complex and youll see what this place really has to offer...

We lived here for over two years, and moved out about 4 months ago. The interior is pretty nice - we had a 2 bedroom with the upgrades (granite counters, crown molding, upgraded cabinets, etc.). It was nice, spacious, and decently priced. The current management and staff are really awesome - a huge improvement from the last management for sure (and especially from the Brentwood days). It was probably the most pleasant apartment move-out experience we have ever encountered - the manager and maintenance staff were so nice and actually expressed disappointment that we were leaving. We got most of our deposit back without any hassle whatsoever. Seriously the nicest management!The reason I give it a 4 is because there were some sketchy people living there. My fiances car got broken into and stereo and other items were stolen, and the car itself was also stolen. Although it did seem to improve a bit right before we left, there were still some unsavory people there. When my fiance and I lived there before we had a baby, it worked out great because we werent there a whole lot, but after becoming parents we started realizing we didnt like that part of town, which was the main reason we moved.Overall: the management is awesome/ honest, the apartments are nice, but the neighborhood isnt the greatest (but to give it credit, it seems to be getting better).

My experience with this management company has been one of the best Ive ever had. Shanelle, Destiny and the rest of the team are all extremely attentive, made sure to hear my concerns and expectations, have great attention to detail and seem to truly care about their residents.The one maintenance concern I had with cupboard doors that a contractor had installed improperly during the renovation was handled promptly and the maintenance team themselves are very friendly and helpful.The parking is great as long as you dont come in too late, and most days I have no need for the carport that I decided to get. The parking spots do seem to be a little tight though.I also love how quiet the complex is. Very rarely do I hear our neighbors, though the upstairs floor is a little squeaky lol. I feel very comfortable having my young daughter here and love that there is a park right down the street. Plus were right down the street from the highway so everything we need is very accessible.Overall I am very pleased with my experience and the team here at Walnut Grove Landing. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to move into this area.Thank you!

This place has been issue after issue.Pros:- The property is nice- The units are affordable and spaciousThats all there is going for it. Heres where my review is going to become fully honest, and 100% critical.My dog caught fleas literally the day we moved in. He didnt have fleas at our last apartment. I know this, because we check him constantly, bathe him constantly. Literally as soon as we moved in, I noticed fleas on the bedding, fleas in the bathroom, fleas in the rugs.The parking here is unacceptable. We signed something in our lease that allotted us one spot for a car. My roommate and I basically share a single vehicle, and we were under the impression that while we didnt have a rented carport, we were allotted one single, uncovered parking space. Lets jump to me coming home at roughly 1:30 AM last night. I pulled into the lot to find that my normal spot had been taken by some random pickup Ive never seen before. I drove around the lot for about 45 minutes. I checked every space. Every single space was taken, except for handicapped spots. There were some carports that were totally empty. *There wasnt a single uncovered space in the entire lot, and due to renovation, the company that runs this op had a dumpster triple parked where the future resident parking is.*So, I parked in an empty carport. Nobody ever uses it, I put my tag on my window. Went to bed, came out in the morning to find my car gone. Turns out, itd been towed by a towing company that now wants $282 for a car not even worth $500 to be removed.This company needs to resolve this issue. We believe that its only fair that because they say that they have a courtesy patrol (which I have never seen), and they use issued car tags for parking, that each tenant per room with a vehicle has a parking space. That only makes sense. We, on the other hand, rent a two bedroom unit, and only have 1 vehicle. So logically, this means that these people arent doing their jobs in ensuring that only validated vehicles are being parked in the lots. And thats money that is already costing two working-class folks.In conclusion, this place is nice, but they need to get it together. Obviously theyll be hearing privately and specifically from their two new tenants, because obviously there is a situation that needs to be resolved.

My fiance and I lived here at Camden Place for a couple years while we saved up money for a house and we absolute loved it here!! (: Im deducting one star because things were super confusing when new management took over, but that shouldnt be a problem for anyone new! Their fitness center is one of the biggest Ive seen in an apartment complex and its open 24 hours!! The staff is SUPER friendly and they really want to help you if you work with them. The parking can be an issue on some nights but its not a bad walk inside Camdens gates (:

I moved into here in August and I am so happy to be living here. They have updated the buildings with paint, and cleaned up the ground. It looks awesome! The office staff is amazing, they are always willing to help, and always very nice! Jaden is a joy to work with, and offers help anyway he can! He puts in my work orders in a timley manner, and always communicates to be about issues I have. If you are looking for a great community to live in, this is it!

We have been here nearly 3 years.The Plus Side:Gated community makes you feel a little safer.Nice location close to everything.Weight room.Pool (outdoor and closed over the winter).Hot Tub.The maintenance guys are nice.Washer and dryer in our unit.Glass top stove.The negative side:Parking is a major pain in the neck.Its nearly impossible to get an office person on the phone.When you get an office person on the phone they are nearly incomprehensible as their phone line are whisper-quiet.Crime has increased in spite of it being a gated community.It can take a long time to get maintenance to fix, repair or replace something.There is no plowing or sanding the driveway during a snow/ice event.In that time our rent has gone from $825 a month (with free cable included in the contract) to $1150 a month and the free cable went bye-bye nearly immediately after moving in.The utilities (which are not included in the rent) have nearly TRIPLED. Originally we were paying approx $35 a month for water, sewer and garbage. Now we get our utility bill today, and it jumped up another $30 in the last month or so, to where our bill is $93.00.Summary:I would move out, but I cant afford to as all my money is spent on this place and I cant save up the money to do so now. The best thing we can hope for is a fat tax return so we can get the hell out.

Ive lived here for a year and a half. The maintenance crew does a great job and Jaden in the office is awesome at dealing with any issues we have. I do enjoy living here and would recommend Walnut Grove.

Im glad to say that we are moving out of this place . We have not had good customer service since we have moved here in September. The people in the office mainly the temps have been rude, disrespectful and lack good customer service including one of the maintenance people. The sad thing is that it does not seem like they have much accountability for their attitude or actions. When I have complained about it in the past, it seems acknowledged, but I often leave feeling not confident that any action will be done on their part to improve the staffs performance. Ive read some of the reviews and a lot of it is pretty much on point. Because there are a lot of temps here, you get misinformed and confused because they are either incompetent, disorganized, or not communicating well with each other. It makes living here harder than it should be because of the lack of trust and understanding between the management and tenants. Other than that, it is a nice location; it is near the mall and great restaurants, schools, and parks. When I moved out in Dec 2016 it took them 3 months for me to get my security deposit back from then and the manager yelled at me for asking questions about it. The secretary even lied to my husband and said that I cursed at their staff. I never did that to any of them. I was very much bothered by that and never did any one apologize or admit their wrongs. They just saw me as an annoyance. They said they have so much work to do and I am being petty about wanting my security deposit back. Its my money and its promised in the contract that I will and should get my money back. So it was their job but they didnt know how to do that well.

They advertise pool, gym, hot tub but all three have been unavailable for 2 months and will not be available until the middle of July. They should offer rent reductions for the lack of amenities. One of the reasons we moved here was for the pool this summer and now it will be available for only 6 weeks.In response to the comment below. Yes, the amenities are only open seasonally that is my complaint. You are renovating during the time that the pool is supposed to be open. Residents should have the pool for three months out of the year. yet the renovations are being done during those 3 months and now we will only get the pool for 6 weeks. That doesnt seem like very smart business planning and to keep advertising a pool is not correct since it will barely be open this summer. Out of a 12 month lease 2 months of that lease there have been no amenities for this apartment. Lowering the rent for those two months should have been considered.

Really. ??. People you must all understand that when a property goes through a change in management there are going to be clicks. Lighten up. Manpower is a difficult thing to find in todays world, especially someone who could do a good job. Try donating your own time and pick up litter around your area, mind the one way signs, and traffic circle and keep your kids safe and enjoy your community. Using works to make a business look bad is so not cool. I have been treated very well here so, stop on in and see how you feel. Brand new apartments new staff and nicer people than before. give them a chance, lets all be adults...

Please stay away from these apartments. We will not be staying beyond our lease and are actually considering breaking the lease and moving out, regardless of the cost of doing so. The move-in deals are enticing and the staff are friendly at first, but once they get you under lease, they are rude and unprofessional, especially Destiny and Jayden, the two managers. Do yourself a favor and find a different location for your next apartment.

Never trust any word of this property management here are the reasons why; There are so many hidden monthly fees which should be included in the rent but we keep receiving monthly bills for them! There is no assigned parking and they tow the car without any prior notice! The community is not in a safe place which restricts the parking our car outside the community! The employee of property management are not responsive and they just say we are working on it but never ending! The gate does not work and always open so any stranger is free to come in! Everyone smokes and the whole community smokes cigarette! not a good place for a good family!

So I never do reviews but I think you guys deserve it. Me my girlfriend and my big white pup bear which half the apartment complex knows now love this place. The staff is always super friendly everytime we have a maintenance problem they get it fixed right away. Im glad you guys got new management I understand its not perfect but you guys improve every day! One thing though please add more to the dog park its just a bit to plain! Keep it up! Btw Dave in maintenance you cant leave bear would be heartbroken!

Ive lived here for almost a year now and have never really had any issues aside from the lack of parking after 8, sometimes earlier. However the new management team seems to have a plan to help smooth things out! The apartment was Copperstone when I moved in and fairly recently switched over to Walnut Grove Landing. The team is friendly and doing their best to deal with some kinks from the last crew it seems. Maintnece is EXTREMELY efficient, anytime Ive had an issue its been resolved within a day of reporting. I appreciate their work and managements quickness to get problems resolved.

I have chosen to give this apartment complex a 2 star rating for a variety of reasons. In the two years that my mother has rented an apartment at this complex there have been what seems to be a revolving door of management. While friendly and appearing nice from a very postcard view of things once inside the apartment complex you will find the postcard feel stays at the door. Their maintaining of the grounds is done by cheap companies who dont take the time or consideration to treat it like their own home. The paint work recently done to all apartments was shotty at best. The grounds constantly have animal droppings everywhere despite there being animal disposal bins. If you enter beyond 8:30pm-9:30pm you will be very hard pressed to find a parking spot despite each apartment being allowed one spot per adult driving per unit up to 2 parking spots. The maintenance crew they have has refused to do anything about the broken dryer in my mothers unit despite it needing to be ran multiple times for a single load going back the full time two years that she has lived there despite the many attempts to have it replaced or fixed. They claim to maintain the grounds well but other than cutting the grass and keeping up on repaint (which as i already said is done cheaply and quick). You know why you have earned a two star rating and i truly hope you care enough about your tenants to fix these problems post haste or you are sure to find many more negative reviews

Refusing to give copies of the full lease agreement after complaints of smoke filling my family members apartment because the downstairs people like to hot box their unit. After numerous complaints nothing has been done. Isn’t it illegal to refuse to give a copy of the full lease agreement?? I guess I will have to contact FAIR HOUSING, THE BBB AND an ATTORNEY. all because one does not want to do their job because the tenant “Scares” them. WHO CARES. DO YOUR JOB. I have been at Walnut Grove for about 3 years I enjoy talking to the maintenance staff who fix everything promptly the office staff is just as nice and pleasant always there to help you when you need them I have never had an issue here and I enjoy being here

This place is a joke. It was terrible even before we signed our lease. They lost paperwork, told us different amounts, changed our move-in day multiple times, etc. The communication in the front office is awful, and the only helpful person that works there is Jennifer, the manager. I get multiple calls/emails regarding things Ive already handled. There are kids everywhere, yelling at all hours of the night. Parking is awful. This place sucks. We will not be renewing our lease next year.Only giving it 1 star because it wont let me post without it.

Moving in sucked because they kept asking for proof of employment while my fiancé was starting his new job. However that wasn’t he problem, the problem was we had sent all the stuff we have for proof of employment because he was just starting a new job we didn’t have much information due to he fact it is a union job. They asked us for the information after hours on a Friday when our move in date was that following Monday. Very annoying. Walls are paper thin and our apartment was rushed being worked on, there are holes that weren’t repaired , water damage, and our shower rod was half finished.

Parking is an issue at night. I would recommend getting a carport if budget allows. Make sure any vehicle you have that is used infrequently is moved every five days and street legal or it can be towed without notification. Due to workload, the management doesnt have the resources to notify the tenant in advance.The staff are friendly. The maintenance crew are onpoint, and the grounds look nice. There is a roving security guard.My car was broken in to recently and an Ipod was stolen. Dont be lulled in to a false sense of security because there are some shady residents.

Copperstone is a terrible place to live! Dont bother. The apartments are overpriced, there are nicer places across the street, which are cheaper anyway. If you have a concern or comment; no one will care. Sure, the office will smile and nod their heads; but good luck getting anything done. The gym is constantly in dis-repair. The flys machine had been broken for idk how long. For wont of a $5 trip to a sports store, by the staff; you will never be able to use all of the equipment. You will never get any sense of community here. If you plan to stay here; start feeling like you dont exist now. You will know what it is like to be overcharged here. FIND SOMEWHERE else!

Cant wait to move out of this place 3rd management company in two years and it seems it gets worse every time. No communication with the staff youll get different answers every time depending on who you talk to. The name is the only thing thats changed its still the same low quality, high rent, unsafe community its always been. Car has been broken into three times in this gated community which I attribute to the temperamental gate that works when it feels like it. Not to mention the $97 a month service fee to pay your rent online. I dont understand how you could justify that.

The apartment complex changed hands while my roommate and I were living there. Management before were pretty friendly but they couldnt keep up on maintenance jobs that needed to be done. The new management were worse. They talked as if they cared about you but you never felt like it when you met them.Pros:-New management were quick and efficient with handling maintenance requests.-The look of the overal complex is decently maintained. (clean, gated)Cons:-Parking could be a nightmare sometimes. Not enough spaces sometimes.-Walls seem to be paper thin. Can hear everything from above if you live in the lower apartment.-Management wouldnt do anything about noisy neighbors (even though they said they would).-Management seemed unfriendly most of the time. I got the feeling that they wanted to get people in but didnt care once you lived there.-The heaters in the apartments arent strong enough to keep the place warm during cold winter months.-No overhead lighting in bedrooms or livingroom.Overall, my roommate and I werent pleased with living here. Our lease was for a year and we cant wait to leave. We had no desire to stay at this complex. If you have the chance to live somewhere else...do. I dont really advise living here if you can find another place for the same price.

NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY OVER. THEY WILL GET A $50 TICKETA new system has been implemented that if you do not have a parking pass and you are parked in a regular parking spot you will get a ticket. My mother who has visited for less than an hour has recieved 2 tickets each costing 50 bones. She now will not come visit. The visitor parking is occupied by residents with tags but they dont get tickets. Management wont do anything but say, cant do anything because its corporate policy. Corporate will not respond to complaints on this issue neither will management. Sooo. Good luck on wanting to have gatherings with friends and family.

I have yet to move in, but the staff have been very helpful. They are all a new staff and are working hard on making it a smooth transition. I am moving across the country from Texas to Washington for a job and know not a single soul in the state. I didnt even get to visit the apartment beforehand. I am going completely off of the will of the staff, but I am confident in their efforts. They have made me feel stress-free and confident in the move. Confident enough to write a review prior to moving in even. Shanelle, has been bubbly and sweet and very responsive. It has been a great help to me. Jaden is knowledgable and helped me with some concerns I had and found a solution to it all. Rae, has been patient and kind in dealing with my million questions. Destiny, the property manager has been accommodating and has reached out multiple times to both ensure this transition happens smoothly for me as well as doing a great job in managing the team she has in addressing every need and concern I have had. I believe home is as good as the people that make it home, and after the help I have received I feel like I will be happy being here. That all being said, I am sure that in one year I will be able to leave another review of my experiences of actually living here and am sure it wont be anything less than 5 stars again.

I lived here for a year, and when it came time to move I went in the office to give my written notice, but was told by a temporary employee that it was too late to give my notice, I disagreed and asked the employee (who no longer works there) to pass a message on the the manager to call me, I never got a call back and when I tried to call no one ever answers, and I did not get a call back. So I move out anyway, and they tell me it will have a neative effect on my rental history. Weeks later I get a notice that I have to pay Julys rent and I am being charged 1600.00 and some odd dollars for failure to give proper notice!!! My rent there was only 1259.00 they are charging me 400.00 over what My rent anount was. So because of their employees lack of knowledge I have to pay?? Oh no!! Do NOT move there folks!

My cat got fleas right when I moved in, I had the apartments here bomb my house twice and still had fleas and also ants really bad. The units are overpriced for what u get. When my dryer broke they Jimmy riggd it so its still broke but will work if u fiddle w it. Ive had nothing but issues, they NEVER clean the hot tub, weight room, nothing. Then they charge u for a common area fee or something like that, when literally they will go months and months w a broken hot tub or w.e else may need fixing. All winter long the hot tub didnt work, and the little time it did it was so dirty I couldnt even get myself to step in. Then Ive been here for 2 years and they wont even work w me on expanding my lease even a few weeks until my new apartment move n date is available. I have ALAWAYS paid my Bills, I dont give them issues. I would highly suggest u look somewhere else for ur new home. Also theres NEVER ANY PARKING. And a complex w over 200 units has only 6 visitor parking spots. So u will NEVER be able to have friends over unless they want a $50 fee or unless u wanna pick them up in ur car every time. Also theres mold in the windows and a while back when I noticed and talked to them they told me to just wipe it off w cleaner, its ok. Tried to say it was because I cook too much n the kitchen, when I NEVER cook, sadly I eat fast food cause I cant cook.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE, you will be sorry you signed that lease. The property is under kept (dog poop everywhere), parking is ridiculous, more than half the time the front gate doesnt work, they charge you for things you wont even use, its a big play ground for kids who leave garbage all over the property including your front door, the gym is rarely in working conditions. They also switched over to a new utilities company who only does a flat rate, which our bill is currently hovering around 80 and they told us it would Go over 120+ regardless how much we use. They want to charge us for the carpet even though it hasnt been replace in 7+ years. Worst company ever, I wouldnt even give them a one star if I had the option. Do your research before considering moving here.

Update: I also just want to make clear, they have contracts with Retriever Towing and Parking Compliance Enforcement, both companies who dont care about their reputation, because they had to get new managementUPDATE 2: Not only have they not seen to a single of my complaints, but even more issues are appearing with the sink and the ant problem is worsening. They have taken a work order from me, and have reports to prove I was there, and more than a MONTH has passed since then, and still nothing. I made no indication anybody was in danger or that I was a threat, despite the constant violence and negligence. Stay away.Update 3: I have now been friendly reminded that I cant have unsightly things on my patio. Not like a bike. Not like chalk. I tried to talk my way out of it but all they wanted to tell me was to tape up the pass. My towel rack has been left unfixed for the entire time I live here. I mentioned it before. Kitchen sink frequently fails to drain. The faucet detaches but apparently never re attaches. I have had it worked on in the past. If youre going to change the phone number for your office, it would be nice if you notified your residents.Im really tired of not ever being able to get in touch with anyone when I need to. I have been calling since yesterday afternoon on into the evening and then today and have not been able to get ahold of anyone.Our utilities bill (W/S/G) has skyrocketed the last couple of months (Since Madrona took over) and I called the city to see if they raised their rates. They said their rates had gone up in the last couple of months, but only because of increased consumption. There is something wrong with that, because Ive lived at this property for 3 years, and it has never gone up $30 from one month to the next. I highly doubt that occupancy has suddenly increased that much. What have you guys been doing with the water?? Perhaps faulty meters? Or just overcharging to add a buck or two to your wallets?

The current staff are AMAZING compared to the trashy people they had before. I will say when the team now first took over it was a rough start.. which is to be expected. I like all of the staff including the maintenance team since Erin left. He was a real peice of work. My favorites are definitely Ray and Jayden. Ray is so sweet and really takes the time to listen and understand. Jayden has helped me understand my owing balance and was very respectful and followed through with calling me back after he spoke to his boss. Ive spoken to a women in that office and she never returned my phone call after promising she would do so. I will always go to ray or jayden from now on. The only reason I gave a 4-5 was because parking is still a bit of a problem however, it’s to be expected and also due to the fact that the other women never called me back after calling a few times. To all of the people leaving nasty reviews, give them a chance. They’re a whole hell of a lot better than the last and I appreciate these folks a lot.
