My now-husband and I lived here from August 2018 to July 2020 before moving back to Nevada. This was a fantastic place to live. A smaller complex, lovely landscaping, beautiful floors and wood fireplaces, huge balconies and patios, reasonable rent, and great staff. Maintenance was always helpful when we needed them. Ali at the front office (although I think she’s at another community now) and all the other office folks were so awesome and loved our 2 dogs. We would have lived there longer if we weren’t moving out of state.

Have lived here for several months. The staff is great--very kind and helpful. The maintenance folks are particularly quick and friendly. Great value in a good location, IMO.

Do not move here especially if you have pets. The staff at these are apartments are not professional at all. Maintenance comes to fill work orders smelling horribly of alcohol. Also, office staff and maintenance bad mouth residents to other residents. Recently they have set up traps all around the property to catch residents pets so they can take them to the humane society. Even if they know who the cat belongs too. This is DISGUSTING to me! The picture of this trap has a cat inside. I understand residents need to follow the ridiculous “ no outdoor cats” rule, but this is going too far. This cat could have accidentally slipped out the door or it could be a cat from a house in the neighborhood next to the apartments.

The girls in the office are always so nice! The maintenance guys are really nice also and always get what they can get done as soon as possible, even if emergency maintenance calls cut into their night. Kiara helped me out so much when I was asking questions about the complex and made out of state moving so much easier!

The management and maintenance staff are incredible here. This is the most proactive apartment staff Ive ever had, and very pleasant to deal with. 5+ stars.

This is not a disability friendly place to live...Ive had extensive surgery with 2 months in a rehab nursing home...I can walk with crutches for short distances, but use a wheelchair the majority of the time...when I inquired about a ground floor apartment I asked about accessibility...I was assured they could put a ramp in for me to get into my apartment...I was not able to see the apartment, only a drive by, and look at a model apartment...I noticed the stairs, but also saw the sidewalk further up with no stairs..I even commented it would work, I could just park up top and use the sidewalk...well come to find out I get a call from the manager stating there was a step up into the breeze way and to let her know if I needed a second ramp..I returned the call with yes...a few days after moving in they installed a second ramp...two days later I got a call saying it was a trip Hazzard...The managers sole concern was to be right, her comment I said there were several stairs My response, why would you claim to provide access and then dont, why would you put a ramp in I could not use? Why would you ask if I needed the second one to get to my apartment...They posted my door stating I needed to call their office...long story short, I would have to hire an engineer submit plans, and pay for it...Their bait and switch tactics to pre- rent Apartments is shameful....They offered to move me into another unit, however at my cost...I am in a wheelchair and paid movers...I have yet to unpack everything...if I had a way and the money I would be gone, it is sad to have to say I HATE THIS Group RUN away, dont be tricked...The model apartment is not a good example of what you get..The rudeness and dismissive attitude the management has is beyond common concern for anyone...Go to The Regency right up the street...I would have gone back there but they had no ground floor...I lived there for 2 years a few years back and they have excellent interpersonal skills and loves their tenants...These people are a joke....

Beware of Kiera leavitt (the property manager) Terrible place, staff is extremely rude and crooked, remodels look cheap, they hand out non compliance fees like Halloween candy, oh and when you move out they take your whole deposit and bill you for 3 grand. I will be seeing cascade park apartments in court before I pay them
