We are current renters and are happy that we chose Treeline for our short term lease. We havent had any problems at all so far, the management has been friendly and helpful, online portal makes it easy to submit service requests as well as send messages or look up utility bills etc. The apartment is remodeled, it was very clean when we moved in, cute bathroom and little storage area on the balcony. Awsome location, short drive to any part of town and great area to go on a walk around the neighbourhood. If we stayed longer, we wouldnt mind keep being residents here. Love the valet trash option, love Amazon Hub for all the packages and playground for the kids!

I do not recommend this Apartment. The worst customer service. They are only after your money. The apartment is MOLD infested and they dont do anything to fix it other than paint over it. Do your self a favor and look somewhere else. Before I moved out I made sure that everything is cleaned and had the carpet professionally cleaned. I still got charged $190 for a cleaning fee. What a joke. Please see for your selves. Ive attached the pictures that I took.

Listen here folks. There are problems here and there with any apartment or house. Its how its handled that I would give 5 stars, and my experience has been very good for my few years of living here. Im not expecting a perfect problem free building, with problem free maintenance/management. Thats just not realistic.With that, whenever there was an issue with my unit, they have been able to resolve it in a timely manner. I have had no issues of disrespect with management. In fact, its quite the opposite. They are very kind and work very hard to make sure we are getting what we need.

I love Treeline 604. The leasing agents and maintenance staff are awesome. My apartment is great and the complex is safe and quiet. I plan on living here for a long time!

The two maintenance men from Treeline 604 are awfully nice. They complete their tasks and duties within a reasonable time and in a decent matter. However, management from the main office lacks communication and kindness. We’ve been here for many many years at this location, and yet we’ve never had any conflict occur until now.We’ve showed up and called several times about an issue with our mailbox, and failed to get an answer. It took about two months for them to finally fix it. This was very unprofessional of them! Not only that, but they would look for ways to clean their hands off the issue. They would say “your key should work” but why is it that after so many visits we finally got a new key. No, we did not force the mailbox nor break it, the key that was given to us in the first place did not work. We saw loads and loads of newspaper and envelopes on the road, so we quickly called and asked about our mailbox again. Nevertheless, they would say the same thing. Now after this conflict my family and I have lost our licenses, bank information, hospital bills, personal information, etc.The two people from the office also talk to us very rudely. For the most part there’s always attitude. It seems as though they don’t want to deal with us, and sometimes it’s even hard to talk to them (especially the main lady in charge).Treeline 604 claims to be a friendly environment, but it doesn’t seem like management is living up to it’s standards. This is not our first time feeling discourtesy from the lady in charge at the office. We’ve just never felt it necessary for any kind of report until now. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more people who have gone through this rudeness, but have not reported it. We lost Id’s, bank information, bills, checks, etc.Now, we are unaware of our mail. Yes, one person from the office did tell us to put our mail on hold, but that was a little too late. And who knows if our information has ended up in the wrong hands.

I love living here, honestly the best apartments we have lived at. The new fitness center is great and the play ground is so fun for our son. Lived here for a few months and I still dont have any problems. The parking spot I got is right out side which is so nice for carrying in groceries and herding in our toddler. Love the little back yard type space we have. Wish I had more plants for it. Feels like home :)

I came on here to make sure they know that they’re doing a great job and I LOVE living here at Treeline 604! I was so surprised to see any negative reviews! I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience so far with these apartments. Seriously I cannot say enough good things! Even asked my neighbor when I moved in about their experience the last few years and they also had only good things to say. =) I haven’t experienced summer here yet- can’t speak on the pool people are mentioning. I’ve been here for fall and this winter so far.I needed to get out fast at my last place and they made the move in so easy here, and were nothing but nice and professional the whole time. Thank you Megan! There was never any pushiness either which I appreciated. Sure the remodel could’ve been done with a little more care but I still love it!! It’s cute and fresh and most importantly, CLEAN! 🧼The location is perfect for me, I work in Portland so I’m thrilled I’m so close to both Hwy 14 & 205 and next to all these places by Mill Plain & Chkalov.Maintenance has been top notch- I was blown away by how fast they responded and resolved any issues I had- seriously thanks guys!!!The price is right here too! I was looking at a ton of apartments in my hurry to move and was very happy to find this one priced so good! Definitely can’t complain about the price. Only thing I will say is I wish we either had the door service for trash or the dumpster - and not pay for both. I’d choose dumpster over the new doorstep trash service I’ve been seeing in most of the apartments I’ve been looking at. Overall very happy with these apartments. I don’t plan on moving out anytime soon, but will update review then.Thanks again to the staff at Treeline 604! =)

Melissa and Melanie in the office are absolutely amazing. They made the process simple for us and were friendly and accommodating, helping overcome some obstacles I had before moving in. It was a pleasure to work with them, and Ill be referring others I know to live here as well. The apartments are newly renovated, and just lovely inside.

I pride myself on being a low maintenance tenant, but when an issue arose Melanie went above and beyond to assist in a resolve. She, along with everyone else is very friendly and helpful in any event. The apartment setup is great and feels more like a townhouse community. Its safe to say if rent stays about the same I will be here for a long time. A+++

This place is awful! Cheaply “renovated” apartments where everything breaks, terrible water and with WAY overpriced rent. I’ve lived in these apartments for the last few years and after the name changed to Treeline 604 it’s only gone downhill. They offer barely any amenities, the “security patrol” rarely comes through and no matter how much of a loyal renter someone is they get screwed over in ridiculous “fees” and don’t bother to explain where your full deposit went. Don’t even waste your time here.

Random fees that don’t ever have an explanation. I needed to move in ASAP so I signed the papers the second I saw them and of course the price was raised on them then what they even told me, I get periodic charges for things that don’t even make sense, the pint jobs inside are terrible, the trim looks like a 5 year old did it, the washer and dryers barely do their jobs, they basically just try and make it look appealing so you get swindled to moving in, it’s like staying in a hotel where you’re forced to pay for things that aren’t your fault, I pay almost 1400 for 2 bed 2 bathrooms and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made in my life. I’d like to advise anyone to take your money else where, you will regret moving in but not moving in somewhere else. Water and sewer bills randomly. They’re always declining in tenants so they hit people with charges to help make up for it.

Melanie was amazing! She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She worked with me and stayed in communication during the process. I got a great deal on the move in. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed. The maintenance guy Mike came right out to make repairs even on a Sunday. Im happy with my experience with Treeline 604.

Awful place to live. Fishy charges without a notice added to my bill every month. I pay around $1400 for a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment. On top of that you need rent insurance because anything that happens to the apartment like pipe brakes due to the ice is my insurance that pays for that. They have a really small playground for a lot of kids in the apartment complex. They have a swimming pool that opens on Memorial Day and Closes on Labor Day. Well they never ready on Memorial Day so they open whenever they feel like is ready. During the time the pool is open there is always reasons to keep the swimming pool close. Actually the swimming pool is closed now and if you call the office looking for answers a very rude lady put the blame on someone else. We have a open pool maybe for 1 1/2 months. So bottom line don’t rent here is not worth the money to many dumb rules and very rude staff. Melissa I believe is her name used to be nice but right now I can see her bad attitude any time I have a question or concern.

I lived here for about 6 months. The apartments themselves arent terrible. Im not sure if all the remodels were done by the same company, but I noticed a lot of places where they cut corners to save some money. Ants were a constant problem, even with spray and traps. Management personnel are really pleasant to deal with for the most part as far as attitude. The manager, Melissa, is really nice! The organization in the office clearly needs some work though. I had to go back into the office three or four times to get something on my lease amended because they kept forgetting. They sent me a Notice of Lease Violation after 30 days because they never asked me for my proof of renters insurance. The way their utilities are charged is a little shady and doesnt really make sense, so youll get a final bill for that, even after you have paid your last months rent. I probably wouldnt recommend to a friend.

Awful customer service. Rent is extremely high. I pay almost 1700 for 2b2b. Office staff is rude. Don’t move here. I Can’t wait for my contract end.

After moveout we were charged more than $500 in fees without any explanation, they sent us straight to a debt collector. No idea what happened to our security deposit. They sent me a statement that made no sense and weren’t able to explain it, saying that we just owe the debt collector now.

I have lived here since October of 2015. The management and maintenance staff alike are friendly and welcoming. Since the beginning of my stay here, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Even my dog drags me to the office every day to visit Sheri, the office manager, and literally cries when she is not there. It is a pet friendly community and has plenty of areas to walk dogs. On my move in day, I had a few different people offer to help move things inside from the truck, so residents are typically friendly as well. One downside of living here is the parking. There is one designated space for each apartment and after that, the street will be your best bet for a bit of a walk. Other than the parking, I would say this is definitely a great place to live!

Melanie really is amazing like all the other reviews say! :D She has been very helpful throughout our move from Dallas, TX to Vancouver! The apartment is clean, everything seems to be in working condition.Other than the usual apartment neighbor noises, which may lessen after we fill it up with our belongings, the place is great! The community has been quiet at night, we have covered parking, and we are conveniently located to many necessities and attractions.P.S. The website and google listing marked them as open on Sunday, but they are closed on Sunday. We arrived after a little over 3 days drive from Dallas on a Sunday, but Melanie went above and beyond, coming to get us our keys in the rain from about an hour away. :)Edit after a year of leasing: the maintenance has been very kind and on top of it. I greatly appreciate their efforts.

Its so so, if you want to pay an arm and a leg for a semi decent apartment then youll be fine here. It seems to me that they feel they can hike up the prices as much as they feel for whatever reasons, even though the apartments havent gotten any better over the years. They also like raising fees without notifying you prior to the rise. It seems to me that they are trying to chase out their old tenants by raising the rent as much and as often as possible. It just Sucks that its the only place with w/d in unit and allows pets. Still not getting any better.(Edit) about a year later, it still hasnt gotten any better. They still have people doing renovations with power tools at odd hours of the morning. Even before the office itself is open so I couldnt even call to complain even if i wanted to. Anyone who puts a 5star rating is either FAKE or a lier. No i am not gonna talk with you people. Just finish your stupid renovating and sell it to next management company already like the last 4 management companies did in the last 4 or 5 years.

Called late on Tuesday about a heater with a broken heating element. Gary the maintenance man came the next day to fix it. He was Very quick and polite.

Such a horrible place to live at. The staff dont do anything. there apartments are falling apart. there Plumbing is horrible stay away, you will have bad water. Dirt coming out, there are Mice, Rats infested. They are not smoke free, very loud neighbors at all times and they dont do anything about it.People will park on your spot and you have to figure something out because there 24/7 maintenance never answers and tow wont tow away till they dont hear from management. anyways they are worthless. If you guys have anything broken or issues please make sure you have it in writing you will need all the proof you need just incase they decide to do something like bill you for a lot of things.Also make sure you have a really good lawyer with them you will need it.

One star because I cannot give zero. This management company is racist. They harassed us and tried to intimidate us by following us around every time we went outside. They will also come into your apartment when youre not home and without your permission. They also pushed a bunch of people out so they could get higher rent. Very unethical. Also overbilled us $140 water bill for 1 month w/2 people.

Management sucks! So many rules, people waiting to come down on you for any and everything! Pool constantly closed, way over priced, Apartments not in great shape at all. Would never recommend this place. Like living in a prison as soon as you are on the property. Broken handrails, probs in apartment, maintenance staff are worthless. Horrid management!!

The prices are outrageous! Non smoking property, I can see not smoking near the building is one thing but anywhere!! I dont smoke,but my friend does! Hes a disabled veteran!

I came through door of the leasing office at 5:50pm at asking about information on a place. And I asked if it was too late to see a place. The Asian lady behind the desk said, we dont show places after dark. She stared at we with an irritated get out my pressence look. I said do you you guys close at 6pm? She said yes. And didnt offer any addintional help or information. I turned around and walked out. I heard the office door lock a couple of steps later. It is now 6pm...
