It is a quiet place, the neighbors are good and maintenance always goes the same day when you call. The only problem I had was there is a security box where a code is dialed to be able to enter at night and when that code is dialed the phone rings and you open the door and they had my phone number wrong in the system and It took a while but they fixed it. Apart from that it is a beautiful place, no problem with parking and its safe.

This place is so terrible !!! I’ve had grown men walk in the apartment unannounced they barely knock and wait for you to open the door the office. The office ladies are so rude no one wants to take you serious I’ve had my ac break where in it would be 80+ degrees in the apartment. They’re ridiculous and they’ve upped the rent in ways that just doesn’t seem worth any of it

It is the best place Ive ever lived in my 74years. Maintenance lives here, 24 hours someone is always on duty, great security personnel, something goes out refrigerator etc, its always free. The best neighbors imaginable. Karen, the manager is the best, she sincerely cares about her tenants.

HORRIBLE! I regret coming here! Place reaks of mold, ladies in the front are sooo unprofessional and rude (can’t believe they even hold jobs)! New management has since taken over and hopefully change will come but I’m anxious to get far far away from this place! Needs to be knocked down and re done! If your desperate this is for you! Otherwise keep options and eyes opened!

I’ve visited this place at least 8-10 times to see family and there has never been any bug problems, mold or rats, the only problem was that the bathroom door didn’t lock, not a big problem. Also the pool is lovely and there’s a bunch of sidewalks and grass to take walks.

New owner raised the rent through the roof, from $817 (before) to almost $1500 (NOW); hundreds of families are now forced to move, as the New owners want everyone out so they can remodel the units, to be able to justify the new prices ( note that all units are in bad shape, but the price before was AFFORDABLE, NOW IT IS NOT) Management is not helping at all, they are renewing contracts with a price today and the next day they change the contract again, without the tenants awareness, to show an Unjustifiable increase of the Rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

I like it here beside the fact that when I moved in they left my valet trash box full of trash than gave me a violation letter than when I explained its been like that they removed my bin now Im not paying rent or late fees until they return it as my lease states I have a valet trash bin other than that great place

Life is beautiful ... It is a place that solves. It is inexpensive and includes various utilities, but the building is old. Rainwater filters. The sanitary pipe is clogged. The barcony is old. Parking lines are not well visible. The service and attention of the employees is good. The area is not very calm. But solve.

Current tenant...quiet comfortable place! After the horror I lived at my last apt complex, I can appreciate this place. Structure is older, but it is maintained and staff and admin are friendly. So far so good! No bugs or roaches at all in my unit.

Told them I had bugs in the apartment when I moved in. Flash foward one year and theyre crawling out of the outlets and Im killing nests of them. Instead of doing something they told me it was my fault because i kept dog food in the kitchen. They ended my lease for their mistake

This is actually not a bad place to live if you can work with the circumstances. The buildings are old, as well as the insulation, therefore some rooms may be hotter than others. They make sure you are aware of that with a form when you move in. Doesnt mean the A/C isnt pumping out cool air for the most part. If you really cant stand the heat, I used a portable A/C unit to cool down the hottest room.This place is well worth it for the price, and I had little to no issues with bugs or roaches whatsoever. (I do my own spraying). Maintenance was on time, and if they couldnt be there on day one, they would be out the very next day to help.Maria, one of the managers, was very courteous and she was the one who got me into my first apartment, and i couldnt be happier. Im moved out now, but Id move back in a heartbeat.

My grandmother lived here and was very happy here she had a very nice place it was always kept up. Highly recommend this place! Hope this helps

Every time you go to call the leasing office, if its not convenient for them they have spoken over me and have put me on hold in the middle of a sentence for long periods of time. I literally called to ask about my dog and was on hold for almost twenty minutes before i just hung up. If you need a faster response its better to just walk in.

Its funny how I just looked at the reviews of this place and there is people who have good reviews because they work here or they worked here or have family members working here because this place is very terrible AC is always breaking down it dont fix and when did come to fix something they break something else and say theyre going to order the part and never bring it back... this place is a joke the staff is horrible you can never talk to any of the managers because theyre always in a meeting but yet you see them through the glass doors when theyre in their office by themselves...

A filthy dump

The staff is RUDE and does not care about the people living here or properly maintaining the property. The maintenance staff barely speaks English so it makes it very difficult to tell them what needs to be fixed or ask a question. In less than a year and a half that I’ve been here, I have had countless problems. My A/C broke AT LEAST 6 times during the summer (one time taking more than 2 weeks to fix in the hottest month of summer). My dishwasher has never actually worked despite multiple requests to fix it. The ceiling has leaked TWICE because they didn’t actually fix it the first time (the 2nd time was really bad, flooded my entire living room and caused A LOT of water damage to my stuff). I found MOLD in the cabinet under the sink and when they came out to their “solution” was to just spray a ton of white spray paint over it! It was obviously caused by a plumbing issue so the mold will just keep coming back. I had BEES in my apartment because of a hole in the side of the building. It took them weeks after I moved in for my gate key to work. Plus, the front gate is only closed about half the time so it’s more of an annoyance than safety. It is really hard to find a parking space anywhere near my apartment at night. And the area is pretty sketchy so I have to walk with pepper spray from the other side of the lot.I think the most irritating thing by far was when they repaved the parking lot without providing ANY notice! One night I got home and the entire area near my apartment was coned off without anything to explain why. Then at 6am the next morning two tow trucks started driving around blaring their horns for the next hour and a half to wake people up to move their cars. After about 30 minutes they started towing all the cars. This was so rude and unprofessional but this is the place of “we do the bare minimum that are we are required to do”. Just shows the huge lack of respect they have for anyone else. It would have been so easy to give a week or two notice before hand.

Once a beautiful place now lays in ruins. Structurally unsafe. Major need of a facelift and pest control. Sad sight, could be a beautiful place if they fixed it up. Bright side dirt cheap rent. But like all things you get what you pay for.

The apartment that I have stayed in has never been infested with roaches and I cannot believe that all of these people are having problems with roaches. I think I was blessed with that part. But the reason I am giving a 1 star is because the lady in the office name MARIA...is a person who does not care about nothing but her unprofessional ass getting paid by sitting her ass behind the desk. A lot of people there have mentioned about some things that she is doing under the table but who knows. She is so rude and I never liked her from the start. Carmen on the other hand along with the manager has been very kind and caring since day one to me and my concerns.

Never move in here!!!I put my application Aug. 2016..... Got called Aug. 2017 .... After explaining my life situation of course no one cares.... But they agreed ( Carmen) to work with me telling me apt would be ready this date etc.. Was never ready... After weeks of trying to find the money I put down a deposit. O would always call an ask if I get my money back since they taking forever they said yes... Im here fighting with them and they WILL NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING BACK. SO if you like to live at a place where they just like to steal money from you GO FOR IT..

I have been living here since May and Ive not had any major issues. Any time Ive put in a mainenance ticket, its been handled promptly and efficiently. Considering the apartment complex has a lot of younger families with kids, I rarely have any noise disturbances. The apartments were built in the 60s so the floorplans are a little outdated, but Ive definitely seen worse. Any time I have gone into the leasing office, Im always treated nicely. I also think its nice (and convenient) that each month when you go in to pay rent, they give you a complimentary air filter for your a/c. Its not much, but its the little things. The grounds are always kept up. My only complaint is that the security gates at the entrances never close. Whats the point of having a keypad/access key if they never work/close?edited to add on 4/8/14: the irrigation (sprinklers) are very annoying. they are always going at 7-730am when folks are trying to get out the door to work/school. because kids/lawn maintenance step on/drive over them, they are pointed towards the sidewalks and you get soaked trying to go to your car in the mornings.

After seeing an ad for an available apartment online, I called and inquired about the availability. I told her my move in date and price range. I was told that they would possibly have something available the beginning of May and that I should come in and take a tour. From there I would be able to sign up for a waiting list for May. I drive all the way from Oldsmar only to be told actually they might have something in June. She told me she has over 40 applicants for May and that they dont have an apartment coming up so I cant even get on a waitlist. Also if I even wanted to get on a waitlist I would have to pay a non refundable fee to process an application for an apartment I may not even get because it isnt available??? What kind of shady business is this? And why wasnt this told to me on the phone? Also, upon entering the office there was noone available to help me and when I pulled up a chair to sit and talk the leasing agent looked annoyed. This is the same woman I talked to the day before. She looked bored, and uninterested in anything I had to say and on top of everything it was very difficult to understand her because she doesnt speak English very well. (Theresa) Then the manager shows up with her fake concern to defend the agent at first, and then saying she will remind her to be more forthcoming next time. I am not wrong for being upset. This was a completely unnecessary waste of time. Their customer service is disgusting, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. If they are like this to prospects, imagine how they treat tenants!

Affordable housing

These people are SO RUDE it is beyond belief. I would never rent from unprofessional and rude people like that. Then I speak to the manager who basically blows off my complaint. Nice. This apartment complex needs BETTER PEOPLE WORKING THERE.Im sure leasing from these people would be a nightmare if I cant even get them on the phone long enough to rent the apartment.maybe I should of read all the 1 star reviews and I wouldnt of even called.

The apartments seem to be nice and the community is okay. I have never lived here tho, just visited.

Community was ok. Pretty quiet and I felt safe most of the time. Apartment was completely infested with German roaches and other bugs. They provided additional exterminating, I bombed, baited and exterminated myself, but that didnt even phase the massive infestation. According to their pest control employee, the entire buildings needed to be bombed to get a hold of the problem.

I called to just require about the a 2 bed room. And the girl rushed me off the phone and was very unprofessional. But these apartments are kind of cute.

Its horrible! I live in building 2 and my car got flooded over, my ac doesnt work, the plumbing doesnt work, the bathtub leaks, there was shot gun sounds outside... they never gave me a key card and told me I need to BUY one when u move. RANDOM WORKERS JUST WALK INTO YOUR HOME! They always, always leaving the freaking door open. I had to lock my cats in my room because I didnt know when they would come over (even if you arnt home) and I didnt want my babies to run away. Dont ever live here..

Just within this past week Ive heard multiple gunshots, my car has been broken into, & Ive encountered the THIRD freaking BAT in my apt!!! Unsafe conditions and the office doesnt care at all. Loud music at all hours of the day & night and neighbors with annoying pets. Nothing is being done. Maintenance never fixes anything correctly or even at all. And at one point they lost the key to my apt and no one knew. Avoid at all cost!

This apartment is a peice of $#!t the customer service here is horrible and the water in the sinks is brown the a/c in most apartments doesnt work they give you a price and then change it after you sign the lease ! DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE LOW PRICE !! The neighbor have loud music 24/7 and security doesnt do anything my car was also broken into here my apartment is infested in roaches completly and pest control does not come ive invested money in pest control services of my own with no results honestly this apartment should be knocked down and remade because its trash the roof leaks so much to the point where i have 4 buckets around my house collecting water when it rains my roof literally has sploches of mold and they wont do nothing to fix it.

My ac is broken u ask them to come fix it they take a week and I have to continue to call constantly to have them come and when they do come obviously they dont speak English so I had to get into an damn argument with the guy cause he said I said Apt b instead of apt d are u serious ?? I know my address !!l Then my ac has a leak instead of them replacing it they refill it with feron and say to watch it really ! My ac is constantly running its always 85 degrees my electric is reaching the sky because of this !!they have the nerve to send flyers out telling ppl to keep ac set at 75 and on auto !! I had to the patch up the cracks in the walls because of how bad the roaches are !! When u look under the sinlk everything is patyched up with plastic bags and and tape !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE !! I now see why I moved here its cheap !! You get what u pay for !! So much drug activity all u see sheriffs all over the place !! Everyone that works in that damn office lives in these apartment and I bet they have all the best appliances and theyre actually works !! Buyer beware worst apt we moved in and it said it was clean.i dont think so had rosches broken electricsl plates and not enough visiter parkingHad my car break down after hpurs had to park in a regular space because i didnt want to walk all the way on the other side of complex to find a visitor space and they towed my car.what a sham dont have anybody visit you here at night or you will be towed.i would never of moved into this place its run down and staff is a joke.DONT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!

Was there for less than a month before having to break my lease. Roach and spider infested apartment. Did not even get the chance to cook in it. Had to threaten to call the health department twice prior to getting them to just inspect the apartment. The lady that answers the phone and works in the maintenance office is the rudest uptight stick in the ass person you could ever meet. I have 2 kids and they stayed there MAYBE 4 nights since move in because of all the roaches and spiders. Terrible place.

I lived in building 50 Townhouse there was a rat that came by at night a few months later it died in between the wall by the kitchen and living room they took forever to come open up the wall to take it out 😷 I didn’t have problems with roaches but the people in the office were very rude and get mad when asked for info . Viví 4 años, y nunca tuve una respuesta positiva, todo viejo, cucarachas, problemas aire acondicionado, con el antiguo dueño, ahora tiene nuevo dueño, y han hecho cosas nuevas, pero en la oficina sigue el maltrato a los inquilino. Lo digo por experiencia, no valoran todo lo que nuevas dentro, al final te vas y ni el deposito te lo vevuelven. Reparan todo, para el próximo, con tu deposito, mala experiencia en ese lugar.

I like their apartments, their surroundings, sufficient parking. I only recommend that they make more cabinets, the largest closet because it has space and the fronts should be a little more private.

Ive been living here for 7 years and 7 months and I really like it. If I let myself be carried away by the comments I would never have asked. It is good that I request since it is a quiet place, I can not complain about the maintenance, the apartments are very well distributed, that sucks, I do not know, because mine does not suck, I try to have the entrance hall clean because The one that lives here is me and I even have a scent machine and it smells very good. When I renewed the contract they inspected the entire apartment and only raised $ 20.00. I imagine they go up depending on the conditions you have in the apartment. When I have had a maintenance problem they have always responded the same day, if they are old apartments and as everything nothing is perfect, anyway I like living here.

It is a quiet place, with good spaces in green areas. Pity that they do not do good maintenance, the very dirty facades and water the lawn in the nights with black waters the smell is terrible. The good thing is that it is economical and the apartments are well distributed.

I do not advise anyone to live here, it is true that the prices are lower than elsewhere (in another place that gives maintenance to the apartments, not here) yesterday I arrived from work and there was a black spot on the ceiling when I approached were Comejenes, (I uploaded photos) were everywhere in the curtains on my furniture, and supposedly they had sprayed. For me it is very good to arrive at my house to have tranquility and feel good, and in this apartment complex it will never be like that, the plague that exists in the apartments, the filtered ceilings come paint it and follow the problem, the airs that are They break often, bugs, termites, spiders. Very bad attention in the office, they treat you as if you were not a person, as if you were a despicable being. The bathrooms are a mess. I am sure there are other apartments that may not have so many problems, but if you fall into one that has, how sad to pay money for something that is not worth it. I paid 965 and they raised me to 1042 first place that I see the rent rise so much and do neither maintenance nor anything. I do not recommend it to anyone. Run away from here. Run out of here.

The place where you are going to receive the worst possible treatment in the office, starting with the manager who is the most racist and rude thing that can exist ... the apartments have thousands of problems, to which they do not give solution, they pass the hand by up and the next day you are with the same problem again and two or three more ... but yes, every time you have to renew you will go up because the market is going up ..
