I moved here back in 2018 fro New Jersey and have had nothing but good experiences. The office staff is professional and courteous. The maintenance staff are also professional and very responsive to any issues that may arise. My family and I love the atmosphere with all the trees and shade from this brutal Florida sun lol. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with park East apartments the ladies in the office are extremely nice and professional as well the community is very peaceful and quiet not to mention it’s beautiful the trees I love the pond area ! The gym is nice and quite big . For these to have been my first apartment I am very satisfied with my choice ❤️❤️

I honestly am blown away by the responsiveness and the true care Rose put into transitioning me into this beautiful apartment I will call home soon. I originally started with a smaller unit but had expressed that I would prefer a bigger unit. A DAY LATER, Rose came through and I honestly am blown away. I am beyond excited to move in. ALL of the staff Ive encountered are super sweet and kind. The grounds are upkept and simply BEAUTIFUL. I honestly feel like Im going to be living on a resort. I cant put into words how stunning the grounds are. NOW THE APARTMENT... BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS. Luxury style living with beautiful kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. Closet is space is also really nice. I got lucky and my unit comes with a fireplace, washer + dryer hookup and the space specifically designed for it. There is MORE THAN ENOUGH counter and cabinet space and the balcony feels private enough where I can still see the pool and have a stunning view. I honestly am so blown away. Rose helped make feeling like moving here would be HOME. She was responsive, KIND, patient and quick at replying and getting back to me about any questions I had. Let alone the fact that Rose kept her promise in doing the best she could to get me into the apartment I had my heart set on. Cant wait to move in. 5 stars!!!

I moved here from Miami back in January 2020, I haven’t had a problem with anything here from the staff to the apartment. The staff have always been so nice and very rapid in their responses.

I Love living here going on my second year , Maintenance is quick and professional . Only issues is the gate never works and the gym equipment is always broken or breaks while using it . (treadmills) Really wish these issues would get fixed one of the main reasons I moved here . Neighbors seem to mind there business and everyone has a job . I love my apartment and have no issues wit landscape they keep up with the ground .

The apartment,met is nice, the neighborhood is quiet. Only thing I hate: are the bugs. No matter how clean my apartment is (I’m kinda ocd), there are still bugs everywhere. I’ve been here 11 months, and it just gets worst. I also think it’s because the apartment has sooo many cracks everywhere. Like When I see bugs in the bathroom, they just run back in the cracks in the baseboards. Like I said, other than the bugs, it’s a pretty nice place to live.

RENTERS BEWARE!!!The ladies in the leasing office were probably the only good part of my experience there. This was the worst apartment experience ever. Learn to co-exist and be at home with roaches if you plan on living here. My apartment burned down in the middle of the month due to another renter’s negligence. Park East didn’t find somewhere else for me to stay for the remainder of the month, and didn’t reimburse me for the remainder of my month’s rent. What a rip off!

I notice its a lot of bad things said about Park East, but i have been living here for the past 2 years i love it here the staff is friendly and treat u like family anything i need done ii put in a work order and its done the guys that work the property really are hard working guys from sun up to sun down. I enjoy living here everywhere You live there will be issues no place is perfect its up to the neighbors to help keep where they live a clean and peaceful environment.

Nice apartment.. quiet .. I didn’t have any buggies.. except mosquitoes when it rained but i keep my front door closed and my patio screen door closed my patio wasn’t screened in .. maintance always came on time ... I didn’t have any issues👌 Didn’t have any problems with the office paid my rent online some times 3 or 4 days late paid my late fee went on with my life 🤷🏽‍♀️

If you want to mingle with roaches this is the place to go. We had a nice 2bed 2ba apartment I must say then first it was one and two roaches then they just came out in huge numbers everywhere you can think of I have never seen anything like that in my entire life!! And on top of that they were about to raised the rent I was like hell no time to go, apt was nice though

I’ve lived here for 2 years (almost 3 )and I’ve never had any issues . The apartments are clean , pest control comes on a regular and the grounds are kept . Maintenance guys are always working .Honestly great price for the surrounding areas . It’s all about how you keep and maintain your apartment.

I just moved in a month ago and I love it here. It’s quiet, peaceful, and maintenance is super quick whenever there’s a service request. The office staff was nice when I came to visit and inquire about moving in and have been super helpful and sweet ever since. My apartment had no roaches or even a trace of roaches.I did have a minor flea issue because my neighbor wasn’t treating their dogs and I ended up tracking them in on my work pants. I put in the maintenance request late one night and they were there first thing the next morning, they bombed my entire apartment in a day, did a follow up treatment the next day, and even did follow up treatments over a two week span. I haven’t had any issues since & they still check without me asking.I don’t blame the complex though, I blame the neighbor for being irresponsible and inconsiderate....

I just signed my third lease here, and have to say Im pretty happy to call this place home. The buildings are a bit older, but theyre really cute apartments with nice private patios/balconies and theyre really reasonably priced. The neighborhood is a good spot, lots of food and shopping around and the plaza right next door is under renovation now with a brand new gym and a grocery store going in. The apartment complex itself is pretty quiet, the only downsides for me are that there are a lot of people with big dogs who dont pick up their waste, the gym has been unusable basically since I moved in (broken AC, key fob not working, etc) and the AC in the apartments are older units meaning your electric bill may be a bit high (my 1 bedroom has a bill of around $150 a month in the summer). Theres a lot of negative reviews about cockroaches as well, and my apartment had them upon moving in. They would go away and resurface a few months later throughout my first year, but after the people who lived under me moved out (loud, dog barking for literally hours at night, leaving dog poop on their porch for weeks at a time) they went away, and I havent seen a single one in over a year. So I think if the neighbors around you are reasonably clean it wont be much of an issue, but thats a gamble youll take no matter where you decide to rent. Overall, for the price these are nice apartments in an up and coming area and the office/maintenance staff are friendly and responsive.

This place sucks. There will be roaches and the pest control that you pay for only comes like once or twice within a year. The tenants love leaving their trash all over the parking lot and in the grass and NO ONE picks up after their animals, so watch your step. There is also a cat hangout near the rear of the complex where there are about 7-10 cats daily. The cats walk all over your car at night and they love to hang out on your balcony as well.The staff was rude and always unorganized. They NEVER answer the phone and if you dare to walk into the leasing office, they always look like they do not want to be bothered by you.The front gate wasnt working for at least 8 of the 12 months that I lived there. And when the gate finally did work, people could not access it properly so youll have to sit there for 5-10 mins while the cars pile up and wait for one car to get in. The reserved parking is a joke, I paid the extra $15.00 a month for a reserved parking space and still had to leave notes for the people who parked in MY space more than I did.I would have to go to 7-eleven to pay my rent with cash because the stupid leasing office has a DROP BOX that can only be used during business hours because its INSIDE THE LEASING OFFICE (the dumbest thing I have ever heard) and their online payment site charges like $30 to pay rent.I am telling you from experience, this is NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO LIVE. Even if the price is right, it is not worth it. I would rather pay more for better service, a nice community and peace of mind any day.

Ive lived here since January and I didnt realize there were so many negative reviews here. Everyone Ive dealt with has been nice and helpful. Its an older complex so obviously you have to expect there might be an issue here or there but the staff has always been helpful to any problems I had. When I first moved in the heat wasnt working and I work long hours but the maintenance staff was very accommodating and got the problem fixed immediately.

Listen to the reviews on this place. I know it looks like one of the cheapest deals in the area but if you’re not ready to fight them tooth and nail about their cockroach infestation, then don’t waste your time and money. We moved in thinking if we were clean, we wouldn’t have to deal with the roaches. Well they wouldn’t let us view the apartment we were moving in to prior to signing any paperwork, which should have been our first hint. The DAY we moved in I dropped one pizza crumb on the floor. Within 20 minutes there were several adult and baby German cockroaches crowding it. As I was cleaning I found several adult roach bodies in and on cabinets and many scurried out of my path, into the walls, sockets, and pipes where I couldn’t kill them. We immediately notified management. All they did at first was send in Massey, who only placed monitor traps in the kitchen and bathrooms. Of course by the time they came back they were filled, which was two weeks later. They left the traps and did nothing. When we complained they replaced the kitchen traps, not the bathroom traps two weeks later. When we complained the nothing was changing they gave us a paper for the treatment they would be doing. Basically it said we needed to clean everything up, take everything out of cabinets and clean behind our stove so they could spray on all those areas. Then they would lay baits, so we would have to make sure not to leave any water or food anywhere out of a closed container. While it wasn’t easy with a small child, we managed and made sure to keep it spotless for weeks. While the infestation seemed to dissipate for a few days, the roaches came back with a vengeance within two weeks. They would cover our kitchen floor anytime we were in there. We found a lip in the carpet where they also infested the carpeting pad. They were in our cabinets, crawling all over our closed containers of food,dishes, and utensils. Since then they have sprayed twice with little change. It has been 4 months of living with this infestation. We enlisted a lawyer to help us break our lease. Their response was to head in with the manager of Massey and cite our closed spice containers as the problem, saying to move them to the pantry (where by the way there are also roaches). They also said there was not an infestation because they “didn’t see anything.” So not sure where to go from here and hoping our lawyer pulls through. We’ve never had to break a lease before but I’m ready to blast this apartment complex on every forum possible. Also, the a/c, water pipes, and window seals all have issues. Good luck if you still choose them.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Park East apartments. From the poor condition of the apartment (large stains on the floor, broken cabinets, broken dishwasher, broken shelves, old appliances, and highly infested with cockroaches) to the absolutely abysmal customer service, our experience with them started poorly and ended even worse.The building was so infested with cockroaches that there were cabinets and drawers we didnt even use due to the feces left in there. We would see up to 8 roaches every day. To say that they building is disgusting is an understatement.Now on to the ridiculously poor service. From the beginning, the staff was unable to correctly fax our contracts in the correct format until finally they gave up and mailed it to us. In order to get anything done by the staff, I had to go into the office at least two or more times. Getting our broken dishwasher fixed took four trips to the office and the first time I went in they accused me of not knowing how to use it. Turns out the whole dishwasher was so broken it needed to be totally replaced.On a separate occasion the staff admitted to not know how their own online payment system worked. I found this out when part of my rent/utilities didnt show up. After being assured that it was correct, I was told later she was wrong and it was not correct. In fact, she admitted that many other residents bills were wrong as well. This was one of two separate billing mistakes.Every time I walked into the office I was treated like I was annoying them. I was promised they would call or email us about various things that I asked them to do and they consistently failed to follow through.The area surrounding the apartment was sketchy to put it lightly. We were woken up Christmas morning to the police asking if we heard anything in the area. We often saw sheriffs cars there on a regular basis.Their gym was small and useless, the gates were broken (and left open) for a majority of the time of the year we were there.Dont make the mistake of moving here.

My car was stolen from the parking spot right in front of my apartment. They dont have security cameras like all the other apartment complexes, front gates useless hardly ever works correctly.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!Do not move here! you will get ripped off and you will have to live with roaches of all kinds! Pictures will be posted on here shortly of alll the roaches I have had to live with since i moved in here. When you try to contact the owners they do not respond and on top of those issues, their ventilation for dryer units are out of date. I had to replace my heating element twice with out of pocket expenses only to find out after requesting maintenance multiple times I had 4 soda cans lodged in my dryer vent from 2003 (the cans were marked from 2003 super bowl). Thank God only my heating element was damaged and not my dryer exploding from lack of heat ventilation. My utility bills rose so high during this period and they dont want to pay anything. I have had the AC go out at least 3 times on 3 separate occasions, and I have had problems with drainage in the bath tub. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH STAYING!Ive reached out to JMG Realty only to hear nothing in response to my questions. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Living here now for over 3 months and I just don’t get where all of these issues come from that I see everyone reviewing. We’ve had no problems here at all, bugs, etc. Pest control has only come out once and we keep up with it ourself to prevent any issues it’s really not hard and not expensive.

Been a resident for almost 2 years and now there is a new owner and new management, the ladies at the office are very present, maintenance comes when asked to to fix anything. They have been dealing with cleaning up what the last management didnt handle and with all that still they keep smiles in their faces. Love it here. 😊

I havent even been here a month and I HATE this apartment place already ! First off moved into this apartment 5/20/16 the next day we seen bugs in the apartment ... This a week later we got flees !! Then I went to pay my rent last night and they do not have a drop box for rent ! WHAT APARTMENT PLACE DOESNT HAVE A DROP BOX FOR RENT ????!!!!!! Now i have to pay $100 for a rent fee.. I called and spoke to the manager and she said thats not my problem . I dont know how that isnt your problem when you have a VERY UNHAPPY resident living in your complex ! I DO NOT recommend this apartment place AT ALL !

I lived here for a year and I was out. It’s sad to actually read these reviews. My friends told me not to live here when I first had my daughter because of the roaches. I was like well we’re clean so it won’t be a problem. I SHOULD HAVE LISTEN. No matter how clean you are THEY DO NOT DIE. Pleave believe everyone on here talking about the pest control issue. It’s the worst. You’d think they signed the lease. When you turn the light on good luck on finding your floor. IT’S that BAD. ive never had a break in as far as my car. But the roaches are unbearable and embarrassing. My friend that came down to visit literally left and got a room, and she’s from the projects.

When we first moved here March 2015 it was very nice tammy was the manager and we had no problems at all. now that is under a new management we have lots of problems my mother was at the hospital for a month and since then we have problems with new neighbors stomping up and down the stairs 24/7 people are getting to be really nasty letting their dogs piss and s*** everywhere they dont pick up after their dogs and they run around with no leashes, they are getting to be very disgusting dont even put the trash in the dumpster just throw it everywhere, our water was contaminated and on top of that someone vandalised our BRAND NEW CAR, tried to break our apartment

Horrible place they are thieves they have no intergrity. At the begining everything looks good then they bring out their real faces. The lady At the leasing office rose Is a lier dont belive anything she says. She said that the deposit for holding the apt was Refundable, at last they did not refunded The money. I called more than 20 times they never answer and i left voice messeges too. Reviews matter check all the reviews its not a lie. At first i thought it might be different but its not. They might say that the reviews are from the previous owners, but they have been the owners for the last 2 years. They suck Belive this.

First off dont move here.. They put up cameras to watch whos putting trash in the breezeway but wont watch cameras to see who broke in my damn car TWICE ... 2nd maintenance SUCKS ass.... I asked one of the the guys If he could fix my a/c for me he said it was to cold .. wth .Dont move here..

I currently live here. I am counting down for my lease to be over. first let me tell you they have a roach problem that going to the office doesnt help at all because they dont come at all. I have lived everywhere and my car has gotten broken into. we have caught knuckleheads plenty of times trying to break into cars. The phone to the office does not work at all so if you have an emergency you mine as well call 911. cops are always in the neighborhood. theres a huge cat problem. I have a newborn and feel so uncomfortable going outside to just enjoy the air. theres trash everywhere. I feel like I live in the slums. I hate that you cant do payments with money orders anymore which causes an inconvenience because thats extra money we have to take out of our accts to make sure payments are paid on time. I wish I listened to the reviews before coming here but I loved how the models looked which are nothing like what I got but its a lesson learned.

If I could give no stars, I would, the office lady is nasty and unprofessional, I have been here for 2yrs, and any time you put in a work order it either gets forgotten or they come weeks later. I have a roach infestation and although the exterminator is suppose to come once a week, Ive only seen him 4 times in the past two years, I only stood because I did not want to change my kids schools, but this is the last year for us,THIS PLACE SUCKS BIG TIME.... I ended up here because nothing else was available in the time i needed. If it didnt cost to break my lease, i would have left after the 1st month. New staff is needed! Before I moved out, I already filled up the notice form, put my address in Thailand so that I can get my deposit back and gave it to the staff in August, 2016. Before I turned the keys in September 30th, the staff checked with me again about my new address so I told her to cross out the previous address that already showed on her file and changed to the new one in the United Sates. She also said it will take about 1 month to get the refund back.Today, October 25th, I just got mail from the apartment that Im no longer got my deposit back because I did not sign up the moved out form. How come that they dont get my notice !!!!! So, I asked my friend who is also the resident of the apartment go to leasing office and find out the answer for me.The manager said she doesnt have any paper or move out form from me and ask me about the copy of that form. How can I have that copy if the staff didnt make a copy and give it to me since I gave them last August?? If its really important, the staff should make a copy without my asking. So, I asked them to find my move out form again because I did give it to the leasing office since August. They also insisted that I should have the copy if I turned in the form. So, I told them that I dont have the copy because the form is only single paper and the staff didnt make a copy for me. They still insisted that I should have it because they give the copy to everyone who turn in the forms.However, it turned out to be that this apartment was took over since September 1st and I turned in the form since August. Thats why I dont get the copy because it was different staffs and companies. Also, Im pretty sure that by the time of take over period, the staffs lost my move out form and tried to pass all of the faults to me by insisting that if I dont have the copy of that form, they cant change anything which means they will not give me my deposit!!To be honest, it is not my fault at all. Actually, it is their responsibility to take care all of the paperwork from their clients. They just cant make mistakes and pass all of the faults to clients. This is so unfair to me and illustrates to their irresponsibility.I hope this review will help you guys make the decision not to live here. This is 100% true story. I also really regret that invite a lot of my friends to live here. So, I dont want you guys have any bad experience like me. I would give it a zero if I could. First off the office staff is beyond unprofessional. They surprise inspections on you, and if you have a animal that isnt in a crate their solution in the end of June is to leave him or her in the balcony. The manager has been rude on multiple occasions yelling at us for the dog peeling near the leading building, asking for Maintence to be done-apparently its our fault the second week were there the sink starts leaking? You think she is being nice and working with you but Im reality shes being fake and lying to you. Beyond that, Maintence is beyond horrendous. Our apartment had mold growing in the a/c since November. We called the office informed us they would contact us when it came in. They never did. We followed up in a few weeks- the Maintence guy who is nice told us he put it in another unit he would have to reorder and let us know when it came in again. Never did. This went on until late april until I took a day off of work to ensure it would get put in- but it was a iffy situation since they dont make appointments for anything when thats what Maintence was telling us to to the whole time. We have had multiple a/c issues, bug issues- they use a toxic chemical not safe for pets or children yet its a pet friendly complex- this was told to me by the guy spraying our apartment while petting our dog. The complex is trashy-quite literally, have heard of multiple peoples cars being broken into. Parking is a joke- you can never park in front of your building because no assigned parking and people having multiple cars for a 1 bedroom apartment. I have seen on occasion people throwing dog poop bags in a trash can out of the can and on the ground. We have been here for almost 9 months now and the gate just started working and sometimes it still doesnt. We thought we were getting a decent apartment in a gated community. What we got was a trashy place, with rude staff, behind a broken gate. I would look elsewhere if I were you.

Worst experience from any leasing company I have ever seen. The management is totally unprofessional. They have so called online billing options, but when you check your balance it still shows debt that has been cleared. Therefore, they come up with a theory of the billing cycle has not been updated. These things should be immediately sent over to the billing company to resolve. They are not understanding to the elderly at all..
