I love the location. There is somethings that I would change. Thicker floors so you would not hear when people upstairs are walking/yelling. My front door is too close to the next one. Switch bus flex with something that runs every 30 minutes or at least every hour all the way until 11:00 pm. If you are like me and you like riding bikes, every once in a while you will catch a flat and have to find a bus home. Also I dont know why but my data signal is a bit weak inside my apartment. Overall it is a lot better than my old apartment.
