Aarons Heating & Cooling was the first to answer my call after contacting 3 companies. Our sales contact was pleasant, professional and thorough and provided a met quote over the phone. Our installers were equally professional and courteous. Very happy with the results and will continue with the company for future maintenance. Keep the good work up guys!

Let me just say these guys are awesome -22 degrees and these guys installed a new furnace. These guys do not disappoint. i first met with them on the dot 9:30 am. A few scruffy guys came and i was kinda worried.But man did these guys know their stuff. The man that was in our house walked me through everything they were doing. He made me feel a part of the process while educating me at the same time.The even vacummed our chimney and ducts before install. There was 2 guys under our house in -22 degrees. Let me say that again... negitive 22 degrees. The crew manager made sure ever 10 minutes to check on his guys. they had great communication letting the guys go in the car to warm up until they were needed for the next step of the process.The crew manager apologized for the guys going in the car so much. Of coarse this wasnt a problem for me. It was cold i would have had them come in but it was 30 degrees inside. After the install the crew manager showed me everything about the system. After they vacuumed the carpet where they were working. Now thats service. After he educated me and stuck around ti make sure everything was functioning correctly.If i could give 10 stars i would great service great guys and you can tell they really are commited to making the customer happy. Do not fret over these negitive reviews. I am a young parent of 3 boys they bent over backwards to make sure we had heat for our kids. They did our grandmothers furnace 3 years ago my inlaws last year and ours this year. I will go to them for now on. Great guys great business 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I have never had a more terrible experience with new equipment. I bought a manufactured home just a tad over a year ago. The home came with a new AC unit installed and sold by Aaron’s Heating & Cooling. I have also never sat down an taken the time to write a review, but I am THAT MAD. Within the first summer of moving in my AC unit started leaking Freon. Aaron’s came out within the week, no issues. Then early this summer (roughly around Jan/Feb) the same issues arose. I spoke with one of their techs and he came out, and turned off my unit at the breaker, and said he would be back. He never returned, and throughout the week I was told multiple days they would arrive. Finally... almost TWO weeks later I got an older gentleman to my house and he said he would put in a “stop leak” stuff and refill it with Freon. During this process he ran out of Freon, and said it should be cold now but I will be back tomorrow to finish filling it. Ok... so a couple days go by and no tech... so I called. I was told by the person on the phone he did stop and fill it, and I responded with no, I have cameras all around my home and there was no one the last two days. He said he would call me back, he did, and then swore that the guy came. Now almost a month later I have yet again a leaking Freon NEW AC UNIT. 3 times in barely a year is unacceptable and instead of trusting these guys warranty work, or their word for scheduling, I am paying a reputable company in Sioux Falls to come to repair it. Two of my phone calls with Aaron’s also ended in a tech hanging up on me angry that I was calling. AARONS HEATING AND COOLING IS TRASH. I will continue to pass the word around town, and Aaron, if you would like to call me, I’m guessing you have my number!

Great service needed hot water tank they were able to install tank the next day and all the way the old one

I had my a/c unit checked and cleaned. I was a little low on refrigerant so that was added to fix our problem. The service was great. Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were great. Turn around time was the day after I called for service. Highly recommend. Will use them for all my heating and cooling needs in the future.Thank you!

Aarons is fantastic! They fixed our ac in the summer and it was just one part and they had us cool again. Today we woke up to our house being 46° freezing! We called and they were here in 5 minutes and had heat working within 20. Very reasonably priced, great service and most importantly, both times they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need! Thanks again for the great work and fantastic service!

I wish I would of taken a picture before we tore out all the ducting work, that was before I found out who had done it! It was a cobbled mess! When someone that knows nothing about it can notice the mess...there is a problem! This work was done for a elderly woman before we bought the house. She told me who had done the work and I told my husband. He called them about it and whom ever he was talking to hung up on him! Nice way to conduct a business!SHAME ON YOU! I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL PEOPLE NOT TO USE THIS BUSINESS!

Always professional and quality work. They have worked on the furnaces and air conditioners in the homes of my children , even came on a Sunday and fixed the furnace on a very cold miserable day. The cost is very reasonable. Will continue to use this company in the future.

Said they would be here Friday then said sat before 12 and now they said Monday. If you want to be comfortable in your home I suggest finding a different company who is actually reliable.

Called Aarons heating and cooling , had to go to work but my furnace was continuously running. They called me met me at my mobile home and changed the thermostat. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and not expensive. Thanks Aarons 👍

Do not use this company!! Made an appointment early Saturday morning and was guaranteed a tech later that day. After waiting until the late afternoon we tried calling them back and it went straight to a personal VM. Tried calling the company throughout the day Saturday and Sunday but still went directly to vm which was full.Another company couldve seen us on Saturday but by time we found out this company was no good they were booked so we had to go the whole weekend in 100f temps with a non functioning central ac. Not to mention wasting our entire day Saturday waiting for their tech.They tried calling us back today (Monday) and were very unprofessional. I would recommend going with a more reputable and professional company like Frisbee.

They didnt fix it the first time, so we had to sit in a warm house over a warm weekend. When I called back expressing my disappointment, all they said was, Im disappointed too, maybe you should try to find someone else.

These guys saved us this winter when our old furnace went out! Fast, professional and reasonably priced.
