I didnt use their service, but the staff helped me solve my problem over-the-phone. If they are that kind, informative, and patient on the phone, they are probably fantastic for in-person services.

I was having some issues with my AC this summer. They were able to come out the day after I called and they were even early to the appointment. The fix was really easy and quick but the tech gave me some advice and tips on my unit and answered a lot of my questions when he was done.

They had a great bid and the work seems pretty tidy. However, they installed the AC unit on the front of the house when it was supposed to be installed on the side, the thermostat inside the house was hung kinda crooked, and paying them has been a circus. I got their name through my property management company, but contracted with Superior directly. I called Superior four times and left voicemails asking for the invoice to pay them. They never called me back. I finally got a hold of them on the phone and they werent able to find any information about my installation and said they would call back. No call back. Today, they called wanting to know why they havent been paid. When I asked Superior to send me the invoice, they told me they sent it to the property management company and I have to go get it from them! Now, I called the property management company and they dont seem to have it either. Ive never had to work so hard (or spend so much of my time) to give someone thousands of dollars.

Best by far service by any heating and cooling company. Perrys work is similar to his name Superior.

My heater was broke and pretty old. They came out within the hour and let me know what was wrong and quoted me a fair price to fix it on the spot since they had a fully stocked truck and it was fixed within 3 hours of me calling them initially. I was very pleased with there service, honesty and integrity. I would recommend them to everyone in Sioux Falls. They also offered me a quote to replace the system due to the age and cost of the repair and offered a payment plan through a few different lenders and if my credit was better I would have just got a whole new system, I feel like they have my back with heating and ac until I can save up for a new system. Very impressed and satisfied with Superior Heatings friendly, fast, affordable service. Thank you. 😁
