I had a heating issue come up on a Friday afternoon on the coldest day of the year. Mark came out within 90 minutes, explained everything to me and had my problem solved quickly. Great service and reasonable rates. First time customer, Ill be back. Thanks!

Mark was great. We had a furnace problem that was hard to detect the source of. He kept us informed of what he was doing and why he was doing it. Mark also gave us some great tips on our vents, filter and thermostat. Being fairly new to town, we feel fortunate to have come across Schempp Heating and I would recommend them to everyone.

I paid $90 to get a quote from these clowns, and 3 weeks after being told someone would be out to look at my rooftop unit they finally showed up asked for $90 for 30 mins of work and then never even sent me the secondary quote I needed to submit to my insurance. I was never called back 2 times. Once after speaking to someone directly and once after leaving a voicemail. This is the very first time Ive ever felt the need to leave a review on anyones page and hopefully the last. Larson was here 3 hours after my very first call btw.

They are very knowledgeable and I feel reasonable when it comes to cost. They installed my furnace over 10 years ago and I have had no issues. I do follow the standard maintenance. This is a very reliable company and I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough about Schempp Heating and A/C. Honest, Dependable, Class Act, Professionals, Mark and Dale are top notch. In the middle of February my furnace when out on 2/5/2020. I live 10 miles out of town and didn’t realize I was without heat until well into the middle of the afternoon. That isn’t very promising when it’s below freezing outside! I was able to get ahold of Mark Schempp and he made it out that very afternoon to check on the furnace. Mark has been doing a great job of keeping the 26 year furnace running over the past year but unfortunately it’s time was done. Mark calmly explained the situation to me and my options. Didn’t pressure and just reassured me they could handle it. A day later he showed up And replaced my furnace and he stayed until 8:30 making sure it was done right. He wasn’t going to let us go another night without heat. Trust me you don’t find service like that this anymore, and they are family operated. Truely the best, period.

Professional and worked us into the schedule quickly

We had them do the HVAC work for us when we finished our basement. Great work, reasonable price. Weve also had them come out for a service call for our furnace when we had no heat in winter. Fixed it quickly and economically. Theyve also helped us with our AC unit a couple times. We definitely recommend them.

I called Schempp after our basement flooded. Mark came out, helped assess the damage, and then agreed to come back and get our furnace fixed the next day so we could get the heat back on! He even dealt with the remaining water in the basement while he quickly repaired the furnace, rather than suggesting replacement. This is not the first time weve used Schempp, and every time has been a great experience!

I called Schempp as a recommendation from my Home Warranty company after having a bad experience with the first company they had recommended. Schempp was very quick in their service timeframe! They came within two hours of my call to fix my AC unit on a very hot day (it was 95 degrees in my house). The technician, Dale, was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. Thank you for bringing AC back to us in the high heat of July summer! I will definitely use your company in the future!

Made a service call to the company for no heat...did not receive a response for 45 minutes about when/if they will make it out. Since it took so long to hear from them, I contacted another company that acknowledged our situation immediately. The owner of Schempp proceeded to give me a very rude phone call about how I didnt let them know via phone call (even though I texted them). I have no obligation calling you immediately when it took you 45 minutes to respond to our situation.
