My AC stopped working in the middle of the night. I called these guys at 7am the next morning, and they were to my house by 9:45 which, to me, was super fast. Ben was very good at explaining the work that needed to be done, if it was necessary and how it would benefit us in the future. He also was conscious about using their maintenance plan to save me some money which I very much appreciated. I’d recommend these guys any day!

Was researching furnace duct cleaning for home. Rep provided great explanation of all services and costs their company provides. Info was clear and concise, and rep very personable and respectful. Working on decision.

I was told by receptionist when I called to make appointment I would get estimate....before fixing/ didnt happen.Replaced a pressure switch and furnace now working.I had asked tech to replace airfilter also, to which he said ..he has a better one for me to look at. Ok...then he came back from his service van w / filter and went into selling me an entire filtration system along with maintenance contract. . It was up to $3000 at one point.I declined the contract and filter system.I paid my bill without even seeing an invoice. Technician left my home and I went downstairs to shut off lights and saw he hadnt put filter compartment door back on and I realized I didnt get filter changed out like I had requested. I called and asked if he could come back and do that for me. When he came back ,he had filter in hand but proceeed to tell me price had gone up. ( My furnace 12 yrs old and very familiar with cost of filter plus researched to get approximate price$41.25 for one or 8 pack for $215 w/ free shipping. ) Exactly the same filter!! AirServ tech gave me price of $288 just for filter. 7 times actual cost. I balked at the price..he agreed he felt it was high. He said someone from their office would call me. No call/ 48 hrs later.

The service was replacing several Ground Fault plug-ins and moving a AC and Cable wires from an inside wall to the outside wall which was enclosed as a screen porch. The wall was approximately a full foot width, and 2x4 ‘s, to go through, creating a major project.This was accomplished and checked out to ensure everything was working. We are very pleased with the results and very impressed by the “can do” attitude in completing the job!

Ian was great to work with! He did our estimate and was not pushy and gave us options for not only our system, but financing. He was friendly and easy going. Under NO circumstances, should you use this company. They are unscrupulously high with rates. They are unethical with diagnostics and all about monthly contracts. I was overcharged by 4x the first time I used them and the second time I had them here, I halted further service and said I wanted a second opinion. I got one and had my repair done for 1/8th the price AirServe told me I needed to spend!I was had once by them and very nearly a second time, too. Folks need to be very wary of this company. I wouldnt want you to be taken for thousands, unnecessarily!

Our AC went out, and with being in 90s lately we knew we needed it to get fix asap. So we called Aire Serv and they told us, that next Wednesday would of been the soonest they were able to come out but they will also put us on a Emergency wait list just in case something opens up and they get out there sooner. The every next morning before 8am they called and told us they have get someone out there between 10-12pm. When 10 came the repair man was there right away and looked at our AC unit and knew actually what the problem was. our compressor went out so he put in a new part and got us up and running and check over everything else to make sure there were other problem. He was very professional! And very well knowledgeable! And I would definitely recommend this company. And will definitely use them again!

I contacted them because I needed a new A/C mine was 20 years old. We had a date scheduled and low and behold mine broke down before the new one went out before the appointment. So they worked with me and moved up the install date. The tech was really nice, informative and a job well done.

We recently had AireServe repair our furnace but then did not have full function of our thermostat. They sent out Jared to check in out and he was AMAZING. Our AC was not cooling and with 90+ degree days in the forecast, a broken AC unit was not an option. I called 6 different companies on a Saturday, so all I could do was leave a message and wait to hear back. Airserve was the 5th company I called, but they were the first to get back to me (less than 10 minutes). When two other companies got back to me, the soonest they could schedule me was 4 days out, but Airserve was able to come the next day (a Sunday no less). Ben showed up and was very professional, yet explained everything in a way we could understand. He was able to fix the AC fast and get us back up and running in no time!

These people are awesome to work with. I got a technician out to check my furnace and he showed me exactly what was wrong. A cracked heat exchange on my old furnace ended that furnaces long life. They worked smoothly with me to get a quote on a replacement and couldnt be happier with that process. The install technician was extremely helpful and polite. Will be keeping this company for all my heating and air needs for sure!

Ian, Tyler, and Kyle did an outstanding job from the quote to the installation top notch. Response time was surprisingly quick based on a quote I received 3 years ago. Send an email for an updated quote at 8pm and by 815pm had a reply! After hours was a surprise to me. Was at the house the next day looking over the project taking video for the installation guys and scheduled for Monday install. Time of quote to installation was about 48 hours. Quote came in on a Thursday morning and installation completed Monday afternoon. Received a morning courtesy call from dispatch they were in route and arrived 15 min later. Both Tyler and Kyle answered all my questions throughout the day. They checked in with me when leaving for lunch even! The professionalism of this organization has just earned my future business. I’ve signed up now for their yearly maintenance program on all three units! Keep up the great work team!! Thank you. A happy customer!

Jared came out at 3am in a flash! Our heat went out sometime late p.m. Its -5 degrees outside. We have 3 kids, cats, and no heat by midnight. We tried fixing it ourselves...then called a pro after 2am. He had it fixed and reheated in less than an hour. Super awesome service.

Been a good experience over the past few years as I have had a service plan with them since I believe 2017. I had my fall service done and they recommended full replacement this year due to the heat exchanger showing signs of wear and an undetermined life expectancy. Keep in mind the unit is also 19 years old. I was told up front that they are one of the more expensive in the area. I got a quote from another reputable company in town and they came in significantly lower for the replacement cost so I opted to go with the other company. I will say though that I never had a bad experience, just decided to do what was best financially for our situation.

Air conditioning went out on Friday and was 80 degrees in my house with the August heat wave. I called Aire Serve at 7am that next morning and they had a technician (Michael) over that same day. I thought I may need a whole new system, but he performed his duties admirably and thoroughly. It turned out to be a bad capacitor. Thankfully, he had the right capacitor. He replaced that and charged up my Freon for me. Slept very well that night. Michael and Aire Serv saved me a lot of hassle and money. Thank you!!

Our experience could not have gone smoother. Jared and Don were polite and incredibly knowledgeable. They treated our furniture with care and worked at pace. AC unit went out recently and I called Aire Serv as I saw they were available 24/7. With it being so hot out I was desperate for anyone to come out and take a look to get our AC up and running again. I couldnt have been more happy with the service I received. They were able to get a technician out to my house the same day and when Josh arrived he did an amazing job of going over everything that could be the issue and did some additional checking to verify everything was as it should be. We replaced the air filter and discovered the compressor needed to be replaced. I was very happy with the price provided to me for the replacement and more than happy to sign up for their annual service package. This type of response and customer focused service gave me great peace of mind if issues arise in the future with my AC or furnace.

I had an with Amazing experience Serv! I purchased a new HVAC system and the service from Jeff and Tyler was exceptional. They kept me informed as to what they were doing / what the plan was and worked wonders with the limited space they had within my house. I know it wasnt an easy installation by any means.Ian did a fantastic job explaining exactly what I was purchasing and what the plan was for installation. I was able to email him with a few extra questions and got a quick response. He even helped got things coordinated with Mr. Electric to replace my power panel. Not having to coordinate getting an electrician on site myself was a massive time saver.I ran my new furnace over the weekend and my house was the most comfortable it has been in my time living here (and that was even without the UV air cleaner running yet!). The whole experience was great. Jeff & Tyler were the installers. Extremely knowledgeable, great communication skills and outstanding work ethic. Kept me informed, answered my questions immediately. They worked very hard and left the area cleaner than they found it. If I ever had issues again I would ask for them.

Had a leaky drain on the blower by the furnace and AC in the basement. Needed a replacement on both. Called Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire and received a prompt, professional answer. Ian came to the house and took his measurements and surveys. Instead of trying to upsell, he informed us that our AC was too small and our furnace was too large. He was honest and up front, advised us to take the middle-of-the-road package for our home size. Didnt try to sell us on some fancy platinum package. I received a phone call every time they had an open tech before the installation appointment just verifying that our AC was working because they could dispatch an open tech if needed. Techs were prompt to the appointment. They were very clean, professional and did a great job. 5/5, would use Aire Serve of the Sioux Empire again.

I had Aire Serv do a preseason checkover of our heating system. Service Technician (Jared Iverson) arrived on time the day of appointment. I was pleasantly surprised on how thorough he was. All aspects of the furnace operation were checked and found to be in proper operation and performing at prescribed factory standards. When finished, this 10 yr old Heil furnace needed no parts replaced. This too, was a nice surprise. My thanks to Jared for doing a great job and explaining things as he went through the preseason checks.

The technician and receptionist were both friendly and professional and came the same day. I spent $500 replacing a couple parts the technician showed me. He said he would email me more information on repairs or maintenance my AC may need. I never got the follow-up email. Several days later the AC wasnt keeping up. They are however very good at following up on payment as its due at service and I wasnt home when he completed. I received multiple voice mails and calls to get paid that day. For a repeat customer Id expect an invoice in the mail since I couldnt stay while the technician finished. They also left an annoying advertising yard sign without asking me first.

Kyle did a great job with the inspection and was a very informative salesman. Jeff Kitchen and Austin did a great job on the install and let us know what was going on with each step of the process. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job overall. Thank you guys!

If you have to have a furnace replaced, I absolutely 100% positively recommend Aire Serv of Sioux Fall. Folks I have to tell you, I work with contractors all of the time, and not all contractors are honest and or responsive. (almost none in my experience) Air Serv is the exception. I was having a problem with my furnace turning on and off, on one of the first cold days of the year. I called on a Sunday, and they scheduled an Engineer to come out the proceeding Monday morning. Tessa the tech did a quick diagnosis of the furnace...turned the furnace off, and immediately and told me not to turn the furnace back on. She told me that I had a fire in my furnace. ( I know you are supposed to have fire in a furnace but this was the bad kind). There was soot all over inside the furnace, I am certainly glad that we didnt have to wait for someone to come out and diagnosis. Tessa told me that Ian from there sales department would reach out the same day. Ian came out to my house at 6 pm that evening and we made our choices, Ian recommended one of the best filters and UV light system on the market to clean the air going into the furnace, one of the best choices I could have ever made! My son has Asthma and is allergic to cats, my daughter had cats in the house and he was always experiencing issues... she has since moved out, but we still had a problem with cat dander in the house. I am glad to say since we put the filter/UV combination in the house he has not had a reaction since. The system has been in the house for 2 months. It made a difference the first day. Unbelievable I know, but absolutely true! We did have Air Serv clean the Air Ducts also since we where replacing the furnace, I fully recommend doing this. The guys where great and quick, I have a 3000 sq. ft. house and they finished in the less than a day. The furnace was installed in less than a day. We had to wait only 3 days for Air Serv to come and install the whole system. I would like to give a shout out to Alan, Tessa, Ian, Jeff, Don and the whole team at Air Serv Sioux falls. What a great job and what a great experience!

Had my furnace go out on Saturday.. Jeff came out and was amazing I have never had anyone ever be so thorough and friendly... His attitude was outstanding... We are so happy with the service. Tessa came within an hour of our call that the furnace quit working. The original fix did not work and she called for additional assistance to find out we had to replace the furnace. Ian came that afternoon to discuss options explaining all the possibilities. With it being on Friday, they offered space heaters to get us through the weekend. Monday morning came along with Jeff and Don to install the new furnace. Within an hour of them being done Rick, the electrician came to complete it all. The furnace is working great.

Kyle and Don installed a new central air unit and furnace in my home. They were very polite and professional. I would recommend this company anyone.

We have been having furnace issues for a little while (however furnace still working just not always kicking in) and called Aire Serv to come out for a diagnostic/bid because we have known we were going to have to buy new and didnt want to wait until it was completely broken. Initial diagnostic person came out and before leaving made a point to say well if your smell or hear anything turn off the furnace... and immediately left. Shortly thereafter another individual came to give us a bid (I dont recall hearing the furnace run but this individual claims that it did while he was there). Shortly after he left we did smell this odd burning smell which we had not had before (as mentioned above the furnace had been working before we called). We fortunately had called for a second bid from another company (not a diagnostic, a bid) and he also noticed the smell so asked us to look at the furnace even though he wasnt there to do that. We were with him the entire time and found that Aire Serve had failed to reconnect the wires to the capacitor and he kindly fixed it for free and made sure things were working before leaving (never charged us but truly cared we had heat through the weekend still working as we have young children). I called Aire Serve and discussed this and they just made illogical excuses, #1 the wires may have fallen out (are you kidding me wires dont fall out and if they did you failed to connect them properly) and #2 the capacitor must have completely gone out (nope indeed it is up and working now that the other company fixed your mess and they did it for free). At minimum they should have give us the diagnostic fee back but stated well you should have called us (the other company fixed for free why did I need to call them). This could not have just been a coincidence, intent undetermined but hopefully incidental and not intentional to ensure we had to get a new furnace immediately. Oh side note, Aire Serve diagnostic fee alone is almost 3x the amount of other companies - you can then assume how that could reflect the cost of actual services.

My experience with Aire Serv was awesome. Tessa was able to come over right away and tell me what was wrong. She was up front about the options that were available to me for repair and explained everything clearly. She also gave me some good, easy suggestions to help my furnace last as long as possible.

Had a new AC system installed today. Tyler and Kyle were courteous and professional! I’ve been using air serv for years and everything has always been top notch.

Our AC had been freezing up in the fall and then again in the summer, as it was hotter than hot! We called Aire Serv, and they sent Jeff (technician) out the same day. After inspecting the inside and outside, Jeff showed us where a valve was literally leaking oil... shucks. We were planning on leaving town 6 days later, so I was worried they would not be able to install a new one before then. I was wrong! They installed the new unit 2 days later! We felt like Ian did a fabulous job of checking the specs of our house and giving us a good estimate on a unit that was just right for us! Jeff, Don, and Ian all showed great professionalism and care as there was a sense of urgency in getting the new unit installed. Ian also came out a week after install to make sure we were satisfied and everything was going okay. We felt like all of the staff were honest, reliable, and truly had our familys best interest in mind. We would definitely recommend Aire Serv to anyone in need of service, repair, or install with heating and/or cooling!

I had Furnace Problems on a weekend with sub-zero temperatures. I really appreciated getting a real person on the phone right away. Each person I talked to from Aire Serv from the person answering phones to the furnace technicians made conscious effort to communicate at each stage. Kyle was polite, professional, and fixed us up. Its never fun paying for emergency repairs, but Kyle made me feel it was in good hands.

The lady I spoke to to set up appt was very helpful. The technician was great. Did a good job of explaining to me the problem and what needs to be done.

Jeff quickly resolved our plumbing problem today. He was quick, efficient and got the job done. He kept me informed along the way and made sure I was OK with everything before he took the next step. He was able to work out a solution for a major problem. Thanks Jeff

Jared Iverson came over to install our humidifier and electronic filter. Everything was done professionally and am happy with the work. The finished product also looks great and the price was right! Would recommend to friends and family.

Tessa came by to do a maintenance check on my old furnace. To my surprise , she showed me a large crack in my furnace. I had a gas leak and carbon monoxide was flowing into my house. Thanks to Tessa. I had a dangerous situation, and didn’t even know it. She then called Ian. He was here in just a few minutes. He explained all of my options. And made it easy. The technician was here first thing the next morning. I was relieved that I didn’t have to go days without heat.

My husband and I had our Air Conditioner replaced and installed in a very efficient and timely manner. We are very pleased to say we have had no issues too date. We stay cool in the warming temperatures. Thank you Jeff K for a service well done we appreciate it. Thank you Aire Serv for providing professional services.

Jeff and Don were at my house today. 2-14-20 putting in a much needed furnace and air conditioning unit (for summer Of course). They were simply awesome! They showed up ahead of time, worked hard, and informed me of everything they were doing! If I ever get a new home and this needs done again, I’d instantly request them!

Kyle, Tyler and Don were very professional, on time, checked in with me throughout each day to let me know their progress, when they were switching things on and off, and ask if I had any questions. Kyle had been to our house for a previous HVAC service - I REALLY appreciate that Air Serv tries to send the same technician who is already familiar with me, the house, the systems.

The emergency team at AireServ was outstanding. Tessa, Jeff, Tyler and Josh went above and beyond on a Sunday to help get a furnace back and running in a timely manner and help me walk through the steps of what needed to be done. Tessas follow up and care to make sure the furnace was up and running was/is top notch. Josh and her came back late on a Sunday (8-9:30pm) to make sure everything was taken care of and found that the thermostat wasnt the issue but circuit board. If they didnt come back- we would have had bigger issues long term. I cant recommend this crew enough!
