Madro was rude from the get go!! Told me I was a liar and never made an appt, even when I showed proof of phone call. She proceeded to do my nails with frustration and rushed, didnt even cut my cuticles. As her next appt came in, Madro told her “this girl is the reason you have to wait”, mind you, this was as she was doing my nails!! Not to mention Madro did a horrible job!! At the end I asked her if this was how she always did nails and she said my nails looked just fine from far way!!! After several attempts to contact the owner, I made this review!! Dont waste your time or money!!

Made appointment a month ago. I loved the salon and the owner. However, no one showed up for my appointment. Waited 15 minutes. Got gas. Came back. No one there. Went else where and no I e wviR called me.

Went in for a mani/pedi last weekend. Process took forever and owner filed nails after gel manicure cracking nails and creating uneven look. Applied gel 3 coats so after barely a week my nails were already chipping and look horrible! I called & spoke with owner yesterday and she said there is nothing she can do bc hand sanitizer causes this. I’ve been home all week and haven’t even used sanitizer on my hands. $65 for less than 1 week. Also cut my cuticles rough and my hands looks worse now. Won’t be going back!

They have their open signs on and claim to open at 9am on Saturday’s but no one has showed up yet. I’m not angry but I think if they changed their hours, they should put it on the door and they shouldn’t have their open signs on.

I went in for an eyebrow threading and a Brazilian wax. Little did I know the extent of her services but ended up getting a full body wax. The store owner was so gentle, sweet and reliable. During the freeze, and although all her other appointments called to cancel; she remained open for her last appointment and completed the work. Im so grateful for her when she couldve canceled the entire day like most everyone did this day. I would have been out of luck and super hairy for my planned beach trip during the Texas freeze. Ive never felt so pampered. Thank you!!

Recently we have visited Austin from Mississippi. During this time, I went over to Infiniti Salon for Facial, Pedicure, Eyebrow threading and Wax. Manju is very professional and very friendly. I am pleased and very happy with her work. I will surely visit again in the future.

For someone that has been doing nails over 20 yrs the service shouldve been better and the quality of work! We just left there and Im so upset! My nails look even worse! Now i have to go to my usual place to have them fix my nails! Having to pay more money out of pocket!. I wish i can post pictures! Ugh dont ever go here!!!

Went in for eyebrow threading. One eyebrow was made pointed and one was made curved.

Do not go to this place. Its a rip off. I went 3 times. 1st time I got whole new set and a soak off. Price was okay. 2nd time I get a fill and basic pedicure, it cost me $100. My nail broke a few days later and they charged me to fix it. I have never broken a nail like this before and Ive been getting it done for 10 years.All Other places will replace them for free if broken in a certain time frame. The last 2 times I went there were women in there complaining and was very upset about their nails and services.

Went for threading and the girls was busy doing someone else nails. Was the only person at the place. She didn’t ruin my eyebrows but didn’t do a good job. She was in a rush. Didn’t like it at all.

The lady that threaded my eyebrows was very nice. Her work was quick and I didnt have to give any direction. My eyebrows look great!

I went there once and my nails were fine. I was the only person at the salon, and specifically asked if my mom could schedule a time alone to minimize COVID risk. The owner provided a time when there were no other employees in the salon, which was nice. My mom tried this twice. The only problem is that family members of the owner do not wear masks. The nails were fine. This is only an issue for people taking precautions related to COVID.

The owner is not great at nails but Sabrina fixed it for me...she is great! They dont sanitize the tools at this place so beware and the owner asked me to change my original review.

Manju does such a wonderful job! Went in for a pedicure and it was great! She also does eyebrow threading and gets the shape perfect every single time. On top of being great, she is also so sweet.

Never go to other lady for nails, she charged even for removing nail paint, she spoiled my nails too but she didnt care for fixing, she was just so much attitude lady .Indian lady Manju is fabulous, quantity service in eye brow threading. She would have rip me off as I didnt know about the deal but she herself introduce me to deals. Waxing was done in a snap, her expertise made my Brazilian wax very smooth. 10 minutes for Brazilian wax and no pain at all. Plus she fixed my nail issues with reasonable price.

I am very satisfied with this salon!! The Brazilian wax is great it doesn’t take long and it is not painful. I have gone to many and non are as polite and kind as the owner. Sadly its a bad review . The owners were nice so I feel bad but this place was Not sanitized or clean like a nail/ bueaty salon should be. I wont go down the list if unstanizied issues I saw but just be mindful. This place could use a good cleaning and experienced nail techs. I asked for a French color pedi. She used tissue to separate my toes and used a Q-tip to help her draw and clean the white. She pretty much built a nail over my nail with white polish that didnt line up at all to my real nails. I will be redoing this at home. My husband was able to get us a refund and they were nice about it . So I am thankful I didnt have to pay for the bad job. 2 star for being nice about the issues I had.

This place is great! I came in for the spa pedicure and loved it! Manju is so sweet and attentive and really took her time with me. My boyfriend found this place and came into get his eyebrows threaded and loved it so much he got me a gift card. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Horrible customer service! I waited 30 minutes (at least) to have my toes and finger nails dried! They seemed dried but they weren’t. Later that night I came back home with Both my nails and toe nails smudged. My mother experienced the same thing. I called the very next day (Tuesday) and left a voicemail. Did not get a response, so I called Thursday and scheduled a time to get them repainted. Mind you, I live 26 minutes away from this place which I told them and I work 8-5, with traffic it’s already 6:30 by the time I get there. Saturday my Mom went to get hers done and they had the audacity to only paint the ones that looked horrible! What kind of customer service is that?! At least have the decency to paint all nails for the inconvenience. I however could not make it in on Saturday as I am moving, so I scheduled for Sunday. I told her that I had a couple of interviews so I’d like to come in at 4, she scheduled for 3 ( thought I would make it). I called at 3:30 and she refused to schedule me to have my nails redone! I told her my birthday is this week and I’d like to have them redone, she said she would charge me. HORRIBLE customer, in fact, I could’ve done a better job! I would not recommend this place to anyone!! What a waste of money, gas and most importantly time! Do not use the groupon, I believe you will be treated differently. If I could give negative stars I most certainly would.

Great eyebrow threading super sweet owner. Pretty salon comfortable chairs. Went in to get thai food next door and was very impressed by this salons exterior and am glad that I went in.

This is a family owned business that I have so much respect for.... Jade & Linh have been in business for 15 yrs. I’be been coming here for years and the years of service speaks to why they keep their customers coming back each year. I recommend this place for anyone wanting a nail salon that they want to feel welcomed and not pressured to buy services. You will feel like home- relax and always waiting for your next visit. They offer facials and other services. You will not be disappointed!

Probably one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I was leaving to go out of the country, and was tight on time, the nail place I usually go was not open yet. So I tried here. What a mistake. The lady who did my nails was nice, friendly, but extremely distracted. She had customers in the salon, who she clearly knew, and payed most of her attention to them. In my opinion, not the way to build new customers. She told me the salon had been there over 10 years, which seems crazy considering how bad my nails looked. Three of my nails chipped on the first day, I have another inflamed cuticle, that looks almost like it’s getting infected. Which never happens to me. I got a gel manicure, it looks horrible, my nails are uneven, some of the sides of my nails are not even painted, bumpy, ans just plain wrong. Not worth the price of this place.

Nail polish was all bubbly, had stray paint streaks and cracking before I even left. Their solution was to paint it a different color to cover it up. The tips didnt cover the entire nail. A nail popped off on day 2.

Wish I could post a picture of the horrible manicure I received today. By far the worst one yet. I made sure to state my concerns but Ofcourse they threw it back on me, “oh it’s your nails”. To make matters worse they charged my an extra 5$ because I chose a white polish. I was okay with it until I saw the end results. They then recommended I did a darker color. I don’t have time to just sit at the nail salon. Never going back.

Thao is awesome! They take wonderful care to pamper everyone including us husbands that usually never treat ourselves to their personal care services.

NOT A DAY SPA, NOT using ORGANIC ANYTHING for their organic Spa PEDICURE, NOT 50 min long, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was CUT multiple times during the 20 min rushed process, polish is all over my toes and NOT in a good way. They had NO idea what they were doing for this and yet they charge $70 for an organic spa pedicure?? Water was SUPER cold I kept asking for it to be hotter and she pretended not to hear or understand me. We will never be going back and I suggest you avoid this place too.
