Love this Salon very professional they use great products. I drive over 20 minutes to go to this spa. I live n Georgetown and have tried numerous nail salons here and never satisfied! Pedicure is the ultimate treat!

I got the best massage ever in my hands and legs. I wish I had the same in my feet. The service its expensive. I dont live in Round Rock, I came from Austin, probably I will go again. My mani is perfect. Its pretty amazing to go once a month or maybe twice. I paid 55 + tip for a mani and pedi. People there is super nice. All of their products are first class, I saw there Opi nail polish and many others that are expensive brands. I brought in mine as I wasnt sure. Everything is clean and you will feel super comfortable.

My daughters got there nails done Wednesday well they didnt last and at $50 dollars a pop they should of.. so not happy with them falling off already.

I love the color I picked, but She did not take her time to make them neat, I had to file them myself because her file was Crooked I wanted square square it was lopsided it looks like she just threw it on I’m not satisfied but I have to work can’t sit in the nail shop all day!! I’m very unhappy with them this time the first time was great and I got the powdered the lady be yelling bout it being the best i was in love with my nails the first time but this time was not good

I have been here a few times and have a great experience each time. They offer something to drink and are always so nice! They do great pedicures ( thats all I get) and this is definitely the place I will always go to !

They COMPLETELY messed up my eyebrows. They used to be thick, longer, and curved and now they are super thin, a straight line, and short. To add to that a chuck of my eyebrow is gone. I would say I have about 50% of my original eyebrow. Worst experience ever.

Horrible experience here, the lady who did my nails was very rude I just wanted them to trim down my nails, she made my nails look absolutely terrible they looked like coke bottles all crooked with big round bubbles at the top..then they charged me 40 dollars I was in shockI left there almost in tears.and went right away to my home salon and they had to take them off and give me a whole new set..I dont understand how this place has good reviews, they treated me like I was a bother and when I asked them if they should just do a new set said no that they had other customers, this place is the worst salon Ive ever been to, will never be back,

EDIT: When I was leaving, another lady (manager?) was coming in and I asked her was $16 for a manicure normal - she explained they do a “Nu Manicure” that includes the scrub on your hands. Changed rating from 2 to 4 only because she was so sweet and I now understand the pricing. I still don’t think it was worth $16. It’s a VERY light scrub that didn’t make a noticeable difference and the massage was...a hand rub. They were friendly, though.Original: Charged $16 for a basic manicure with no polish. The lady didn’t even make sure all of the polish was removed (corners and under nails). Anything that didn’t come off with her first pass stayed.

Stayed open late to accommodate us, close time was wrong on Google. Great price for a basic pedicure and they do what everyone else would charge for a deluxe. Will definitely be back.

I used to enjoy going here. Nail tech started taking off SNS nails by using a fake nail to go underneath because the other way takes so long. I asked her twice to just soak off the nails because it was painful, and she was unhappy. I will not return for myself or my girls because of the lack of concern for customers.

Excellent service Ive been going there for 6 years would not entertain going anywhere else.

Came in for a pedi and the nail tech was very rough. The water was on the cold side and she seemed rushed. Not a good experince. The only thing I did like was the nail art available. The girl who did it only did a half flower instaed of a whole flower and butterfly. Just wasnt a good experience. Will not return.
