I have been getting my nails for over 25 years. I can honestly say this was the worst experience Ive ever had. It started when I called to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was rude but I figured maybe she was busy and I get we are human. My appointment was on a Saturday at 10am and when I walked in it was dead no one was there and the owner Tom didnt greet me with a hello it was pick out your color. When I said I wanted a French ombré and they had no idea what I was talking about. So then I said ok Ill just do black and make it easy.When I noticed Tom putting on the acrylic powder and it was still showing like I had space at the base of cuticle I questioned it. He got agitated and said this is how it will look and if we do black you wont see it. I said that me not the point, what Im saying is Ive never seen anyone do this. After that I also let him know I wanted slim square but not at skinny as coffin is he then gave me a lecture how it cant be done. Its either square or coffin. I seriously wanted to get up and leave but by that time I had unfinished nails. I also always tip $10-$15 and this time I tipped ZERO!! Not to mentioned now today I wake up and my nails are already peeling. The thing is I have went to Nexgen in Hutto and I choose round Rock location because it was closer to my home and he tells me they are separate and arent owned by the same person and I told him yeah I can tell. My experience at Nexgen in Hutto was AMAZING and I will be going there next time but please Dont waste your time and money going to the Round Rock location and definitely Tom is the issue.. sad to know hes the owner.

Update: I was disappointed 🤦🏾‍♀️ for $55 my feet should be smooth as a baby bottom. When I came before there was a man working who did a great job. My wife was looking for a place to get her nails done and had concerns because she has physical limitations with her hips and arms. She talk to the owner Ann and she said she could take care of her. Ann and her husband did an excellent job on her pedicure and manicure and were very kind while taking special care to insure she would have no pain. We are very appreciative and well be sure to come back. Ann and her sister Kim took great care of my feet too.

Been here before but the last time i went was absolutely terrible. my nails were done ombré but were so patchy and uneven i had to paint over them when i got home :(

You have got to come here. This is not a typical nail salon. This is the salon you want to come to. They have great customer service. All up to date technology and equipment that makes the experience perfect. Diana is a miracle worker when it comes to nails and she makes me feel so comfortable. I have crazy growing nails she’s makes them look beautiful. This is must go to place. The prices are awesome, very honest

Popped in here on a Sunday for a quick eyebrow wax, they were almost closed and I fell in love with a nail color on display. She totally accommodated me even though they were almost closed. Was very quick and did a great job. Came back a couple days later to get a honey butter pedicure to match my nails. My friend had complimentary wine while she had hers done. Found my go to spot now that I moved to Georgetown. Highly recommend this salon. Big menu of items to treat yourself to.

This a great nail salon. My mom and I come here every month to get our nails done. They are clean, efficient and very friendly. With a wide selection of colors to choose from, they can work with long nails, short nails of all shapes.

I have been getting my nails done for decades ! I got the Shellac/Gel manicure. Guy with glasses (who’s new owner) just Unfriendly .. skipped about 5 steps. Only thing I could think of, is maybe he has a service where it’s just polish ?? But typically shellac comes w a manicure.Due to this misunderstanding I gave 2 stars. He acted annoyed the minute I walked in.Seemed in a hurry to get me outta there.Not going back. How do owners risk loosing “forever Business” is beyond me. Being friendly goes a LONG WAY

On a Saturday it was empty, and now I see why.I came here often when it first opened and the owner was there doing nails & being sweet so I spent a lot of money... then I go in just recently with my loyalty card ,and the new manager with the glasses insists its not valid, even though each bubble had a signature, because not all of them had stamps when I clearly didnt think to make sure they stamped the card after they signed! Then she wouldnt let me talk to anyone else to confirm it so basically I kept going back to the same place just to be told I was a liar. Terrible customer service wont be going back.

This is my new nail place! I went here today with my mom and friend for a little ME time since I have a newborn baby. We loved everything about it! SO happy my normal place was full bc my friends and I have been looking for a new place anyways. It felt like we were at a spa! I don’t know why I didn’t try it sooner. This salon is amazing! They are super nice and take time to really give you the results you are looking for. My mom and I go here every two weeks and they have stayed late for us multiple times and I am really grateful for their service especially because of my tight schedule.

Went there because the open early on Sunday. Heard good things about them. Lady was very nice. They charge $5 more so no tip sorry.

The only reason I went here is because its a holiday and my regular nail salon was closed. Honestly, I shouldve just waited an extra day and went to my regular spot. I have acrylic nails and I was already due for a fill when I broke one of my thumb nails this morning. I think the woman said her name was Kim. Well, Kim didnt seem like she knew what she was doing and I only needed one nail fixed and a fill. When I told her I only wanted the tip of my nails polished, she looked confused for some reason. Every time another customer walked through the door, she left me high and dry for at least five minutes each time, which frustrated me. Her attention was always elsewhere. It took an hour and a half for my fill... Unacceptable. The nail she fixed is whack. The polish job is whack. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that salon and Im going to my regular nail tech tomorrow to fix this nonsense on my fingers. I wish I could post a picture to better illustrate my experience.

I live in Dallas and come all the way to Nexgen in Hutto to get my nails done! Everyone is so nice and attentive! Rachel does the BEST nails!!! I absolutely love her and highly recommend Nexgen!

People are so funny when they write reviews. They really exaggerate so much about negative things that they write about. With that being said.. I have been here 4 or 5 times using the same person each time. I like her because shes super fast at doing my fills. I have never had one break due to anyones fault but my own. Its a beautiful shop ,never have to wait long and have a big selection of polish. So to those who only review negative things . If you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all. If you have been here you know that its a nice place. And if you had a bad experience remember we are all human .

I went with 3 of my friends this morning. They messed up on one of my girls nails and she was bleeding. She said they would take care of hers. The lady that checked us out charged us for 4 still and one of them had already paid.... We went back in to check on the charge and she said oh no I didnt take care of hers. Literally, just stole money. We will never be back!

I really love my milk Deluxe manicure! How they be able to give me milk sugar scrub giving a nice exfoliation scrub! Im so happy and I feel so wonderful and comfortable!

I never write reviews but I seriously had the worst experience. I went to the salon around 6:15 but figured Id be in and out before they closed, wrong. I didnt leave till 8:30. When she finally started my pedicure she took off too much cuticle and made me bleed, didnt get any of the skin off my feet which is the whole reason I went, and not even a week later theyre already chipping off. I dont recommend at all.

The way the technicians was able to save my nails was unbelievable! Giving me strong and durable nails! Love the flawless acrylic nails they made!

My friend and I were desperately searching for a place to get her nails done. This was the only time that it was only time she was able to do it because of her work schedule. We were so excited to see that nexagen nails was open until 7pm, per their website.It was just before 6 when we left and drove 15 minutes to get to the salon. We got to the nail salon about 10 after 6. All she wanted was to get a coat of gel nail polish. The moment that we walked in, the lady at the front immediately and abruptly started we are closed. She was very unfriendly. We told her that the website said they close at 7, and we had made a special trip here. In response, she just LAUGHED AT US! ..and then went about her work. It was silent in the salon despite the fact that at least 10 people were there. I must say that it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. None of the employees smiled and in fact they basically ignored us. I felt that they could have at least been nice and said maybe that the website was wrong. But nope ..she laughed at us, and then proceeded to ignore us. I would not recommend nexgen nails to anyone. Ive heard of bad customer service, but this was terrible. I could not have Fet any LESS valued as a customer. The manner with which we were treated was uncalled for. I will never come back. And advise you not to waste your time.O STARS! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.That is all.

Was headed to lunch and thought I would get my eyebrows done beforehand and completely regret it! They are un even and shaped differently. Like it looks absolutely ridiculous. When she first handed me the mirror I could see a line of my eyebrow that she missed while waxing and shaping and I pointed it out to her and she insisted she didnt see it then when she did she pulled out the tweezers to fix it. The problem was not fixed and she then proceeded to tell me that the hair was different on my eyebrows. I calmly told her that I have had my eyebrows done many times and never once had this problem. She pulled out a brow pencil to try and color it in which just prompted me to head to the register pay what was owed and leave. Completely and utterly disappointed.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! I was there for 3 hours just for a full set. Only one person knows how to do acrylic everyone else does dip. I asked over and over for a regular set of acrylic nails with regular polish and they continued to try and up sell me asking if why I didn’t want sns. Finally they start on my nails and the girl doing them finishes preping my nails and pulls out the dip nail products. I told her again I do not want dip nails (I get my nails very long and sns isn’t strong enough and always breaks on me) they bring who I assume is the owner of the salon and they continue to ask me why I don’t want dip nails I explain it to them all over again and then I had to sit and wait for another customer who had just sat down to be finished. I ended up getting a regular acrylic set with regular nail polish and they charged me $40 for them which normally everywhere else I’ve been for reg set like this is $25-27. I will never go back. Everyone is very inexperienced and can only do simple dip nails. UPDATE- It’s now Wednesday and one of my nails has already broke!

I went in with my mom and we both got pedicures, the pedicures there have always been alright- however very expensive, this time however I was BURNED on my leg by steaming water. Then the lady started doing all this stuff to my nails that I didnt ask for (making the price go up even more) and kept insisting on getting more and more which is annoying. Then I went in and had my eyebrows waxed, this was a huge mistake, SHE RIPPED OUT PIECES OF MY HAIR AND LEFT CHUNKS OF WAX IN MY BABY HAIRS. Also they had no soothing gel so I was left with big welts on my face. She also missed a chunk of the hair she shouldve cleaned up in the arch. I dont reccomend going for anything more than pedicures.

You pay a lot of money for cheap products. The SNS I got didnt last more than 1 week. Barley moved my hand for work and a tiny tap would crack it. Also it started raising from my natural nail and ripping under neath. 2nd time I have come here and it is the same experience both times. Go to the other nexgen because they do amazing each and every time.

I have been a couple of times and every time the manager and counter staff have been horrible. The staff does the typical up sale routine and get mean we you dont comply. They force you to sign up for a point system and they dont even give you credit for the services you have paid for. Over priced poor customer service and gimic filled sale practice. Buyer beware

If there was an option for 0 stars thats what i would give. I rarely write reviews but this is a must. BE WARNED high price for terrible customer service. Went in for gel manicure and they were way to thick. I asked if they can be fixed and said they would try to thin them out, but still way to thick. $45 later still have a horrible job.

Was very disappointed with my facial. She was ROUGH! Very rough! My face, shoulders, and neck are scratched and feel like they’ve been in a fight.

Terrible service . Went in for a mani /pedi .Lady that did my pedicure decided to give me the more expensive pedicure after I had asked for a regular pedicure . I ended up paying extra $10 . She did everything in a rush ,polish was missing on some toes and polish all over other toes. She didnt trim nor file my nails .When she was done with my pedi , she asked if it was ok for her to go work on another customer before starting on my mani . They should take their time and do a good job instead of rushing because they have other customers waiting .

The Lady That did My Nails wasnt even looking at my nails. . I ask her a little bit shorter and she went almost on my fingers.
