Got a gel manicure on Sunday morning and the next day my polish looked cracked. Ive never had this issue with gel before but its only my second time at this place which leads me to believe it might be the brand they used. Its just disappointing to see after just 1 day.

Friendly staff, very clean and stations are set up nicely! I walked in the door with an idea in my head and very little hope of being able to explain what I was wanting! However the gentleman that did my nails tried a couple methods out and found the perfect way to beautifully make my nails blue/purple/red ombré with glitter!!!! THANK YOU PETER!!!!!

Every time Ive come here Ive gotten amazing service. Nanny did all my nail art freehand and it still amazes me! Hands down my favorite nail salon.

I planned a girl’s day with my daughter and daughter-in-law and myself. I made reservations for the tree of us to have mani’s and pedi’s done. They not only got us set up earlier than our reservation, they took their time with all of us during both the manicures and pedicures. We left feeling completely relaxed and absolutely loved the way our nails looked!!

Vivian was amazing! Such attention to detail and even after I kept her after closing because they were busy, she didnt rush the process! I always come here but I will definitely be back to see her! SNS color 801 new product.

This place is awful! I paid 65 dollars a week ago for a pedicura and manicura. Something very simple and easy like gel nails. My nail polish is peeling off already. Very bad quality. Besides the staff used to take turns between them to treat my nails when I believe it should be only 1 person doing the service for you. This is so bad definitely not coming back.

I never leave reviews. First time here & will forever be coming here. Best pedicure I have received. More impressed on how they treated my 4 year daughter with her pedicure. Extremely patient & so very kind!

Nani does my nails. Im a satisfied customer every time I leave her chair. Shes very sweet and takes her time on my nails.

I’ve been coming here for almost two years now. Hands down the best pedicure and they are consistent every time. I recommend the deluxe pedicure. I made the switch from gel to SNS when I started coming here and I’ve never had a bad SNS job. This is the only place where my nails didn’t feel heavy afterwards. They do great work!I also feel safe with the extra measures implemented - temperature checks, hand sanitizer, plexiglass shields at each station. I highly recommend Concept Nails.

Edit*: Changed from1 star to 2 stars only because I was given a refund upon request after showing proof of the after result.Unfortunately I won’t be going back. I just finished my visit and I’m bleeding in 2 places not to mention the rest of my fingers are all sore and burning. I had a dip manicure and was excited about the color. I like that she diped each finger 5 times which is almost unheard of but at the end it was a blobby mess and she had to file, dremel, and cuticle cut like crazy leaving everything extremely sore. By the end I could tell she knew I wasn’t happy. I’ve never tipped so cheap in my life- almost felt guilty for it.

Have been going here for years and always had a great experience. Nany is the best!! Recently went in with a picture of what I wanted and they turned out exactly like the photo or better!

My daughter got the kiddie combo and her fingers and toes are cute. It was $28 for both which I thought was a decent value. However my powder dip manicure is horrible. I wanted a French tip but that seemed to confuse the staff. My polish has bubbles in it and has blank spots near the cuticles. It really shows up with black polish. This is not my usual spot but took a chance since I was going out of town. It would not be my first choice in the future.

I absolutely love this place! Always friendly and extremely clean, it’s a one stop shop for me.Ask for Vivian for the perfect French manicure, TOMMY for an out of this world pedicure and Jenny for on point eyebrow threading. I always leave here feeling like a million bucks! Highly recommended

This nail shop is my a new favorite place. Great customer service.The lady offered to me a drink ( water or coffee ). The entire staffs was kind and fun. They had great taste in nail color to me choose. My nails look gorgeous and natural.5 STARS ALL THE WAY!I will definitely be returning!

Took my sister in law here to get our nails done for the holiday. The nail techs, Vivi and Nani, did fabulous jobs! I couldnt find the dark blue I wanted but Nani went and found the perfect shade! The full set was on the more expensive side, but definitely worth it! Both of the ladies were sweet and gave us the best set of acrylics with the exact shape and design we wanted. They were really busy, but staffed well. They didnt rush through it and made certain we left completely satisfied. My sister in law also got her eyebrows waxed and she said she will definitely be returning because of their attention to detail and how gentle they were. I will be returning as well! 10/10 would recommend again!

This is by far the cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been to. My nail tech (Nina, I believe) was very sweet, patient, and was very gentle and all of the staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to everybody!

The price is really high for what you get. As another reviewer stated, the quality is hit or miss. The person seated next to me got a better nail tech than I had. (My nail tech was Denise) I am from the Dallas area and I’m always surprised to go to places like Round Rock and pay soooo much more for less skill. Additionally, I chose a color for the powder nail process and it looked nothing like the finished sample from which I picked. When I pointed that out, the tech tried to tell me body heat and a couple of days would lighten the color to be more of a match to the sample! I definitely will not be back. The place is clean and the people are very nice, which is why i rated it 3 stars instead of 2.

Anyone that uses a fake nail to take off your SNS doesn’t care about your nails. They’re supposed to be soaked and filed off!

I will definitely will not be returning here. I do my nails a certain way and they wanted to do it their way. I guess the customer is nothing to them and they rather not do my nails than listen to me . Oh well

I have been going to this Salon since they opened in 2016 and I always get great service and great nails and pedicure. Jenny is the owner and one of the best I have found for nails and I have traveled and used Salons all over the Southeast and East coast. By far the best Salon I have ever found!

This is more of a franchised location. Im new to Austin and this salon was recommended to me. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails with gel, a pedicure, and eyebrow wax for my birthday. The ladies were very nice, but the quality of work wasnt what I expected. I felt special that one tech was working on my nails and the other my feet...BUT they dont put the acrylic close enough to the cuticles. After one week, I needed a fill-in, and for the price I paid for all of the services I received ($104), I expected my nails to last AT LEAST 2 1/2-3 weeks. Just a suggestion, quality matters...Im more likely to return if my nails are done with quality in mind.

Seems like a nice place. High end design. Busy salon. My nails looked good and lasted for several weeks. However their SNS/dipping powder nail colors are severely lacking and will be the reason I keep hunting for another place to go.

Clean look, fair price, and very catering service.The place has a very calm vibe to it where you don’t feel like the usual places that try nickel and dime you with add-on services. You’re in, and you’re out with a quality result to show and the pocketbook left in good standing.

My 4 year old and I went to get our nails painted hers looked great, mine look awful and I got CUT TWO times! When I complained at check out I didnt even get a sorry! Only giving 3 starts becuase my daughters lady was sweet.

Not a great job on nails/toes. Way overpriced for what you get. My nailtech started putting the gel on my nails then asked if I wanted gel. It was kinda too late now since ya started... I told her I wanted regular basic because I am not a regular nail wearing girl. I actually hate nails, but got them done since I was a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding that day. They took off the $15 charge for the gel since I reminded the man I asked for regular full set when I arrived. I expected him to communicate that to the nailtech. They need better communication amongst their employees. I wont recommend or be returning.

Amazing experience Mai was friendly and walked me through the process and even took the time to handle my pedicure herself. The atmosphere was clean and very comfortable. Thank you I will be back again.

I have been going here with my mother and great grandmother for a few months now and for pedicures but if you get a manicure be very specific about what you want.

Loved it. I was really happy to see how clean it was. Staff was very nice.

I called ahead and asked if they could do cheetah print nails they said yes. What a joke, the lady was rude and she just drew squiggly lines on my nails and added a few dots. Not cheetah print at all. I wouldev had them fix it but i was already there for over an hour and i didnt want to sit there any longer.

My husband and I come here once a month....he likes Mai....and I have tried several nail techs, Vivian is the BEST 😊

I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and what a loss this place has taken. I haaaaaateeee the new nail techs! I come in there for a gel manicure and tell me why each time I ask them to not file the nail bed.... THEY FILE the top nail bed!!!?? And not gently, nooo they use the tool on my natural nail that’s designed for a fake nail to file it down. Their answer... I have to file for you. Sooo I go and yes the nails look nice but a week later when my short nails start to grow.... they start to break!! And oh does it hurt!!! I hate this place. Please someone tell me of a better place to go spend my good earned money at.

Staff is very professional and friendly, salon is very clean, and they can do any kind of nail art you come up with. Ive never had a bad tech. and my nails last me close to 3 weeks.

Very dissatisfied. I walked in and the nail tech took me back right away. I showed her the design I wanted on my ring finger. She said ok. She we got to the design and she was struggling. I asked if someone else could do the bow on my finger and was told she left. Then was told i should just get it painted one color. My response was, I came in and showed you what I wanted in the beginning. If she couldnt do it why did she take me? I was then told to come back tomorrow and get it fixed at no extra cost. Ok no problem. Then while paying i was told a specific time i need to come in to get it fixed. 12 to 1230. Excuse me, i just paid 40 to end up not getting what i wanted. I have children too. 12 to 1230 is not a good time. Not only that, it took this lady an hour and a half to do a fill. A bit long. Plus she was shaving my natural nails down to the point it hurt. Id tell her and she told me im sensitive. Ive had it done many times and it didnt hurt. Then the best part was the pricing. I paid 40 for a gel fill when i paid 40 to get a full set at a different salon. Plus my sisters cost 27 for a regular pedi. Kind of pricy. Anyways its not worth it. At least with who did my nails.
