My bestie and I went to have a manicure and pedicure for her birthday. The service was excellent and everyone was nice. I recommend this nail shop.

I was treated so well! They really took care of me the services I ended up getting were the super star spa pedicure,& a full set of French nails! Henry was very nice,& professional I didn’t catch the young lady who did my feet name but she was amazing too! They also serve alcohol beverages, margarita’s, mimosas, coke, sprite etc I’ll be back next month!

I have been here a few times for gel mani/pedis and once just to have my cuticles cleaned and nails buffed to give them a break from gel for a few weeks. They have always done an excellent job on my nails and their prices, in my opinion, are fair. Cheaper and better than other places I have been to around Austin.

I was a bit hesitant to go in here because it just looks very plain from the outside but I’m making this my new go to place. The staff is very nice and friendly and Mimi gave me an excellent SNS manicure. This is the 4th place I’ve been to since I moved to this area and finally she did them justice. She didn’t make them thick and all gloppy like other salons. They finally just look like my real nail. Who I’m guessing might be the owner is super sweet and nice too. Great job!

Said I owed her $200 for mani and pedi done horribly. 🤣🤣 I went for a gel full set and pedicure. The lady told me there was nobody who could do acrylic and gel, 15 min into my pedicure. You let me make the appt!?!? Said she knew how to do powder. Ugh, fine. Wrong decision. I should have just left. My gf sat in hot turned cold water waiting for her service then got half a pedi (considering they charge you for all the add-ins for the water and it should have lasted 1hr) I sure wish I could get a refund!! I was so upset with the outcome of the nails themselves AND the customer service. Apparently Miss Lee is the only person capable at this salon (shes mentioned 👍🏻 in a few reviews) I was able to go in with Miss Lee and she fixed some of the issues, but I literally went to a different salon 1 day later for removal.

Le is the best!!! The ladies here are all really nice and take really great care if you!!!! Prices are great for the excellent. The equipment and aesthetics are wonderful. I drive 45min just to get my nails and toes done!!!!

I was visiting the area and needed a manicure. Today is 2.5 weeks later and my gel manicure has not chipped at all! The gel polish was so shiny! Kept getting lots of compliments! Had a jelly pedicure here. It was different but so much fun. This was my first time there and and I have been back again. Everyone is really nice. just make sure to either make an appointment or come early because they dont have a lot of pedicure chairs.

I’ve been to about 3 nail salons in Round Rock looking for the right one and Pro Nails & Skin is it. Once I went there, I never went to another nail salon. It’s at a good location, great customer service, and reasonable pricing! I’ve been going there for a few months now and ALWAYS love how my nails look.

First visit and it was WONDERFUL! Henry did a fantastic job on my nails (my first set of ombré pink and whites). I will be back, and next time I will hopefully get one of the amazing pedicures they have on their menu. They also offer a lot of other services. Everyone was so nice, and all their clients seemed to be getting the star treatment. I highly recommend.

I’m not about to post a photo of my feet, but let me assure you that they look phenomenal. The gel is super high quality (and doesn’t even chip and peel off with swimming). Everyone here is beyond friendly. I’m always in with my almost 1 year old and they are always talking to her and being just the sweetest. When my 3 year old son asked to have his toenails painted green, everyone made him super comfortable and told him they looked great! I live in NW Austin and drive out here to Round Rock just to go to this nail salon.

My favorite nail salon!! The owner, Lee, is great. I really like how she has revamped the place. All of their staff is good at what they do. I have never had a bad experience here and have been going for a couple years. From experience, they are good at manicure, gel, dip, and various pedicures.

I have been coming here for a few years. Love the staff, very friendly! I have never been disappointed with the service. I did have to try a few out before I found the one.I just walk in sit down and Kina takes great care of me. She is one in a million! She also dose my design on my nails, her choice color and style. After seven years with her I wouldnt see any one else!

Absolutely adore this place. The manicurists are attentive and detailed. In the meantime, I was choosing a color for my pedicure and by the time I finished, they had a chair for me. You cannot beat the prices of their services. No need to look further. Make sure you call ahead of time so you don’t have to wait.

Ive been getting my nails done for 6 years and this is my first time Ive experienced something like this, I had got a full set of nails and they were pretty the lady lele, Did a good job on the design that I picked out but sadly the product felt cheap, and she did them too thin and within 2 hours of getting them done two of them broke. Which was the sparkly ones first. They feel very cheap and I spent 70 dollars on this set. Because they were already closed by then I couldnt go back and ask for my money back ! I went back the next day and the lady said that she will fix my nails that broke and make them thicker well now there will be two thicker nails then the rest.Never again will I come here. And I bet you these nails will all break within a week. I will update on pictures.

Was a walk-in for a pedicure. Lovely atmosphere (they offer free drinks including wine 😁) My nail tech was nice, I kinda fell asleep on her lol. Great massage chairs and service was very nice.

Two of us went in. I got pedicure, she got manicure and pedicure. Massage chair is great. Pedicure was nice. They trimmed the nails and such. Massaged feet and legs, and cleaned up the callous on my heals. My feet feel so much better. This was my first time and the technician was very good about explaining what was going on and very patient with me. Very good experience.

This is the best nail place I have been to in years. All prior ones hurt the skin around my nails and had to burn and heal for an extra day or so. Ive been here several times now (getting pink and white) and have never left with little cuts or scratches around my finger nail area. Highly recommend.

Requested the Superstar pedicure, aka most expensive, with the works, 1 hour. I feel like the tech missed a lot. I was 9 months pregnant at the time and looking for someone to rub my feet and calves. I also had a few callused areas to address. She used a big metal filed on the bottoms of my feet and no other exfoliation. When I got home and my feet were dry they were still rough, you could feel the dry skin flaking off. I had to do a sugar scrub on them myself to smooth them. And the calluses were still there. I didnt get the leg treatment it described. I feel I paid a lot for a basic pedicure. Also got a gel manicure on my hands. It was peeling off after a week, and Im not hard on my hands. These manicures usually last 2 weeks if not longer. Again just a basic manicure. The paint job looked good for both I just wish maybe more time and attention was spent or quality of the gel polish they used was better. Would maybe return for a quick touch up or if I needed something in a hurry but thats all. Will look somewhere else for spa experience.

I have been going to pro nails for almost a year now, I absolutely love coming here for my nails, I have left other nail places for pro nails especially for nail shapes, they do them amazing, any nail shape you ask for they always perfect it. Customer service is awesome, definitely always has me coming back, highly recommend pro nails !

Love Michelles work. Never have to wait very long. Small and clean. Maybe thats why the cost is good.Tools are sterile. Lots of color selection.

I moved here 3 years ago and tried tons of nail salons in the humble area. Theyre very gentle and detailed which I loved and even though, I was in a hurry they managed to satisfy my needs precisely. Never have any complaints with the result here.

I went in a week ago and requested a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The whole time I was getting the pedicure I felt like the person doing it was talking about me.My gel manicure started chipping after 2 days and my toenail polish chipped after 4.The massage chair either didn’t work or they didn’t turn it on for me. I couldn’t locate the remote so it wasn’t very relaxing either.This place was not worth the $85 to have both chip and to be talked about in a foreign language.Avoid if you can.

I have to give this place a 5 star rating. First off I am a Male. Ive never done it before I met her but I did because it was a bday wish of hers. We went to another place in round rock and the entire experience made me feel weird and rushed to hurry and get out, which made me not want to go again. I wanted to treat my fiance to something special and that was getting her nails done. I knew it would make her really happy once again to do a pedicure with her, so I did but i was gonna choose the place. I chose pro nails & skin and it was the best. The massage chairs keep you comfortable and the pampering done to your feet and legs is the best. I fell asleep today because I was so relaxed and felt so comfortable. I know most guys feel differently about getting this done but just try it once and youll never regret it. Dont miss out on a good experience. Its well worth it.

I wandered in here because I was early to somewhere and got a pedicure. They were so nice to me and the prices were reasonable. They do have massage chairs and offer you soda, water or white wine. They also offer doritos, corn chips or potato chips! The plainest pedi was $26 and I had a man do it. He did a great job. I was so impressed I returned the next day to get a manicure. The basic Mani was $15 and a woman did it this time. The staff knew my name the second time back which was super sweet. The manicure was excellent as well. I highly recommend this place.

These ladies are so sweet and kind! Me and 3 other people came in 30 mins before closing and they still took us in and didnt rush at all. They took their time to make sure we were happy with our service. I definitely recommend this place!

Made me bleed twice and went way shorter than asked and my nails do not match each other AT ALL I asked for coffin shape and it isnt coffin shapped at all. Terrible and never going back. I loved the chrome color they used though just wish the shape and length wasnt completely messed up

I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. I stopped by this shop since it was close to my house and Im looking for a new salon. Not friendly, didnt speak at all. Its been three days since my fill, and having two nails fixed. The gel polish is already chipping, its thin and see through, 2 of my nails the corners of the acrylic has chipped off. The 2 nails that he fixed are ridiculously shorter than the others. I asked him to cut the rest down and he did not .they are all filed and shaped wierd/different . Not to mention the polish isnt even painted all the way to the botom of the nail. Huge waste of money and time.

This is a new spot for got mani/pedi done. They were picky just like me. And did a wonderful onto my feet like as what I asked for. I could wear these for one month and they still look fresh.

I come to this nail salon all the time-simply because its affordable and the guy who I usually request is so great!I went in today and he wasnt there so one of the other women did my pedicure. She did a good job like they always do. BUT ...when I got out of my car at my next destination my nail hit the pedal tearing some of the polish away :(. So I drove all the way back to see if they could re-paint that spot or let me use the polish to do it myself. I was told no, you sit and wait. So something that would literally take 5 seconds I waited 10 minutes for and they did not seem to have any intention to want to help me or care. So disappointed. Horrible service today.

Had a mani and pedi here with a friend who is a regular. And was greeted by the receptionist. Super nice ladies working here. I show them pictures of what color/design I want and they can mix colors to make it look exactly like what I want. They have a wide range of colors to choose from. The quality of the mani-pedi itself is definitely 5 stars. There are so many people working here, that youll never have to wait longer than 5 minutes :)

I was a walk in. They got me in right away. I wanted a manicure.....also an extra 5 minutes for them to drill off a very old grown out acrylic over lay on super short nails (nail shorter than finger) probably a $12 to $15 charge? She charged me $20 without telling me that up front. She sat me down at her dirty station.....used dirty implements from a previous client on me.....and the nail polish was old and would not dry.....therefore after sitting under the heatlamp and dryer w a quick dry top coat for several minutes my manicure was all scratched up before I walked out the door when I went to pay.....I was never asked if I liked it or was happy.....pretty obvious I wasnt. She didnt care. I paid cash....with a tip. I will never go back.

Kina does my nails and I love them. I have went to her several time for the gelish, shilac nail polish and each time it has lasted six weeks. They do a great job and take their time.

Small place but very nice staff, shellac manicure came out great, no cuts. Close to closing time but they still made time for me and didnt rush.

V is consistently good with pedicures, all nail techs are a hit and miss with SNS...they still charge full price even when they make a major mistake or accidentally cut you
