This is my 3rd time and everytime I am welcomed with a friendly smile and they welcome me and help with my needs. They are genuine ladies and I love the qork they do and they never push service off on youThey give e encouraging words and make the visit so enjoyable. I will be using them again.

My girlfriend and I both got theJelly Spa Pedicure. We enjoyed a glass of wine and relaxed in the massage chairs, while we were treated to an hour of soak, scrub and hot rock calf and leg massage, with glorious products and oils. Then a wonderful Paraffin Wax treatment on our feet, which felt Divine! Truly the best Pedicure I have ever had! Then they finished with Gel Polish that looked beautiful!!! Well worth the cost of the Pedicure! We both left with the biggest smiles, relaxed and very happy! Do yourself a favor and try this!!! A glorious indulgence!!!

I always like going to this place. The mani/pedis are nice and they give you drinks while you relax. I get my eyebrows done there too. They’re always speedy and friendly, even on Saturdays. The prices have gone up slightly, but that’s to be expected in today’s economy.

I took my mother and my daughter here for manicures and pedicures and I got my nails done. We were all very satisfied with our experience. The staff is very friendly and they do their best to give you exactly what you want and often exceed expectations. They are wonderful! You won’t regret going.

Ive never gotten a manicure in the pedicure chair having to balance the portable UV light on my lap myself with the manicurist doing my left hand standing up on my right side.

The person that worked on my nails was very gentle and professional and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

I wanted to come back and add to my review from last week. I cannot stress enough how different this nail salon is under the new management. The only negative reviews I saw here were from at least a year ago, before she took over. If you haven’t been to this conveniently located salon since the new owner took over, I highly recommend that you check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

I just so happened to be in the area and needed to get a fill . Stopped in and the environment was not warming it seemed more that the lady Cathy was more worried about taking your money then perfecting her job. I chose a color and shape for my nails the color turned out horrible and the shape was not properly filed down it feels very pointy and sharp when I touch something and the polish looks just slapped on. Around the edge of my cuticles the paint is overloading on to my skin . Not only to mention the cleanliness was very poor another lady got up and I had to suggest a clean towel. This is not healthy in so many ways. I will never go back to this place again and waste money for it to be half done.

If I could give this place a 0 I would!!! Please do not go here!!! They will do a minimal job and charge you for things you did not ask for!!! Here’s my story.I treated my young daughters today to a manicure. My daughters got their nails done and I got a pedicure. The lady that did my oldest daughters nails kept pressuring and pressuring her to get a design on her nails. My daughter started getting uncomfortable she did not want a design.I specifically told the workers that I wanted their basic pedicure and basic acrylic nails for my daughters- $35 each. The lady doing my daughters nails kept pestering me to get my eyebrows done. I told the lady I didn’t want them done and she kept on... The lady challenged me and said, “If it takes me more than a minute, it’s free. It took nearly two. I ended up paying for them and they should have been free just for the fact that there was no difference from before I got them, they looked exactly the same.Moving on.... I went to pay and the lady listed everything that was done and it was $110, she paused and said - no, and marked out $110 and put $165. I questioned the lady and told her she was right the first time. The lady argues with me and said- no- you got special stuff. I told her, I didn’t. I reluctantly gave the lady $165 cash as she wasn’t having it any other away. I left and I as I drove off, I couldn’t get over the fact that I had been scammed. My daughter then said- “My finger hurts mom”. They had cut my daughters finger pretty deep and there was fingernail polish inside the cut. I was highly upset and called them. They told me to come back to the shop.I go back to the shop and they said they do not give refunds. I told them to look at the cut- they yelled at my daughter and accused her of cutting herself. I finally left the place and was charged $165 for not only an awful job- but for them cutting my daughters finger. I should have known when I walked in as their shop looks run down.

Because they charged me 110.00 for me and my daughter. And they broke off too easy. Never again will I go there

My 88 yro mom and I strolled into this place to see if they were busy. My mother is requiring the assistance of a walker and the second we approached the door, the owner Cathy ran up to help her. From that point on up until the second we left, we were treated like royalty. We highly recommend this place to everyone of all ages. We would give it a 10 if we could.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The price is about $10 more than I pay in central/south. There are some minor flaws to the gel polish but not the worst I have ever had by a long shot. Cathy talked me into waxing my eyebrows (which I hate) but she did fantastic. I’ll definitely go back.

What a RIP OFF, prices on the wall dont include anything not even nail polish. I should of spent 45 dollars according to the prices in their wall they charged me 80!!!!! Absolutely not worth just a basic mani/pedi. I feel completely ripped off and will never be back here. When the bill came they acted like I was supposed to know everything was extra without disclosing ANYTHING beforehand. I will be reporting them to the BBB!! STAY FAR AWAY!

First visit there Went in for pedicure nice people but the lady spent more time doing one foot and leg than on the other one. Told her to trim toes short after she did them once well she only did one foot never did the other one. Polish put on sloppy. They pick colors for you and you have to say not that one. Most places let you choose your own colors. I wont be going back.

Not the greatest experience. We had the bridal party & family come in and told them ahead of time there would be 9 people coming but they only had 3 people working. Spent much longer there than anticipated. They also cut my sisters toe pretty bad with their cheese grater thing for callus removal and then still tried to charge us for her pedicure. Probably will not be back.

I live in Houston, but was visiting a friend in Round Rock and we went to get our nails done. My friend got a pedicure (and has gotten several there before) and I got a manicure. The lady who did my nails was extremely rough on them and I thought she was going to tear them all off just when she was filing them. Ive had my nails done at a LOT of places and Ive never seen my nails get such treatment. I didnt get any lotion or hand/arm massage with my manicure and it still cost me $15...for a MANICURE! The pedicure my friend got, I also thought was overpriced. They also removed their manicure tables and so I sat uncomfortably in a chair and had my hands in my lap as she worked on my nails.I do NOT recommend this place. There has got to be a better place in Round Rock to get your nails done. I will not go back when I visit again.

My experience at this nail salon was very unsatisfactory to say the least. I asked for their advertised $25 special full set and after I sat down, this nail technician was asking me to choose gel nail polish. I asked how much extra she said $10. I said no and that I wanted just the regular nail polish, then she changed tune and said, its already $35 type she was doing for me. I was stunned to be paying far more than I planned for, but thought oh well. I chose a sparkly neutral and found out she would have to layer it. I was sceptical, then she quickly asked me to pay her first. The polish was smearing all around my nails and looking chalky and like a little girl applied it. I asked for her to make the corners neater, and she was giving me attitude. I then asked her to clean of the chalky polish and apply just the top coat, she had the nerve to call another of the girls working there to see how beautiful the smeared job she did was and that I wanted it off. I could not wait to get out of the place. While applying the top coat, rather than try to offer something else to makeup for the dissatisfaction, she decided to make small talk by asking me if I was from Dubai. I managed to answer her...and wondered why even bother. They watched me leave without any apology. I just wasted $35 on bad service. Not going back there.

Not impressed. I get manicures 1-2 times a month - so It’s not my first rodeo.First of all:*don’t address me as Mama. 😖🤯*hire competent people ... there was a young boy that did my gel manicure. He was inexperienced & didn’t listen to my patient cautions about my issues with his service. (Cut too much on the cuticle & refused to polish the end of the nail! 😡)*the entire space appears unclean ... maybe just outdated? But the whole place was just ick. (Example: I had my eyebrows done & she wanted me to lay down on towels that were obviously used. 😳🤢)The 2 women who seemed to be in charge took over my manicure & the eyebrow waxing, so I walked out pleased in the end. However, It was far from a relaxing experience.

Save your money and go elsewhere. I took my mother and daughter to get their nails done and they coaxed me into getting my nails done. Worse mistake. They rushed through all our nails even though no one else was in the place. That should have been a sign, especially on a Saturday. My daughters acrylics look horrible, thick and just not pretty. My daughter didnt want to be ride so she said she liked them (shes 13) even though she was so disappointed in the car. They dont have maym color selection. Will definitely NOT be going back.

What a ridiculous nail salon, I called to check if they have Eyelash Extension Service and they said yes they told me the price and I thought that it was reasonable but when I was about to schedule the appointment for Friday at 1pm then I was told that I need to pay an extra $200 for a Friday appointment. As you can tell very ridiculous dont waste your time on going to this salon.

The lady was rushed and did a poor job on my manicure. Did not file my nails the way I asked her to, and I asked 2x, or clean up my cuticles. I have bubbles on my nail polish because she was rushing trying to get more people to sit for pedicures instead of focusing on me, her client. She kept having to clean up my nails with nail polish remover because she could not paint them properly. Had my daughters nails done at the same time by another lady and she just painted over my daughters cuticles, did not even push them back. Horrible service. Will not go back ever or refer anyone. If I could give less than a one star, I would!!

I came here to get a broken nail fixed, since I was in the area, and there were maybe like 2 other customers there with plenty of staff available, which seemed nice at first, but when they got started on my nails, they were rough, made one of my nails bleed, filed them down too much to the point that my nails were extremely sensitive, and when they put the nails on, they were slightly crooked!This place is too expensive for such a horrible job!I paid way too much for a nail job I didnt even like! The entire time I felt like she was racing against a clock! It was extremely rushed for no reason at all.I wouldve given them 0 stars if I could.

Never get your lashes done here. Got them done yesterday at 4pm and this morning 10 have fallen off. Theyre supposed to last 2 weeks. I called to advise of this and request partial refund vs the full refund Im due and she got mad, smart mouthed , and hung up on me. I was never rude just explained the situation.

I gave this place a 2nd Chance and it was a disappointment. I just wanted one nail fixed and they pressured me into getting a new color never asked for a fill didn’t need one ..once everything was done one nail looks longer and thicker than the other and they all look lumpy and they rush Every time I go. I work hard for my money and I’m totally not satisfied. ☹️

(The manicurist didn’t take the time to set it correctly, which I️ asked about multiple times during the process and was ignored). I went back and spoke with the owner who was a nightmare as well. Read the other reviews. Steer clear of this establishment. They are scam artists just in it for a buck who overcharge for an inferior product.

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I would give this salon 0 stars if I could . I went to this nail salon because my friend gave me a gift card that was for 25 dollars. When I presented the card, the lady working said it was just a punch card. And she refused to allow me to use it. I called my friend that gave me the gift card and she confirmed that it was indeed a 25 dollar gift card. I had 1 broken nail and needed a fill. Before the lady started doing my nails, she told me that it was going to be 45 dollars. I thought this was a little steep for a fill, but I told her ok. She started to add the acrylic to my nails and added a very pink color when the previous acrylic color used was clear . After my nails were done and I went to the area to wash my hands, I noticed how disgusting the shop was. There were no towels in the bathroom to dry my hands and the sink looked disgusting. After she finished painting my nails. I noticed how awful my nails looked. My total for a fill, a replacement of 1 nail and a cut down came out to 50 dollars. I dont mind paying that money for a good quality nail set. But this was not that.

Horrible place, and people that just make you uncomfortable. They are just plain greedy, and I believe its because theyre business isnt doing well.... how can it? The minute you walk in, they dont try and upsell you, they basically badger you into anything they can get more money for. I went this past weekend, and she said can I do a deluxe pedicure? I said sure, knowing its $45, ok. I asked for the SNS Powder, she said, sure - I can match any color, (mind you - I had just had the SNS done there a couple of weeks before, and they basically embarrassed me for not coming in sooner in front of other customers....AAAND THE COLORS DONT MATCH AT ALL ) So after that, she puts one coat of powder on my nails, and then tries to put gel on after. I said, no - please I dont want gel... she said ok. then proceeded to put regular nail polish on. When I asked how much? she says $90... $90 bucks when you just put regular polish on my nails? She says, no for the powder .... meanwhile, the last time I got powder, it stayed on for practically 4 weeks, and I was charged $35. For a place thats in a prime spot, I can only say its not doing well because of the people working there, they dont listen to their customers, they talk about you while youre sitting right in front of them, and basically shame you into getting more services... Totally done, would never go back or recommend them to anyone... Besides the tacky wine bottles that are plastered all over the walls... ugh.

They try talking you into getting more than what you went for. We also called to make an appointment and mentioned we had Groupon facial vouchers they set the appointment but after the facials were done they said they wouldnt accept the voucher. Prices are extremely high and the service isnt that good

I get my nails done often. Today I decided to try a new salon and let me tell you..this is by far THE WORST place Ive ever been to! They took forever, are way overpriced and dont do a good job. Before I even went I called ahead to see if they did SNS with chrome. The lady, Cathy told me they do. I asked how much. She told me SNS is $45 and an additional $10 for the chrome. $55. Fine. Then I ask if they charge to remove my old SNS to which she replied, yes, but I will do it for you no charge. Great. So I get there and see a sign saying 20% off services on Sun. & Mon. I ask if I get the discount. She tells me no because she isnt charging me to remove my polish. I ask how much they normally charge to do that. She says $10. TEN dollars just to remove the old polish?? So youre not really taking my old polish off for nothing if youre telling me thats the 20% discount right there! Most places include that in their services or at the most charge $5. So on a normal day without the 20% discount they charge $65 for an SNS chrome finish and to remove my previous SNS. To me thats ridiculous! I tell her thats pretty expensive and this will be my last time going there. She mumbles something I dont understand then tells me she admires how I speak my mind and am honest with her so she can fix the problem. She tells me she will do my nails (any style/type) for $45 from now on if I come back and let her do my nails. Um, okay why not! So she starts doing my nails and instead of dipping my nails in powder she uses a brush to apply a pinkish powder, like a gel. I question her and remind her I asked for SNS. She tells me, oh this is how i do it because the powder isnt good for your skin if I dip your finger in it WHAT?! Im confused! Isnt that how SNS works, by dipping your fingers in the powder? She continues to tell me, dont worry, it will be how you like when I finish. For the sake of making this any longer than it already is, basically what I got in the end was NOT SNS, but shellac/gel. Definitely NOT what I wanted or asked for! She tried to tell me she did both. Im sorry, NO ya didnt. I asked her when exactly was it that she applied the SNS powder. She says thats when I used the brush on your nails. Im pretty sure she thought I was a complete idiot. Everyone knows what she did was the powder base she brushed on for shellac. So the whole thing where shes supposedly giving me 20% off is total BS. Shellac is $35, plus $10 for chrome uncharge (the $45 she was already charging me, but making me think she did SNS and shellac)...even if she didnt charge me $10 for removing my old polish its still not 20% off. Do the math! The whole thing is a total rip off!! Cathy didnt even do a good job on my nails. She left uneven smudges on my index and ring fingers and didnt file my nails the way I asked her in the beginning. When I pointed that out she said shed fix them after she finished the polish...that never happened and I was too disgusted to even deal with her anymore. I recommend going ANYWHERE but here!!

I was in a hurry and decided to drop in for a quick polish change on my toes. I noticed the nail tech was not going to trim & shape my toenails before applying the new polish, so I instructed her to do so. It literally took her less than 2 minutes and they charged me an additional $5 dollars! Ive gotten a polish change at several other nail shops and have never been charged for such a thing.Also, the tech did not do a great job polishing my toenails. She did a rush job and did not clean up the excess polish around my nail bed. If you dont want to be charged ridiculous prices for poor quality stay away from this place.

Seriously just now walked in there and the lady was getting her toes done as I asked for an eye brow wax... She jumped up and took me to the other room. Literally did the worst job rushing through it to get back to her own pedicure. I still paid for it even though I shouldnt have, now Im headed home to get my tweezers to fix this so called professional job I just got. Wish I could rate zero stars.

Worst nail salon I ever been. I am so disappointed.I went there to get a French nails. The lady who was attending was rushing on my nails. She cut them way to short and not even asking me how long I wanted them. They were so uneven they came out crooked and I had to pay $40.00! A totally ripped off. OMG tell me why I didn’t listen when I read the reviews on here. I took my four year old to get a manicure and a pedicure for $30 and it all lasted ten minutes and that’s because she was multitasking with other people. I was really upset but my daughter was excited and very happy with her nails. But the lady didn’t cut her nails and only massage one leg with some soapy water And my daughter got to watch a movie for two minutes SMH. NEVER AGAIN!!! While I was sitting there I got to witness a handicap lady get her nails done just painted I could have done a better job. I thought I was being punked... If i could give it a zero I would. The only reason I payed it was because my daughter was happy and excited.

Never going to this place again. I spent 45 dollars for half done nails. They are so thick and I had to go back to get them fixxed and when I went back, they told me that I was in the wrong and I told them something that I did not say. I will never go back there. I wanted a refund and they said no come back and we will fix it for me. Nope!!! They didnt...

Terrible experience. First of all they tried to upsell me the whole way through. Then changed the price on me in the end. Then when I was ready for my wax she literally pushed me through the doorway to sit down and yanked my head back and forth while she waxed. Then didn’t even finish with the Witch hazel. I will not be back.

This is the one place I will always go for a Mani/pedi for not only myself but my daughter as well. They always treat us so kindly and are constantly checking on us to make sure we are comfortable. My daughter is obsessed with getting her nails done and is absolutely OCD about every detail of the process. They have no problem accommodating to her every need. The best part? The minute I walk in, they remember me and ask how my husband and girls are. And I never feel judged here. Lol. Great pricing for a fantastic job.

Very nice people but disappointed in the service, my toes look great but my nails do not, for 90.00 I would expect a little more detail to the paint job. My middle nail is already chipping and I have gel all on my fingers.

DONT GO TO Y2K NAILS!!! Believe me, go elsewhere. Ive had the worst experience here. I went in today during my 2 hour lunch break, they had 1 and 1/2 hours to do my nails (I arrived at 2:25 and told them I Have to be at work at 4). They had my hands soaking in water for 1 hour and 10 minutes. She (Kathy) Literally tried to do a full set of solar nails in 20 minutes (started on my nails at 3:42).Needless to say, I was late to work, the nails were uneven and VERY bumpy. Lastly, she did not put any clear coat on my nails!I AM VERY UPSET WITH Y2K Nails!!!I am HONESTLY Saving your time and money.DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!

OMG, worst place I have ever been to! Their prices are ridiculous for the service you get. They lie to you about their rates, they cut all corners they can and they are so slow. They charge $35 for a pedicure and and all they did to me was soak my feet, put polish in my toe nails and didnt even allow it to dry so I walked out with messed up toes. They DIDNT even touched the rest of my feet. I got a wax because they had a sign outside advertising it for $7 dollars but by the time I paid, they charge me $30. The wax was not done right, they didnt pluck the smaller eyebrows that the wax didnt pluck and they refused to cut the couple of hairs that where longer. I will stay away from this dirty place and I DO NOT recomend it...

Ive been to this nail salon since I come and visit my fiance im.from San Antonio originally and I might say this is the best place Ive been to, comparing San Antonio and round rock ! I highly recommend staff is very friendly and very very atented to you perfect place to come to and the pedicure treatments are incredible :)

Extremely expensive for the quality and the effort they put into doing your nails... I would never go back!!!
