Fast and friendly service. I did a walk in and was taken care of right away on my birthday. They have the massage chair that really feels good. You can watch TV as well. They have lots of spa services to pamper yourself with.

I went to get a pedicure fora young man. The mall tech was too fast! He didnt have time to sit with his feet in the water bath for too long. However, she was very attentive to his needs and adjusted quickly based on what I told her the young man liked it disliked.

Technician was very gentle and polite. The spa is lovely and calm and immaculate.I had a basic pedicure with callus removal. Very very good pedicure.The safety screens they have in place are ingenious and about as good looking as a screen can be, very inventive!We will make this our regular spa from now on!

I’ve been coming here for probably 5 years now and I’ve never had complaints and still don’t. The staff here is always friendly and they do a fantastic job on my nails! Kim greeted me at the door today and walked me through their new system. She also did my manicure and Kayla did my pedicure. I didn’t know until I got there that they got new management and they really went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. I will continue to be a customer and happy to refer anyone there!

These folks are so nice. My mom has dementia and they deal w her fabulously! I am very happy with them fir myself also. Have tried so many over the years and I sticking w them niw that I found them a few years ago!! They also do my toddler nieces sometimes and the teenager.

I LOVE this place! I’ve come many times as it’s my regular nail salon. It is beautiful, clean, peaceful and every technician does a beautiful job. It’s my go to place for SNS and pedicures!

The front desk woman was pushy and instructed a tech to put gel on my 7 year old. When we walked in she kept trying to upgrade our services. I told her no. I asked for gel for myself and manicures for my 7 and 11 year old daughters. I went to wash my hands and both my daughters were getting gel nails. I told her that was not what I asked for. She stated I did. Then she stated my children asked for it. I asked them they stated they did not. Then she did NOT offer a discount or removal of the product. She kept telling me it was okay. I told her it was NOT. As it makes your nails thinner and they are both in sports. I WILL NEVER go to this spa again. I in the end, asked for a discount and she refused. I decided to pay and never give them any of my money in the FUTURE.

I love the staff. Have been going here since they opened and while they now have new ownership I believe they have gotten better!! I love the new owner. They are professional and are exceptional. Will correct any mistakes and if a mail breaks you can go back and they will fix free. And I can always get in. Ive been to most of the other places around here and these folks are nicer and quick and treat you with respect and actually care about you.

Haven’t been in a few months came in doors open it was hot inside. Signed into electronic pad with number asked for $30 pedi with $5 parafin add on. During the process they did no parafin wax which at this point I was fine cause it was hot inside. Then when I go to pay they charged me $5 for callus remover when I didn’t ask for it I asked for parafin and didn’t get that but she didn’t credit me cause she said she gave me callus treatment when I don’t even have calluses. Then my hubby toe nails were deeply cut sides ways on his big toe it’s so uneven and red. Place is going down will not return

After so many requests from my wife and daughter I had my first pedicure and it was not bad. They did a great job and it was very relaxing.

Vicky is excellent at her job. Very professional & conscientious . I love my nails & pedicures. Vicky was recommended by a friend of mine that’s gone to her for over 10 years. Vicky also has a number of my friends & their husbands for clients.

Kim is a wonderful artist. I havent had nails this perfect before her. she was sweet and listened to every request I had. One of the kindest nail techs I have ever had. These nails are stunning 😍

I have been coming here for a couple years. I was a little worried when they changed management, but I have been very happy! Kim does gorgeous SNS nails that dont look chunky and are perfect and last 2 weeks. Im not easy on my hands either. Pedis are great too!!

Went in to get my nails done and I just love it so much!!! Services was very good! The techs working here are very welcoming and focus. The salon is spotless from head to toe and smells really nice too. Didnt had any chemical smell lingering in the air. Prices are just affordable too. When it was my turn the nail tech working on me was very gentle and she would listen to all my requests too. My nails looked absolutely magnificent! Just love how my nails looked now!

Havent had a chance to be in town for a while but now I am in Round Rock, I have to try this place again. Been here once before with a friend and I have to say I was pretty impressed with the way they work. Really care about their customers experience. Everyone is so nice and professional. The place is clean and well organized. Techs are very easy to communicate with. I had my own annoying requests and was very skeptical about my nails but the lady was very patient and gentle and did a very good job. They have a great set of good quality products and beautiful colors to choose from. Equipment is sterilized after every use. Reasonable price. Pretty much nothing to complain about the place. Highly recommended!!

That moment when you are actually happy that your money is well spent. Love it here. Its my first time, I came in for a manicure and pedicure. The lady who took care of me did an amazing job. She took her time to make sure everything is right, did not rush through steps like many other places. They have a lot of good products and beautiful colors to choose from. This was my first time at this salon and I left feeling disappointed. I got a pedicure and an sns manicure and the service was very sloppy. For the mani, there was no work done on my cuticles and the nails were uneven. For the pedi, the polish would not dry as it was sliding around and when I notified the tech she just put another coat on and told me I was good to go. The polish she used likely needed a lamp to cure it which I mentioned. An hour later I scraped it off as it was sticky and had to redo it myself. Also have gashes on my hands and feet ):

This place is really worth the gas money to come here and have your nails done. The staff here really know how to make their customers happy and fully satisfied! The provide a clean interior and also clean equipment. My pedicure was just amazing. Perfect all the way to my sleep . Recommend Spa Organic to go to !

So to begin I tried setting an appointment, because I like appointments, I don’t think they actually made a note of it; but I get there in time for my appointment and ready to get a filling on my sns nails that I had done at different place. I sit in the chair as instructed and have two different people work on me before being moved to a different table with a new technician, and I’m thinking fine as long as I’m getting my sns nails done, but no I’m not. They take my nails off completely before giving me a full set of acrylics and sawing into the cubical of my left middle finger making me bleed, then as they noticed I no longer want to be there they finished in a hurry and shooed me out the door after asking if I’d like to set up a system to come again. And I thought that was going to be it and I’d wasted $50 on this but now I’m in so much pain stemming mainly from my thumbs. I do not suggest anyone go to this place for their needs.

They charged me $55 for a full set, gel and to take off previous nails. My nails look terrible, I’m sore, 5 fingers were bleeding. The “tip” nails are glued to my fingers and are so short. My real nails are so short, why pay $55 for the same size nail I have?? The green paint looks terrible! The worst I have ever had. Zoom in on the picture I posted. I gave this place a shot because they were open early on Sunday. Lady was rude and pushy. DO NOT GO HERE.

This salon is really nice, well decorated, clean and organized. They did clean up after every customer. Their services were also very good. So worth money and time. I got a full set pink and white and it lasted much longer than expected. This place deserve 5 stars.

This place is AMAZING i’ve been a regular for a few months now and Tony is great at what he does. The staff has great customer service and they make sure you’re a satisfied customer every time you go.

Honestly, it wasnt great. I went here because the reviews were really good. I asked to have my nails cut short but she insisted on filing. She filed so short that the skin was exposed under some of my nail beds. Then she said it was bc I wanted them short (I always get them short and never have this problem at other paces). Then when she painted on the gel, she went so far from my cuticle that it looks like they grew out a week already. Finally, she missed half of most nails when putting clear coat on. When I asked her to add more clear she acted like it was because my nails were short that caused her to miss with the clear!?! Ill defiantly wait at my regular place next time!

I’ve been to this place several times and am super happy. I felt they were clean and very friendly.

Not experienced in SNS. It took my older nail lady almost two hours. They were thick, crooked and uneven. She cut me while filing them down. She kept trying to fix it but they looked terrible. They broke off after a week versus the usual month wear I get out of them. Such a waste. Very disappointed.

Frist time coming to this place guy who did my nails act like he didnt want to do it. Very ruff with my hand.When i told him i want clear not corlor he look at me crazy. The girl who did my feet was great. Until came time to polish my toes took her 2 times she messed up but did fix it. Otherwise that how it went.

I dont want to give a one star because I used to come here quite a bit and it was always amazing, but I came in on Sunday, June 24th and was very dissapointed. I called in and told them I was coming in for a gel manicure but when i came in i changed my mind to SNS. I am not sure if thats why but she completely rushed through the process. I did not get my cuticles cleaned up (and they are bad) and also my nails arent long to begin with but she shaved them down so far my nails are noticeably shorter than my actual fingertips which is very uncomfortable. The layering process for SNS which is always the same every time was not this time. The powder was fully covering the entire nail all 4 times it was dipped which makes it look like i have a bubble of polish sticking up off my nails. Not natural looking at all which is why I get SNS. For $50 and the experience I have had before I really expected so much more from them. Very disappointed. Overall, my nails hurt because of how short she shaved them down, the layers of polish stick up off my nails which is very ugly, there is polish stained all around my skin, snd my cuticles are cracking and dead still because they were not cleaned or touched at all.

The pedicure was going great until one point. I still had my feet in the water and the lady doing my service dumped my toenail clippings and all of the dead skin from the bottom of my feet into the tub. GROOOOOOSSSS!!!!! I will not go back there!!!

I am very unhappy with the service I received. I was just there two days ago and already have my full set of nails off. $50 down the drain.

Very bad customer service. Their website advertises false prices. I went in with three people and expected to pay what was listed on the website but was disappointed to find out that it was going to be $20 more because they said they changed their prices. I showed them the site and wouldnt honor it.

The Pedicure I had done was ok. I really didnt like the vibe in there. The place seems outdated due to the pale yellow and dark wood furniture. It wasnt very relaxing. I wont be back.
