I have been to this location before and I have put up with the manager’s attitude and have always forgiven it or laughed it off. I walked in today around 2:15 and wanted my powder nails taken off and a new set out on. I was asked repeatedly if I wanted a fill. After saying no twice she began to cut my nails. For my daughters birthday I wanted her to get her nails polished and decided to ask for her toes to be painted as well. I was told there wasn’t enough time for that. I asked for an appointment at a later time and was told that she couldn’t make an appointment for us. There was NO one in the shop at all. She claims that an appointment is coming in 45 minutes. I guess they don’t want my business. I will never come to this place again. If you think about coming here then please select another place.

For the price, speed, and level of detail put into my nails this place is the perfect nail salon! I have never had a single nail chip or fall off since going here, my nails are always finished in under an hour no matter what design, and anytime I ask for special request nails like my christmas ones, they always say yes!

I have been coming here a very long time, Lynn the owner has always taken care of my nails, eyebrows, pedicure, and lashes this is the only place I will come too. Fast and efficient and also polite!

Kim has been taking care of me for over 10 years! My nails are always perfect and exactly how I want them to be. Her pedicures are just as good! On occasion I will have her do my eyebrows when I havent had time and she always makes them look fantastic. She is very kind and professional.

Ive come here multiple times for gel nails. Ive rarely had to wait, and if I did it was for less than 10 mins. They are fast- which I love. I usually get my gel manicures on my lunch break. Most of the time my gels last about 2-3 weeks. Their prices are also affordable. Most places charge 35/gel manicures, Kims does them for 30. Would recommend!

The manicurist was nice and super fast. The girl that did my pedicure was a bit chatty. I wish she would have let me read my magazine, my favorite part of getting a pedicure, but.she did a good job.

Burned skin while waxing, Horrible Service

I do not ever post a bad review on a facility even if I am disappointed with my results. I came in the owner was nice and she did my pedicure UNTIL.... I asked her to do a daisy on my big toes. I tried to show her a picture of what I wanted., but she said she “I know how to do I do not need the picture”. I said okay with a smile. She then did them and made them look like skinny lines. I asked her nicely if she could please redo them. She then got upset and said “ I not do for you I have been doing this for 16 years and have no problems”. I asked her you cannot look at the picture. “She said let me see and once again said if I do again it take to long and waste my time”. (Only me and one other customer and no one waiting .). Any other place I have been they will take the picture and keep it beside them and look at it before doing the design. I should’ve never strayed away from the regular place I go. I was just close to this place and on the way home. I’m coming back Vannie please forgive me for straying!!...Ughhh I don’t understand!!! She made me feel like an inconvenience. I guess I’ll find out if she charges me for the design even though I’m leaving with out it!!

Went to get a polish change which should be quick and simple. The polish I chose ended up being old and sticky, I should have said something then but I figured they knew what they were doing . Long story short my polish job came out bumpy and sticky. I sat under the dryer for about 15 minutes and it was still tacky. Well I didnt have time for them to do it again so I just asked that they take it off and for a refund. They said they couldnt do a refund. I said I was not leaving without my money. That is when 2 of the workers got in my face and started arguing with me. I am 5 months pregnant and cannot put myself in a stressful situation so I politely told them that I did not want to argue and they could just diffuse the situation by giving me my money back. After minutes of going back and forth and getting nowhere I decided to not continue with this toxic interaction and left the salon with no refund. The whole situation was in bad taste and very unprofessional. I left with the owners phone number so hopefully I will be talking to someone soon.

I seriously wish I could remember the guys name that did my nails, but he was awesome. Came in to get my old set taken off and get a new set with gel. The attention to detail is what impressed me. He took his time and even noticed the smallest bump (I hadn’t noticed until he started to fix it). They have a discount running Monday through Thursday since they recently opened.

Kim’s is the best nail salon I have found since moving to Texas. If you want your nails done right and good go see Kim she is the best! Kim can do AMAZING things with you feet and nails.

So unhappy with the salon experience. My manicurist didnt listen to me at all. Ive been growing out my own nails for a long long time I finally had a little length and asked her not to cut them so instead she filed them down. I also chose a blue color she had the nerve to comment it was difficult to paint on short nails. Never going back.

Honestly the best salon in Round Rock. Very clean, affordable, gentle, and great service. Kim is very skilled and experienced. They do all services: Gel/Shelac, dip, fill, wax, manicures and pedicures! I actually live in Dallas, and Kim Spa is better quality than anywhere else that I have found! LOVE THIS PLACE!

I love going here. Danny or Kim will normally do my nails and they pay alot of attention to detail. The conversation is always light and fun and they are always quick and efficient!

The new owner Lynn is awesome and does a fantastic job on my nails everytime, wont get my nails done anywhere else and Im very picky...if someone doesnt do them the way I like...will never go back.

Paid $55 for a full set- she did my nails and that was it. There was no manicure included. I had to ask her to do my cuticles. She piled acrylic on each nail, I had to ask her to drill that down. There were lumps of acrylic in spots that I had pointed out and she said that was my nail... I then showed her that it was NOT my nail but it was acrylic. She had to file that down and wasnt very happy about me pointing it out. At the end she didnt even massage my hands. Terrible service for the price I paid. Will not be coming back. She said theyve had 4 different owners and now I can see why. They need new technicians not owners!

I was a first time customer. Went there to get my eyebrows, upper and lower lip waxed. She didnt make any conversation with me. She only made negative comments towards me and said my eyebrows were done wrong. Keep your comments to yourself! I will never go back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would , the dude in there messed up my nails twice & then tried to have me pay before fixing them again & putting the nail polish on . So I told him no ill pay when everythings finished because my shape look teribble was suppose to be coffin shape ,but looked nothing like that so hes arguing with me about it being very unprofessional. I just ended up leaving & literally was bleeding because he was so ruff with my nails .
