I’ve been looking for a new nail place and I’ve found it! I am really picky when it comes to my nails and Nathan did a great job with my full set! He took his time and was careful and paid attention to every detail. The atmosphere was also great; overall a great experience. I will definitely be back!

First time there and walked in and saw a beautiful girl at the desk with amazing nails of course I wanted the same. She guided me to her mom Mindy. Who redid my whole set of natural nails and hooked me up!! Never in my life have I felt just comfortable at a nail salon.. Glad I searched on google for them!! Mindy just got her a loyal customer for sure ❤️💅🏽Edited:Went back for my fill because on top of being indecisive I’m picky lol.. However my second experience was just as good as the last…Of course I went to Mindy and she did everything even my eyebrows.. had a pedicure as well and it was good.. this place is my fave 😍❤️

I have to say, I went here once when it was Indulge and let me tell you, they sucked! Saw it had a different name, new owners so I decided to give them a try and dragged my friend along with me. I’m glad I did. Nathan is amazing at what he does. Time goes by fast talking to him and his awesome wife Mindy. I have tried quite a few nail places and I have never been as satisfied as I was the first time I came here. Now I go for my fill every 2 wks and they never fail to impress me. My friend and I always book together and she books with Nathan’s wife Mindy and her nails ALWAYS come out great as well. Mindy also did my eyebrow wax and she did a great job. Thanks Mindy & Nathan for always making our appointments something to look forward to after a long week and always being so nice, professional and welcoming no matter the day you both have had.

I’m sorry but I will not spend $52 on a pedicure from here. The man that was doing my pedi did not file, clean my nail beds, I can see left over from my last gel set which is like a dark teal so it looks like I have dirt in my nails. My nails were cut crooked & I cannot believe how much nail was cut. At the end he was pretty much filing my skin from how much he had already filed. Definitely unsatisfied & disappointed

I’ve tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt because it really is very clean and they service you quickly as you walk through the door. Along side this, when I got a dip set my third time going it was performed by what I assume is the owner and it was without a doubt the BEST set I’ve had.I got a set this past week by a lady who I’ve had before. I’m too shy to ask for someone else, as she did not do a decent job before. When she was setting my nails it was obvious that the dip was uneven and patchy. I asked her if she could fix it and she did promptly. This was only on one hand as I had 3-4 nails that looked terrible. I didn’t ask her to fix the other hand because I felt bad and didn’t want to stay longer.I took my boyfriend here the same weekend for his birthday to get pedicures. Super clean, was assisted right away by a young girl who was very kind.However the pedicure overall was just poor. My boyfriend’s only complaint was the temp of the water.Again, clean and the staff are very polite. Just won’t spend money here again.

I had an awesome experience in this place with Bryan and his wife, we laughed a lot!Totally recommended this place. He made the design better of what I expected to, he made my short nails look beautiful. Great job.Definitely I’ll come back! Thank you!

Today was my first time going to Butterfly and I will definitely be back. All of the tools are individually packaged and the salon is very clean. They have a huge selection of colors, gels and powders. Even at their busiest, the employees made sure to greet everyone who walked in and offer everyone a drink. The service was amazing.

This salon was very clean courteous and professional! They played great music and served cold margaritas! My nails were done nicely without rushing and turned out beautiful! I’ll be back

Staff was extremely nice but...My pedicure was just botched. I had been going to my previous salon for 7 years and unfortunately my favorite tech left so I thought I would give this place a shot.When I walked in staff was very nice and the salon was very clean.While the tech was doing my nails he skipped over a lot of steps, didnt clean under my nails, only used the grater and did not clean my nail beds prior to nail polish. Just seemed to be cutting a lot of corners. After he was done he pretty much just handed me my receipt and went to talk to a fellow employee. Just felt rushed out of there.When I got home I ended up finishing my feet because they felt like sandpaper. Not to mention the polish began chipping off. Perhaps it was just the tech I got.

My nails were shaved very thin and not 3 hours later, it cracked in the middle. The cuticles were not touched at all, despite being horrendous. We went in at ~5 and were rushed. I paid $50 and had to clean and pick out all of left over nail bits from the underneath of the nails myself.She was very kind. Quality was not there. Always a favorite place of mine, they always treat me amazing. I walk out feeling like a goddess, they are such an amazing and a wonderful staff. They go above and beyond when delivering a beautiful set of nails. This is where you go for satisfaction!! 100/100

Mindy did my mani. Came out nice minus the bubbles in my polish. And Nancy did my pedi. Luved it... Just becareful who you get. My first go around with a different lady was um disappointing.

As soon as you walk in your going to be greeted, even if they are slammed, which I love ❤️..Helen is my go to for pedicures, she is Amazing and super sweet.As far as my nails and eyebrows, Mindy is my girl.She is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. My first visit was on Mother’s Day this year and right away I felt like I’ve known her forever. Every challenge I’ve given her (pic’s of nails designs) she has executed flawlessly. Thank you BNB, I will not be going anywhere else!!!!!

I was very loyal to Bliss for too long. It started out great but after a while it started to feel like they just push you through as fast as they can. I decided to try this place today and not only did I get an amazing pedicure and manicure (my first in nearly 2 years) but I couldn’t find my phone as I was leaving and he stopped and pulled up his cameras which in the end helped me find it. 100% amazing customer service. Not only will I be back, I won’t go anywhere else. The willingness to help me when I was on the verge of complete panic is a rare find these days. Also, the place was clean (even the bathroom) the woman at the front was very nice and I cannot recommend John enough. I feel like a whole new human!!!

Just be mindful of pricing. A lot of hidden charges (not in the price list NOR explained at the time of service) then a bunch of excuses. Very sneaky. I always feel like my tech is in a rush, she doesnt lay the acrylic flat. The last time I was there she cut my finger. Theyre ok... but not worth the trouble. Concept Nails is better and right across the street. I tried. Lol, I asked how many GEL color polishes they had he said thousands but not a decent nude to be painted. Again this place is only OK but definitely NOT worth the price or all the hidden charges. The customer service is decent though, nice ambiance. But so are other nail shops, maybe even better. Back to Concept. I need a decent nude and transparency. Go here at your own risk, maybe theyll service you better. I just wont give them another single penny and wanted to give a honest review.

My husband and I just left and WOW. They are phenomenal. We got pedis and I got the new product called Crystal Nail (request it! Feels like a strong nail without the bulk of acrylic or dip). Helen and Daryl did our pedis. So thorough and kind. Massages didnt hurt like some techs do. But I have to single out Nathan. He is AMAZING. Knows what he is doing, cares, is funny, informs you about what he is doing, gives opinions without being mean. He is INCREDIBLY fast. So fast I was originally worried he was missing things but he was so thorough and did the works. We will definitely be returning.

Happened to walk in on a whim to try a new salon. Upon walking in was greeted and helped right away. Mindy who did my nails and eyebrows was AMAZING ! Super quick, knowledgeable, and very personable. Jennifer did my pedicure and she was very professional quick and communicative. I will definitely be going back again soon. This is now my new go to!

When you get there and open the door they great you nicely and it wasn’t a long wait for me I’ve been there so many times mostly to get my eyebrows waxed, ones or twice I’ll get my nails done and they do them so perfect just how I like it. They are really nice hard working people and I love this place.👍🙂

Book for Mindy! She is amazing with acrylics and eyebrow waxing. I got long ombre acylics that were GREAT. She was super nice and funny. Let me tell you, my eyebrows were a mess! Been growing them in for about 4 months and she cleaned them up so perfectly that I look like a whole new woman. Kevin did my toes and did amazing also. I will definitely be back here again & again.

I made a 9:30 AM appointment for a Saturday and they took me in right away. John did my pedicure and he was so good. He gave the best massages and my pedicure turned out well. Will be returning soon.

I absolutely love my nails! The place was very clean, they offer a complimentary drink and the designs they offer are lovely. The staff was very friendly and my mom was able to get her bad nail done from a different location fixed her nails look amazing!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! My experience was HORRIBLE at this place!Im going to start from the end - Mandy convinced me to let her do waxing for my eyebrows. I explained I was growing my eyebrows since I like them to be thick. I asked her to keep them this way. Instead she BUTCHERED them!!!It was kind of dark and dirty in the back room where they do the waxing treatments so I didnt see it at first but my eyebrows are so thin and uneven!!! I cried so much when I got to the car and looked in the mirror!!! I was growing my eyebrows for the last two years and this woman ruined everything in a second without even thinking!It started with a really poor pedi. The lady bruised me a few times and it was burning throughout the entire experience. I asked her to be gentle but she was so aggressive and kept bruising me!Im regret the second I got in there!!!

The day after my pedicure my toe became purple, swollen and extremely painful. Three days later I went to the doctor and found out both my big toes are infected one is so bad my toenail has to be removed. I’ve been getting pedicures for years at various places and this has never happened I’m extremely disappointed .. will definitely never return here

I decided to give them a try since my regular nail shop was booked out. I called around 2:00pm and asked to book my appointment for 5:30 for a mani pedi.I arrived a good 10 minutes before my appointment time. They put me in a chair (no water in the foot tub) and had me pick my color. The guy that took care of me when I first came in was very nice and friendly, I will give them that. The rest was absolutely unprofessional.After picking my color I’m just sitting there. Not once did anyone say they’d be right with me or at least “hey sorry we’re running a little behind” 5:50 hits and still no one comes to take care of me although staff is walking back and forth, the people next to me are leaving and I’m still sitting waiting, I then asked one of the staff members how much longer would it take since I made an appointment for 5:30 , she then starts asking another guy, he asks someone else and then they tell me about 5 more minutes.. at 6:05 I decide to leave because again my appointment was booked for 5:30.As I walk out the door I’m told “we were getting ready to take care of you” lol!!! Umm 30 minutes of having me just sit? Not even have the courtesy to say anything to me while I sit and wait and watch people come and go around me?I gave them 1 star because I had to give something to leave a review. I typically don’t leave reviews unless their about the great service or the service is so horrible that something has to be said…too bad this is the latter. First impressions are everything and when you’re in a service based business you have to keep the care of every one of your customers as top priority. I honestly couldn’t even find a reason to give them as an excuse for why I was treated the way I was. 👎🏽👎🏽

The worst experience ever. The nail tech was extremely rough after I told her several times she was hurting my nails. I was only there for a fill and it took much longer than a full set. Left with a cut where she decided to file my skin rather than my nails. Tech was very unprofessional and rude to say the least.

The lady who did my nails was fine. She didnt bring the gel down far enough on the nail, so the job looks like my nails had outgrown the gel by a week. The guy who took down my appointment randomly started talking conspiracies and politics AT me half way through the session. He pressured me on my opinions regarding abortion, then joked that if his mother had been pro-choice he would never had been born. I left feeling overcharged and uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

My mom, grandma and I have been going to Indulge for a while now and they never disappoint! My grandma has dementia and they’re so patient with her(I truly appreciate the staff for that). Nails are always beautiful 10/10 recommend

First time... Reasonable price. Will definitely come back. My birthday is coming up next weekend.9/12/19: I came back and want to redo my nails. Brought my own nail polish because match to my skin. Been waiting for about 20-30 mins. I was sitting back bar. Felt left out. I understand theyre not use to it around me. Im hearing impaired. It was difficult for me to read lips. Theyre require to use 😷 while doing customers nails, etc. After my nails done.. I made the final decision.. Im not coming back. Decide to go different place who willing to understand me with NO JUDGEMENTAL AND DISCRIMINATION. Because of the price difference.

I’m always remembered and treated very well by the staff, and it’s always a pleasure to visit with Vincent as he is who I go to solely for my gel acrylics. He gets the shape right every single time, my nails are always completely even, he’s fast and efficient, and always helpful finding the nicest shade of what color I’m going for. There’s red/white wine amongst other soft drinks and the ambiance is always quiet and relaxing.

My bridal party and I went there to get our nails done for my wedding and we were not disappointed! Since we were a large group of 20 people, they were nice enough to close to salon to the public for a few hours just to take care of us at absolutely no extra charge. Everyone from the owner to the manager and all the technicians are very nice and welcoming. Our hands and foot turned out great! This place is super clean and doesnt have that strong chemical smell. I will definitely be returning!!!

Brian did an amazing job on my nails. I have posted a picture 2 weeks after and they look as if I just had a fill. I am very impressed with not only the quality but the outstanding customer service I received while getting my nails done. This is what I got for $22.00. I wanted to remove the gel nail I got before and cut the nails. The nail shapes are not even. He put clear polish on my nail, but I had to pay money before the polish was even dried. I think this does not worth $22. Most of the shops charge $10-$12 for just removing the gel and cut the nails.

My granddaughter and I both had pedicures. The worst we have ever gotten. The po the guy painted my toes then hers. I took pictures to prove how bad , they look like a 7 year old did it .

Horrible!! Looks like a three year old did my nails!

My friend got her nails done with me and firstly she had sns and wanted them taken off and gel put on. They argued with her about what she wanted and finally they said theyd do gel. Instead of taking the sns off like she wanted and asked them to, they just put gel straight on top of it. So 2 days later, one nail has completely lost all polish and the other nails have the polish bubbling and peeling off.Avoid this location - they are clearly lazy and refuse to give customers what they are paying for.

Im a frequent here, like every two weeks kind of frequent. I normally used Vince but he no longer works there, so now this happened. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. When I got there they were not ready for me at all and blamed the client saying she was taking to long, changed her color several times, and put them behind. So me being on a time crunch and completely understanding , I left but rescheduled 2 days in advance for Friday instead. I let them know it would be during my lunch hour. They promised to get me in and out and apologized for not being ready that day. When I got there at my scheduled time on Friday, were they ready for me? NO. In fact they seemed as if they had forgotten who I was. He told me it would be a few minutes and to wait (just like they said on wed). By the look of all the technicians, they were no where near done. I left and went to concept nails across the street. They did a fantastic job and got me in and out in 35 minutes. I wont be returning to indulge.

A friend introduced me to this shop and it’s the only shop I want to go to now!! Very clean & classy looking! A step up from the boring traditional nail shops!Mai is amazing!!! She’s a perfectionist when it comes to shaping nails & she really knows what she’s doing! She had no problem doing the design I wanted & she’s fast! Can’t wait to see Mai again!

This is ny nail shop and Im not going no where else, love the work that this shop does.

I received a $50 gift certificate for a basic mani/pedi for mothers day and was so excited for the relaxation. I prefer gel polish and knew it would cost extra but never, ever expected it to be an additional $35. And it was not relaxing at all, I have a huge bleeding hole in my heel from my heels being scrubbed too harshly and my manicure was done at the pedicure chair very quickly on a pillow, my cuticles are awful, poorly painted and it was way too close for a pandemic. I would have much preferred the partition at the bar. I called ahead and went in 2 hours before close so there should have been time to do this properly. Neither technician said a word to me and overall I was so sad!! And 4 hours later my heel is still bleeding. Not worth $85 at all!!!

The drive thru is always such a long wait. They put some cone in between the lanes but everyone gets confused and think the lane is closed.

I went to Indulge a week ago to get a full set of dip nails with pink & white finish. Upon completion, they looked great and with tip, I paid $60. However, a week later they started to lift. I went back to address the problem and, without hesitation, a concerned and attentive technician, Danny, took great care of me. He removed the flawed application and replaced it with beautiful acrylic natural looking nails! Danny is now my nail guy!

Kim Mai did an amazing job fixing the disaster of another nail salon. Now my nail looks natural and beautiful. Wont be going anywhere else ever again. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, shes won my loyalty.

Mai was so nice to me and I loved how my nails turned out! She made sure I liked the shape and length. And the price wasn’t bad either. $54 for gel acrylics.

I get pedicures with my mom 1-2 times a month. We have been to a lot of places but I really enjoyed this one. No pushy people and the pedicure I get was the same price as the ones I get other places but lasted easily 20-30 minutes more, which in massage terms is wonderful.

I do like this place as they were taking precautions of wearing masks and having clients wear masks too and separating most clients. I loved me acrylic french mani by diff nail tech and thought my gel pedi was good too by the gentleman but when I got home, i looked closer to my toes. The shape was uneven, i was cut by the drill(told him when it happened) and discovered from the cheese grater like pedi tool that I had too much skin removed on left foot close to delicate body skin that created a hurting red sore. I noticed when i put my foot up on the couch. The gel looks discolored and not close to my sidewalls or cuticles. For the money I expect perfection.

Best place in Texas do get your nails done. Mai is the sweetest and not pushy, listens to what you want and get it done with a smile! I love the service and quality! 10/10 recommended PS: I’m very picky!
