I called and made an appointment for two for my best friend and I. Upon arrival they sat me alone off to the side, and when my friend arrived just a couple minutes afterme she was sat across the salon. We had to text each other because we weren’t able to sit together despite making an appointment for two. Also, neither of us were ever offered a drink.I didn’t get her name but my tech absolutely annihilated my cuticles. She hit them with the nail file over and over… I dunno. I had a good experience at the 620 location two months ago but between the two places, prices are inconsistent. (At the 620 location, I got fingers and toes done for like $100… here this set was $110… before tip). Anyway I’m just really disappointed, probably not going to give it another try

Ive been going to Bliss Nail Bar for a couple of years now and couldnt be more thrilled with their service! I do acrylic nails with a design and am always complimented on my nails everywhere I go. They are quite popular as many people seek them out for their designs, so be sure to book an appointment if possible. I see Jason and he does a phenomenal job! The shape is always on point and he always does his absolute best work. Highly recommended!

I went in and saw Jessica I believe was her name. She was nice. The staff was nice. The place was beautiful. The drink was amazing. I looked at their website and reviews and pictures thoroughly before even going. My expectations were wayyy to high.I have done my own nails for over a year and literally have only gotten my nails done twice in the past year at a salon. This being one of them. I paid $50 and still tipped her $11 because I fully understand how much Products cost. And the wrist hurting and back hurting and being exposed to strong fumes…. With that being said, she has to be a beginner. I couldn’t even tell her how bad I hated them because it wasn’t fixable without taking all the nails off. I had NO extra time to sit around and wait for a quality technician! She flooded my cuticles so bad that I’ll be surprised if they last two weeks. She flooded the sides of my cuticles so bad that all I want to do is pick at them. Pictures for reference. The French tip is super average. The shape isn’t consistent. I honestly wish I had my nail products because I know for a fact I could of done a better job. Please someone train her better end stop allowing her take more clients until she can atleast not flood people’s cuticles and create some sort of apex. The nails are extremely displeasing to the eye I can’t even imagine showing them off.

I’ve been going to this place for years. One of my recent trips I got a newer nail tech and he didn’t do a very good job and I wasn’t happy with the set that I got. The manager Jason happily redid my nails with no charge and they looked amazing.

I was diagnosed with COvid couldn’t come in so I moved my appointment they stole my deposit claimed I didn’t move it. Be very careful. They don’t care at all just about a bottom line and I have plenty of followers I will be telling them. Better off going to a smaller business like local mail techs that come to your home it’s just better and most times same price or cheaper. I won’t be coming back

Nice, clean, with good sanitization procedures. Went in to treat a friend on their birthday to mani/Pedi. Service was excellent. Seats are a little close together. Took 21/2 hours for both of us. Prices are comparable to others. You can get free drink of your choice.

Its a very big nail place. My daughter and I visited for the first time. Shes 16. First, my nail tech kept trying to give me booze. I asked for Diet Coke. He brought me a Coors Light, which I politely declined. Finally brought a Diet Coke out. Didnt speak. Kept moving my chair. I dont like the shared work tables. Not very sanitary. Not going back. My daughter had a better experience with her full set of acrylics. She will come back.

First time I came in I was very satisfied with my pedicure the guy did an amazing job:cleaning my nails took the time to give a quality service. Today I came in horrible experience the service was rushed my nails look the same as when I walked in, nail tech was basically just touching my nails the cleaning part of the pedicure was horrible not enough was done. Im not coming back 65 dollars to walk out with a your toes looking exaclty the same. no thank you.

I would give them 4 stars if it wasnt for the $20 deposit to schedule an appointment. I understand keeping the deposit if you cancel. However if its a reschedule, I feel like you should at least be able to apply the credit to your rescheduled appointment. Other than that, the nail techs are skilled and fast. This is my go-to nail shop in North Austin.

Liam has been one of the best nail tech i have had in Austin. He pays attention to detail and executes my designs every time! Staff is professional and welcoming. Also full bar? Yes please!

I used to love this place but now no thanks, Ill go elsewhere. I got SNS dip powder on my own nails which I always do. Everytime I go I see a different tech which wasnt a biggie except theyre not all using the same technique. Im not sure why but the last two times I noticed my SNS cracked almost immediately. The first time happened on day one of my nails being done. The second time happened the next day. I asked for them to be fixed but I asked for a different tech, was told over the phone I could get a different tech, but once I showed up, I was told I had to get the same tech Tina. I asked the tech Tina why no one used the same technique she ignored me, rushed the job, and didnt even try to shape them the same as the other nails. The nail she fixed split the next day and I lost the whole nail length because I had to cut it even after my real nail broke underneath. Now everyday a new nail cracks and/or chips...and Ive not banged them, bumped them, nothing! I gave two stars because I used to love Bliss and I loved Jaden who did my SNS before the last two techs, but I cant keep spending money for cracked nails and poor customer service.

I have been going here for almost 3-4 years now. Everytime I go, I always get either extra long acrylics with gel hand painted designs or inlays and lots of sparkles and rhinestones. Don’t get me wrong, they turn out stellar. They used to be fair priced too. 110-140 for hand painted XL sets. Now, after not going for 6 months… I showed up for medium set full marble w some glitter… 190? What? When I used to get 2 inch long hand painted gel and acrylic that were 4 -5 hour sets? Not cool. What was once like 90$ is now 190.

I have never had a design or gems placed on my nails before, I always thought it was a little too busy for me. Vincent did my nails and he did them beautifully. Theyre not too busy at all. I love the way my nails turned out. I went from wanting short natural nails to a small flower added and then gems placed. I cant wait to go back.

Staff is nice, but they charge a lot and the two people my friend and I got didnt listen at all to what we wanted. The guy who did my nails said he would be able to do the design and color I wanted and then decided to do what he wanted and that he wasnt able to do the design i wanted. One of my nails chipped in less then 24hrs. Went back, asked not to get the same guy. The person who I got was great. She fixed it and told me that the design I had wanted was doable, but that the guy I got usually likes doing really long nails and doing his own thing. I really liked her. But I dont think I would come back here again. At the end, my nails still werent what I had really wanted. Just kinda accepted it and left.The black nail was the only one I actually liked out of all. This purple wasnt what I wanted, also wasnt given a choice to pick from and the white nail with the random three lines was supposed to be marble (which was fixed by the girl when I went back)Side note. My friend who had gone with me had her nails cut pretty small when she didnt want them cut and had wax dropped on her eyelid and dripped down. Her eye got swollen the next day and was hurting but nothing was done and still charged her the same amount. Neither of us got a discount or anything when we first went. Even though we both told them that I didnt like my nails and the guy didnt listen to me and that my friend got burned by wax.

It is very nice inside. Very big. Lots of room and more than enough staff! I think the man said 43 people were working today woww! The nail tech did a really nice job on mine and my daughters nails! Very friendly people. Very clean place. Would definitely recommend.

Ive gone to this place many times, and unfortunately the other week was the last. The girl that did my nails had an attitude the whole time, I showed her a picture of what I wanted, which she over-priced but thats another story, she took short cuts the whole time. I kept asking questions and she would ignore me. My nails do not look like what I asked for, I usually go to Kay but she was not there. The lady that did my pedi was amazing... I tipped her twice as much due to her kindness....Ive found another establishment that cares about customer service...

From the beginning my nail tech made me embarrassed, calling people over to tell me my nails were short and just repeatedly told me how short they were. I did not get to pick the length i wanted and the lengths on each finger are all different. The color did not match the picture i showed in the clear picture i showed her. The edges of my nails are extremely sharp. Nail tech was not paying at all when filing or cutting and ended up putting her head down like she was falling asleep when u went to wash my hands. Even cut my nails shorter when i said i was happy with the length i already had. Disappointed with my experience with this place especially with all the good reviews i’ve heard and seen.

Its just okay, this was my first time here and the service was eh, they add in tip at checkout. The nail tech definitely thought she was too good to speak, the best part of my visit was the blueberry martini. I have a better experience at Bamboo Nails and Spa and regret going elsewhere.

They came out HORRIBLE. no attention to detail . charged me $15 extra for design and used a pink base coat on the leopard print nails and then a clear coat for my other nails which had a french tip , so one nail on each hand is OBVIOUSLY a completely different color from the rest . i’m not sure why she didn’t use the pink for all of the nails or just the clear coat for all of the nails ? but the total came out to be $50 which is crazy for a gel manicure on short nails which didn’t come out good at all and look NOTHING like the picture i showed her

This was hands down the best nail shop experience Ive ever had and Iike a few places in Austin. They were very attentive and organized. The entire staff was friendly, both my friends and myself were helped quickly and all satisfied with our results. Plus--the drinks hit. 12/10 will be back

OK I LOVE THIS PLACE! Seriously have been a bunch of other places to get my nails done, trying to find “that place” and baby I have found it! Stop searching. Best coffin nail shape I have ever had, and that deluxe pedicure is out of this world!

I think the service here depends heavily on who you get. However, if you make sure you tell them you are unhappy with how something it looking early on, they will try to fix it. If it doesn’t work out for a technical reason (like one time the nail polish bubbled up and was wet underneath after I left) the manager is sweet and will make it right. If you want dip or gel nails, they are great and have tons of options for colors. If you want nail art or long nails, ask for someone who is good at that when you make the appointment. They also have a membership deal which is awesome, over time you can get discounts on your services!

Didnt feel comfortable with the lady specialist talking to another coworker in a language I didnt understand and picking up her phone. She talked to her daughter about her grades and stuff while was doing my nails. That was a conversation that should be hold home.

I had heard good things about this nail salon. This will be my 3rd time and I have never been disappointed. Jason did my nails this time and he was did fabulous! He took him time and made sure I was happy! Most of all, great conversation. Definitely going to keep coming back! God see Jason!!

Ive gone to a few different nail places since Ive lived in Austin and Bliss Nail Bar is by far one of the best nail salons. They are super organized and professional! If you are looking for a new place to get your nails done, stop here!! You wont regret it.

Walked in right at 11:30a Sunday and immediately was seated for my pedicure- that was awesome! I was never asked if I wanted or needed a drink…. While others that came in after me were. Once my pedicure was finished, I was escorted to the bar to wait upon which I sat for about 15 min, meanwhile others were seated directly with their nail tech. Once I was selected to sit with my tech Vicent, I was asked to show my nail art- mind you I used a picture from their business website. The tech seemed very nervous & confused about the request the entire time. He asked to look at my photo multiple times, messed up my nails with the dip so he kept starting over. The shape of my nails were not done to my liking & the tech seemed confused about that too. I wanted the ombré effect with nail art & ended up only getting the ombré done (barely) because it was already 3p. As I checked out, the desk clerk asked how my experience was, I told her everything… all she said was “oh I’m so sorry” turned away and proceeded to charge me over $100. I may or may not go back, BUT will definitely make an appointment with a tech that I’ve seen work from! Do better please & have better Customer Service after all I’m paying for the completeService.

I called at 10AM to schedule an appointment at 2PM for 2 manicures/pedicures for my daughter and I. We showed up and had to wait maybe 10 minutes before being seated which was not the issue. It was when my daughter and I were seated that we waited an additional 25 /30minutes to be seen by any nail tech or get the pedicure water bowl started. I shouldve left but I promised my daughter a mommy and me spa day. On top of that they had 4 nail techs working on us for each service, which made me feel guilty in tipping more so that each tech gets a decent amount for their time/work. This was my first time back since the pandemic hit and will probably be my last, I walked out spending more than $200 for toes and nails that did not last very long. I get making up lost revenue but this is not it.Also, the tools and roll carts they use daily could use some deep cleaning, made me feel uneasy as Ive got a nail fungus once before due to unsanitary tools.

I’ve used them for over a year and have loved them. This last time the lady doing my pedicure cut my toe, and not just a nick, it kept bleeding. Had my nails refilled and one had a chunk of acrylic come off just a day after. I spent over $120 for both services, so I’m a little disappointed

The service is amazing. Ive only been twice, 1st time on mothers day and it was crazy packed but the kept a steady flow of mothers and daughters. The 2nd time was recently. I love the techs and it doesnt smell like heavy chemicals.

This place is so nice, the staff is pretty nice, they are extremely busy and I see why. They all do a great job, but Jenny did an amazing job doing my nails. I asked for a full set, I showed her a few pictures and she was able to execute. I was so happy the came out just how I envisioned.

Went to get a full acrylic set and asked them to recreate the nails that I had showed them in this photo and I asked if she could do it exactly like that with the glitter on my pointer and ring fingers and she said yes shw couldnt do it EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE then when she finished she told me she could not add any glitters to my fingers because she didnt have any that looked like that and I was very upset. After leaving my rhinestone started to fall off a day after I got them done. would not recommend

Jason is the absolute best! He takes his time and provides excellent customer service along the way. Very courteous, polite and helpful. He fixed my nails and made them look brand new. This is an amazing, friendly and professional establishment. I highly recommend Jason if you decide to visit.

I love my manicure and pedicure. Leo definitely took his time with my nails and did a fabulous job on top of my natural nails. He listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I requested. I am very satisfied with my new nails and toes . I am going to be showing off my new Christmas set to everyone 🎄

In all my years here in Texas I have been unable to find a nail salon that would satisfy my needs. I have had great experiences in other salons but nothing like the experience I have had at bliss nail bar. I’m extremely picky with my nails... I look at every detail and I expect the same from my nail technician... needless to say Jason exceeded my expectations and was amazing. His work is impeccable... his eye for detail is out of this world. I will most definitely be back... and if you’re contemplating checking bliss nail bar out come prepared to patiently sit and see the art work unfold right in front of your eyes. And expect to pay for the masterpiece... much love ❤️

The place is ok i guess but the technician wasnt that good and very distracted she left glue on my skin, didnt finish 3 nails with the same process she did the others and i told her medium length she made the long. For 160.00 im not going back!

Ladies! Ladies! Ladies! Beautiful atmosphere! Large selection of trendy styles! I really wish I got my nail techs name BUT she was awful. This was my FIRST time here. She wasn’t very knowledgeable about the services she offered. If you are going to do nails you need to know the difference between gel, powder, and S&S... she didn’t know or didn’t understand! I even brought a photo of someone’s nails they did there. I rated them 3 stars because my nails had bubbles in them. I paid $50 for this!!! Gel! The nail technician was in a hurry. She moved in to the next person with little to no help finding the colors I wanted. Of course she received NO tip. I would return ONLY IF the manager is present( she just so happened to be on vacation) I spent 2 hours there and still left unhappy. They attempted to fix but made it worse. I only needed another coat. You could see my nail through the color! The nail tech obviously didn’t know what she was doing. I originally went for Kelly but tested my luck.

They are the very best Nail and Pedicure spa in Austin. I love them and the customer service is always excellent.

Not happy about my service today. Before coming in I called to see if they still served alcohol with the pedicures, they said yes. I have been looking forward to coming in all week to relax and have a drink. Not even one person asked me for a drink , I even asked the lady and she never got me any thing . Half way thur 2 ladys came in and the owner asked what they would like to drink. The pedicure was half done and my eye brow wax was not done right. I even took a picture of all the wax th was left on my face. Will not return. Been coming here since they open.

Couldn’t get the butterfly design I wanted, had to re due the look and the outcome I did not like. They rush, work is messy, and made my finger bleed. I try to give them chances but this will be my last visit.

My nail tech went out of the country and I needed a good tech to replace her. My replacement tech was out as well, and so I tried Jason. He is fantastic! He pays attention to detail and my nails do not fall off and last a long time, which is something I look for in my techs. If anyone is need of a good nail tech, ask for Jason! Thanks, Jason! :)

I just went to Bliss yesterday, left at like 7:45 and its 7:30am and my nails are already peeling. I paid almost $100 for my toes and nails. I dont mind spending money if its worth it but this was not! Ive come to Bliss multiple times and eveytime something is wrong. This was my last straw. Dont go to Bliss, the quality isnt what you expect.

I made an appointment for several services three days prior, but they could not follow through because they were too busy to take me at the scheduled time. I was told to outside until they called me to go in. I waited in my car for forty minutes without a call or update on my appointment. I understand waiting and being busy, but then what’s the point of making an appointment? Not sure on their walk-in policy, but I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Extremely unimpressed with their professionalism. Don’t waste your time.

First time trying Bliss after hearing so many great things about them. They definitely lived up to expectation. Im very picky about my nails and dont trust just anybody. Fabio did an amazing job and was so patient and gentle. He gave me exactly what I asked for and definitely gained a new customer.

I used to love this place, but the last three times Ive come here were terrible. One nail tech gouged indentions into my nails, and the other two literally made my fingers bleed. When you bring it up to management nothing happens. This place has great potential, but it seems that some of the techs are just going through the motions.

Never had a bad experience until now! Be carful who does your nails Usually I get them done up with bling and designs so I guess I get someone with much more experience . Loved Heidi - I went to the location off of 620.I made an appointment (because of coronavirus, wanted to make sure), arrived and was immediately seated. Although I waited about 15 or so minutes, I arrived during probably their busiest time (12pm, Sunday).Their nail bar is stunning! And their prices I would say are more than fair! I got dip with extensions (because my nails were just nubs!) and Heidi took care of me the whole way! She asked multiple times if everything was okay, if I liked the shapes, the colors etc.Great place, will go regularly.

Meena was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! She did my Halloween nails which the main piece was Jason’s face and wow oh wow she took her time never rushed and the outcome is just beautiful I love my nails!!!! The shape was on point! (Coffin) I have been to other places and one nail is always shaped completely off! I highly recommend Bliss!!!! The owner is also so sweet and the conversation always flows. The nail bar is very big on cleanliness and you can feel the good vibes and energy as soon as you step in the door! All the nail techs are great! This place gets super pricey when you start adding designs but they most definitely can do more nail art than any nail shop Ive been to. On a Saturday it took me 20 minutes to be seated and the place was packed. Ann slayed my nails and made sure I was enjoying myself.

This was my first time here, upon walking in I was greeted with a friendly hello and asked what service I needed. I told them a pedi and sns mani.Immediately I was taken aback by the beautiful glitter accent wall and gorgeous pedi chairs.They took me around to pick out my toe nail color and sat me in a seat. Stephen did my pedicure, he was very sweet and gentle. I was asked right away by a Kayla what I wanted to drink and given a sleek drink menu to choose from! Theres pretty much a full bar here. I went with pineapple juice because I was on my lunch break :)As I am getting my pedi they bring me a HUGE collection of sns colors to choose from. I found a beautiful light grey. Phobe started taking off my old nails as my pedi was finishing up.After that was done I walked over to Phoebes work station. She was very kind, gentle and personable. We laughed the whole time. She even put me on a new technique Ive never heard of ombre nails she did a gorgeous light pink with the grey I selected.Im beyond happy! The manicure even ended with a quick back massage. I have never been treated so kindly before! I live in Taylor aaanndd Ill be driving to round rock from now on to get my mani/pedi done here they are that good and kind!Also the prices are outstanding for the services they offer! Dont hesitate you have to check them out!!

Busy! Fancy, black and white decor. Very sleek. They put a towel on chair to sit on. Pedicure chairs are VERY comfortable, good cushion and messager. My tail bone did not hurt even sitting for 1 hour. There were 25 nail technicians working simultaneously. Large selection of colors. There is a 2nd area for pedicures with butterflies on a wall. Everyone gets a new pumice stone. I was offered a drink by another technician than the one doing my pedicure. Towels on legs werent very hot. Technician for pedicure did not cut me. She was a little firm with massaging.Landon did my fingernails and Natalie did the design.

Useless to make an appointment. Our appointment was at a certain time and we weren’t seated for another 15 minutes. Even after being seated we waited another 20 minutes before our actual pedicures started. After pedicures we were taking to the front where we waited at the bar for another 20 minutes before someone finally came to do our nails. To end the experience i was charged an extra $5 for getting my nails in a round shape and another $5 because full set does not include the nail tip.(this is the first nail shop I’ve been too where full set didn’t mean the fake nail tip btw) the entire experience was almost 3 hours and i left paying $80 for a classic pedicure and full set (which didn’t include the nail tip)

Nails are different lengths and gel polish think. Very messy and unprofessional job.

It was legit. The granite that they did for my friends manicure was insane. My pedicure was great.

They were wonderful! I had came in after a bad experience at a different salon and they fixed my nails so quickly. Amy did a wonderful job and I truly appreciate her getting me ready for my engagement photos! They are a little pricey but other than that, it was great!

Got a pedicure. The massage Was great. I think I needed an upgraded pedi tho. Relaxing atmosphere and wine.

I do not recommend....I went to Bliss Nail Bar for the second time a few days ago. The first time was ok, but after the second visit I will not be returning. The nail technician cut me down the entire side of nail on two different nails. One of them was really bad and bled for two days. I got gel so she was putting my hand under the dryer to get the blood dryed up so she could paint over it. I have a freshly done manicure and two of my fingers have to be covered with bandaids. To top it off, I still had to pay full price for this awful experience.

Amazing place , definitely has enough people to work to handle the high customer wait. They make you wait in your car , text when they are ready for you- but if they don’t understand you/ could miss your place in line- like I did, repeated number and had to call once wait time was past the time given. Once inside they did have us wash hands and wear a mask, paper for the seats but nothing wiped down, once I got my nails done was right next to someone, where is the 6 ft space?! In the chair was on the back side and by my friend, but it was my friend. Like it’s a pandemic! Since it was close to closing time got a rush job, and the guy was on his phone- like are we not gonna be professional?! Okay whatever. I didn’t leave a bad tip, they gotta make money too, just leaving a bad review , and might return once Covid is behind us!

I came here last week and wasn’t the happiest with my nails. Anyone can have an off day, no big deal. The manager immediately stepped in, heard my concerns and made a plan to make me happy. I came back today for my nails to be fixed and they are amazing!! Jason walked me through each step, letting me know what he was doing and why, and the result is exactly what I wanted. I’ve never been happier with a business’ response to a concern. I’m so very happy with my nails and Jason’s service. I will be back!!
