These ladies are so sweet and always do a great job. The boss thanks me everytime and especially for coming during COVID. They truly appreciate thier customers.

Ive been coming here for 3 1/2 years and have only had excellent service. Everyone is friendly, quick and efficient. The prices are very competitive and they have so many services to choose from. Ive always loved the way my nails looked when done. Plus Ive never had my tips break. Ill never go anywhere else!

I brought my grandmother here to get her nails dipped since we have been on lock down. They turned down her because she looked old !! Really Katherine when your people from China is the reason why we in this pandemic in the first place... Your workers are older than her! Talk about Discrimination. U better hope u follow all protocols for know on. Health department will check on you durning the Pandemic and any other time ever utensils that you useshould be clean and sterilize and should be packaged in new on every customer

Daughter had a fill done for $58 on Saturday around 1 PM and by Sunday 2 nails broke around or before 5 PM. it is a clean facility however the work speaks for itself.over priced

Nails weren’t straight and some were different shapes and lengths. When asked to fix them then shrugged their shoulders and told us to just leave.

Not my first time here and for the second time I thought I should share some thoughts. They have everything you look for in a decent nail salon and for a very reasonable price. I came in today for a manicure and pedicure. The lady who took care of me did a wonderful job. She took her time and did not rush though I came in when they were busy. Sanitation procedures are strictly followed. They have good quality products and beautiful colors to choose from. The place is clean and very well organized. If you are in the area and looking for a solid place to have your nails done or even looking to be a regular somewhere, I highly recommend this place. LOVE IT !!!

I have been going here for about a year now. I will say they provide great service and high quality results. The prices however are quite competitive. If you go for gel acrylic sets then Amanda is the best. If you like SNS more then I recommend Nancy. Also, I would recommend scheduling an appointment if you are in a rush just in case.

Love this salon! From what i could see while waiting is they keep this salon really spotless! The techs clean their stations after every customer and use unused equipment. The prices are really affordable here. When I was next, the nail tech working on me was very gentle! She did everything perfectly! My nails came out looking fantastic after she was done!

Excellent service! Other places usually have a hard time doing my nails with my deep nail beds, they really did a great job here. Great pedicure chairs and a nice atmosphere too. Greatly improved since new management.

So I went in here on the second day I am in Round Rock. What a place, no wonder why my friend has been telling me to try this place forever. Everything is just right, love the way they run their business. My friend and I called in before we left to make sure we would not have to wait when we get their. The place was pretty busy but they managed to take us in right away. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Techs are very skillful and up to date with new trends. They have great colors and high quality products to choose from. The lady who took care of me did a really good job. She took her time to make sure everything is right as I requested. Price is very competitive considering the quality of products and services. Highly recommended !!!

Firs time ever having anything done, as a male we think were too macho, etc so I took my mom and figured this is way of seeing what the fuss is about. Got the $30 pedicure and it was great, Ive always heard they were great, I was missing out and wont anymore. Service was great and pricing, will look to visit every other month or so

Came here yesterday for a full set. I have been looking for a place that can do my ombre nails perfectly and finally I found Spa Pro Nail Plus. It was one of the best experience ever! I really like the shape of my nails and the way they apply the polish on my nails with perfect

Ive been there four times or so and I like the convenience of it being so close by. This is the second time they screw up my eyebrows. The first time I liked how one lady did them and I shouldve asked for her name but this lady yesterday did my eyebrows in a haste and they look terrible. The first time I went I loved how that lady did my toes and yesterday they cut my nails improperly and left me a painful ingrown toenail. It depends who does your nails or eyebrows but I definitely dont want to go there again.

When I went to this spa, I was not terribly impressed. I ended up getting a full set and a week later one of my nails started to grow fungus. soon after another one did. I have been getting my nails done for many years, and this has never happened to me. I do not recommend this spa.

First time at this SPA PRO NAILS PLUSTHE LADY DID A GREAT JOB! she explained to me each product and advertise the products as well,but I came for a SPA pedicure pay $45 plus tip. I end up paying 50.00 but it was worth it!

I went in the morning and when i arrived i was asked to wait 20 mins. After 20 mins of waiting patiently i asked if my time was coming up and then they asked me to wait ANOTHER 30 mins! I really feel like they could have been honest in the beginning and just said it would be an hour wait. But i guess they assume if they can get you to wait 20 mins you would not mind another 30. Im so frustrated.

A Rushed Terrible Manicure!! My daughter and I went in for a manicure and they did a terrible job on both of us. Our manicure was done in about 15 minutes. Several nails had air bubbles present and when I asked to correct it, there was no base coat added. The nails chipped within two days. After they were done with us, they had us to move to the nail dryer and both disappeared to work on pedicures. After sitting around for way too long, I had to ask the person at the register if we were okay to go.

My vist to Spa Pro Nails Plus was asweome, they were also friendly and my nails turned out beautiful. I came back and got my feet done and they are just as beautiful!! Im a customer for life.

I got my nails done here and had to go back four times almost everyday because they would pop right off. They would pop off doing the most simple things like reaching into my back pocket. Picking up something, and one would just pop off. Ive had my nails done for YEARS & Ive never seen nails pop off with such ease. After my fourth time returning to fix a broken nail I asked for my money back but they wouldnt give it. The lady said that it has been two weeks. I have the receipt I was there less than a week ago & have been back almost every single day since, for popped off nails. Instead of apologizing they kept blaming me. Fabricating time & saying that no one else complains. They also mocked me when I told them how easily they came off. She told me to go home and take a nap and they will be there with smiling faces to come and fix it. I told her I cant keep coming everyday to get my nails done. The lady said for me to do what God led me to do. With all my heart I am led not to let this happen to anyone else and it is her who will stand before God and answer if how I was treated was just and fair. If they do not give me my money back Im going to continue to escalate the issue because its just not right.

The woman that was helping me was doing a great job until another client came in while she was helping me then she stated going real fast and left my nails ruff on the edges then sent me to another lady for my pedicure who then put me ice cold water. I was a bit livid she was very ruff on my feet and pulling my toes in way they should not be pulled.

I have been going here a long time and finally experienced the worst customer service ever. Myi messed up my nails and demanded that I pay full price. I have spent thousands since I become a customer here and was very disappointed to be treated like trash. I will not return here and I advise you not to go either, especially blacks. She rushed me bc she had a white customer behind me even though I had an appointment.

First time I went it was good. Today was horrible and the lady who did my toes was rude, yanking and hurtful. Then when she polished them it was all clumped up so noticeably and when I pointed it out she got so angry!!! Needless to say she got up and walked off and another lady finished. I still left that rude woman a tip but I’ll never go back again.

I walked in and asked for acrylic French tips. The woman who did my nails decided I needed the new SNS nails even though thats not what I asked for. She only stopped talking to her coworker to ask me how I liked them through out the visit and I kept pointing out flaws that she would fix later. Cool. Its a process. I understand. The end result was horrible. The white was uneven and faint in parts and it was uneven and bulgy on the sides. I dont know if thats how SNS is supposed to look, but was so disappointed that I asked to have them removed. While she was hastily removing them(and clipping my skin over and over again) other staff members kept crowding around me. I will not be back.

Great customer service, I love Mai, she takes great care of me biweekly, V is great as well, best pedicure and sns nail service, clean, no cross contamination.Much Love~

The best place for mani’s and pedi’s in Round Rock, the people are so friendly and accommodating. They have SNS products which are wonderful and almost indestructible, believe me I am super hard on my mani’s I work in the house, yard, and refinish furniture and my nails still look amazing!

I usually go to this place all the time. But after today I may need to find another spot. Mr. Tom is a real JERK and I cant believe they have this guy working for them. The whole time he was doing my nails hes rudely telling me to relax my hand (Ive been getting my nails done for 18 yrs I know how to relax my hands) twisting my fingers all kinds of way as if he didnt know what he was doing, cutting me twice. Then I go to pay and this fool is no where to be found and charged 50 dollars for a fill, the lady calls him and he tells them he had to take all my nails off bc I had a dark color and wanted to go light, he only removed one nail. So they tell me OK Ill give you 5 dollars off, I proceed to tell them how rude he was and how hee cut me so they said OK you only pay 40 I was like for a fill this is insane and they just kept saying sorry your not happy your total is 40

They dont pay any attention to any of the costumers. Speak in a different language all the time and stare at you and talk about you. Horrible place to go and they lie about their prices one minuet its $50 then the next its $60. I suggest you not to go here.
