This place is okay. I loved my nails when it got them done but 2 days later the polish started chipping and just 9 days later I had 2 fall/break off. Aside from that the staff was friendly and welcoming and even painted my nails while I was getting my pedicure done so I wasnt late for work.

Great service. Professional, kind, did a great job and prices were mid-range compared to others in the area. Overall very satisfied.

I absolutely love this place, The staff is super friendly environment is very comfortable and the quality of work is very high. not only do they take their time when they do your nails but it’s extremely affordable! I had to move to different cities multiple times but I still drive half an hour to get my nails done here twice a month because I cannot find another nail salon that offers such high-quality work with such a comfortable environment. I took my sister and my mother here and they loved it as well! I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Thankyou also much guys!

Great job on my nails

I have been going here for a year and I get the SNS nails and shellac pedicure. When I went to Walt Disney World they did red with white Mickey heads and polka dots. For Halloween I got the most gorgeous gray sparkles and silver sequins nails and the technician matched my toenails. The put flowers and rhinestones on my toes. Whatever I request they try to please. The staff is friendly, remember me when I go in and care about hygiene. The prices are very reasonable. They also do a great eyebrow wax.I have to add that they do such a great job of applying the SNS that after a month of growth they are still securely on and in great shape. Just have grown out but never lift or crack. Also, the wait is never too long and if I’m in a hurry they will do my nails while I’m getting a pedicure. I love this place!I highly recommend this salon.

I have been coming here for 10+ years and I love the service. I have an issue with my nails lifting, possibly b/c oily nail beds? Any how, there have been few occasions where I have went somewhere else and my nails always lift when I go anywhere else. They do such a good job and my nails dont lift! Pedicures are great too! Love the girls here! Highly recommend!

Ive been coming here for over 5 years, I wont lie there have been a couple of times my nails barely lasted two weeks, but most of the time my nails last for a month or longer. I can count on one hand how many times I have broken one. The staff is super friendly, and I have rarely had to wait long. Prices are affordable. Highly recommend them!

Would highly recommend lady nails services. Especially the make up artist Chau. She is very talented. A relative got some work done and my sister and I came few days later. Then we loved her work so much brought my friend today. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Best place around. I love the staff they always have smiles on their faces and I always feel welcome here.

I go faithfully every 2-3 weeks and each time I am happy when I leave. I get to make my own special ombre designs with their powders so I can be unique. The pedicures are amazing, they take their time and NEVER rushed! I highly recommend, never disappointed :)

I walked in service for a quick pedicure today & was greeted by a friendly staff who jumped right up to help me. They werent pushy & signed me up for rewards program!

Just went there today after work. They did a fabulous job. The place i had been to before this did a pretty bad job and left me looking like i had Shrek nails. The service at Lady Nails was fast, friendly and outstanding. My nails look absolutely amazing. She listened to what i wanted and gave me exactly what i described. I will definitely be returning.

LOVED IT! I go at least every 2-3 weeks and have never been able to compare to any other place. love the energy of the salon and all of the employees are really personable and actually are interested in what you have to say. not only is the environment excellent but they have the latest technology. I usually get the gel done and Im out within 15 minutes because they have the new and improved LED lamps that dry each hand within 90 secs. love that I can pop in any time and the service is great! if youre looking for a new permanent place to get your nails, eyebrows, or massage done, this is the one :)

I literally sat there as they gossiped about customers. Then they took pictures of me to send to my aunt, whose husband, my uncle, when he paid for my nails. They thought he was cheating on her. Granted they had no idea I was related but they bombarded me with questions trying to get information. When I kept hearing my aunts name being said, I started laughing. Just sad.One lady, I believe the manager, came up to me and asked if I was on social media and insisted that I should connect with them so that I could share pictures of my nails, etc (the nails werent even special just basic French). What she really wanted was to get my personal information to share with my aunt. I declined and she kept trying to find ways to figure out what my name was, etc. Then they kept asking questions about my uncle, how do you know him, hes sweet, etc. I allowed them to carry on because by this point, I knew what they were trying to do. I left and will NEVER return.Besides that, their nail work is sub-par. The paint is sloppy and the filing is too hard. Take your money elsewhere.UPDATE: I was informed by another customer that they were asking if she would speak to me about removing my review. I declined. Normally, I wouldnt write such a poor review, however, this was not my first time in the shop and tried to give them another chance or two to correct previous nail mistakes, however, they did not and the gossip topped it off.Ladies, let this be a lesson to you and the way you conduct business. Although you may speak in another language when around unassuming customers, beware that body language and verbal ques are often universal.

I used to really like coming here. Im not one to get my nails done.I used to come and get my eyebrows waxed.The last 2 times they have literally ripped my skin off around my eyebrows!The worst part is that you dont notice the burn till the next day when it scabs over! both times it looked like i was attacked by a cat! its ridiculous!I understand that they want to get people in and out fast but that still does not justify them burning my face.

Ms. LINDA, she is my go to for all my nail needs. She is there when I call, walk in..she is THERE. She does my ombre and slays it everytime. You probably see alot of my nail pictures on here, so yup LINDA does that.

I have been here several times and appreciate the clean/ comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff and the talent of each technician there but not a place to go if you are looking for anything above simple color and mani. If youre looking for nail art Id suggest another spot. If you want a simple, clean and one color (gel or not) mani or acrylic then i recommend lady nails

This is my first time Ive given a review for any company, good or bad. This was the first time i went to this nail salon because my friend invited me and it was the worst idea agreeing to go to this place. They took forever and not even a week later my toe nail polish was completely off on 4 nails and no i didnt go to the pool or anything that may have caused that, also 3 of my acrylic nails popped off in just 1 week! I went back to have everything fixed and the ladies had a horrible attitude about it, they rushed and ended up messing up one of the few nails that i didnt even go there to fix!! 😠😠 overall worst experience in any nail salon. Please save your money and go to another salon!

I’m putting this as a 5star so people can view it. It’s a okay nail spot but if you change your mind or don’t like what you’re getting they will laugh and make you feel bad about changing your mind.

I took my wife here to get her eyelashes done & she is so UNDATISFIED she will never return & wouldnt recommend them to nobody. They are rude, unprofessional & do not care if the costumer is happy with the work they have gotten done or not. I wouldnt even give them a half or piece of star. My wife explained exactly what she wanted & instead of them saying they didnt have they did what they wanted and said It would look better & it DIDNT & they did not bother to offer money back or fix the problem. WORST SALON IN ROUND ROCK, TX!

Had bad service. Came and got the gel polish on my natural nail. And they all chiped in 3 days I came to get them fixed and they said they wouldnt charge me but I still had to tip. When I got here that out some stuff on my nails and sat me in a diff chair for an hour in a half so they can work on someone else who came in after me. I am not happy or coming back.

Went to one of the locations off gattis and the sent me to the one on sunshine road I told them I was on my lunch get here and they sit me down for 5 minutes then pull me into a room to watch them wax wnd draw on there eyebrows the finally after ten minutes they tell me it will take 40 minutes so unprofessional
