Please do not waste your time! this place is not good at doing nails! I wanted my nails coffin ,and you would have thought my 4 yr old would have done my nails. one of my friends had her nails filled, when she got home ,she noticed they were all different shapes and tons of bubble! save yourself sometime and go somewhere else!!!

I had a bad experience there my nail needed to be refilled buy when I hot them for it was the lady at first didnt shape my nails right then the guy finished it up w polish but polish was not done with food quality so I am disappointed n then to top it off I did my pedicure again not good but So think ahold argument started so just paid n left. Dont go there poor service and qualityso I wouldnt go there again paid for service.i hate that this is the first time there n last. Think when going to small shops

These guys are THE best! Super affordable, very clean, beyond friendly and my nails are perfection, EVERY time! I’ve been using them for almost 8 years now. I’ve tried a dozen other nail places in Round Rock and not one place can compare to them!

Went on asked for gel manicure. I got one. Nothing special about the service. I had candy doing my nails. Polish was kinda sloppy. There were 3 people getting pedicures while I was there no distance them. I doubt I’ll go back. I don’t expect this polish to last 14 days minimum 🙁

Ive been coming to Rose nails for sometime now, they do a good job especially David with the nails. He does an excellent job he can do whatever you ask him to do. His work is AMAZING I recommend #1 Rose Nails.

David is the only person that I allow to touch my nails. He is also very considerate of persons with special needs. In past other salons I am an amputee I get shared and comments in other languages when I get hows done. Yes some are missing but David did not even hesitate or comment love him!!!!

This is what happens when nail salons do not disinfect their tools and when they reuse acetone. Please whereever you go do not go to Rose Nails on Mays in Round Rock. I went and told them what they did and all he offered was my money back. But I told him, I didnt want my money back, I want him, David to acknowledge that he did this to my nail because I saw him take the bottle and suck up the acetone back into the bottle that he used on my nails to soak them. He of course was trying to hide doing it behind the mini table that I was getting my nails done on, but I was it. He never even apologized and was trying to say I did it to myself. Just note dont go there! This is fair warning.

The ladies always do our toes and eyebrows so nicely. They take their time and do it right! I wont go anywhere else.

This place was so horrible. Don’t waist your time going here. I went in to get a manicure and a pedicure and I was RUSHED. My pedicure took only 12 minutes ( I counted) and while I was getting my quick pedicure the man came over and rushed me and was doing my nails at the same time. They asked me about 10 times what color I wanted on my nails which I did not know because I could barley enjoy and look at the colors because I had no hands due to the man doing my nails at the same time as getting my feet done. I then at the end of my service told them I did not like my service because I felt so rushed and the man said well we are leaving right now and that’s why we had to rush. It was 3pm and the shop was suppose to be open until 7pm so now I know why I was so rushed because they were rushing to leave instead of doing a good job on my nails and feet.

Trashy ghetto place, very outdated, but still gave it a chance 1 year ago for eyebrows waxing... she did a good job at first but once she gets comfortable with you as a regular the quality goes wayyyy down ! (bi is her name) I got my eyebrows waxed and went home crying they were so uneven she rushed it to get to her next client... fml never coming back

Initially the visit was good. However, when I left, I noticed the back of my heels were still rough. I know my feet were in bad shape, thats why I went. Ive had pedicures before and never left with my feet like this. When I went back, the lady that originally worked on my feet told the other employee that she had already done enough and they were struggling in the moment to figure out what to do. Embarrassed by their treatment, I left. I left disappointed with their customer service, and the services they provided. To top it off, I had tipped not just one, but three people very generously. Do not waste your money at this place!

Had my eyebrows done. Fast, inexpensive, friendly service for only $10. Cant beat that.

They do a great job with pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Clear communication can be an issue sometimes

Are you usually love coming here to get my nails done but I came in maybe an hour before they closed .they told me to come tomorrow but I went out of my way to come down here because I always come here so just FYI if you guys ever want to come and hour before close dont because they will turn you away

HORRIBLE service - David made my 2 & 7 year old nieces cry!! After waiting for over an hour, he took a customer that I was there in front of, that requested a full set and I only needed a fill. He very loudly stated that he didnt have time to paint my nieces nails, making them cry. This place is trash, in a trash location with trash employees. Will NEVER go again.

This is a horrible place they charge you a lot your nails fall off then when I came back to let them know when my nail had just fell off he charged me for it they dont know what theyre doing their overpriced and theyre just have very bad service I would not recommend this place to anyone if I could give zero Stars I would
