I had Mimi do my nails both toes and nails and I have never had a better experience. She was so nice and did such an amazing job I’m in love with them. I will definitely be coming back. Probably for as long as she’s doing it.

Got a pedicure only. For the price ($28) I think they did a great job! Were seated immediately and didnt feel rushed. Was very relaxing and my toes look great. Would give 4.5 stars if I could. The only reason Im not giving 5 is because I feel like they couldve done better on my feet themselves. It had been months since my last perdicure and my feet showed it. I wasnt completely satisfied with how they looked when they were done. They were still a bit rough in places. Again though, my toenails look great! I will go again for sure!

The mom and daughter were wonderful. My husband and I went for mani / pedi and we very happy with their service.

Eventhough the younger ladies were really nice to me, the lady who made my nail gels didn’t know what she was doing AT ALL. She made a huge lamp in my nail when when I literally requested her several times (even draw it) to please make a ROUNDED glitter design at the bottom of my nails. I kept telling her it didn’t look like I requested it and she kept talking in another lenguage when she was for sure able to understand english.There are different bumps in all of my nails, I just think they look awful.I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to get just one color.

Went in on a Tuesday at 12:45 to get mine and a friends nails done and they told me it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait and to walk around the mall if We could. So two and a half hours they never called and we finally walked past the place only for them to be completely empty. So I called and the answer I got was we forgot to call you. Very disappointed as I have been coming here for a couple of years now and have been recommending this place to several people. But will no longer be returning here.

Did a walk in on Tuesday with a friend and had no idea what to get. The ladies at the front were extremely helpful in explaining the different products, gave us a TON of colors to choose from, and got started immediately. Took an hour or less to do us both which was also great. It was so relaxing since they didn’t have music or TVs blasting like other salons. Employees even refrained from chatting with each other the whole time like most places and either talked to us or focused on their work. I was EXTREMELY happy!

Very understaffed!! Poor service! Nail techs were going between clients on a busy Friday!! They are not up to par when it comes to real nail designs. I was asked for a specific design, was rushed and did not received what I asked for. I received poor quality work. They do basic nails here. This was my first and last time here.

Had a very nice visit!! The ma’am that did my nails did a very good job and I’m very pleased with what they look like! Lots of laughs and giggles she was very sweet and I definitely recommend going there!

Awesome! I started going there because all other places are closed later in the evenings when my schedule allows. Once I began to go there, I invited my friend and my daughter to meet me and I have not gone any where else. I am very particular about how I want my nails to look (thin and natural, square with slightly rounded corners), and they have done it perfectly. I love the ladies there and it is a fun relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend this place.

I like how my nails came out but It took forever. The tech didn’t know how to do solar with color so I had to go with gel. They are very nice and pleasant ladies but I was disappointed that I couldn’t get the product I wanted and it took 2 hours for my daughter to get a full set

My first experience with LV Nails was trying to use a gift certificate my MIL gave me. They crossed out the amount that was originally on the certificate and wrote in a new amount and initialed it. When I went to use it they would not honor the amount and only honored the amount that was crossed out. I asked whose initials were on it and the lady said they were hers. Duh!So I decide to give them a second chance and brought my Mom with me…shame on me! The paint on our nails did not cover the entire nail on our toes or fingers. One of the women started my Mother’s manicure and pedicure before first. I was started next. Somehow I they finished mine before my Mom even had her second coat of paint on her nails.They rush you through and do a craptacular job. The people driving the train around the mall could do a better job!

Staff was very nice but the place itself needs work. Close to home and reasonable prices.

We went here for my sisters birthday to get pedicures. There were 4 of us; my 2 sisters, my mom and me. My mother is in the late stages of Alzheimers and they were very patient and wonderful with her! We really enjoyed our time there and the staff were so sweet and kind!

Worst nail salon ever! I’ve been there two separate times to get my nails done and upon entering I ask for a manicure and the girl at the front tells me she doesn’t know what that is!! She keeps saying do you want a refill and I said no I need a new set. They both started laughing at me and saying yeah we don’t know what that is...I went in at 730pm and they close at 900pm the place was empty and now I see why. This nail salon should be kicked out of the outlet immediately for poor customer service and not wanting to work. I’m not sure why they are even there!!

New sandals and pretty toenails to match;) the staff was nice and the price is reasonable. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back.

I had an amazing experience loved my nails and the staff was so sweet. I strongly recommend this to those who live in the area and also to people shopping at The Outlets.

Went in there and my nails needed to be redone thrice because during drying, I would hit something. The manicurist was nice enough to fix that but she barely says anything so I was kind of lost. There were Mexican kids playing around and would you believe that one of the kids pressed on my nails while they were drying?! I scolded the kid and kinda screamed that the mom should know how to restrain of the kids. Whats worse was that all the staff pretended like they didnt hear anything. Customer service failure. Never going back.

We had a terrible experience there! Nails were not cut even, too short, not enough time spent for the services we asked for.

Gave them a second chance & once again they left my nails crooked! Not just one but several of them! My new nail techs noticed right away & fixed them for me thank gosh. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

The technicians are extremely nice and do a wonderful job. They are open the same hours the outlet mall is open.

I got a nice french tip manicure here, but unfortunately the polish chipped the next day. Customer service was great. They were willing to take me in despite the fact they were closing in 8 minutes. Very friendly!

There was no where to sit and wait. I asked three times for warmer/hotter water & the lady kept turning the cold on. My chair was broke, the seat leaned down causing me to have to brace myself so as not to slide out. My sister asked if she could get a manicure while in the chair and they told her there was no time. They barely scraped my heels. The hot towels were warm at best. Just not satisfied and probably will not come here again.

Disappointed.Clearly they advertise open until 8:30 p.m. but when you arrive by 7:50 p.m. they are no longer taking guests.Wish I had know this before making the drive.

First and foremost i came 7:45pm and ask for full set and pedi and so did my friend , y friend asked for a overlay on her big toe which has been done before after her toes were finishing the nail tech said he couldnt do her nails because he has a baby which shouldve been stated so that someone else could be prepared to do her nails . when he left she then asked the other nail techs why nothing was said they didnt even acknowledge her she had to keep asking them about it. so now im getting my nails done and the nail tech seems like she is getting upset because my friend is statin how she feels and so she is being really rough on my hands and aggressive i do not recommend this place to anybody customer service sucks ass we shouldnt have had to come in with a smile on our face and walking out looking bummed ... do not come here EVER!!!!!!!

Walked in at 6:15pm to have my sns removed and upon entering I wasnt greeted at all but actually the girl at the front desk gave me a sour look and said yea what do you needlike it was inconveniencing her for me to even walk in the salon. I showed her my nails and asked if they could just remove them and she laughed and said we dont have anything to remove that At this point I was pretty irritated with her attitude and asked how a nail salon doesnt have acetone and then received a blank stare back with a reply that they dont have that here. I would never go back here just based off the attitude I was given from the moment I walked through the door. 👎👎👎👎👎👎
