Would not recommend. My nails are absolutely not even. All the nails on my right hand are shorter than the nails on my left. Dip residue on my fingers. Was crowded so maybe they were rushing? Took a long time though so idk. Cut the skin on 2 of my fingers. The sticker design is barely attached to my nail. The lady who did my nails saw the sticker was poorly placed, pushed it down with her fingers after it had set and said she was done. Look nice at first glance but overall I’m extremely disappointed in the quality to price. I will not be returning.

We had a very good and warm experience! We liked the work of Tiffany, Daisy and BlingBing. All three were very friendly and interactive.

Service and quality is inconsistent. Even with an appointment expect to wait 30 minutes or so, as I have the last 4 times. Some folks do an exceptional job on colored powder acrylics, with others they pop off before 2 weeks. Good selection of colors and nice facility.

I got acrylics and my brows waxed. The acrylic job was done absolutely amazing. I got a solid color and it took about 30 minutes to complete.The waxing was quick and easy. Im very happy with my nails and my brows.

I really appreciated the experience. Great nail techs, wonderful personalities, very courteous, a great atmosphere, a beautifully designed salon, yet the nails themselves were subpar. They were very flat with hardly any arch on the apex, however only one nail came off a week after getting them done. The rest have lasted me since the 22nd of April. So overall the nails could be better themselves but a great experience!

Why make an appointment if no one honors it??? My first time here was great, I found a nail tech that did dip and was amazing! I made an appointment with her. I arrived only to find out she was off🤔🤔🤔 I didnt understand how this could happen. No big deal let me come in when shes really working. OK I walked into my 530p appt with Alley, she had someone in her chair. OK someone will come& take off my polish....NO! 45min past my appt Alley says shes ready....REALLY!!!???I was not happy but not a B$#@$ about it. I know we are all busy but I was not even approached for 45min!! Sorry not going back!! Careful when you make an appointment😡

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! First of all they charged me $125 for this basic nail art. They up charged me for every design without even offering me a bottle of water. The nails are crooked and there is acrylic stuck to my skin. The manager had an attitude and didn’t even greet me as I walked out. These ppl don’t appreciate the black dollar I would suggest ILY nail bar or Golden Ticket Nails. I will not be returning.

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was polite and friendly, and even with them being super busy right before the holiday weekend they were able to get me in an out in a timely manner. The salon definitely passed the vibe check and was super clean. They did an amazing job on my gel pedicure and gel manicure, and I even got a shoulder massage. I will recommend them to anyone.

Ive been a long time customer of this establishment. Ive had more hits than misses with the quality of my pedicures. Ive since moved to Houston, therefore I havent been there in awhile. I was in town this weekend so I popped in for a pedicure. Theyve really expanded and look a lot more upscale! I was impressed with the new chairs, space, and decor. I was very underwhelmed by the service. The water in the basin was cold. I had to flag down someone twice to heat up the water. The water never got hot. We were told thats the hottest itll go. It was barely warm. I chose the volcano pedicure which is their longest pedicure. My issues were that my nail tech had the lightest hands known to man and he was A MAN! During what was supposed to be the best part, the massage, it felt like he was caressing my legs and feet at best. He applied zero pressure! Also the hot stones were barely warm. He did do a good job painting my toenails but this was certainly not the foot pampering I had in mind.

It was my first time here. I’ve been getting acrylics for over 20 years and I’m very particular. It’s very rare to find a place that actually books long enough time blocks for their appointments. The salon was busy but I was seen within 5 mins of my appointment time, my nails are now top notch, and everyone was super sweet. The technician took her time to make my nails perfect, was patient and listened to what I wanted. Already booked my next appointment!

Everyone is very professional and kind. the pedicure was outstanding. the massage chair was up-to-the-minute, state of the art and the pedicure had a lot of things included: scent, very good sugar scrub and paraffin soak and a long calf massage, and the polish was perfect. the callus removal was the best ever, so it was overall amazing.

I went to get my acrylic nails removed and the service the kind woman gave me was spectacular! I wish I knew her name! It was my first time there & She was very gentle. Especially after mentioning I had broken a nail. My nails look healthy & not damaged from the artificial nail. Compared to where I used to get them removed. It was awful service. I hope to return again soon!

My mom brought me to bamboo nails 4 months ago & I’ve been coming here ever since! I love it, they take their time every time! There hasn’t been a time I’m not satisfied. I came in & asked for a really complicated tropical design on a Friday about an hr before they close & Tammy (mngr) said she was capable of doing it but would book me for first apt the next morning & she gave me exactly what I asked for! Will def recommend this nail salon/spa

The nail techs were very kind and focused on providing my sister and me with the nail designs we wanted. My sister is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. I would recommend bamboo to anyone looking for a quality manicure!

I wish I can give this zero stars, I have always gone here and treated me great up to yesterday, I went with my daughter and mom and not only the rushed us into picking a color but the lady doing my daughters nails was rude and hurt her fingernails and did a poor job miscommunicated that she was putting fake nails on my 12 year old daughter, when called to have them fixed. the lady (not sure manager) said it was not their fault and that she sees younger kids with fake nails as an excuse of not fixing them. and with that they just lost a customer.

I wish I wouldve gotten the name of the nail tech who did my pedicure-she did an awesome job today! I like how were able to pick our nail color after we sit down in the chair. They have so many color choices too! Also, my water was very warm-which is how I like it! It was my first time there and Ill be back.

They were on time for my Apts, very clean, friendly, newly remodeled with beautiful pedicure chairs, they worked quickly and carefully. I got pretty difficult nail art and it came out fantastic. I will 100% return and recommend them to anyone.

This was my second time here and I remember why I never went back after this experience. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism in this establishment. The lady doing my pedicure and manicure (deluxe) cut my skin on my finger and was apologetic but offered nothing to help fix this issue. The manager just looked at my hand and walked away. I will not return ever truthfully.

I had an appointment for the deluxe manicure and didnt wait long to get seated,(My hands were beyond embarrassing).Both techs were gentle on my hands and nails. They did an amazing job all together.When it came down to the massages I ended up so relaxed and grateful. The tech, I unfortunately didnt get her name, was very strong and went deep. If she was having a bad day Im so glad she took it out on me, lol.In the end my hands were back to looking feminine and my neck was not as tight as it was before.Ive been going to Bamboo for over two years and Im so happy to be back 😁🥰Thank you Bamboo!

I love Bamboo. They always do a wonderful job, and they ALWAYS take their time, even when they are super busy and customers keep them after hours. They don’t make you feel rushed, and they make sure you leave with beautiful results. Their prices are a bit more than some places I’ve been, but I always go back or recommend people to them, because I don’t mind paying a little extra for great service

I was here with my other friends to pamper ourselves but personally I didn’t really get to enjoy it! I got the deluxe manipedi. I don’t have much to complain when it comes to the manicure, however, my pedicure was a different story. We made an appointment but due to traffic some of my friends got there before I did, I was the last one to get my pedicure (out of all of us) BUT the first one to move on to the next procedure despite the fact that i got the deluxe same as my other friend who came in earlier than i did. Keep in mind that i was 10min late but i still had to wait another 10min for an open spot at the pedicure. Even my friends found it weird that i was the first one out to get my manicure. With this service i ended up paying about $120!!! Which is ludicrous!Update: Do Not Come Here if you want a proper manicure! They drilled my nails so thin that when i was removing it with acetone it was stinging because my skin from under the nails were showing (the pain was like the sensitivity of teeth when you drink cold water; the throbbing but instead of teeth it was the nails)

So, I used to love this place. Im not sure what happened over the years. I went last weekend for Mani Pedi and starting a couple days after I started having some toe pain. Now, 6 days later I have a bacterial infection in my toe.... You connect the dots. Honestly, now that I look back I never saw them open packages of tool(usually indicating freshly sanitized tools) so thats a bit scary. Hopefully a bacterial toe infection is the only thing that they gave me. I will not be returning.

This has been my first visit since the start of the pandemic and their safety precautions made me feel comfortable and safe! I had the pleasure in meeting Lisa today who gave me the absolute best pedicure I have had yet. She took her time, was kind, and thorough with her work, I really appreciate the way she treated me during my visit and can say that I will be requesting her services going forward.

I honestly wish I could give more stars because I have been here a few times but this last time was by far the worst experience the lady was rushing didn’t get the shape right it’s literally side ways told her she said no it wasn’t trimmed it made it worse everyone has noticed it looks so werid even the color was off I get the same thing everytime she made the shape wide just basically didn’t wanna do it correctly I’m not sure why seeing that it was not done correctly why you wouldn’t want to fix it ?even after I tell you it’s broke so bad after two weeks the nails was so sideways it literally made the breaking of the nail worse !!!!!!! Took so much off had to tell everyone yes I did tell her but she didn’t want to fix it when it was mentioned

This was my first visit to Bamboo Nails. I have to say, I noted more going on here than other salons. The entire salon was packed to the brim with people getting both pedicures and manicures. Men, women, and kids. Football was playing on the television, a few women were sipping what looked like wine. Both red and white were provided to customers. My daughter was getting her nails done. She described her experience as excellent, or on grade terms, an A- when compared with some of the other salons weve been to. All in all, the salon had a little bit for everyone. There is ample parking, the prices are comparable, and the service was good. We also liked using the online reservation through an external app, Leporu.The only reason why I gave a 4 rather than 5 star rating is because the waiting area needs a little work. As a patron waiting for a customer the seats were minimal and a little uncomfortable. But if you are getting services, everything is 5 stars. We will go back, for sure.

I took my daughter here fir her first pedicure (she is 8) and they charged me for an adult pedicure gave her an adult pedicure burning her legs with the hot treatment. As a professional establishment I would think they would know to perform a kids treatment on a child.

I decided last minute to get a pedicure. I was hesitant to try to book on a Saturday because most nail shops are packed on the weekends, but I gave them a shot. Called and had immediate availability. I showed up and it was packed!! I was a little nervous it was going to take forever, but I was in and out within an hour even though every chair in there was filled. The leg and foot massage was amazing and everyone was really nice. The pricing is amazing too. :)

My favorite place for a pedicure! They are very hospitable and were ready for me even when I arrived a few minutes early. They are always staffed up and very clean and nice!

I am not usually someone who enjoys getting my nails done but I relaxed so much and the guy who did my pedicure was so kind and did such a great job. He was a very patient person which is what helped me relax. I’ve had experiences which others who were too pushy and then mad if you didn’t pay for more to be done. This wasn’t like that, I’d go again. I also loved all their beautiful outfits for Chinese New Year!

Appointment for 2 for Pedicures. Didnt leave until 8:02 pm. Why bother to make appointments if you still have to wait this long.

They have a very nice setup. No long waiting and the cleaning process to keep you safe is on point. On a scale of 1 to 5 five being the highest. I give them a 5 great job Bamboo Nails!

Awesome place and service. Me and my grandmother come every few weeks and they accommodate here as she is in a walker. Nice and sweet fast service. Little expensive but worth it.

I got the deluxe mani and pedi a few days ago, and i feel ripped off, i got the no chip mani and it peeled off like a sticker, that idnt deluxe not to mention she cut me and giggled and said to me she doesnt know why its bleeding.. spent over an hr there for non acceptable results. Pedi is still holding up for now, and as for my mani, im unsure whether to go back or just take a loss on $100, maybe get a refund for a different service, I want to give it the benefit of the doubt this was only my second time.. I have the receipt for proof.

My daughter and myself have been going here for almost two years. I have never walked out unhappy or without immaculate nails until yesterday. My nails look absolutely horrible and when I asked her to fix them she made them even worse. Paying $300 on 2 full sets and 2 pedicures for my nails to look like this is not okay. If I didnt know the quality for work this salon provides I would of rated 1 star

Clean, safe, and incredible customer service. Hadn’t been in several months but had many workers come up and chat with me and say they’d missed seeing me! Such a fantastic atmosphere and they do such a wonderful job! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails! Thank you Bamboo!!!

Ran in today for a last minute appointment. They were so nice to get me in asap (I was on my lunch break). Mindy was super helpful and really wonderful and attentive to my request. All of the ladies and gentlemen here are super nice and very professional. Even their COVID19 protocols are on point, which is nice to see considering most places are slacking and only on point when someone is watching. I really enjoy going here for my mani pedi needs. 😌 5 stars for sure!

I went and got a pedicure and some facial waxing done recently and this is only the second time Ive ever gone into a nail salon so Im very unfamiliar with how things are done. I asked about pricing and details over the phone but felt like the woman was rude after I didnt understand exactly what she meant over the phone. I thought things might be better in person but that wasnt the case. The nail tech did a good job but didnt tell me there was an extra charge for some glitter on the nails and I had trouble communicating with her as well. In the waxing room I couldnt see my face well in the mirror they provided because it was dirty. And leaving, trying to get a clear picture on what exactly all the charges were, the same woman who works at the front desk was rude again and impatient. I will definitely not go back as I felt uncomfortable most of the time.

Patty was amazing!!! For a few years I’ve only went to get my eyebrows done, but this time I asked for a full set and literally these are the best nails I have ever had. Check them out and please ask for Patty, she was nice, fast but not rushing, and each nail is PERFECT! Can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks.

Horrible experience!!!! Called them in advance to set up an appointment for two pedicures. We showed up on time, got our seats. Our excitement shortly turned into frustration. One nail technician was working on my nails and my girlfriend was just seating there for about 35 min waiting...WTH??? What’s the point of appointment if there will be no service anyway???? Finally manager came in to fix my friend’s pedicure and she literally finished per pedicure in 10 min!!! And she was staring at the front door the entire time... seriously??? How ridiculous is that! I wish I had taken a photo of my nails BEFORE I went here, itd give you a better idea of the friggin MIRACLE that was performed today.I cant use glue so my tech had to use forms and draw the acrylic out to length. I have been to sip many places that dont want to do this! He shaped my almond nails PERFECTLY and even shortened them a mote when I asked.I am more than pleased, this made my whole day!

I went a week and 3 days ago and my nails are already falling off. I showed the lady I wanted matte black and she gave me shiny then she got mad at me when I said I wanted matte. she was like “you changed your mind already?! that’s why I asked if u wanted shiny look” and when she asked I said no that’s fine. so idk if she misunderstood. I paid 50 and tipped her 10 for something I wasnt happy with. they painted matte over it and it’s been chipping and looks horrible now a week later my nails are already falling off.

I have been a walk-in here for the past 4 months and Ive never had to wait longer than 10 minutes if at all. The techs are professional and courteous. Their work is great and i love the assortment of colors here! Highly recommended

I love coming here! Today was my first time back since March 2020. They have so many safety measures in place that it makes me feel super safe when I come in and get my nails done. I loved this place already, but this makes me love it even more

I had gone to this salon around 7-10 times. I always got a manicure. They don’t bother learning your name (which is understandable because they have many different customers). However, you walk in and instantly feel like a number. They’re trying to get you in and out. Each time I went, they rushed my manicure and serviced me as if they were working only for a tip/paycheck. They rushed so much that I would frequently leave with air bubbles on each of my nails. You have to let gel polish dry evenly before applying another coat. It was so unprofessional. The women doing your nails act like it’s such a chore and often get sassy and annoyed when you check their work. One nail on one hand would be longer or shorter than the other nail on the opposite hand. I no longer go here. Erick was the only nail tech that did a pretty good job and was very friendly. The manager did correct your nails if you called and complained but she would not refund your money. You could come back (again wasting your time and money) to get a problem fixed which shouldn’t have been made in the first place. Very disappointing. The new salon I’m at is so relaxing and does such great work! Pro tip: sometimes it helps to go to a new salon that isn’t as established and doesn’t have many regulars yet. This place has gotten overconfident in how many people go and now just treats you like a number. My nails weren’t even dry and my nail tech was asking for my credit card (as if I could reach for it yet). When I told her it was in my wallet in my purse, she reached in and grabbed it for me just to charge me and move on to the next woman in line. This isn’t McDonald’s! Don’t treat me like a drive thru! They’re not getting anymore of my business, that’s for sure!

I am giving the rating I am because I just hit the 1 week mark of a new set and I just broke my THIRD nail. All of them have broken during regular day to day activities. Or literally just popping off. My real nail has broken with 2 out of 3. On top of that my experience while getting my nails done was not ideal. I made an appointment and still waited. I went to get a fill from another manicure I had gotten from bamboo nails two weeks prior. While filling my old nails two of them broke. I was then charged for a full set even though it wasn’t my fault that the nail broke it wa the nail techs. When I asked about the charge the owner was very rude to me and told me that it was my fault it broke. Her words were “you broke it not us.” Even though it broke in the middle of me getting my nails done and none of my nails were broken before hand. Has she handled the situation tactfully I would have no problem but the fact that she was rude and I now have 3 broken nails (2 which have bled) I will not be returning. Some people in the shop are amazing, others don’t know what the heck they’re doing. Inconsistency at its finest.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a nail salon! The design I asked for was not professionally done, yes I understand it might’ve not be the same as the picture but my problem was that it was not neat and everyone thought I had done them myself!!! After being there for 2 hours to get my nails done I ended up paying 80 dollars for something I didn’t even like, they asked me to come back the next day so they can change the design and made me wait in my car meanwhile because they were busy. After waiting patiently I went back in to get my nails fixed and they refuse to fix them because they thought they did a good enough job. After making me wait some more time, the manager told me that they can REFUND me the design money and take the design off for me... which is not what I came in for because they had told me they will fix it or do another simpler design!!!!! But I was so fed up already and wanted to go home that I said fine... after she took it off, she gave me a store credit!!!! Again that’s not the same as a refund!!!! I literally spent 3-4 hours of my time in there and didn’t even get what I wanted!!! The service was awful and I have never been treated this way at a nail salon! I will never ever recommend someone to go there.

Ladies Ask for Hanna is an Amazing nail technictian , completly gentle, humorous and absolutely a perfectionist. Hands down the best manicure pedicure Ive ever had Dont hesitate. Hanna is amazing !!!

My mother and I came to get our nails done today to celebrate my engagement and it was packed when we walked in. We were greeted with a smile right away which doesnt happen often in Austin! We thought that we would have to wait but we were seated immediately! The employees were so nice and helpful in choosing colors. Their entire space was spotless. I am so impressed with the level of service! I will definitely be coming back here often!

Feeling vibes.. Staff wasnt friendly when I asked questions.. I realized that they may never seen me as a hearing impaired. I took the brochure with a business card. I was surprised to see the prices.. Honestly.. This is too much information!! I read carefully to ensure are they similar? My guts tells me keep looking other places that have reasonable prices. Sorry Bamboo staff!!

My first time visiting was amazing. Atmosphere was nice. The staff was friendly. I called and was able to get in right away. Tammy was my tech and she did an amazing job. She give recommendations on the type of nails I should get and how often I would need to have them redone. I went in not very happy about the way my nails was done at another shop. I walked out happy as can be. I look forward to my next visit with her.

The guy who did my nails sprayed acrylic all over me. It was an accident but my legs were burning and it ruined my pants.

Been here a few times...the service prior to was fine but this time they burned my nails under the uv light which hurt quite a bit...even going as far as me yanking my hand back in pain and telling them that hurt. They said it was because of the curing process which didnt seem right.. i asked if they could redo my nails or give me a refund and they did neither and offered neither. Wont be returning nor will my wife or anyone we know.

Its a pretty big place with tons of color options and very professional employees. So far my experience with them has been great!

Hi, I shouldnt give it any stars, I have been going to this place for 2-3 years but lately the attitude of the staff is very bad, when they started doing the pedicure this last time I went, the water was cold and it was repeatedly that I told her to the employee that the water was cold and however I wanted to put my feet, you ask them for a color that they have made for you before and they tell you that it cannot be and it is not the first time they put the color they want, it is also not The first time they are not careful and they have cut me when sanding one side of the nails like the cuticle with the machine even if I tell them that they are hurting me and above all they have a bad attitude, they do not even have the water or wine service, Definitely I will not go again, really what Im looking for is to relax while they give me good service and clearly this place no longer has it

Mindy was wonderful. I got SNS and a pedicure. Definitely worth it and I am never disappointed with the people that are in here high end customer service.Appointments are best but if your in no hurry then ifs not needed. Great shape and they listen to what you ask for.

They do a wonderful job. Of everything. Pedicure was fantastic my feet are beautiful and feel great. Good dividing of spaces for covid precautions. They take venmo.

I came in to get a dip manicure on my birthday, and my first experience was great. The staff was friendly to me, and the environment was clean. Two days after, my nails began chipping which resulted in my nail beds becoming extremely thin. I went back in for them to fix my nails, and the same nail tech was rushing through it and barely fixed the problem. I am not rough on my hands, but the next day 4 of my nails broke off and are now very damaged. Extremely sad about the condition of my nails now.

Had a appointment I got ombre and studs on 2 nails. Coast me about 75. The woman that did mine was jot very happy she didnt detail at well as I would have liked. The 2 times I asked to fox something it was attitude. But ones I have her %20 tip... then her smile came out. She did a good job so I would like to return here in Hopes I get someone who does better with details then I have no issues spending more for that.So only bad thing was how unhappy the woman was.

Since I moved to Austin I have been coming here. When I first met everyone, they were all great. Well unfortunately that changed yesterday. I called to make an appointment and she tells me sure you can come in at 4 and we will take you. I understand nail shops are truly busy but if you made an appointment we should go before walk ins. As of yesterday I had a flight to catch and I informed them when I made the appointment at 12pm and they said we understand we will have you out. Well I made it to my appointment at 4 on time and they said it will be 15 minutes, is that fine. I said sure but remember I have a flight to catch. She said yes I will tell the manager. She spoke to the manager, I understand they are short staff but she could have said that on the phone and I would have went elsewhere. “Knowing they get busy” well I kept saying when am I going my appointment was at 4. No answer.... I ended up waiting an hour and 30 minutes to get my nails done and I was on time for my appointment. I ended up getting my nails done because I needed it for this job by Monday, which I didn’t make. And I call on Monday and telling them what happened and she tells me “the manager” well we told you . Not once I have spoken to her until she tried to cut my nails off and I was like what are you doing. She was rushing to cut my nails off and I said I didn’t come in for that. She went off on the phone and I asked for a refund and said well oh well I don’t care there is no refund and you should have left. I told her I asked you guys many of times and no one said anything. She hung up in my face. After this, I will never go there again. They do not handle there regulars or any customers the way they should. Done!!!

This was my second bad experience here after the first time of my SNS cracking within days of my visit. I decided to give them another shot my nail tech wasn’t paying attention and CUT my finger with the grinder. After switching my nail tech after the incident and being offered 50% off i then decided to forget it because in the end my nails looked good but now a week later my nails are all lifting from the nail bed and is uncomfortable and inconvenient I will not be coming back especially after making an appointment and still having to wait and being told that my friend couldn’t sit in the empty chair beside me🙄 very unprofessional

I went in for a pedicure, left a 10.00 tip only to end up with messed up chipped nails. I went back so they could fix them, I had to argue my case with like three different girls. Once they agreed to fix them, they had a very rude attitude towards. All they did was put more nail polish over. Never going back here.

I love love this place. Eric is an amazing nail tech. I show him what I want and he has no problem getting it done. Everyone their is super nice.
