I went in on July 4, 2021 and decided on getting a manicure and pedicure. After paying $20 more for shellac and $5 more for an hombre that she did with glitter, I left feeling like I might never come back here. Well, it’s July 6th and one of my “shellac & hombre nail polish” came clear off. Not chipped just woke up with it on the floor next to my bed! The hombre design isn’t at all what was shown, she just put glitter near my nail bed and was not worth the extra $5. I’ll be heading back in to see if they can fix this mess.Came through to have them correct the mess and they did a good job! They were perplexed as to why they came clear off like that. Here’s an updated pic of the fix!

Howie is incredible, he is such an artist. I love the way he sculpts my acrylics, one by one, to be so natural and thin. He is very detail oriented and fun to chat with. This is three coats of #88 gel. So festive 🎄 I wont go anywhere else now that Ive found Howie. Hes also great at pedicures, of which I chose matching #88 💅 highly recommend!

My daughter went there Friday and got acrylics put on. They werent even and didnt look all that great. 3 days later, she put her hand in her pocket and a nail broke. When it broke it also broke her actually nail beyond the bleeding point (pic attached) After that, they all broke off. Her friend that went with her, same thing. Nails broke just days later. They should have lasted her at least a month. Very upset and will never return to this location.

Do NOT recommend this place. My gel pedicure and gel manicure was NOT worth $104.00. It started to peel off after 1 week. Woman was very pushy as I was trying to pick a color, etc. and the service felt rushed. Woman burned my legs and feet with the hot stone massage. The experience was uncomfortable and not relaxing. On top of that, my pedicure has resulted in an IN-GROWN TOE NAIL! I now have to go to the doctor and spend more money because it has gotten so infected. Highly disappointed. Never going back!

What can I say about this place, I have been going there for so long! I think their prices are a bit high, but at least they provide good, personal service. They have a low turnover of employees for the most part. Other nails salons have come and gone in that same shopping center, but they have lasted awhile. I havent left dissatisfied with thir work, and thats whats most important!

Took 2 hours to do a pedicure. Picked a color that they offered and couldnt reproduce. They had to try twice then basically gave up. Heels are still rough, Cuticles still rough. No apology just an Im sorry and proceeded to charge me $51 for a pedicure with the wrong color and rough Heels. So many better options.

My mom and I love this place, always friendly, have a great selection of color for all types of manicure and pedicures, and they’re affordable. Several levels of manicure or pedicure so you have plenty of options. Everything is always clean here and they’re taking proper precautions to keep everyone safe!My mom and I had Vi and she was wonderful! Very nice and good to talk to.

My daughter and I went here to get Gel manicures and eyebrow wax. There was only 4 employees there on a Saturday. It was quite busy. The service was meh... My nails started peeling after 3 days. $36 gone in three days :( Will not be returning. My eyebrows were ruined :( one was thicker than the other. ugh please do not waste your time or money.

Tera has done my nails twice now and I will definitely continue coming back. This time I asked for heart French tips with a red heart and she delivered and then some! Very impressed with the service and will be a returning customer. Very clean facility. Highly suggest asking Tera to do your nails!

All the staff is so sweet and they take good care of each customer. My nail tech, Tera, is absolutely amazing. She takes her time to make sure you leave satisfied. The pricing is also reasonable for the quality of the service given.

They did a wonderful job. That’s a lot of town. Stopped in here instead of my usual place. They do awesome artwork on your nails. All hand done. Will be back and I definitely recommend them.I should Angela picture and she duplicated it.

Always a fun, relaxing experience that I look forward too. Lots of pedicure chairs so they can accommodate several clients at one time. Great place, great people and the owners are on site at all times! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I Made an Appointment to get a pedicure with my daughters. When we got there there were already 6 people in pedicure chairs, 2 getting pedicures and 4 waiting and 2 people getting their nails done.With only 4 people working and the pedicures are featured as 30,40,45... times I estimated our pedicures was not going to happen within the next hour or more. The staff was rude, told us to sit and wait. After a short discussion with my daughters about how long we would be waiting we decided to leave and find another place. Only then was the staff prompted to care that we were waiting as they got up to follow us out the door saying we were “next”No thanks

Over priced. Paid 130 for myself got gel mani and pedi and my 5 year old got a gel pedicure. Gel nails on both me and my daughter peeled off after less than a week. Used to come all the time, owners knew me by name, now they dont even act like they know me. Not going back.

Expensive for the work but staff is very friendly and welcoming. Not the worst experience Ive had and I appreciate how clean and cautious everyone is.

This is the best place to get your nails done and relax. Great people love them all.

I post this for my wife! She has been going to deluxe nails for at least 3 years she had stoped going to them because the nails kept cracking and they would kindly replace them but before you know it she would have half a set that’s been patched up and a few original from the first time! And that’s a full ombré set like 80 bucks with a tip! Howie AkA papichulo is cool and used to be good she returned to him this past week and has already had to get 4 nails replaced redone once again walking around with a partially full set half the set being patched and redone! This will be her last time going there!!

Hate being upsold constantly ...... but very nice place still have rough spots on my feet despite telling them exactly why I came and allowing step up from what I chose specifically for the callus removal. My girls full sets with the designs and gel upsales look great though. Disappointed about my pedicure. Never can get a good pedicure anywhere!

The staff are all so nice and professional at Deluxe Nails. The owners, Howie and Tera are always there and are very hands on in their business. You are greeted the moment you walk in and they make you feel at home. I get the SNS done on my nails and I always ask for Tera because she does an awesome job and she’s quick. If I have a nail that’s partially broken, Tera can literally rebuild that part of my nail and makes it look perfect..not sure how she does it but she just does her magic and it looks great! My high school daughter also gets her nails done there and she loves the experience. I highly recommend Deluxe Nails. They are the nicest people and always do a great job!

The only thing is when youre told you are next to get nails done and somebody walks in and just sits right on down and now I have to wait. When my daughter and I were here first. Otherwise....I do love Howie and Ms. Tara and staff. Great place to come!!!! Regardless we WILL BE BACK!!! 💜💜💞💞

Brad is hands down the best. Hes been doing nails for 31 years. Ive had many problems with past nail techs. Hes never left me unsatisfied. I wont go to anyone else. His service is amazing. Its good to feel pampered. He never rushes, takes his time to make sure everything is done right. He really enjoys his job. Ask for Brad. Foil nails are so pretty.

This is my favorite place to go, and Tera never disappoints. Always a great atmosphere and I leave feeling fantastic with beautiful nails every time. Tera is especially good at doing not only the designs I request but suggesting designs and colors that will look good. I’ll will continue to go here for a very long time.

I went in to get my nails done, and I had a horrible experience. The guy who did my nails did not cut my cuticles or do any of the typical manicure treatment. He continually joked about cocaine and that I needed long nails to scoop up cocaine. I am a nurse and take drug use VERY seriously. After I told him this, he continued to joke about cocaine. I have smudges on the tops of my fingers. I do not recommend. Go elsewhere.

Ive been struggling to find an artistic person to do my nails. Or even do a great job on them. With Deluxe Nails, they got me in right away and Tera did a terrific job!!! I came in with a picture of something I wanted, she improvised and made it better. I will definitely be going back to see her again and recommend her to everyone.

I have gone to this nail salon several times and have never had a bad experience. The other day I regretfully tried another salon and was almost in tears because I am pretty picky about my nails. I walked in to Deluxe Nails and they completely re-did my nails. They not only gave me what I asked for but they went above and beyond. My nails look great and now my daughter is envious of them. Lol

In the 6 years I have been visiting, I have always had an excellent experience. It is the only salon in the greater Austin area that I will use. The staff is both friendly and helpful; Always willing to please. I believe they have a superior work ethic and strive for perfection. I always FEEL GOOD and HAPPY when I leave!

I really wanted this salon to be wonderful.But it is any thing but wonderful. It is conveniently located and when I walked in the first time, I loved the set up. Comfy chairs. But after going several times I can only give them one star. The pedicures have been pretty good, but dont last as long as the ones from other salons. The manicures have been the WORST. They butchered my cuticles both times. They seem rushed. The polish was coming off by the second day - not gel. There is a lot of conversation among the employees, which I find impolite. And to top it all off - their prices are higher than any salon in the area. I will not give them another chance. I will make the drive to other salons. I do not recommend Deluxe Nails.

I’ve been going to deluxe nails for several years now, I get many compliments of my nails every single time when I get them done! Tera usually does my fill, she’s great of what she does, & very patient & such a sweet person. I always tell everyone where I get them done & who does them. I highly recommend her!

Started coming here because it was close to home but I’d rather drive 10 plus miles for better quality and better service.I’ve come here 2 times and both times were not good. First time it wasn’t so bad my nails were just extremely misshapen but the color was nice and the nail tech was sweet. 2nd time I got a different tech... and he will be the reason I won’t return. I got sns and as soon as I left my nail had a smudge on it and about 1 week into having the nails both of my thumb nails cracked. He rushed through doing my nails which extremely annoying especially because it’s costs $45 and that’s not included the undeserving tip he got.Came here a third time to have my nails removed and she even did a terrible job. Not sure how you can mess that up but I have some flaky substance all over my hands even after washing them. My search for a nail salon continues.

Daughter and I got simple gel polish. First experience ok. Second time I wanted the same color. Woman who did my nails picked off the polish with cuticle cutters and absolutely destroyed my nails to the point where I will never visit another nail salon. My daughter feels the same. Tragic.

Nice facility but for the customer service.... it was horrible!! It was my second time there & the workers were so rude & unprofessional. They kept speaking another language while constantly looking at my friend & I giggling which I did not appreciate & also every time she was done with one of my hands she would just throw it to the side & expect me to give her my other one. I will not be going back & will not recommend to anyone!! Did not feel welcomed what so ever.

Tara & Howe are great. However, I could not give Deluxe Nails RR 5 stars because I was pushed into getting an overlay a few weeks ago by Tara and I hated it. I told her I didnt care for fake nails and she assured that it was just an overlay no fake nails??? My nails were weak and brittle when the overlay was removed 1.5 week later. I have gone their for several years so I didnt want to complain and she took 7 dollars off the total because she knew I was dissatisfied. In all I love getting my pedicures and gel manicures at this nail salon.

Last month I got a manicure/pedicure... it was a horrible job, but they did really good on my eyebrows. I came back today only for extreme disappointment. I will never go back and stay far far away. They are rude and do not deliver quality service in anything they do from maincures to eyebrows. It is just in/out and hurry up with payment. I’m not one to complain, but really disappointed with them after giving them a second chance!

Didnt like it at all! Mani/pedi done at the same time. . . Extremely frustrating. .I didnt like the fact both techs were male. I prefer female. Expensive, quality does not measure up. Wont go back again.

Went to get my nails done for the first time here & it was a great experience. As soon as I walked in the lady was nice & fast to get me started, the entire staff treated me like family & they were so gentle with my hands & feet. Also a man Leo did a gel set of artificial nails in Apr. 20 mins because I was in a rush for work, he was fast & the nails came out amazi g. Love this salon & will go back

I really wanted to like this salon, however day three of my gel manicure and three of my nails are already chipped and lifting. The gentleman who did my nails was very nice, but the workspace was pretty dirty and you could tell the tools were not very clean.

They were fairly busy on this Saturday morning, but tended to three of us immediately. They were all very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Terra and Howie are great people! I love the energy and great customer service, my nails always come out amazing and Terra works magic.

Never going back here again. The girl rushed thru my full set manicure and everything is crooked and unfinished. Also nail polish is unevenly coated. I have never seen such an awful job from a professional nail salon. Looks like a 12 year old did my nails. She acted like they were perfection. Clearly she isnt keen on keeping customers happy and up to satisfaction. If I could I would rate this place a ZERO stars.

The first few times the front desk girl was very rude, acted like she didnt want to be there. I questioned the price of my nails and she didnt give me any real answer. They basically charged me more for a tip color because they said it was a different type of nail. They never told me it didnt fall into the manicure I told them I wanted. Today I went in for an eyebrow wax and pedicure. I decided to check their website for eyebrow waxing as I have never done it there. The website says $10 but I was charged $12. The pedicure says $25 but when you go in it is $28. I brought it to their attention and they told me I was not on the right deluxe nail website. I paid the $40 but will now find somewhere else to have my nails done.

This place has the rudest staff that I have ever encountered. No respect whatsoever for their customers. Plus the high prices do not justify the quality that your receive. NEVER will I step foot into this terrible place again!

DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON!!! They did the worst work. I got a full set and in less than 10 days the nails started lifting and then they popped off by themselves. Called and spoke to the manager who not once showed any concern or care that they didnt do a good job. I told her that I was in town visiting but could not come in to get them fixes. I asked for a refund but she refused. I then asked to talk to the business owner and she said that she was the manager and the owner didnt want to talk to me. I didnt complain that they butchered my cuticals. Once I asked for the refund she started yelling at me on the phone and stated saying they came off because of something I was doing. I have reported them to the BBB and the Board of Cosmotology. This business is a complete joke!!! I hope the manager reads this and maybe if she didnt yell at customers it could have gone a lot smoother!!!!

The salon is so beautiful but I felt so unwelcome and talked about. I was so uncomfortable and the nails ended up awful looking. A pedicure is a rare treat for me, rarer since I went to this place.
