I had the best experience at Diamond nails! Nini quickly offered my mom and I something to drink, we felt very welcomed. Luckily, Nini was also my nail tech. She was quick and did just what I asked. Shayla did my moms toe nails, she went above and beyond for her. Thank you ladies at Diamond Nails. 10/10 recommend. We will be back, see you soon Nini, thank you!

My favorite place to go! From the relaxing music, profession nail care with excellent customer service, snacks and did I mention WINE?! The owner is a sweet heart and never leaves me disappointed! I love it there!

Well this one is a tough one for me. Ive been coming here since it opened but unfortunately I was disappointed on the last two visits. The last time (12/31/19) I got my nails done, but I left the store looking like I already needed a refill! (1 pictures taken in the salon still, other at home) So disappointing!! $54 & not even worth it.The time prior to that (week or 2 before) I came for underarm and leg wax.. SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED when I realized there was no type of regard for hygiene/sanitation. Blatantly re-dipping of the stick into the wax, same stick for both areas too. I feel bad for whoever needed a wax after me.As for the technicians, they are all so kind and welcoming. Which is why I didnt want to leave a bad review, unfortunately I felt it was warranted. Hopefully this place gets better!! So much potential.

The past few years I have been looking for a good nail salon. Havent had much luck until today. Nini took really good care of me. She listened to what I wanted and didnt try to push to towards something else. If you are looking for a new nail salon I would recommend checking this place out. They are very clean and are very friendly.

I went for an eyebrow waxing. The lady that did my eyebrows not only took off too much of my left eyebrow but she was also VERY unprofessional. She literally asked me what was wrong with my face because I had spots all over, there called freckles and how sad that must be for me. I will never go back again. Also the waxing room was dirty!

I have gone to get my nails done yesterday 03-12-21 and I asked for Nini. The first she had done my nails I fall in love with them. The yesterday I go back in as a birthday gift to myself and get a different style. I trust her and she took my breath away on how she did my nails. If anyone gose here ask for Nini. She is amazing!!! She listens to what I want and delivers more!!!!

One day later I did my nails one diamond fell off and came so they could put me another one, and one lady placed the diamond and it’s wasn’t even the same one. Didn’t take the time to look for it. Didn’t gave a damn about it, reluctantly attended to me.

Got a male pedicure here today. The quality of pedicures among nail spas varies greatly as does price. I paid 39 dollars (plus tip) for an excellent pedicure. The staff is friendly, they remembered previous customers names while I was there, and greeted them. Ms. Halie (spelling) did my pedi and she was fantastic. Would/Will come back in the future.

Ask for pricing first. They charged me $115 for a basic design. The worst part was I had major lifting issues within a week. I just went somewhere else to see how much they would charge $65 for the exact same thing. Theyre nice people but too expensive for what you get.Edit: hearing about prices others have paid I definitely feel like I was swindled. I know the pandemic has been hard, but dont screw your customers. Wont ever go back now.

Sooooo annoyed ! Went in for a mani and pedi. The nail tech did great and my mani lady was super nice but I got fire engine red and she did the second coat with maroon. It was awful. I had her take it off but not redone because the people I came with had finished way before me. They still charged me full price ! The woman who was at the front seemed like she was in charge, was rude and could tell she was being lazy and fast. I will not return. Dont waste your money there.

I’ve been here 3 times and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! I feel like royalty here. Their color selection, their chairs, and Hellen does my pedicures and manicures. She is TOP NOTCH!! The care and precision she takes to make my feet and hands look like they do in magazines is what makes me keep coming back here! They’re all so nice, the place is very clean and they do amazing work in all my years of getting my nails done at salons. You Won’t be disappointed!!

This has been my only nail spa for at least 5 years. NiNi does my nails, and she is phenomenal! She does amazing work, and is very fast, which I appreciate. She makes fun suggestions for new techniques, and I am always being asked about where I get my nails done. The entire staff is so friendly, and they all do a great job on my pedicures. I bring my daughter here for special spa days, and Lisa is always so great with her. She makes her feel really special. They know me by name when I call or come in, and I appreciate the personal service so much. The prices are reasonable, and I will never go anywhere else.

This was my first visit. Came in for a gel manicure. Manicurist did not spend time on proper care of my cuticles. Rushed painting my nails. Sides were left unpolished, and the next day nail chipped and broke off. Definitely will never go back.

Im sorry that maybe during the waxing process the staff didnt tell you or didnt show it to you so you were worried. I have been to several salons in Round Rock and Diamond Nails is my favorite.The staff is very friendly and the salon is always clean.I get pedicures on T or W from 12-2pm when they have their Happy Hour. It is $19 (25% off).I was there yesterday and 2 different children came in with their parent and they were greeted and offered a snack and a juice! I was impressed.

Very clean I especially like that they use plastic liners for the foot bath and the foot/leg massage was wonderful. My first time there but I will go back

Lisa is the best. 20 percent off all services Tuesday and Wednesday from 11-2. The entire staff are wonderful!! The only place I will go. Try it out and ask for Lisa.

Been going to them for at least 1.5 years. Nini is my girl!!!! Shes awesome. Considering the price and proximity of this place, I give it 5 stars. There are always better and more expensive nail salons, but this place does good work if you get the right nail tech.Update 09/2021:It’s been 4 years since the above review was made. Glad to say that I still go to Diamond Nails. Nini is still there and my absolute favorite!Prices have gone up post-COVID but you can catch their happy hour Tuesdays and Wednesdays 11am-2pm for 20% off.It is highly recommended to schedule an appointment during happy hour bc they get real busy real fast. Don’t get too perturbed if you get turned away without an appointment bc they’re crazy busy.Will definitely continue coming here so long as Nini keeps slaying.

Nice nail techs but didn’t do a good job. Had residue left all over my nails right after I got them done and the gel on my acrylics got all scraped up after two days. Also didn’t apply the happy hour price

My nails look awful. I dont want to go back and get it fixed, because I dont want to sit through another hour and a half manicure at this place. The manicurist cut me not only with the cuticle clippers, but also with her own nails. She clipped a tiny chunk of my finger, and her nails gave me little painful cuts all over my hands (Im not exaggerating). I have gel nail polish on my cuticles and literally on my fingers. (she attempted to get it off each of my cuticles with her own nails...it didnt work). Also, the sides of my nails on my right hand are missing polish. This was a really bad experience.

What a wonderful experience. Had the deluxe pedicure (I have odd feet) and Helen, my technician, nearly put me in a coma. Didnt want to leave.Worth every penny!

Overpriced and always rushing. I am giving three stars since Nini does a great job when doing my nails. The owner lady does my waxing and she did a terrible job today. I gave her the benefit of the doubt since they were busy two last times. She did not do a proper clean up and hurt me today because the wax was too hot. She needs to slow down. AND not even worth $15 dollars for not doing a proper job.

This place is horrible, I got a mani pedi and it was not done right. You can see the different layers on the toes and it is not even at all. Their acrylics look terrible, they are crooked and uneven. I asked for a decor flower but what they gave me was horrible, a child could have done a better job. Never coming again. They were rushing and trying to do a couple different things at once.

Went in to get gel nail polish taken off, left with residue still on then. Lady rushed and did a half effort job. Nothing was sterile. She literally pulled the nail clipper out from her pocket. Save your money and your nails, go elsewhere.
