Very rude. The guy who runs the place made a crude joke about my tattoo. The lady doing the pedicure told the next person I had a foot fungus even thought it was just my nails flaking from previous acrylic use. I’d love support fellow minority owned businesses but this one won’t get my business again.

This place is filthy and pricey for low quality nails.You will realize as soon as you walk thru the door. They are not even busy. Not wonder why

The new massage chairs are fantastic and the service continues to be excellent!Love these folks! They are clean friendly and fast ... Also, their regular pedicure includes the hot wax bag on your feet treatment! Awesome chair massages at the same time make your pedicure a little slice of heaven.

Tried this place because our team was in need of some TLC and they were rated 4.7 stars. They deserve 5 stars. The team that runs the place Angel and Ken are incredible. They work as a team and the two are a comedy duo as well.I highly recommend checking them out.We also had the rare pleasure of having the trio The_Serenadors stop in and sing two awesome songs for us. 5 stars to the young trio as well. So relaxing, exciting and thoroughly enjoyable!!!A must while in Round Rock!!

I come here about 3 years i never get any problems. I know and love the staffs here a lot , they treat you like family. i don’t like go to here to give best star i can, but i see someone say they get something happens for them. Honestly, if you get that sometime from you don’t take care good of your nails. before blame them you need to take care yourself first. love them so much

I am so impressed with how long my nails lasted and they never even started to lift. My friend and I went at the end of Feb. and they have lasted well over a month! We got our nails done by the owner and, if I remember correctly, a guy named Ken.

I have been going there for a long time and very happy with the job they do.. Theyre very good to their customers and go out of their way to make sure u are. I highly recommend them to everyone and tell all my customers about them. I have never been disappointed with anything they have done. The price is very reasonable and the place is always clean. I have been to many nail shops but none like theres.

This is the only place I trust to get my nails done. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Wonderful nail salon! Very relaxing environment and the nail technichions are so helpful when you want your nails to match your toes. Prices were great for the service you get here. 😁 Not to mention my nails came out super cute! I tried other places when I moved to TX 2 years ago and none of them gave me the quality of service I got here at Cosmo! Angel and Ken know how to treat their clients and make sure you receive quality service. Once I found them Ive never left since and dont plan to.

A girlfriend of mine and I were looking to try a new place for pedicures and manicures and came across Cosmos. We decided on this particular nail salon due to their recent reviews and great raving, however our experience was far from that.I have two experiences to share with you from the same day one being my pedicure at the second my manicure and how they ended up 24 hours later.Pedicure:The pedicure started off standard until he started using the callus file on my feet where I informed the gentleman working on me I was very sensitive and ticklish and the gentleman proceeded to still use the same force and speed as he was using before I informed him of my sensitivities. Next instead of the using the lotion to do the massage portion of the pedicure he uses the exploiting scrub.Now that I was halfway into my pedicure new customers arrive that seem to be regulars and both myself and my girlfriend felt a rush to complete are pedicures to help the new customers.Manicure:First lets start with he didnt hear me ask for one. He started on my manicure with lukewarm water to soak one hand in while he worked on the other before any per-soak. The filing of the fingernails is on even and the Polish he put on was one coat that has now flaked off in less than 24 hours.Overall both girlfriend and I felt they were rushing to finish our pedicure / manicure to make way for two new customers that seem like regulars.I feel the work way half done. Overall Im disappointed that the reviews are red didnt match our experience!

Ive found my nail salon. I could rave about it, but if I did it would get too busy. Everyone there was nice, calm, and helpful. They did a great job and I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. Give it a try, I think you will like it.

Very attentive and professional. Heidi is the best nail tech Ive had. She is always nice and actually stayed past closing time to do my nails. I told her I had an interview coming up and she accommodated me with out an appointment. She even answered some concerns I had about getting a pedicure done and the extra special care I would need since I am diabetic.I will definitely be back.

Had a fantastic first visit, very welcoming in spite of being busy. Took great care of me! My pedicure looks great and you cant beat the value. Will definitely be back!

There are thousands of nail salons in Texas and I really believe I have been to 1/2 of them. But I finally found the one. Besides being clean and of great value, the hospitality and kindness of the new owners is above and beyond what I usually expect from nail salons. Also, every time I get shellac, it comes off, but not since I have been coming here! I have had to have my polish soaked off every time because it stays so well. This is the best nail salon in Austin and surrounding areas. Give them a chance, you wont regret it:)

Amazing! I went to Cosmo after doing a little web research as I am new to the area and wanted to find a nail salon. Heidi and her crew were very detail oriented, courteous and made it apparent that their customers needs were paramount. Heidi spent 30 minutes carefully removing all of the fill that had been put on my nails by a less skilled tech. I left with the most beautiful lacquered french manicure and am very pleased with the experience. I brought my mother with me and the Lee was very gentle with my 80 year old moms pedicure. Lee took her time with mom and it was a great day. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for professionalism and reasonable prices. I called ahead for an appointment and was seen promptly.

I really love how awesome my nails look. Going to see Angel and Ken is my speacial treat each month. I really love how strong and durable my manicure is. Normally nail polish never stays on. It comes off that day. However now with gels they actually protect the nail. So now my hands and feet look great. Totally worth it!

20 years Ive been getting full sets, Heidi is the best tech Ive ever had. Very gentle and actually cares about doing a good job! I had an issue with a few of my nails due to another tech doing a horrible fill in.This was my first time in but I will for sure be back.Not super fancy but clean and well priced.

This place is owned and run by a hilarious husband & wife duo. They always do amazing mani/pedis for my husband and I both. Love it and them.

I will definitely be returning to Cosmo Spa! My girlfriend and I went for the first time yesterday and were very impressed. The ambiance is great. The salon is calm and soothing. The decorations are nice and tasteful. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and nice. The entire place was spotless and well sanitized.The pedicures themselves were EXCELLENT. Great massage, great treatments, well priced. My polish looks perfect and my feet are so much softer after the paraffin wax. Great experience!

I love this place. Linda does an amazing job. My mani lasted almost a month! She teaches her time and did it right. One time I had a nail chip the day I got them done. I went in the next day and they redid the nail no charge. Tremendous service.

Husband and wife team. They are both very passionate, professional and kind. Salon is clean, massage chairs are new and comfortable and atmosphere is relaxing. Neither pushed any extra treatment. Call ahead to make an appointment. Unlike other places they will not rush your service if they get busy. Excellent prices. My wife has gone to many different salons and says this was by far the best. Where else can you get mani-pedi with hot wax and massage for $35. Boom!

Business trip into town, never been here before. Based on prior reviews my hubby and myself went for a pedi. Place was clean and the ladies were very friendly. Have some tender spots and for the first time I experienced no pain. My pedi turned out great, could not be happier!
