First time visiting Dragon Nails and I loved the service and left pleased with my nails. Tina did a great job.

I love Tina and she is super sweet and friendly. HER work is good, however the guy my daughter and I had today was unsatisfactory for us both. I feel like he really didnt care or maybe just didnt want to be there. I let him know that he was hurting my fingers and he had the nerve to ask if I get my nails done.. YES and I also know pain when I feel it. I told him that I didnt like the design and he continued. I said it again and then he asked if I wanted him to add to it. No, just take it off. I hate my nails and Ive never left there not liking my nails. He really ruined it! I was just over it and ready to go. If I didnt mind throwing money away, Id take them off right now!

I have been going here for years, but not super regularly (3-4 times a year), and they still remember my mom & me and what types of services we get each time. They are super friendly, nice and do a fantastic job at a good price. Highly recommend.

Love love Tina and her entire staff! She has become part of the family and my family won’t go anywhere else. Not only does she keep up with the latest trends but she charges less then most to do them and does an amazing job.

I did not have a great experience here. Very disappointed because they are highly rated. I had powder nails and a pedicure done. The nails looked thickly layered and boxy (not oval). The guy doing my nails made me feel like I was bothering him and sent me to my pedicure without finishing so he could go smoke. This led to them putting oil on my hands during the pedi and messing up the top coat. Something I didnt realize until it had time to set when I got hom and I left on vacation the next day so no time to fix it. . My toenails chipped within 3 days and the lady disagreed with me about the color pattern I asked for. The main lady there was very nice and she tried to help finish up my nails. We had a nice chat but I can guarantee I will never come here again.

I’ve been going here for 13 yrs and I’ve always had a great experience. They also do very well with my 8yr old daughter. Today I had the worse experience ever. I got there at 5:54pm(they close at 7) there was only one lady getting her nails done. When I walked in I asked if they had time to do a set(I already had a set done previously from them I just wanted them off and a different colors on my natural nails) they lady said “yes” and to pick my color.As I was picking my color Tina came up to me and asked what I wanted and I told her. She seemed kinda annoyed and like she was in a rush to leave(again they close at 7:00). I sat down in her chair and she was asking me again what I wanted done then said “you don’t want to come back tomorrow” I told her I worked and I got off early today. I said if she has some other plans I can come back on the weekend. Thinking she would disagree and do my nails she agreed and asked me to come back on the weekend. Are you SERIOUS!! YOU ARE GOING TO TURN DOWN A PAYING CUSTOMER! I was shocked and had no words. I just got up and left. I will NEVER go back here again!!!

You know I truly have mixed feelings about this place I can see where one of the reviews talks about having to have her nails redone and was charged to get them fixed. Yes, I have a friend that had the same problem and was charged to get her nails redone and Vincent was a bit unhappy... I personally have not had a bad experience Tina is very friendly and yes Vincent can be a bit ruff around the edges at times... I personally have not had a bad experience and will continue to get my nails done there because they are the only ones that do it the way I like my nails.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Tina the owner is wonderful. Louis is a.great artist for designs on nails. Lee does a great pedicure. I.see where one woman says she had a bad experience and then posts multiple times. Guess I need to counter. Tina would never allow to happen what she descibes. No business would. Have customers bleeding from multiple nails? As far as cost. Everything is posted so no surprises. Love this plaxe

I got a french tip abd paid 30$ gave the guy a tip because he keeping asked for one. i leave the store because they were closing and i get and the car and my french tip are smaller than the other some nails look like a oval and i got them square so i went the next day and asked them to fix it and that wanted to charge me more so i ended up telling them if they could just take them off and give me a new set tina said yes!! once i have the nails on the say that will be 26$ more for some plain coffin shaped pink naild im paying 56$ in nails??? so i ask her why i had to pay more money and she tells me because the guy lost 2 customers just to fix mine doesnt seem right that i had to pay if he didnt even do them right the first time. when he was taking me off we was all upset hurting my nails bed and now my nails are swore and have dents!!!! this was my favorite place ever but after they did me dirty i will never ever step a foot in her salon again
