This is the best nail salon in the area! They have fantastic service and every person who works there is professional and does a great job. They have tons of colors to choose from and I’m usually able to get an appointment when I need it. The place is very clean and pricing is fair. Highly highly recommend!

Im so disappointed!!! I had a great shaping at a different salon about 3 months ago and just needed brow clean-up. The aesthetician ruined my brows completely. Itll take 6 months of growing to get back to where I was yesterday. I’ve come here before with great results. They usually ask if you want thin or thick brows. This time, she did not ask and just took as much as she wanted from one eye, and just kinda hacked up the other. When I saw it and was alarmed by the results, she recommended I get permanent a make up tattoo to fix it. No after care to minimize pain, no communication before or during the wax. Staff is friendly, but the results were just horrible.

After moving to this area I have been searching for somewhere to do my acrylic nails. I am from Houston and like my nails Long and extra looking with designs/jewels ext. usually. This place is perfect. The. prices are reasonable and they actually spend time making sure the shape and color is what I want. They are also super sweet. They dont mind when I bring my service dog with me and gave me a Christmas present of some lotion ! too sweet. love it here

By far the best mani and pedi I have ever had. Now, I went on a Friday during work hours, so that may have changed my experience. That said, they took their time. I did not feel like they were rushing. They paid attention to detail and worked hard to make sure we all got the right colors/designs we wanted. My sister even said she may start flying to Texas just to go to this salon. 10/10

Stopped in on my lunch hour for a shellac mani and a quick color change for the toes. It is a beautiful salon, many colors to chose from and it is very clean. I appreciated the respect of the my time, I told them I had 40 minutes and they had me in and out within 40 minutes.Moderately priced, wonderful technicians. Easy access in parking lot.

When you tell a senior citizen they have to have gel nails because the cant be trusted not ruin a regular manicure is extremely offensive. The predatory up-sell tactics are discriminatory against the senior community.

The service is very consistent and they do a great job of setting priority for you with appointments and working you in pretty quickly as a walk-in. The massage chairs are super comfortable and the services are on point!

I used to go to this place for mani and pedi, but its been more than 3 times for the last 2 months when they messed up really bad. The customer service is great but they have a lot of rotation of personnel and the new ones aren’t trained. Very disappointed because I really liked this place but can’t do this to my nails anymore... the last time they damaged my nails to the point that I can’t do anything at all, they’re weak and very thin...

I live in Austin, but I will definitely be making the drive to come to this place! I got the best gel manicure I have ever received, no gel on my cuticles!!! I also got the deluxe pedicure and it was so nice and relaxing. The decor was very nice. Everyone there was accommodating and personable. Thank you guys!

I’ve been going here for almost a year so it’s about time I posted a review. These guys are simply the best! I’ve never had a bad experience in a year, coming almost every two weeks. I’ve asked for lots of different styles and techniques, and they have delivered on every account. The managers are so friendly, the techs are wonderful and skilled, the prices are great, the facility and tools are clean. I’ve brought a few friends here to get nails done together, and now they too go here every time!Caveat: If you’re looking for something a little more intricate or something that requires more skills, please call ahead so they can be sure to have a tech there who can work with you. If you don’t, be prepared to wait if they have to call someone in. That’s just good manners. The only customers I’ve seen here who were displeased were the ones who didn’t know what they wanted or couldn’t articulate what they wanted clearly, or those who had crazy unrealistic expectations. Know what you want, come in with a picture, and know that these professionals will do their best to make your image happen.

My wife took her mom and sister to this salon for her birthday and the salon was amazing to them. It was easy for her to make a reservation and they were so welcoming from the start. They had many color options. They worked with Steven and Tammy and Andy and had great service with each of them. They were meticulous with each step and the final product was very clean. They also came back home raving about the the mimosas and the frozen margarita. They had plenty of options at the bar. Perfect stay-cation option or weekly salon. Well priced for the level of service - deluxe mani/pedi was $60. Also salon was very clean. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

I stopped in this salon last week for the first time and without an appointment. It was a wonderful experience. I got an awesome pedi (I wish I would have gotten her name. I believe it was something like Thuy) . She did such a good job that I decided to stay for a mani. Van did a wonderful job on my nails. The owner was super accommodating as well. Overall Im so happy I decided to give this place a try. I will definitely be back! With an appointment next time. 🙂

I went to Signature Spa & Nails to get my first SNS experience prior to my wedding, and it was absolutely perfect - the environment was relaxing and just what I needed/wanted. I visited another salon in Georgetown for a manicure, and vowed to only go to Signature Spa & Nails from then on. While I had some minor issues with my nails following my second experience, Steven was quick to respond and address my concerns. Steven and Cindy went above and beyond in ensuring I was satisfied with my nails!

Rude. Expansiva for justo a polish plus the guy acted like he couldnt understand us in English but whem he got off work and was leaving he says see ya later like a real country American man.

Was yelled at by a worker for not understanding his description of the shape of a nail. He was not willing to show me the different types of acrylic nails that were offered. With not previous experience I was expected to know what services they offered. Another nail professional later was trying to fix his bad attitude by being nice.

My first visit here today and the staff was so kind. My four-year-old daughter and I like to get pedicures together and we’ve tried several places and I see us becoming regulars here. They were very accommodating and the pedicures were wonderful on top of that. Beautiful and clean salon as well.

Exactly what I wanted. Thank you CassieCassie was so helpful and willing to give me what I had in mind for my nails. I showed her a picture and then we decided a plan for it. it took her a lot of time and work to get it done but it was worth it and she seemed happy to do it.

Tried this place out for the first time this past weekend and Kevin did great with my nails. Unfortunately the SNS started to crack and I stopped by today to get them fixed. Steven the manager or owner I believe was there and he was very welcoming and accepting. They offered me a redo of my nails and Helena did such an amazing job. Super impressed with the customer service at this place, will definitely return!

Very nice staff, friendly service. However first time going the nail tech took two hours to complete a gel manicure on my actual nails. I get my nails done very frequently but today a friend recommended this place so here we are. It’s been 5 days of usual daily tasks, and my nails are already peeling and starting to come off. To think I tipped 10.00 — never again.

I had a full set of amazing S&S nails done with Kelvin today. I can tell you with certainty that his skill and perfection were unmatched. I feel so pretty when I look down at my nails. Pretty cool that he has the natural abilty to make people feel comfortable as well! Kelvin is my person now - very happy.

The best lash set I’ve ever had, in my 5 years of getting lashes consistently, were from here! She took her time, made them full and they lasted about 4-5 weeks thru the summer. I’m beyond impressed!

I love this place! So far the best I have been to and I have been getting nail services for over 25 years! The decor is beautiful, the salon is immaculate, the service is professional, and the people are friendly and polite. I was extremely impressed. I have to drive an hour from where I live, but it is so worth it! I am very particular about my nails, but have been regularly disappointed with the work of most technicians and the condition and products of other salons. This salon just opened, so I am keeping my fingers and toes crossed that they maintain that new-ness.It is so difficult finding a lovely place to relax, get beautiful, and feel confident that the workmanship and quality of the products are top-notch. This place is first class!!!

Absolutely the best nail salon Ive been to and highly recommend SIGNATURE SPA NAILS & BAR.Julies SNS nails are natural, well done (no rough edges or powder spill over left). Julie was gentle and very careful. Lots of colors available and can do a multitude of hand drawn designs. Followed up by a relaxing neck massage.Tam did my pedicure. She was very gentle but efficient. Did a fantastic massage.Felt totally pampered and relaxed.Also right now they are offering 20% off.Check this salon out.

Its okay. I wasnt thrilled when the lady that did my nails obviously saw that my gel polish wasnt curing on my thumb, yet still sent me on my merry way. They should invest in some LED/UV lights that actually work. My gel color was super pretty though, and it turned out well after I got the lady to fix my thumb.

I got a basic and gel polish pedicure and spent close to $50.00 for a bad job! The nail polish was not painted on evenly and the lady cut me in a few places. Definitely not a relaxing pedicure. Don’t mind spending the money if it was relaxing and a good job.Changes my review,They responded quickly and had me come in and fixed the nails. I got SNS on my nails and Moon did a great job! Definitely going back!

I happened to be in the area and did a quick search for nail salons, this one had good reviews. I was not disappointed, Mike did a very good job. I am very pleased. I wish I lived closer, I would definitely make this my nail salon.

Very RUDE staff. My mother was waiting to get her nails done when her good friends daughter was done getting her nails done, one of the staff says Your grandmother is over there! and starts to laugh. My mom was obviously was not her grandmother. The woman was being ride. There was no altercation between them to justify her rude comment. Mom was so hurt she refused to get her nails done. Nail salons come a dime a dozen. All my friends and family will not go here. Treat your customers better.

Have been looking for a nail salon after moving here - nothing seemed to compare to my old nail salon until now - Signature is the best! Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Customer service is top notch- we were warmly greeted at the door, got checked in for our pedicures and were then invited to choose our color from their great selection (not rushed at all). We chose the standard pedicure ($29). I always try the basic service first because if they do a good job on a basic service I have a little more confidence in upgrading next time.The technicians took their time and the pedicure includes callous treatment and a sugar scrub And a lovely lotion massage. We were offered drinks. Overall a great afternoon with my daughter.

This place is great! After going to one place for 4 years that had slowly gotten worse each time I went I finally had enough and wanted to find a place for SNS. After doing some research and reading reviews I found signature nail spa who people had really good things to say about. I decided to give it a try and drive 25 min to this place from my house and let me tell you it was worth it! I was a walk in customer and the man who greeted me took the time to welcome me in, ask me to sign in, informed me about their reward system, offered me a drink, and informed me that it would be a half hour wait. Willing to wait paid off because they got to me in less than 15 min despite how busy they were on a Saturday. My technician was Kevin who was very friendly and easy to talk to and did a great job on my nails with the SNS. Needless to say I look forward to my next visit here even though it’s near a half hour drive away!

This place ROCKS!! I really appreciate the care to detail I received on my nails today. The classic pedicure was great. I got a mani and a pedi and Mermaid 21 and I am in LOVE!! 😍😍😍

My wife and daughters went to this salon for the first time a few weeks ago and had great service. My wife received a pedicure by Amy who was friendly and did a very good job with her callus problem. She was very pleased with Amy and stated she would return to this salon as a result of the service provided. My daughters each had French tip Manicures from very friendly staff. The manager (male gentleman) was also very cordial.Upon checking out they were charged $10 each for the girls manicures and my wife was charged for the basic pedi fee. However , when my wife got home she had received a call from the male manager who stated they had overcharged her by $6. Very honest service.My wife and daughters then went back to this salon again two weeks later. During this visit the male manger was replaced with a female manger who was very rude to my family. At the end of the service, she attempted to charge the girls $17 each for the same service that had been $10 before. When my wife questioned the discrepancy she became very hostile stating they had fired the previous male manager and started yelling at my wife in front of other customers acting as if my wife was trying to get away with not paying. She then tried to not give my wife the credit that she was owed from the previous visit.Based upon this experience my wife and daughters will NEVER go back to this salon again. Very different experience from their first visit!As previously stated, the manicures my daughters received were the EXACT same services during each visit. I do not appreciate my wife being taken advantage of and overcharged. The lady manager on the second visit further went on to yell at my wife that the male manager she dealt with the visit before was no longer there because he was “doing whatever he wanted and incorrectly charging the customers.” Very deceptive business practices!

Had an issue and they fixed the problem right away. Great customer service! Thank you Stephen, Cindy and Kim for taking care of it.

Just left there me and my pregnant sister were not offered any water etc. the lady that did my gel nails “one” has horrible customer service she looked annoyed and my manicure looks terrible my son could have done a better job.This place is new and I had higher standards charging people $32 for jobs like this.

The staff is quick, accommodating, and good. This will be my regular zone for nail arts!
