First time visiting and I must say that from the time of making an appointment online to the time I left great service hands down! With everything going on they had great protocols and everything very clean plus hand sanitizer available too. In addition to the great customer service my massage therapist was amazing! She knew exactly what pressure point to get and work it out. She was very professional! Overall I had an excellent experience.

My facial was fantastic and while the massage was very good it was a little more pressure than I like. Facility is beautiful and I will certainly return in the near future.

Tried to schedule a spa day for me and two friends. Initially, the person I spoke with was helpful and friendly and had set a date for us, but said she just needed to verify a couple of services and would call me back to confirm our booking. Almost a week later and no callback. I reach out to the spa to see if our reservation was confirmed, but was told the person who handled it was unavailable, but that they would leave her a message and she would call me back.Several days later and still no call… I reach out a third time and am told there’s no record of my reservation and that once again that our coordinator is unavailable and to instead just email my request to start my reservation all over! I was supposed to already be set for our date/time and now I have to start over again, probably with a completely different date? We had to book over a month and a half in advance for the first reservation!Poor communication and follow thru… And we obviously weren’t worth the time and effort for them to schedule our services.. Was really hoping to try this spa out, as we had heard great things, but at this point, I’d rather go somewhere else.

Elysia has been treating my teen’s skin the last few months and I love the care she receives at Halina spa. Having products (Eminence) we can trust to be effective but gentle on her sensitive skin are our biggest priorities. We have seen an improvement in her skin but also her well-being because she looks forward to taking a break from the student routine to relax, refocus and also feel better about her skin. We highly recommend Elysia at Halina spa for her ability to take care of our skin care needs in a warm and caring way. (Elayna and Habiba are also wonderful!)

My favorite spa to feel pampered. Typo go here to get a Brazilian wax and they have such great availability which is what I love, Maddie is my go to she works on Sundays, she is very friendly and great at what she does!

Ok so, I have been going to this place for around 2 years now and was really satisfied until my husband got a luxury package and spent more that $500 to get a full day spa on last valentine. But since COVID started and I found out about my pregnancy it took me a which to call in and schedule my full day spa, I decided to separate each service and go in different days. I called in and switched from a Swedish massage to pregnancy massage for that day, wen in and revived it, but later on when I called to schedule for other serviced I had on my gift card I was told different answers that I used it all, or was used on 2018!!!!! And then they sent me an email with a fake receipt that I used a different massage and facial with 2 different person which is a complete lie. To the manager of this unprofessional place: when people spend that kind of money not even for the first time, you need to have more management of what is done in this place and stop the scamming. I won’t even bother coming back receiving the rest of the service. And I do not recommend this place to anyone. Y’all probably enjoying the rest of the money token from me!

Brad is the absolute best masseur I have ever had. I’m the President of his fan club. Seriously. 90 min deep tissue. So good.

I had a massage booked the day before my wedding and they were able to book me a mani/pedi appt last minute as I did not love the manicure I got at a walk in salon. A little pricey, but its always a treat.

Best place for all your Spa needs!!! It is the complete package, offering nails, hair, massage, facials and so many wonderful services. The drinks are great, and all the service providers are wonderful and knowledgeable. They also hold many awards for best spa, and have been around since the 70s! Great experience and amazing place!

We get Pedicures every 6-8 weeks and are very pleased with the staff and services we have received.

Best massage and facial EVER. Wrapped like a cocoon for about 15 minutes after the massage-- that was a first. The facial wasnt too abrasive, as many can be, and the products used left my skin feeling great (not like an oil slick)

I have been going to Halina since the early 1990s. She built an incredible spa and team of aestheticians that know skin care, the products your skin needs and how to pamper you! I’ve been away for a few years, moved back recently and could not wait to return to Halina. Unfortunately the pandemic delayed my return to getting a much needed and wonderful facial! They are doing everything right here to protect you and follow all the CDC recommended guidelines to deliver safe treatments. The employees are grateful to have been supported financially during the pandemic by the new owner. That in turn is passed on to the client- I’m so thankful for the care and attention my skin badly needed! I love this place! Try the Burnet Rd location if this one is booked- it the original location. Your skin will thank you!

OMG I miss yall! Cant wait until yall reopen after this COVID19 thing is past us! Met the new owner, Rich Ryan, on my last visit. Seriously committed and invested in upgrading equipment and facilities. Seems to genuinely care about his employees, their well being, and satisfaction in working at Halina. Ive been a customer for over seven years and and always been impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction. But Mr. Ryan has raised the customer satisfaction bar. Im certain Ill be there another seven years.

I signed up for a day of service only to be hurried through my relaxing day. The facial was VERY rushed and not what I paid for. The salon also skipped an entire treatment that was supposed to be included in the price. The lady that performed my massage was very good and I was very happy with that part of the service. I would not recommend this spa. If squeezing my PRE-booked appointment in was an issue then perhaps dont take walk-ins the same day so your business hurries my scheduled services.

I took my mom and myself here for a self care day. It was so nice. The old house it is located in its beautiful and makes a great setting for a cozy not overwhelming spa. The staff was very friendly and the receptionist greeted us with some yummy cucumber water. My mom said her massage was very relaxing with delta. And my massage with Brad was just what I needed! We will be back. And I recommend you give it a go on your next self care day!

Linda was recommended to my by my podiatrist because she is medically trained to treat clients with diabetes. This was my first visit and I was more than pleased with her service. She has a good touch and does a wonderful job of explaining everything.The facility is very comfortable and the other staff members are very friendly. Im looking forward to my next appointment which is already scheduled.

Halina is by far my best manicure experience in Austin. The staff were very knowledgeable and the facility was quiet and clean. The General Manager even took time to introduce herself and see how our experience was. The nail tech was wonderful and listened to my specific wants and needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for spa services and cannot wait to book for other services.

Service: Express PedicureNot only was it easy to book an appointment, everyone was friendly, prompt and very informative. Just to test the waters, I got an express pedicure and now know its worth booking one of the specialized packages next time. Christy was super friendly and made great recommendations, based on my needs. Guess my appointment being canceled at another salon was a blessing in disguise!! I will definitely be back! #relaxing

Halinas has a very relaxing atmosphere and wonderful staff. I travel a lot in my work; they are very accommodating when I have to change an appointment. I immediately feel calm and relaxed the minute I walk through the front door.

I saw Elysia three times prior to my wedding for dermaplaning and hydrofacial treatments. She does exceptional work, in addition to having a friendly and calm demeanor. She advised me on dos and donts for my skin leading up to the wedding, and even gave me a sample of some calming face lotion that really helped the week-of. While the services are too pricey for me to frequent the salon regularly, I definitely will be back to see Elysia when I have a special occasion or feel like treating myself!

Linda and Christy take the best care of their clients! Such a truly relaxing experience. I brought my mom after her podiatrist recommended a costly and complicated procedure, and Linda was able to provide a medical wellness pedicure that took care of business. Her training and background are impressive!

I received a 5 hour day spa as a gift and it was a very rushed experience. The massage that I was given was great but the other services not so much. The facial was very rushed and not enjoyable. I Did not even get one of the items listed on the package and was told that they did not have time. Was disappointed overall.

I used to love this place and have patronized for years (have also taken many friends and family members). I am looking for someplace new, however. Although my recent treatment was A+ as always at Halina RR, it was followed by a sales pitch!! I seriously doubt it was the idea of the fabulous woman who did my treatment; it felt staged. It made me SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I will not be going back.

Fantastic day spa. I received a gift package of a massage, facial, and pedicure for Christmas; it was the best gift ever. If you are willing to upgrade to organic products when you come here, I highly recommend it. Ill most definitely be returning here for more spa treatments soon.

It is a spa! I recommend treating your spouse/girlfriend here. It can be pricey for multiple treatments, but it will be worth it to de-stress from the daily pressures. Live a little; as we our only here a short while!

Christy did a fantastic job on my manicure. She was very thorough and precise, and for the first time I cant find any flaws. Its perfect! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ive been going to Melissa for about 5 years now for eye brow waxing, dying and lip waxing. She is wonderful! I am now taking both of my daughters to her and they love her also. Not only does she do a great job, she is also knowledgeable on skincare in general and has been a great asset for my younger daughter dealing with acne.

I will definitely be back! I loved my massage, the best one I ever had. Nice atmosphere and nice people.

This is definitely my favorite place for pedicures, manicures, and massages. Their atmosphere is very calm and the entire staff is personable, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Every person I have ever sent to them has been happy.

I was able to get a last minute appointment for a massage. I have had a very stressful week and had a lot of knots in my back. I was checked in quickly and escorted to a quiet and relaxing area and offered water while I waited for my appointment. Kate was my massage therapist and I can not say enough good things about her. I will definitely be back. Everyone I came in contact with from the front desk to staff I passed in the hall were friendly and helpful.

I was very excited to try Halina, and was so very impressed at the appearance of the spa, it is quite beautiful. I had a deep tissue massage, and all was well until I went to bed that evening, my back hurt so much I could not lay down. Ive had numerous massages, and always deep tissue, but Ive never been in pain after the massage. This is Monday, and even last night there was lingering pain. I also took my sister-in-law with me, and she told me that her therapist kept belching during the massage. I really wanted to like this place, but being in pain is not something I am fond of.

Best facial Ive ever had, I think I may have even fallen asleep, it was so relaxing!

First time going and i will come back but i went for wax and pedi, and i feel that a little more coordination would help. I didnt know where to go, the wax lady didnt know I needed other stuff done and i felt a little lost. I liked the pedi, but it needed to be a little deeper scub since it was a 50.00 pedi, and Im bringing my husband on Monday and will rate again, based on his experience. I do recommend though. Everyone was really nice, if my feet looked better I would have given a 5 star.Update: this spa reached out to me and were very courteous and friendly, i was unable to go on Monday thou because my husband and I came in late from out of town and he really didnt want to try it after seeing my feet, since his would need a lot more work, we opted to go to Bliss nails, which I have reviewed as well. Adding a star for their customer service. Their eyebrow wax on my daughter is still getting compliments.

Halinas Round Rock is AMAZING! I always feel like Im a VIP when I go. All the staff is very friendly and professional. The focus of the spa is definitely on quality and being sure you have the best experience possible. I have never felt rushed or like a number. Even though there is definitely room to brag the establishment maintains a humble feel open to input and always willing to listen. Halinas is also very clean and sanitary, putting many others to shame. They often run specials and have drawing and such that are always fun. They have many services to choose from too. I love Halinas and its staff and never plan on looking elsewhere for any service they provide!
