Great nail salon...they always offer water and soda...they are very clean and professional. I highly recommend them!

My daughter got her nails done here and they did a horrible job. They did not cut her cuticles and they got paint on her skin. They refused to fix it when we told them we were not happy. We used to love this place but we will not be back.

Did pedicure and manicure with gel.....My pedi was nice my mani nail grew fungus on two fingers lady was rough cut too much cuticle not going back

This place was amazing and I loved the staff. I got SNS with longer nails and my sister got gel for our fingernails. We both got deluxe pedicures and our nails look amazing as ever. It a bit of a wait but totally worth it. They treat you like family and make sure that you like what they are doing. I would come again.

Love this place! Im very picky about my nails and expect them to be even and pretty much perfect which is sadly hard to find in a nail tech! I travel a lot and when I move, I dread the search for that special nail tech. Well lets just say that this place is amazing! I went to another place before here and they did an awful job on my dip and always did them ten coats thick which is too much. I started coming here about 5 months ago and love it. Ty is my personal nail tech here but the other people are good too! Ty makes sure he gets the nails even and proportional and I like that! Thank you!

This is my favorite place to go hands down. They do really good sns fake nails and they are always smooth and clean and very shiny. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and actually have conversations with you. Prices are very reasonable for the services.

Got a pedicure and my nails done and the girl that did my pedicure ended up cutting seven of my ten toes and and the guy that did my nails ended up cutting 4 of my fingers. This is not the first time that this has happened. Ask for a discount for being touched and did not get it.

They are very professional with their greetings to their customers. The only thing that I would suggest is that they to always double-check their work before their customers leave.

Moved here in July and after trying six other nail salons finally found my forever salon. Everyone is so professional and friendly and Julie is totally amazing when it comes to my nails and toes. So happy I dont have to try any other place again!

I came in and got a manicure and pedicure. It was a good experience. The clipping of my cuticles was pretty painful though and they hurt for the rest of the day and into the next. My problem is that my gel polish did NOT stay on my nails! They peeled off only 2 days later. I know this was the product and not them, BUT I feel like if your product doesnt work for your customer, refund them. I came in asking ONLY for the refund for the price of the polish, not the manicure or pedicure. And they only gave me $15. Yes, better than zero. But now I have to go spend like, another $60 somewhere else. It just really put me off. I wasnt asking for a full refund, and I was very nice. I just feel like the customer care could have been better.

Very relaxing! Even though prices are high, they are the same as everywhere else in my opinion. I love how friendly they are and they offered me an iced tea which was delicious! My nails are beautiful and they offered SNS which I had never done before. Wow! A powdered base so no nail polish!!! And they used my nails so there was no damage. Definitely going back!

Love this Nail Salon! Everyone is nice and welcoming. They do a great job with SNS nails, the pedicures are amazing, and its my favorite place to get my eyebrows waxed.I dont know what they use that is different, but its the only place I can get my eyebrows waxed without having a breakout around my eyebrows. :)

My mom brought my sister in for a mani / pedi with a gift card that I bought her. My sister is an adult but she has Down Syndrome (and it is obvious on sight). My mom gave explicit instructions explaining she wanted her to get a basic pedicure and a basic manicure with pink and white french paint. They even checked the gift card to see exactly how much was on the card and how much the services were going to cost to make sure she did not exceed the amount on the gift card. My mom was very clear that she did not want any additional services / up charges. She then went to HEB and when she came back they had put a FULL SET OF ACRYLICS on my sister. Apparently, the nail tech asked her if she wanted longer nails and my sister said yes so they just went ahead and put a full set on her. Never mind that my mom went out of her way to establish exactly what she wanted and what she was paying for. I get my nails done regularly and I know the techs are always trying to up-sell you but this is HIGHLY UNETHICAL to take advantage of a person with Down Syndrome. I am truly disgusted that they would do this. So my mom had them remove the full set, which then ruined my sisters natural nails. They did not charge us for the full set because my mom raised a fuss and had them removed but I will never go there again.

I’ve gone to this place for almost 4 years. Something about the service isn’t how it used to be. I went to get my nails done for my birthday (Sns gel) and low and behold they chipped after 2 days..called them to make them aware and they asked that I return to fix... While I was there getting them fixed it was very uncomfortable...a day later the nails chipped again. I won’t be returning. If you’re searching for a shop to continuously go to.. this isn’t the one.!

I have truly never had such a great pedicure and SNS nails done before. Ive been to boutique nail salons and even high-end spas and Aroma Nails beats them all. The time spent and attention to detail on both services just amazed me. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure and highly recommend it. Mine was done by Tino and he used the perfect pressure when massaging my legs and got every single bit of dry skin off my feet. So relaxing! I then had my SNS nails redone by July and Ive never been happier with how they turned out. At other places Ive always been told I kept my nails too short for an American Ombré look but she was willing to do it and it turned out better than I had hoped. When I thought she was done she got up and then proceeded to massage my arms, upper back, and neck. AMAZING!

Out of all the shops I have been too.. Round rock.. Cedar park... George town... Aroma nails are the friendliestI have been going for a yr. now. We get the S & S.. Noo problems... We only have to go every 3 weeks.. Thier rates are average.. Even a massage... They offer refreshments.. A great atmosphere.. They are all awesome...

Customer service was great BUT almost every person in the salon including myself wasnt happy with how their nails turned out.

Love this place! The staff were friendly and they got me in right away. I had a shellac mani and pedi and they did a wonderful job. Also, they include free drinks and a variety of services to chose from. Will definitely be returning!

Horrible experience. Has ss already when i walked in and she didnt want to take them off as the old ones kept coming off. Cut all my cuticles on all my fingers and only dipped powder once on one hand and 3 times on other bc she was rushing for another client that got in after.

I love LOVE Aroma Nails. The Nail techs are very attentive and super sweet. Clean and drinks offered as well.

They do not respect appointment times, they do not even write them down and focus only on making money, their priority is not the warmth of work, I have been visiting this place for a long time and the more time passes the service gets worse, I do not I recommend, I will not return again
