I went in for a manicure. The lady was in such a rush. She finished my gel manicure in about 10 minutes. About 2 hours later the nail polish started lifting. I paid 38 dollars including tip. I went back and they just put more nail polish on top, making them super bulky. I asked for her take them off and give me refund. She said said couldn’t and just painted then regular again super rushed. They lasted a good 3 days. To add to that they cut too much on my cuticle. Do not go here!!

Ive been a regular customer at Z Nails for 3 years. Eva did acrylic nails today and they exceeded my expectation. I love them. Tracy does the BEST pedicure in Round Rock, IMO. The salon is clean and the technicians are friendly.

This place just gained a lifetime customer!! This sweet lady doing my moms nails was beyond kind, patient, and understanding. She picked an amazing color out and held my moms hands under the UV light. Other places have become frustrated because my moms hands shake and she doesnt understand to keep them under the light. I am so thankful we chanced walking in today!! Thank you SO much Eva!

My boyfriend and I come here mostly because he favors the pedicures here, and we’ve never had an issue with pedicures. I’ve had my hands done here before and it was a bad experience but for convenience I decided to give it another try. I should’ve stuck to my gut.Their color choices are outdated.I wanted a dip powder manicure and didn’t get that at all because it was impossible for them to find a powder remotely close to what I wanted.But the worst part is I was cut not once, but FIVE times. I have had my nails done for years and this has never happened before. And when I told the nail tech that, her response ? “Your skin is just so sensitive.”Are you joking?!I’m still in so much pain today.I should have just stuck to what I know and gone to my home salon, Bamboo Nails.Never once have I been cut there.Won’t be returning here.

Eva has such an amazing personality and did a fantastic job on my nails; Nina is the sweetest and will be my go-to for pedicures for the foreseeable future; and Tracie left my husbands feet feeling wonderful!! We had an amazing time, and will DEFINITELY come again! Also, they accepted us both at short notice and stayed an hour past closing! Best place ever :)

I went as a walk in and I was seated and immediately asked what would I like to drink while I waited for my Nail Tech by a very friendly younger well spoken Spa attendant/front desk girl. I didn’t get her name but she was super sweet and friendly and her and the guy I’m assuming he was One of the owners were very nice and kept checking in with me to see how I was doing. I’ve never had that and I honestly loved that about this place! My nail tech was Nancy she was so sweet and I also loved the fact that she engaged in conversation with me and made some suggestions that would be best since she noticed my nails were a little weak since I haven’t been taking care of them. Also her shaping was bomb and the way she did the dip powder is amazing!!! I usually don’t like thick thick nails and she did an amazing job on the length, dip/sns powder and shaping! They are very clean and used new items like pumice stone and buffer on me during my pedi which is AWESOME! I will definitely be going back I even loved the mood of all their guest everyone in their just seemed so happy and it had great vibes!!!!!!

I am always pleased with the atmosphere, service, and my nails. I also trusted ths ladies to the suggestion of microblading my failing eyebrows. I am still happy with my brows.

Such a great place. I walked in while my older children were at the nearby trampoline park. I was immediately sat down and offered a beverage and snack. I had an idea in my head about what I wanted, which was “mermaid nails”. I wanted tips to add length also. I chose a light pink sparkle at first and was advised not to do that because the color is so light that the tips will show. I would have not thought of that and would have been upset if they turned out that way. They recommended a darker color, so I chose a sparkly teal. One of the ladies then advised that because the glitter in the powered was so big, that to do it all over would be too much, so she suggested an ombré mix with a finer teal glitter. The woman who worked on me (I regret not getting her name, but she is expecting a baby) was so focused on the detail of where she was placing the powder. I was in awe of her attention to detail. She kept the tips thin, but not flimsy, so they do not feel bulky at all. I will definitely be back. So worth the 25 minute drive!!

Today was my first time going and I loved my experience. Everyone I encountered was so nice to me and my 3 year old daughter. Both ladies did an amazing job on our nails. I showed my tech a picture of what I wanted and it came out perfectly! My daughters nails are also super cute! For this being her first time getting her nails done and the fact that they treated her so well made me very satisfied!

Truly, the best nail salon in Austin/Round Rock and I have probably been to 30 or more!! Ive been to Z many, many times now, and I have never been disappointed!! It is also rare to find a nail salon where ANYONE can do your nails/toes/etc and the level of service is still excellent! I will try to keep adding photos to my review.

I’ve came to the location a few times and service was ok. However, this time was a little different. The man did not want to listen to what I wanted done. And told me he was the professional......Needless to say I came back the next day to get them fixed and the owner was beyond rude ! Yanking my hands and tearing up my cuticles. Thankful I was able to show some restraint...... I definitely will not be returning!

Amy the managers told me her nail Technician could do a sunflower design I requested. Which was not true.... Mike is the most disrespectful nail tech I’ve ever encountered, every time I made a request he smacked his lips and sent negative feedback in a different language to his coworkers..... just because you speak in a different language doesn’t mean other can’t/don’t pick up on the energy being transmitted and another thing if I want sunflowers and I am willing to pay I don’t see the problem do your JOBS!! One employee did try to make things right by not charging me for the gel. I left THE Z NAILS & SPA Unsatisfied because I didn’t get what I requested, it wasn’t about the money.

This is the by far my favorite place to get my nails done! The selection of colors is the best. Every technician that has done my nails has done an excellent job. In fact, i do not request anyone because i have never had a less talented tech.. Since i am friendly and tip well, i am not charges for occasinal broken nails. And my favorite part is that the ladies and even more gentleman are fun, friendly, and share their personalities. English is understood well especially if you take a into consideration that it is the second language spoken. (To those that complain about instructions and conversations in Vietnamese; get over yourself.) Have a frozen drink or a glass of wine and enjoy your visit.

Went to this place since my original salon was busy. Walking in there wasn’t many people and they sat me down for my pedicure with cold cold water that pruned my feet since they took soooo long. Mary seemed nice but I got a simple pedi and it took longer that usual. She was very harsh on my feet I had to ask her to be gentle with them. She also cut my toes so short that it hurt to walk. If you have your nail tech pls go there and don’t be disappointed like me.

Ive been going to this place for 2 or so years. I used to LOVE IT. The staff was super nice, good at their job and they NEVER talked badly about me or other customers in vietnamese. I know this Because I have a pretty good understanding of the vietnamese language and I dont at all look like I Know it so Im sure they didnt censor themselves.But lets get to the experience I had today. I made an appointment online for a certain time more than 12 hours in advance. I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early because thats polite.We are sat in the pedi chairs. 25 minutes after our appointment time they finally start working on us. BUT NOT ME. JUST MY 2 FRIENDS.It wasnt actually until 45 minutes after my appointment time that someone actually sat down in front of me and working with me.Tell me, what is the point of an appointment if youre not going to keep it? I noticed this is a frequent issue after the pandemic reopening. I understand that you lost a lot of money during the closure, but doing overbooking when you cant perform at that capacity?Its disrespectful and inconsiderate to me and my time as well as you and your image.I dont know what happened but please return to the way you were and organize yourself in a way that is deserving of the praise I used to and still do give you.The upsetting thing is that when it comes to the quality of your technicians? Ive never had a bad experience. But my time is important too. I shouldnt have to clear my entire afternoon schedule for 1 appointment. The treatment is supposed to take 45 minutes and instead was an hour and a half.My friends that came with me were just sitting in their chairs with thier legs cold, waiting on me to finish for 45 minutes.Not cool

I love them. The only place I have been since moving to the Austin area. I’ll admit no one is perfect: caught a tech on a bad day, the color of full set didn’t exactly match my pedicure, my eyebrows were less than satisfactory but they always try to make it right. In the past I have had techs try to argue with me telling me that’s how it’s supposed to be or convince me that it looks better etc not here. Plus, I love the cleanliness, the attitude, the effort, the customer care. Last time I went I walked in 15minutes before close and received the best full set I’ve ever had full spa pedicure and eyebrows waxed without hesitation.

Spa looks real nice. Fancy interiors, relaxing massage chairs. The staff is friendly, however are very distracted. They keep chatting all the time, that can be very annoying specially when you need them to concentrate on your spa service to give you the best experience. My pedicure experience was very bad The lady was in a hurry and did not provide a full 40 minute spa service as expected.

Really nice place! Atmosphere was wonderful and they have a full service bar. Lots of laughter and smiles! I got a pedicure and I tried the SNS nail coating covering my real nails. I pedicure tech Demi was amazing and she took such care with the pedicure service she provided. The nail tech was also a great person and took his time but I dont like how the SNS coating turned out. They look lumpy and uneven. Although customer service was great I will not the that coating again. I will go back but only for Gel nail applications. Just being honest. All in all still worth 4 stars!

I go here pretty frequently for pedicures, and theyre great! The place is always clean, and I like that they space you out in the chairs so youre not directly next to someone during COVID.

I went to have my feet and nails done for my mothers funeral. They worked on my nails and feet at the same time. When they were finished with my pedicure I realized my feet were still rough on the heels. So I told them to fix it. The lady was SO RUDE and said if it hurts when I walk on them to not blame them or complain to them. A week later now, and my feet are still rough and the tools they used on my manicure were dirty and and now my finger is swollen and infected and have pus around the nail. Disgusting. So glad I didn’t tip them. AND if my finger falls off I’m suing!

I understand everywhere is going to be busy on the first day open after the shutdown. I called in the morning and they said they were open, but only accepting walk-ins. I showed up around 11:00 and the gentlemen at the front desk asked me to come back in an hour. I left and got lunch and came back an hour later. When I walked in he told me to come back in an hour, again. I told him thats what he told us an hour earlier. He sat us in 2 pedicure chairs. We sat and waited patiently. I figured it would be awhile. I didnt leave because we waited 40 minutes after he sat us. I left because 3 people that came in after us for pedicures all were started before us.

I just saw Eva and I can’t help but post about her ! She is amazing,sweet and very knowledgeable. She sat me down quickly and when I told her I don’t like the dip she reassured me she was the one to change my mind and that she did.!This was my first time but nothing but great things to say about this place. Friendly staff,Clean environment and great services. I found my new nail home :)

I went on Good Friday. And did not call for an appt. It was very busy and it seemed that everyone had a client. I was told about 20 wait. I went to the back to see if I could get something to drink while I wait. But I stood there for the 20 mins and no one even acknowledged me. I even got moved to the said with out asking if they can utilized the chair I was sitting at. That kinda upset me. I was a little upset about not being acknowledged so I went to the front to sit down. I honestly felt people were taken before me since they didnt see me in the back. Then finally after 35 mins one of the owners asked if I have been waiting and I said yes over the time I was told. But seeing how busy it was I just took it for what it was. I decided after sitting a few mins longer to just schedule to come in the next day. They apologized to me and opened up early just for me the following day. Got Eva to do my nails and Demi with my pedicure. I felt pampered she thanked me for coming back and talked to me getting to know me. I appreciate that. She did a little something special for me for coming back and I was happy about that. My nails look nice and I have no complaints. I will go to Eva everytime if possible. Thank you for a relaxing nice experience.

Got my nails done and they peeled and came off after only one week of having them..lady who helped me always rushes and doesn’t let them dry enough and didn’t even use the right color I had picked originally

The staff here is amazing! Tracy is my nail tech and does my eyebrows. I love her! When my sisters came into town, I made sure they were taking care of by Tracy. This salon also offers rewards points for each dollar we spend, Im a huge fan of that!

My nails are lumpy and horrible. The manager tried to fix it but it’s still horrible and i will never go back. Wasted money

I paid $40 earlier this month for SNS powder set that lasted me less than 1 day as I went back the next day and I asked to get gel set instead my powder was cracked she Eva yelled at me NO and continued to fix them putting more powder on top my cracked nails... within that week all my nails cracked. Mind y’all I have 10 years getting my nails done, I did go back and asked to speak with the manager Eva said it was her then she said she could not do anything about it because it had been more than 3 days having cracked powder on my nails hurt my nail Bed and she yet charged me $10 to remove the junk of SNS powder. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EVA IS THE REASON WHY YOUR LOOSING CLIENTS take your money elsewhere. Terrible services. Poor quality.

Dirty! Since jack and cindy left this place is a dump! Not only are they rude but their not cleaning or sterilizing their equipment. Yuck!

I had a very good experience- they were well staffed, on time and efficient but they didnt speak another language until I said no to all the upgraded packages and ten other services I didnt go in for, and they immediately start talking between themselves in a foreign language. So rude. It affected my tip. Other than that it was great. (I totally dont mind them talking with each other while working, of course, but when you do it that way its rude.)

I have never had a great experience with nail salons being that I am so picky but I found KC and I will never go to anyone else. I had SNS done with tips added. Im crazy about how I like my nails, I like the cuticle pushed back so I can go longer until my fill. He did such an amazing job I cant even begin to explain how happy I am to found someone to pay attention to detail with my nails. We pay a lot of money to have nice nails and KC made sure I was taken care of and that my nails looked good. Im extremely happy with my nails. Thank you KC!

I love that all I had to do was show them a picture and the owner knew exactly who to put me with. She did an amazing job and they have glitter. Not the glitter that most places have that is mixed with the clear powder they have the OG glitter. The pedicure was worth every penny too. Very clean place they had Lysol wipes in between every station and I was in there if not by myself the with at most 2 other people. And you have to wear a mask. Love love love this place. I paid $85 (SNS) for my nails $47 for my pedi plus gel polish on my toes

So I am going to post the same review I did on yelp because it’s really how I feel...I decided to give this nail salon a 5 star review based off only getting a pedicure. It is located in a very convenient place and for the past 6 months I have been living in Europe where the pedicures are a complete joke. I was immediately sat in a chair to soak and offered a drink. The salon is really rather clean and have about 20 pedicure chairs available and about 14 nail stations available. I came on Sunday morning and it was already super busy. The staff was really nice and inviting. I opted for the z lemon pedicure and I was not disappointed.. the last time I went to get a pedicure in Europe which was about a month ago, I was not very happy about the service there but here this lady took great care of my feet and even took precise care for my big toe which I apparently had cracked my nail and didnt even notice (Im truly thinking this was front the botched pedicures I received in Europe). I do recommend this place for pedicures for sure! I was taken care very well and she did a fabulous job on my feet! Would definitely return!

This place is seriously the best around!!!! I am obsessed with their service and how the customer service only increases every single visit. Ive been using them for almost a year. Today I had Cindy for my pedicure and oh my goodness!!!! She is INCREDIBLE! She took her time and did an amazing gel pedi and the massage was out of this world!!!! You will not be disappointed! Also if you ever have an issue with anything, call and come in, they will fix it anytime. The truly put customer service first. OH and they have a rewards program! Try this place, it is SI worth it!

I went as a party of three. We receviced fast and friendly service. Our visit included a snack and a frozen treat. The establishment was also beautiful and clean. I must say it was nice to find a nail salon to enjoy by using Google search. It was our 1st time their. Im not familiar with the area but Google did it again....found the perfect place in the area. We enjoyed our pedis together.

Tracy just started there and she is awesome. She is a pedicure specialist. You want attention to your toes? This is the woman for the job. Very attentive, pays attention to detail, and she will make sure that you are satisfied .Ask Eva for Ombre. Its similar to pearl in any color. She is at the #1 seat for a reason. If you like sophisticated and professionally designed nails? She is your lady. I love my nails. Thank you so much. I’m going to leave as many horrible reviews on this place in every platform I can. I made a reservation for a wedding party at 6. By 6:45, no one had even shown us color options. Mind you, this is a very small wedding party. By 7, I still hadn’t gotten any service and someone was being pulled away from another client to help me. I could tell my bridesmaids were being given very rough treatment. I stormed out. The manager offered nothing to my bridesmaids to make it up to them. I know it sounds like a bridezilla moment but, trust me, after an hour of waiting, you’d be angry too. Don’t offer the option to make an appointment if you can’t commit to it! Now I’ll be scrambling on my wedding day to get my nails done. So thanks for ruining that for me.

Just had the most awful experience at z nails. Beginning with the very rude owner Eva, when I asked her for a certain color( which I know they had because I had it done it there before) she barely paid me any attention and snapped screaming NO to my face and threw some other colors in my face. After that a terrible job was done on my dip nails, it was so rushed and smudges everywhere and shape of the nails so uneven. I came there to relax after my 12hr shift and instead I left with tears in my eyes.

By far the best nail salon Ive ever been to! Staff was extremely friendly, polite, and did an amazing job. I brought my fiance for his first ever manicure and pedicure and he was so worried about feeling awkward but had a great experience and they did wonders on him. If I could give this business 10 stars I would!

I would’ve given this location a five-star rating, but after visiting this shop on several occasions I realized I am not fond of the unwelcoming presence this place tends to have towards their customers. Though, I had been minutes late a couple of times to my appointments (which were out of my reach) I still find it to be inappropriate to treat your customers differently (rudely), attempt to pry into the lives of the customers, speak in other language(s), as you laugh and engage in shenanigans with other colleagues. I don’t care to disclose the names of those in which apparently engage in this inappropriate activity, but it’s happened more than once and if it weren’t for a certain gentlemen’s energy, conversation and welcoming presence who happens to be an associate himself- I wouldn’t care to return back; especially coming from Houston, Texas.—ZNails: Take this matter seriously; your customers are watching and notice these, amongst the other things and a shift in energy. I would also carefully and accordingly schedule appointments so there are no misunderstandings, nor time-conflicts. I am generally a kind person who brushes things off, but I do take action when necessary and especially, when brought to my attention on several occasions. Though, the nail jobs are typically done nicely, the presence can take over and be a bit-overwhelmingly uncomfortable. However, God bless the staff and this facility. Please do take note of all of this, as I know I am not the only customer who’s aware of this.Thanks-Sincerely, a genuine and caring customer~

Had my nails done, full set with a matte top coat. The paint bubbled up and had to go back two days later and get them redone with the regular top coat. They fixed for free thankfully. Neither owners wore a mask even though all their employees were. Everything was very clean though.

I told her that I work a lot with my hands and I need short nails and she “try me,” so I did and she made my nails beautiful and functional for work!! I will only go to Eva from now on. The lady doing my nails was not friendly. I had to speak to her. She scraped skin off the side of my feet because she kept looking around. A guy did my nails at the same time and they engaged in a long conversation, pausing on the work that I was getting done. It was unprofessional. My eyebrow wax was just a touch-up and I still have to pluck so that they will look good. Get home to see polish left on the bottom of my toes. Pedi, Mani, eyebrows...Horrible experience. The furniture and drink was nice. Maybe with a different set of individuals, it would have been better.

I come every now and then to get my eyebrows done and the atmosphere is just so peaceful and welcoming. They are fast and professional and best nail salon yet.

The place: It was actually a really nice nail salon. Complimentary drinks, bright room, lots of space.My nails: I got acrylic white tips on Sunday. The nail tech got lazy, I guess? She did my nails really quickly, BUT she didnt clean up my cuticles and my left hand was done so poorly that I could see the damage on my nails. Its only been 5 days and 4 of my nails have fallen off. Im getting the rest removed at lunch.My brows: She misses spots. Not sure how that happened. I ended up having to tweeze them more to make them look right. Also, Im not sure if I had an allergic reaction to their wax or solution or what, but I broke out all around my brows. Yikes!

I asked for the price before and they didnt want to tell because they knew it would be over priced, never coming back again.

It was late in the evening and about 30 minutes before closing, but I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. My feet were hurting; therefore my whole body ached. I was overdue for a much needed pedicure. I treated myself to the lemon pedi, and Im pleased. They offer a variety of drinks and play smoothing music. The salon is very clean. They line the soaking tubs. The technician was friendly. I will return for future visits and other services.

I typically like my experience here just fine, but the last time I went, the manager seems like she had no time to take care of my nails, and instead of being patient and soaking the gel off, and despite my protests, she took a pair of cuticle cutters and ripped the gel off my nails, then buffed them down so they were super thin. My nails are now extremely brittle. I will not be returning.

I was charged $42 for just dip powder. This didn’t include a manicure or anything just the powder. The shape is uneven and I have red powder all over my nail beds. Also they got an attitude with me when I wouldn’t do a pedicure. Save your money!!! Over priced and not worth it. Go to Pfinesse in Pflugerville they are cheaper and do a wayyyyyyy better job. Will not be going back.

Ninja did my pedicure.. he was sooo personable and fun.. pedicure was amazing!! Mary did my gel manicure and was wonderful.. I highly recommend this salon .... Beyond impressed!!!

I cannot believe that BOTH owners were not in masks and THREE customers without masks through my ENTIRE service. I was there for a pedicure and during my ENTIRE pedicure the male owner was a walking all around the business with no mask and the female owner was working on someone with no mask on. 2 ladies were getting nails done with no mask and another lady getting a pedicure no mask. This is very very sad!!!!!

I moved to North Austin/Round Rock this year and have been looking for a nail place for months!! This place was amazing! Great options and prices. Everything is super clean, very relaxing and the staff is extremely friendly.

Nail came off the next day and they wont fix it.

My brows were done where it didnt looked waxed and nails were so then and flat. Color was nice. I wont be back

Ive been here 3 times now, and I have to say something because I had a wonderful time, and customer service oriented experience the first 2 visits but my most recent time here (3rd visit). Was down right awful. First of all I booked an appointment with Nikki for an sns manicure because I loved her work on me during my previous visits. Then for some reason I was placed with ninja as my nail tech. When Nikki was there, and the girl who I had an appointment with. Second of all I picked out a Blue color and ended of with dull grey nails. Then the worst part, i got nicked, and bled, my skin around my nails were raw and the sns was unfinished. I can see and feel the unevenness. My fingers still hurt from all the skin he scraped off for no good reason. He was in a rush, and didnt care about the quality of my nails and i was very unhappy with my time here. I love Nikki shes a doll I would highly recommend her.

I never go to the same person and I always LOVE my nails. Everyone who works there is very talented and does a great job. I like that they offer wine and margaritas also 😊

So this place is INSANELY clean and totally affordable. It is beautifully decorated and truly emaculate.I had a horrible ingrown toenail that I was going to see a podiatrist for. One of the employees named Ava asked to look at it. She got it out within seconds and it was PAINLESS. The last nail salon I went to butchered my ingrown toenail. I will never go anywhere else. This place is incredible and doesnt have that overpowering acetone smell.You will love Z nails and spa.

The atmosphere is great. You get a nice drink while you relax and get pampered. The only complaint I have is that the nailtech injury my toe during my pedicure. They give you a couple for a discount off your next service if your return within two weeks to get services.

Beware on getting your nails done at this nail place!!!!Never will go to this nail place again! I have been going here since they opened and I had an issue with how my nails were done. Eva the owner argued with me in front of everyone. .. including customers. Eva wanted to charge me an extra $15 to fix them and I refuse to pay since my nails were just done 2 days earlier!!!!

Absolutely amazing place. They take the time to get to know you and your name and introduce themselves. They, including owner are always checking to see if you need anything and are super nice. Ive never felt so well pampered and treated at a nail saloon before. The decor makes you feel like a queen, without having to spend a ridiculoous amount of money. The prices are perfect for the service. They have so many options of colors and styles of pedicures, waxing and more. Its very clean at all times. They take the time to clean as they go and a majority of their tools they use are one time only, so you dont have to worry about someone that may have had a weird toe fungus duclaw thing going on. Ill only be coming here from now on and bring my girlfriends when we get together. I know I have barely any nails because I bite them, but they made them look so fancy and my toes are shiny.

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon for a gelManicure, while my friend was getting her powder dip, a lady walked in to get her nail fixed. The owner told her she didn’t have time right now and so she applied glue for a fast fix. Could tell the woman was so unhappy and felt so brushed off. The owner then finished my friends dip and went ahead and started on my nails. She didn’t even cut my cuticles and rushed my entire manicure. She let my fingers soak for 1 minute and told me I didn’t need my cuticles done. I tried switching to dip since I liked a color I had seen and told me she couldn’t do that. I go there religiously like every 2-3 weeks for gel manicures(sometimes I change it up to dip) and her service was the worst I’ve ever had. You’d think she’d take better care of you if she runs the place. She’s the first chair when you walk in and always asks what you’re coming in for. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with her. One time I got a pedi and my toe got messed up as I was leaving I came back and she told me I could fix it myself, and pointed me to the wall of colors to grab it, another kind employee said no no don’t worry I’ll fix it. I even tried to pay for the fix and she brushed me off. Luckily she has employees that take their time and put in the effort.

Nikki is my nail tech and my new pedi tech is Tracy. This place is clean and has multiple services (eyebrows, waxing, etc.) Convenient hours.

I had a great experience at The Z Nails and Spa. The staff was super helpful and friendly, there were a ton of color options, the facility was clean and inviting, and I got a free margarita for National Margarita Day! :) Eva did a great job on my manicure!

I have been going to this particular location for about four months and each time I have had a issue with my nails popping off a few days later or a week later and each time I go back and get it fixed (who wants to walk around with a nail off) Each time I go I spend between $25-$130 including tip! Im so tired of going before its time for me to go back to get nails fixed and on top of that I have to pay for it! I will not go back to this establishment and I recommend you dont either!!!! Its ridiculous and the price is extremely high, but I really thought it would be worth it but I see its not! As you can see from the pictures its not even time for me to get a fill so they shouldnt be popping off at all. Ninja was the one to do my nails but he is out of town so Eva did them when she was taking my thumb nail off she was really rough with nail clippers and she also stuck me so hard the clippers point went through my natural nail because she was pressing so hard and it started to bleed under the nail, I do have a picture but its really nasty looking. She did not apologize or say anything even after telling her several several times that she is hurting me!

Terrible I will never go here againIt was my first time here and last time the RECEPTIONIST SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THE WAIT TIME!!!! I was there for 2hrs 15mins going through a disaster this place was not worth my $111 dollars bamboo nails was packed so I just decided to try this place1) went for nails and pedicure, waited 45 mins for pedicure then on top of that the front desk never told the manicure techs about my manicure needing to be done smh ( while waiting feet was soaking in water that went from warm to cold) 😡2) During pedicure man was rushing I couldn’t even enjoy the massage, the scrub was the worst part3)MANICURE TECHNICIAN: Was moving way to fast and forgot about quality I guess. My nails on one hand are longer then the other hand. I had to ask for my nails to be reshaped because they barely looked coffin shaped( my index finger looks like a curved road). She couldn’t do the design I wanted, but tried something similar(I appreciate the effort) but she should have listened when I said to keep them plain. (Free or not its my nails I look at them all the time)LASTLY: I’m disappointed with the clean up on my hands, I get it was a busy night but quality is important. I had got the unicorn style but when you look around the edges you can see the plain dipping powder it’s not just a little bit it’s a lot.

Nails was peeling off in one week

I and friends of mind definitely will not be going to this location for service.ConsAwful customer serviceRudeInconsiderate of my time
