Ive been to 4 different professional nail salons in the area. I received the best service here at the Regal nail salon in Walmart. They did a tiger eye gel set on my natural nails and a sea-salt pedicure. Other places would up charge for these services and not do a good job! It was $60. And I love the services I received! He even helped color match. Thanks guys at Regal Nails! I will be back. 🥰 💅

Depends who is working on how my nails turn out. The language barrier is a struggle but we manage. They are CLEAN! They push for the expensive treatments. I do love the shellac though. 😉

The lady did my pedicure so fast and she was very rough. I had to ask for lotion. My feet look horrible. I spoke to the manager and he took my money and didn’t even acknowledge my complaint. This place is horrible!

Great customer service and was in and out in a timely fashion! they were very organized and ensured that everything was ✨sanitized✨ before it was used. never had a pedicure done but they made it a great experience for me! will be coming back here again ♥️

Been coming here for a long time. They always remember me and do a great job. I recently had my nails painted several days before a trip, and I unfortunately they started chipping before I left due to how often i wash my hands. I stopped back in there and they kindly fixed them all back to perfect !

Ive been to a few well known Nail Salons and have been highly disappointed. Either the techs didnt communicate very well or meet my requirements as professional. I live by this Wal Mart and decided to give Regal Nails a try. I fall in love with the techs, the owner, and their professionalism. There are very friendly, clean, and affordable. I highly recommend this place. The wait is never long and the services are awesome. A +++

Well shopping I noticed that my nails need it a little trim and Regal Nails in a wonderful job on giving me a wonderful service. They didnt rush me through I gave me a sloppy job. The technicians are very friendly and does such a wonderful job

If they said the wait is never long they must have came 1 minute after opening. Ive come here to get my eyebrows done mostly and the past couple times Ive been sent away, pretty rudely actually. I work for customer service so I know the fundamentals. Seriously lacking here. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I needed a fill and the declined service saying that they were closed.... when they still had 40 minutes to closing time. I was so excited to try them after all the good reviews

This review is long over due. I moved to Austin about a year and a half ago, since this place was in the area I decided to check them out. The first time I stopped by I asked how much for an eyebrow wax. Both ladies working looked at me like they didnt know what I was talking about. So, I just walked off and decided to find another shop. Needless, to say most of the shops in the vicinity are pathetic so I ended going back to the janky Walmart nail shop. I normally go every two weeks for eyebrow wax and have been going consistently for about a year. Everything was going okay until the other day. Their credit card machine was not working properly due to slow internet connection, so this man kept trying to rerun my card repeatedly for about 10-15 minutes. I told him after awhile i couldn’t keep standing there, I needed to go. I hadmy 2 year old son with me and we both needed to go home. I told the man I could get some cash at one of the registers, he said okay but still continued to try to run my card. I told him again I cannot keep waiting and needed to leave. Let me tell you by time i grabbed the few items i needed and got cash back it took all of maybe 15 minutes. This pathetic dude was standing outside of the shop watching and waiting for me like I was some type of criminal that was going to run off with a funky $10. That was my last and final visit at the little janky nail shop. Save your safe the time and trouble and go somewhere where your business is appreciated and the people dont act desperate about $10.

They are good with giving a full set acrylic but out of the three times Ive went there they have over charged my card twice after I had giving them a tip and when I went up there the second time to ask them about it they said they didnt do it I dont know what the problem is but it should be fixed fast
