First time there. I’ve had my nails done for years and this place would not rank anywhere near the top of my list. Where do I begin? There were nail clippings from previous customers on my table that thought the tech would surely clean but did not. I felt rushed. Ruined my day. My toe nail is crooked. The simple design on my nails looks crooked too (nothing like the photo I showed). My nail tech kept looking around panicky as though she was ready to get up and tend to someone else. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. She kept commenting on how my design request was not simple like I had said. (I don’t remember saying it was simple. Just showed the photo but it was simple) I was told I could not get the rhinestone design in the photo. What? That my nail tech couldn’t do it. I’m accustomed to paying up for my nails ($100 and up plus tip for mani/pedi) and for going to the same place for years. COVID made my previous beloved nail lady of 8 years decide to stay home and not work anymore. I’ve been trying different places since. For what I got it was overpriced. They got my money today but I will not be returning. The photos don’t lie.

I like this nail shop. The staff are nice, professional & very hospitable. They are not overbooked. They have peficure chairs for children & ice cream. I took my granddaughter for her birthday and she loved her manicure & pedicure. My son even got his first ever pedicure & enjoyed it.

Great, professional service. Its taken me 2.5 years to find a quality nail salon since weve moved to Texas. And a major bonus, they have kids pedi chairs! Perfect for Mommy and Me dates. Im so thankful for this gem.

My girls and I love coming here for mani/pedi dates. Kim does my nails and always impresses me w/ the end result even when I have no clue what I want she helps me to figure out something perfect. Ive never had a nail fall off even when I got 4 or 6 weeks between appointments (I do keep them on the shorter side, but they have broken off from other places same length).

Not gonna lie, used to love this salon. Sad to say its gone downhill since then. Went in Sunday to get an acrylic fill, I arrived a little late, but they still took me in. w/o asking me they did pink solar fill Instead of the acrylic I asked for. Looks awful!! Kept trying to up sale me on gel, even after I said no, twice. Than had to pay before services were done. $30 vs. the regular $15 I pay at Jens nails. I tipped $5 on card, and they were upset that it wasnt a cash tip!! Rude manager!! She didnt do a good job of filling and filing, barely a hand massage. I hate that I had to go here since my salon was closed :( NEVER AGAIN!! Eye brow waxes are now $10 instead of $8. SO if you like hidden cost, rude managers, and ugly nails this is the place to go! There are a lot of other better nail salons to take your business to...This is not one of them!!

The lady who did my pedicure did a good job. My concern is she tried to tell me the wrong price. On the menu it says deluxe pedicure for $38. When it was time to pay, she said $40. I nicely asked her why, it says $38. She proceeded to explain that acetone prices had gone up...🤦‍♀️ I had come in on Monday for an eyebrow wax and asked the same lady how much a pedicure was. She said $28. I was like, Okay..Ill come later to get that done. As you can see I upgraded to the deluxe.Menu specified...Regular Pedicure $28Deluxe Pedicure $38(Was she going to charge me $30 for the regular pedicure instead of the $28 as shown and what she told me 2 days ago?) Hmmm..You can probably put two and two together that her extra $2 she was trying to charge me was BS. I still tipped her over 20% because I work service industry. But I did not appreciate her efforts to rip me off. $2 is $2!💯She did end up charging me the $38.

Polly always does an amazing job! Love the deluxe pedicure with the milk and honey lotion/scrub. Did a good job with gel nail manicure as well. They are awesome!! Tried many places in Round Rock before I found them.

Katy was amazing!! From the moment I walked in she was so sweet and even helped me pick out a color. She offered me some water and we had a great time while she was working on my sns fills. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering her. I’ve been to a few nails salons in round rock and this place wow’d me from start to finish! Will definitely be back and bring my friends!! Honestly no better place to get your pedi and mani. They take care of their clients very well and now I just wont even go anywhere else.

I hope the owner reads this. I went in today to get my nails done by Polly and I had an appt with her. She was rushing and very rude. I wanted to try several nail polishes on my finger nail and she told me she couldn’t do it. All I wanted was to see how a particular color will look on my finger. When she finished my nails I saw a small flaw and asked her to fix it and when she finished fixing it she proceeded to tell me I was picky and she will not do my nails anymore. I informed her that I am the customer and she was very rude. I will not come back.

I have been going to Polly for several years and have never been treated like this. I had set an appointment 4 days ago with Polly. When I get there today, she was late and tells me she can only do one of the services I had set the appointment for. I take time off work to get this appointment, that’s why I make them in advance. Besides I asked her if anyone else could do my pedicure, she stated no, but 2 other people enter with no appointment and got services done while I was there. Very disappointed in my treatment today.

Polly is absolutely the best🥰 My daughter & i have been going here for 17years!

I Mostly get pedicures. They are all great. Excellent at Ingrown toenail removal. When I got acrylics Foung did them Great job. Cash discount available too. Been going for 15 years

I went in to get my nails filled and I was missing one. I went in and it cost me $28 to fill and replace the one that broke. The lady who did them was very nice and did a good job on all the ones that needed to be filled, but when it came to replace the broken one, it was very sloppy and the white acrylic was stuck to my thumb and even after pointing it out she did nothing about it, till I mentioned it for the 3rd time. Now about four days later Ive had four nail break off because they were filed down too thin and broke when not even my real nail would break. Whenever I called to see how much it would be to replace them, they said it would be free if I brought a receipt (which I was never given one) other wise it would be money to get it replace. Very unhappy.

Ive only had a pedicure done here, but I had a great experience. Very friendly, clean environment. And they are very welcoming and nice.

I love the experience at Spa pro nail for mani pedi, wax , and nails. Ive been going there for the past 6 years. Cindy does a great job there for me.

Do not go here! She was in a big hurry and wasnt paying attention, trying to rush through my manicure and took a huge chunk out of my finger. No apology and being charged for a half done pedicure added insult to injury. Worst mani pedi experience to date.

I go to a specific lady and every time I come in they tell me to come back and I’m not always able to so the days I get my nails done by someone else they mess them up and I have to come back continuously the same week I get them done.

Yesterday I went to have my pedicur done, an excellent job, but the manicure hurt my nails too much, no matter how much I told the person that it was hurting me, on repeated occasions and my nails are very devastating, now I have them very sensitive, horrible !! ! ..In addition, the table was dirty, I had not cleaned it before he attended to me, it has been a lot to put a star on it, I would not give it any.
