Great place. Very beautiful inside. Great service. You get 2 drinks included with your package (soda, beer, wine and a variety of cocktails). They do such a great job. Came here for just a one time thing, and now Ive become regular. Definitely the best.

Where do I begin? I went in on a Thursday with my sister for manicures and pedicures. The pedicure was great. The nail tech recommended I do fake nails because a couple of my nails were to short for the look I wanted. I agreed and she dipped them with the SNS powder. I had a sweet 15 to go to that Saturday and early in the morning I noticed one was gone. I didnt even feel it come off. This was 4 hours before the party. I called the salon and they told me to come in. The tech I used was busy and I told them I couldnt wait and anyone could fix it. The lady that did was not pleasant and annoyed with me. 2 days later another nail fell off and 2 others were lifting. I went back in and the original tech took off my nails and recommended gel nails. Well, another 2 days later 2 nails began to chip. The guy in charge Jimmy just dismissed my concerns and was never apologetic for my experiences. Horrible customer service. Wont be going back again. Worst $200 I have ever spent.

The woman was helpful before she sat me down to do them, helping me pick a color i wanted. However, I was quoted my nails would cost $45 over the phone (for gel acrylic), before tip they ended up costing $60. It’s not what I wanted and the woman and the ladies next to her kept looking at my nails like there was something wrong and talking about it amongst themselves. I ended up having to go home and reshape them myself because she wouldn’t do them the way i wanted. The lengths of the nails are all different also. Once i fixed them myself, they weren’t bad but I wish i didn’t have to do that after paying way more than i expected.

The service was amazing and the workers are very attentive and nice! I appreciate the offering of food as you come in, and that they still require masks for our safety! It is very neat and clean, and the service was amazing. My nails came out exactly as I wanted, even better in fact, and the nail art matched perfectly. They took their time to make sure my nails were proper and good and I truly appreciate it. Great place and I will recommend to friends for sure and come back myself!

Came here with my mom and sister and I absolutely loved it. My nail tech was so so so sweet and gentle with my nails and matched the picture I showed her perfectly! I think her name was Michelle but I may be wrong. I was also given water and popcorn, which was so kind. It was my first time here and it’s amazing, definitely recommend.

Its so beautiful inside. Big shout out to Mimi...she did an amazing job. She took her time and made sure every nail was shaped right. I told her what I wanted and she did jus that. Its been a week and a half and they still look great. Plus side to getting your nails done there....the complementary drinks. Yes...baby they were delicious. The customer service here is horrible. The pedicures & manicures are subpar & not worth the price. There are other places that are much better.

Did a great job on my nails, fun and friendly atmosphere! Complimentary drink that you pick from a list and a little bowl of popcorn. Sat in the massage chair for my pedicure, so nice!

WOW If you wanna feel like luxury than come here!These guys go all out! I was blown away before anything even started! And it only got better and better. The products they use are in packages! I love that!! They gave us fresh fruit and popcorn....um what..yes please! We also got 2 drinks a piece!, and yes they got the good stuff!🤩They were so friendly! I did like this salon bit over time I feel that less attention was spent on my nails. Now I starting seeing swelling around my thumb and took the SNS off my nail and there is fungus. Im disappointed and concern. And needless to say I will not go back.

I was enticed into this place by the drinks….. I wanted somewhere good to take my mom when she was in town, where we could have a couple drinks and enjoy some time together getting our nails done… the drinks were about the only good thing at this place… If you just want to get a pedicure, you’re probably safe, mine came out ok even though I let them talk me into gel that I don’t normally get…. but if you enjoy getting your nails done with anything besides one color or the simplest boring thing, then you should probably go elsewhere. I get gel on top of my acrylics and I usually always opt for something fun like a design or pattern or multiple fun colors… for one, I could tell they were extremely annoyed by me for wanting something different. And secondly, they did a really poor job!! I simplified my choice so much that it wasn’t even funny.. basically one color with an accent nail of a different color. no designs, no art.. just plain as can be… i have bubbles in my gel, hard edges where it should be smooth… my mom’s manicure came out looking like she’d had them done for weeks already… it just wasn’t great.I might come back for a group pedicure with friends because of the drinks… but I will never get my nails done here again.

I was so excited to try this salon. From the outside, it looks amazing. There was a super long wait without an appointment, so I thought it must be great.The first issue was with the pedicure/massage chair. The chair has a seat massager that constantly pounded my butt hole. It was super uncomfortable and no way to turn that section off, without turning the entire chair off. With the chair off, it sat at a 90 degree angle, straight up. Not comfortable, either. I alternated between the two options. It was miserable.The pedicure was awful, and didnt even exfoliate my rough skin.There are lots of comments and reviews about drinks and theres a lovely bar. However, I was not offered a drink-although others were.My nail dip was fine- nothing great, nothing bad.After tip, I was out $135, making this one of the most expensive nail days Ive had. Totally not worth it.

I got a gel manicure a week ago and it already started peeling from the base and chipping . Very disappointed with the quality of the gel manicure especially with the price. The customer service was good and I initially liked the nail technician but the gel manicure didnt last. I would recommend going somewhere else

Super nice and friendly people! anytime they left they would always let me know when they would be back and make sure to keep me updated on what they were doing. absolutely love my nails and the whole experience was great! i’ll definitely be going back!

My daughter and I got a mani pedi and we were very pleased with the service we received from the techs, my issue is with the payment process. I paid by debit card and they took an extra 20% out! I was not told that this will happen, so when I reviewed my account I went back up there and questioned why they did that? I gave the ladies a good tip, so it wasnt that. It is their practice to do this, take an extra 20% of the sale and put it back two days later...But they dont tell you this up front that this is their practice. I think this is stealing and is illegal!

My neighborhood Nail Spa. I have been coming here since the first day. Excellent customer service and owners jump in and help when needed. Also better to go during weekdays and in slower time as there is not such a rush as they are under pressure on weekends. I am always happy with any tech and the salon is very clean.

The customer service is lacking. Every time Ive been in the salon there is always some sort of disturbance. I witnessed a lady be badly burned by her nail tech with little care shown by either the technician or the other employees who witnessed it. The final straw for me was the lack of quality in the nails (ie discrepancy in length and coloring work) Ive had done over the course of at least 5-10 visits combined with a bit of blatant discrimination as I was forced to sit in a special chair due to my weight because apparently someone else had taken a tumble. Ive sat in the regular chairs many times before and never had any issues. I even tested them by changing chairs back only to have them switched on me while I had my back turned at the bar. I think the point of going to a salon is to feel good about yourself and get a bit of self care in but instead I left feeling less than and mortified. I will say that the bar is great... especially considering Id need a long hard drink after having to experience what I have here. Sorry to say it.

Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy so I had to wait about 30 minutes (I had an appointment) for service. They did get me a drink and snack which was very nice. The pedicure was ok. Yes I got a great massage and the hot rocks were wonderful, but the technician did not scrap my feet and for someone who had not had that done in over a year I was disappointed. I had gel nails and that was good. Nothing special. Would I go back? I’m not sure. I’ve gotten just as good service other places and I’m not sure this was worth the money.

Pretty place. Nice drink menu. Wasnt too impressed with the pedicures. I paid for the Volcano $58. I didnt feel like I got my moneys worth. Ive been to less expensive places that put more effort into the service and massage. My lady cut me on multiple toes and my nails are not even. I wont be back.

I like this place so far been here 3 times now. However 3rd time lady seemed very rushed. Feet did not even really soak and she nicked me twice while cutting my cuticle. Not sure why she was rushing it was not busy when I went.My sons loves it because he always gets popcorn and juice or water. Lol! He feels like he is special too.

Got pedicure and Dip and my friend had a manicure. I love the offer a nice selection of yummy mixed drinks and a massage after your service. Julie did a fantastic job…attention to detail was the best! Loved the atmosphere. Hip and trendy place. And did I mention the drinks!

Great Pedicures always. Was not so happy with my nails done by Nancy. She seemed irritated that I wanted them to be the same length... never again.

The staff was rude. They were rushed and very rough. Three of my fingers are bleeding. Talked over me and manhandled my child. Worst gel I have ever gotten.

The worst service i’ve ever received. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I went to get a simple french set and the guy doing my nails rushed, did not do what I asked, and it turned out to be the worst set of nails i’ve had done in the past 8 years. When I asked for him to fix them he disregarded how unhappy I was with them and responded by saying they were fine and he could not fix them. I then had to ask someone else for his name and when it was brought to his attention by other workers that I was not happy with his service he said I could wait another 30 minutes or make an appointment for another day to get them fixed. I ended up making an appointment for the next day. When I showed up for my appointment, he took another customer and began her nails so I was told to wait. 15 people came in after me and got helped immediately, while I ended up waiting for 45 minutes. Then when I was finally helped, I told them what I wanted fixed and again the nail tech began to argue and disregard me and then brought the front desk attendant over to tell me I was wrong and then proceeded to talk about me (RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME). I am so unbelievably disappointed in the way I was treated, their poor service, and the way they run their business. I felt so disrespected, uncomfortable, and humiliated, and the service was definitely not worth the amount of money I paid. I will never be returning!

I enjoy coming here to get a pedicure and a manicure. The place is clean well maintained and has a very friendly staff.

The free drinks are a good gimmick but if you want your nails done correctly with all around friendly service, go someplace else.

This is the best place for pedicure in Round Rock! Staff is great, super friendly. They have complimentary snacks and drinks (the Pina colada and Vietnamese iced coffee are my favorites! ) Lily always does my pedicures, shes great!

So gentle and nice! The chairs also massage the buttocks and upper thighs. I would recommend this place to my friends! Coming back next month.

My 11 year old went in the a picture and Quinn gave her exactly what she wanted in a more age appropriate look which I was grateful for...she was smiling ear to ear! I had the middle pedicure & now I’m wishing I had the top because y’all! This is the best pedicure I’ve EVER had...Lily was AMAZING! I’m a runner and my feet take a beating and they feel fabulous! I may go back for a color change just for the hot stone massage!!! Not only that but they gave us popcorn & I had a wonderful mimosa made by the super friendly Jody! Please request Mai, she is amazing. She took the time to understand what I wanted and how I wanted my nails shaped. She also had a conversation with me, and was very gentle with my hands. My teenage daughter couldn’t get her nails done here because they didn’t keep their appointment. No greetings for the customers, double booking with the teenage customers. So they had to wait almost an hour without any courteous explanation.That’s not professional..

It was such a treat to get a pedicure today at Grandlux. My technician Lill was fabulous. Hot stones, wax, massage and the perfect polish. All of the men and women at the salon were so friendly, we enjoyed chatting with them.

I went here today and Mai did such a good job! She helped me pick out the color and design! The shape is perfect and the color is amazing, i recommend to ask for Mai, she has great costumer service skills and technique!

I have never liked going to the nail salon and havent been in years. So I was amazed, impressed and VERY happy to discover that at Grand Lux I actually loved the entire visit! From the kind, caring, gentle treatment of my nail tech to the attentive service of the man that brought me my delicious pina colada, it was a heavenly experience. I left feeling renewed and beautiful. I will definitely be a regular from now on!

My boyfriend and I came in for pedicures on a Saturday and we had the best time! The staff was friendly and professional. We were served wine and snacks and our toes were stunning at the end of our appointment. This is just down the road form our house and we cant wait to come back!

This was my first time at Grandlux and all I have to say is WOW! I have never been to a salon that will treat you this well. They really go above and beyond to make your experience great and all of the techs were so nice and professional, and did a great job on my toes! I cant wait to go back!!

I actually had these nails done a few weeks ago and didnt really feel the need to post a negative review until I went in for a fill. I hadnt had a full set since before the pandemic and was going on vacation and wanted to go a little fancy. I looked at a lot of online photos and found the one in the bottom left of my picture collage. I showed this to the nail tech and advised thats exactly what I wanted, color, shape, pattern, simply just copy it. When my nail tech began painting my right hand I tried to communicate that the french tip was glitter only with no color underneath. I showed her the picture several times and tried to not lose my cool as she continued to insist that she was painting them exactly like the picture. At that point I bluntly said I think we are dealing with a language barrier and I know you do not know what Im saying so just do what youre going to do because at this point Im not going to get loud or upset because Im sure it will be pretty either way. I wouldve thought a colleague wouldve come over to help, but they just looked at me like I was the problem. I kept quiet. She continues to my left hand and starts to mess up the pattern. In the model photo the left hand pointer finger is solid color, middle finger is glitter, ring finger is glitter only french tip and pinky finger solid. The right hand is solid pinky, glitter ring, solid middle, french tip glitter only pointer. I went back to the photo and said no look, this is the models left and right. She still insisted she was doing it just as the photo. I mean yeah they still turned out ok but in the grand scheme of things a paid a lot of money for these and I expect to be able to communicate and if my nail tech doesnt understand they need to bring someone over to double check to see if they can collaborate to understand the customer. I also got a pedicure that day and got home to realize they werent really paying much attention to getting the polish on evenly. This isnt because I hit my nail on something while wet, the nail tech literally missed the entire second coat of paint in the middle of my right big toe. Now, why Im just now writing this review? I returned for a fill yesterday. I got the same nail tech and she reminded me it was her that did my first set. Ok fine, whatever, Im not into nail tech loyalty as I feel all should have similar skill sets and if I need to walk in I dont want to be waitlisted because my nail tech isnt available. I was getting a solid color this time. So, how bad can it be? Well I was never offered a drink not even water or a soda and there are people around me being offered seconds. Also when I got home I had to completely reshape my nails myself as they were awkwardly filed into weird haphazard shapes. I might give you guys another chance but Im going to need someone to guarantee that if I have an issue or a comment I need to make, my nail tech will listen to what I want and make sure they understand. I expect being with such a beautiful salon with great drink service the same level of attention you put into your salon decoration and offerings is reflected in the work you do. I really liked you guys until I got this nail set and havent been particularly wowed by your work or customer service the last 2 visits. What can we do about it?

This business is incredibly clean and well lit. My nail tech was professional, pleasant, informative and well schooled in her profession. I was continually offered water, wine, mimosa, soft drink... ???? Would I care for fresh popcorn or fresh fruit...???? Who does that? I felt really pampered

Only had one good visit out of 3 attempts. Today I made an appointment sat and waited for 20 minutes was told it would be another 10-15 all while they had multiple people working on individuals. It’s a nice salon but not worth the headache.

I have moved to this new location since the people i like working on my hands and feet moved here. Very clean, they are taking the right steps to ensure we are safe and comfortable while enjoying our time. The entire staff is welcoming and make getting nails done a relaxing treat as it should be.

Pretty upset this time. My toenails are awful and the blue polish is smeared all on my skin. Its always a hit and miss with this place. I have it one more chance because I love the drinks but I dont think ill be going back. Took 2 hours to get q pedi and a mani. I didnt even get color or q clear coat on my nails either.

I love going to this salon, its decor is so high end my husband refers to it as Las Vegas! I had a great SNS manicure with Mai. I had broken a nail and she took great care in not causing me pain as she worked to repair it. Plus she has a great outgoing personality. The only improvement I would suggest for the salon is to considering playing content on their TVs that would appeal more to women, like HGTV or the Food Channel rather than Chive TV.

My new favorite salon. Everyone was so kind, the salon is beautiful, clean, and they did an amazing job. Best manicure/pedicure I’ve had in a LONG time. The frozen margaritas were just a bonus!

Great customer service, everyone is polite & professional, beautiful and so clean. They take your temp upon entry and you complete a survey tting you have not traveled out of country etc. Mai was great! Will definitely return with friends.

Ive tried almost every salon in Round Rock and this is by far my favorite!! Mai was excellent and I dont think Ive ever had a more perfect manicure. My full set was the same price that I would pay at other salons but they offer complimentary snacks, a drink from the bar, and a shoulder and neck massage. I will be making Grand Lux a part of my routine!

I went to this place two days ago and this is my first time use this placeI did pedicure but unfortunately, when i returned to my house I saw injured in the soles of my feet and now I have a sore wound and I can’t walk normally, I really feel disappointedAlso , When she finished cleaning the foot, she threw all the dirt things in the tub of water which Is the same i put my feet on , honestly, I felt disgusted

So I drove 45 min to this place to get fashion over top nails. I sent pictures to make sure they can do it before I drove there and wasted anyone time. Now Im leaving very upset and wasted my time coming here. I know a lot of ppl as Im a Colorist & be sure to let everyone know.
