Repairman showed up unprepared to fix the dishwasher and didnt know how to fix it. Ordered a part and I had to wait 3 weeks for follow up to install the part. When he showed up he replaced the part but it was not the problem. Unable to figure out how to properly fix the issue, he didnt charge me for the right part and suggested I just get a new dishwasher. Still had to pay for the service call when he did mothing

I had to wait 4 weeks for a technician to come repair my freezer/ice maker. I had to take time off work to be home during their 4 hour window. No one showed up and no one called to cancel. When I finally got through to them, I was given an apology and told to cancel. One of the 3 customer services reps informed me that the technician declined my repair on the day of. 2 supervisors, a “manager” and hours on the phone, got me nowhere. All I wanted was a technician to come and look at my appliance. I asked them to come the following day. Unfortunately, they could not and would not get me service in a reasonable time. When I declined the appointment 3 weeks out, I was informed that they would document that I cancelled the repair. Honestly I would give a ZERO rating if allowed.

Horrible experience...assigned tech that had no experience with LG dryers and consequently was clueless and accomplished nothing. Not sure why Sears/A&E assigned this individual...just decline or delay the appointment. Will search hard for alternate service provider in the future.

Terrible experience with Sears Appliance Repair. I thought I could trust Sears Appliance Repair to fix my Kenmore washer. After they cancelled several appointments they finally made it out. What a hastle it was having to block off 5 hour time slots and wait only for them not to show the first two times. When they did finally show they looked and said they cant service the machine because the UPC sticker was smudged and they couldnt determine what model number it was. Really? There is no part number on the pump that needs to be replaced? I recommend you dont waste your time with this company. Dont be fooled by the Sears name. Instead, call a local repair guy that wont treat you like a number.

So. We had to wait 4 days to have them drive out. We told them what was happening and make model etc. They came out to tell us what we already knew was wrong...charge us 80 dollars for the trip charge and then not come with the part to repair it. The worst part...was that it is only a 40.00 part and they were going to charge me 400.00 to repair it IN 3 WEEKS! What a joke. Who can go without their fridge that long? Only to pay nearly half the cost of a new fridge? So....they got my 80.00. But will not have my future business.

This is a fake business located in an abandoned buildingThe old kmart building next to Pick N Save. There is no businesses in there.
