After reading some of the reviews here, I decided to select Raymonds Commercial HVAC, Inc for my homes heating system tune-up and later, some additional duct work. The team did not disappoint. They are very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. The office staff is responsive and communicate very clearly. For HVAC-related needs in Ben, I recommend these guys they will take very good care of you.

I recently had Ben and Raymond come to the house to replace old heat pump and air handler. They were professional, mindful, genuinely nice, and provided a great installation job. They left no trace other than brand new equipment. They were patient in explaining the air filters and replacement, the new thermostat, and the various safety/operation manuals. Ben was the technician who came out to the house. He was professional and very thorough in checking our heating system. He even made sure our CO2 detectors were working and suggested that we put in a water leak detector for the humidifier which was a great idea since we already had a water leak from the humidifier in the past.Recommended.

Having started to have issues with my old Carrier furnace. I called Raymonds Commercial HVAC and they sent someone right away. They found an issue with the heat exchanger and provided some options for repair. I decided to replace it as it made sense taking into consideration the age of the furnace. Raymonds Commercial HVAC sent its team of technicians over on the day promised. They actually arrived a bit earlier than promised. They advised me to buy a superior furnace (if finances allowed). After sourcing for one, the work started immediately. The crew was exceptional! Very neat and professional They even finished a bit earlier than expected and then did a complete check out and instructed us on the operation of the furnace.
