Heating & Cooling Solutions installed a mini-duct A/C and heating system in my home. They were extremely professional and completed the job in under 8 hours. The system had a few issues at first (manufacturers issue), and they were very responsive. They came out several times on off-hours to fix the issue, and when I called to report the issue, they seemed genuinely upset for me that the issue was occurring. The system is working perfectly now. I would definitely recommend.

I called Heating and Cooling Solutions LLC because my central air was not cooling the house. I noticed my coils were frozen around the AC unit outside. I called on a SUNDAY! I received a call back within 10 minutes. I spoke to Todd and told him what I found. We were extremely pleased with our experience with HCS. From them coming to the house to provide us with a quote to the day of installation. On time, very professional and polite. Put down drop cloths and cleaned up when they were finished. Even finished the job ahead of schedule with the assistance of a 2nd crew that stopped to help. We had to turn on the A/C this weekend and no issues and the unit was very quiet. We would definitely recommend them.

Dave and Jake did an outstanding job today! On time, incredibly knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. Had multiple issues with my boiler system, and they solved every single one within 2.5 hours! Performed flawless install of my new smart thermostat system including running extra wires, rewired my HVAC system, purged air from my dual zone boiler lines, and performed operational check and service of both Boiler and AC. The best part was that they let me ask questions at any time without any hassle, and gave me well educated answers every time!Price was more than fair! Had them come out to fix my a because it stopped working the day my kid was born. They were able to come take a look and tell me they couldnt recharge the refrigerant. Instead they helped me pick out a new system and got me a couple loaner in room ac units to tide me over.All in all everyone was very easy to work with and the job was done quickly and cleanly. I really appreciated the loaner ac units to help my son and wife be comfortable when they got back from the hospital.

Over the last 2 years we have used Heating & Cooling Solutions to replace our AC, Furnace and Water Heater. Each time, the service has been amazing. Jesse, Jake and Dave did a fast and professional job installing our AC last week. Great place! My furnace went out on a really cold day, they came the same day ordered a new furnace which was much cheaper than I thought, and gave us space heaters so we wouldnt freeze. When Tony and Dave came and installed my furnace they were professional and very timely.

Heating and Cooling Solutions is FANTASTIC to work with. We had a scheduled install date but ran across an issue with our water heater about three weeks prior to the scheduled install. They were able to come out the next business day and install the water heater ahead of schedule. We are also getting a new furnace and air conditioner through them. Their team did a great job of researching energy rebates to save us a good amount of money on our heating/cooling package. They gave us different options at several price points.At the install, Bill and Todd were very friendly and professional making sure to clean up and take care not to make a mess as they walked through the house. Todd, the owner, helped us from day one when our furnace went out. He came to our house at 5:00 am to see what he could do to get our furnace going. He did so, but the news wasnt what we wanted to hear that we needed a new furnace. We ordered one, and it was installed by Todd and Dave. I called them for a second opinion and was glad I did. First company told me 6500 had to replace the air and furnace. Im livng in a mobile home. Dave came out and said no for 3500 we can get you just the furnace! Wow! A 3000 dollar savings!! On installation day Zach and Dave were here and it went very smooth. It took only a few hours to have the best heat ever! They even went so far as to clean the inside of the air conditioning unit to make it run even better this summer. What a great team. When the air in our shop wasnt heating up on one of the coldest days of the year, we called Heating and Cooling Solutions. They got someone out to us within just a few hours of our call. Other companies have made us wait days before getting someone out. Chris showed up, and took his time. Im sure he had other jobs after ours, but he didnt use that as an excuse to rush though what turned out to be a bigger project than either of us thought at the start. Youre probably trying to determine who to call for your furnace repair, just as i had been. Well, let me tell you I am so happy that I called Heating & Cooling Solutions!! Weekend, cold, no heat, ugh, it figures and no idea who was a good choice to provide service. Dave, installer/technician came and identified the issue. He is so knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything to me. The part needed wasnt available on Sunday, but assured me he would get me heat until he could replace it the next day. Sure enough he was able to get the blower working until he could get the board needed the next day. His knowledge is far beyond his years so dont let how young he looks fool you! He returned and replaced the bad part, even went above and beyond and cleaned out some rust from a drip the furnace previously had. I am so pleased and glad that I contacted this place and highly recommend Heating & Cooling Solutions, particularly Dave, for any heating or cooling issues you may experience. Thanks Dave!!

My furnace went out this afternoon as we were experiencing a -60 degree day. Placed a call and was told they had a rep in the area and could make it to my house within 30 minutes. I made the appointment and sure enough Jake was here in 20 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and detailed with his explanation. The pricing was reasonable, the issue was fixed quickly, and I was very happy that they were able to fit me in on what im sure was a busy day for them. Last week, we had both our furnace and our air conditioner replaced. With winter not ready to give up her foothold, and a furnace that was starting to give out, it needed to be done quickly. We had an in-home estimate, set the date of the install, and we were set to go.The morning of the install, the workers arrived promptly. Tom, Jake, and Mac were both friendly and efficient. We have two dogs, who just want to lick everyone they meet, and two toddlers, whose curiosity knows no bounds! These three gentlemen not only worked diligently through the morning, but they were both kind and patient with my little ones. They did not mind when the two year old wanted to peek down the stairs to see what they were doing. They took a few minutes here and there to answer my four year olds questions, even explaining brazing and refrigerants briefly for him. My son is the child of ten thousand questions, which can become flustering, especially when you are trying to get something done. Still, they were very patient and very sweet to my little guys! Tom, Mac, and Jake were absolutely wonderful, both with the installation and with my curious toddlers! I could not have asked for a better experience!

Just had a new furnace put in and I can say that the customer service and quality of work is 100% best you can get from a company. They actually gave us space heaters to use for a few days while we didnt have heat. Jake and Mac were absolutely professional, respectful and overall just awesome. They make a great team. I thought they would be here all day and from start to finish it took only 3 hours! Incredible job fellas thanks a lot!

Were very happy with our experience. The service was fast and efficient. The bonus was the price was very reasonable! Nobody likes to buy a new furnace, but these guys made it pretty painless! From ordering the furnace to installation to clean up, everything was spot-on! I I would recommend them for both your heating and cooling needs!

Awesome service.Dave and Jake were super friendly. Kept me updated on time frames, if they had to turn anything off, even laid down a tarp rug thing to keep from tracking dirt of the carpet. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Ben from Heating and Cooling came to do the Fall maintenance on my Furnace. I bought my house in 2011 (built in 2007) and this was the first time anyone has looked at it. Ben was extremely polite and knowledgeable with any questions I had as a first time home owner. He was thorough in checking everything and made sure everything worked again after putting it all back together! I will absolutely continue to work with them in the future.Edit 4/20/2020:Ive been a customer since my initial review over 2 years ago, and wanted to add to it after a recent visit/install from Heating & Cooling Solutions. I contacted Heating & Cooling on a Sunday evening after some recurring problems with my water heater. Chris was able to come out the next morning (EXTREMELY polite and knowledgeable) and properly diagnose what was going on. Unfortunately, it meant a new water heater, but thats not his fault! With the problems we had been having, we sort of expected it. Heating and Cooling was able to get it replaced the next day. Jake and Zack came out for the installation. They showed the same level of professionalism Chris and other employees of Heating & Cooling have shown. The install was done quick, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I knew how the new one operated.Heating & Cooling continues to impress me with their service and ensured that I will stay a customer for the foreseeable future.

Great team. Estimator was professional, knowledgeable and fair. The installers were right on time, worked well together and did an outstanding job. They knew exactly what they were doing and took time to answer my questions as they worked. Cleaned up very well and finished ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Called for an estimate on a new furnace and A/C, and Chris came out the next day. One week later we had them installed. The guys were professional and installed all the lines cleanly. My wife was impressed that they addressed both of us when explaining the setup, and not just me. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

They did a wonderful job installing a new furnace and air conditioner. Very easy to work with from deciding which models to buy to how to use the new thermostat. Very pleased with the whole process.
