Our heat went out and they called back right away with a service window. Rob was friendly, called when he was on his way and clearly explained the problem and tips to improve our efficiency between routine maintenance. The cost was reasonable and clearly communicated up front, so there were no surprises. I really appreciated the COVID precautions (mask and distance) as well.

After calling around and not getting many calls back, I found them in the yellow pages. But also checked in on Google and seen all 5 star ratings. I called them on Thursday night when my air was leaking water. I wasnt sure what was causing the leaking as I had the hose replaced from another business in April 2016. I also had the furnace ignitor, which I had replaced in March 2019 by the same business. But I was charged a lot more for work he didnt do and the price almost doubled of what he told me it was. Rob called me quickly and said that they dont replace until everything they check out doesnt work. Instead of selling me something I dont need. I was so relieved to hear this as both my air and furnace is going on 21 years. He had a busy Friday morning but still would come out between 11 and 1400. I had to call him back as I forgot an appt. at 1400 in Kenosha. He was very nice and told me hed be out by 1100 and done by 1300. Well I got a call after 1000 saying he was on his way and would be here in 10 minutes. Chip came and was very nice to me and I loved that he explained what not all the other businesses do. I felt at ease with him. I was worried that Id be shelling out a lot of money because of the age of them. But to my surprise was told that everything was okay. I still was in shock but very pleased that he did a lot of what I wanted and what he suggested and that I didnt have to spend an arm and a leg. Thank you so much for your prompt response and this older woman believing that there are still great and honest businesses still out there.

I needed my A-coil checked due to an odor. I called a different company and they said it would be over $1K based on my furnace design. I called Foreman and I saved money on the service call by getting a furnace cleaning at the same time. Chip was awesome. He accessed the coil and found no issue, but helped me sanitize it anyway. Great service and all for under $150.00!

Always excellent service. Ive been using them for 5 years now. Trustworthy is a word not used much these days. I dont use it lightly here. Rob and his team exemplify trustworthiness.

These guys are honest, very professional and do high quality work. I wanted a larger furnace and a/c unit but Rob talked me into a SMALLER unit because what I wanted was overkill. He could have installed what I wanted and made more money but instead, he sold me a more appropriate unit saving me a lot of money!

We couldn’t be happier! Rob & his crew installed ductwork, central air & new furnace into our already existing home & worked around my request to keep the boiler for our primary source of heat & for the ductwork not to hang too low – our basement only has a ceiling height of 83” (just under 7 feet). We asked to keep the boiler for our primary source of heat (no dust) and add heat to the forced air unit (which was needed for the central air unit) for back-up.Out of the three bids we had for the job, we took the middle bid. Why not take the lowest? Rob took his time to explain his thought process and what it would take to do the job right. He was the most knowledgeable and explained the science behind the ductwork placement and size(s). He also went above and beyond in that he installed the programmable thermostat that I was ready to throw out the window after the install was complete.On a personal note, he was well mannered and professional. He and his one man crew, Skip, spent a week in our home, while my husband was at work during the day, and I nor my mother-in-law never felt unsafe.It has now been five months since the install was completed and although I could have wished for a better summer, we were kept cool throughout and were without the noise from our window air units – which I happily donated.Thank you Rob & Skip.

Our furnace stopped on a February Saturday late in the afternoon. I called the company and the owner himself answered and came out within 30 minutes of my call to troubleshoot the problem and replace the part needed. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and timeliness.
