This nail salon is fantastic. I always feel taken care of and my toes and fingernails are so pretty at the end =) I would rate the 10 out of 10! By the way, Lily is the best!

Beware! I chose this place after reading all the positive reviews, but I had a horrible experience. The woman who did my nails was very rough, and made a mess out of my manicure. I wanted my nails a bit shorter and she cut off half the length. She also did a terrible job with the dipping powder and my nails are bumpy, and the polish looks really thick in some places. She couldnt even file the shape correctly and none of the nails have the same roundness. Maybe I was unlucky with who did my nails, but I wont be returning to find out.

Let me start by saying I’ve had plenty of pedicures in my life but NOTHING compared to this one. My gosh I feel like I have new feet! Not only did Nina find ingrown nails I didn’t know I had but the AMAZING foot rub I got with it hitting pressure points my whole body relaxed. I’m from out of town but you better believe every time I come to Portland I will be making a visit here!!!!!

She did an amazing job and she was very quick and paid great attention to detail.

I just watched this nail tech dump the plastic nail tips out on the road. In front of a lot of people. Disgusted to see them not care enough to put the plastic in the trash instead of on the sidewalk.. honestly what were they thinking

This place is amazing! I’ve been coming consistently for the last 4 or so months and will continue to do so. My favorite is Nina but lily and Hugh also both do amazing jobs!! Highly recommend them. Especially during Covid they are being very clean and professional!

Great and friendly staff. This was my daughters first time getting a pedicure and she was so delighted with her beautifully decorated toes. We will be back next time we are in Portland!

I love coming here! I dont get my nails done regularly, so its always a treat when I do. I feel pampered and enjoy the relaxing friendly atmosphere. Theres a family-feel about it, not the clinical-rushed-feel of other places. My budget is tight, so I appreciate that they dont pressure me to purchase more than what I come in for.

This place is such a gem! I called last minute to see if they could do a full set, and I was lucky they had time. Lily did a great job on my nails and they looked great even over two weeks later when I went to get my fill! She’s very detailed without taking too long. If she makes a suggestion, believe her! I wasn’t too sure on the color I chose because it looked a little too pink. She pushed me to get the color anyway because she assured me it wouldn’t be any pink. But also very respectfully followed up with “whatever you like you should get. But that color is very beautiful if you like a deep red” I went with her suggestion and by the second coat I was not disappointed at all. She was right!!Everyone there was very kind and accommodating. I wish I lived closer so I could get my nails done here every time, but I was just in the area that day.Go to Priscilla nails! You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful family business. Definitely stands out as far as quality goes. They took such good care of my friend and I when we called one hour before closing for a walk in. I felt welcome to come in and was even told if its okay we might run past closing whereas Capitol nails right down the street were stressed on the phone, put me on hold and ended up saying in response to me asking because of a long pause, are you too busy right now yeah we are just too busy, sorry( he didnt sound sorry) I felt so taken care of with a massage at the end and they really just do the best job. My nails looked clean, strait and something I have had for two weeks and have none cracked or broken ! The staff are kind on top of it and really focus on what you want done without obsessive upselling or not caring.i will def be back

I went in and was immediately welcomed. They make it a warm and inviting environment. Plus they a huge arrange of colors and styles to choose from. My nail techs name was Lilly and I honestly dont think she could have done a better job. My nails look better than I had even imagined them to be!

I had a great experience here. They stayed open late for me to do my nails and eyebrows. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The lady who did my nails did a great job and took her time to make sure they looked good and were done well. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I have been going here for awhile now and this is the 3rd time I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but something has changed here...they are not as welcoming as they used to be and you feel like they don’t really care about their regular clients or new customers. I feel like there is something going on with the workers and they are not happy. I wish they would get back to the way they used to be when I first started coming over a year now. I was coming into town and I need to fill. Ive been working on a farm for over a month my nails look terrible. I called Lily answered, she said come on in we can do it in 15 min. She was honest and told me that I needed to get a new set of nails. I had let them go way too long. I agreed and had a brand new set of nails put on. And they are beautiful. I have ditched my neighborhood joint and have been traveling all the way across town to Priscilla Nail Spa the last 4 months to get the best manicures Ive ever had. They really know what they are doing when it comes to gel dip nails - which can not be said for other places around town. They are a lovely mom and pop shop providing reliable, clean, comfortable service.

Priscilla’s is under new management as of October 2017, and WOW! New decor and incredible pedicures! Best I’ve experienced in Portland! And they can do any manicure you’d like. Also got my brows waxed — and it was perfect! I am coming back every weekend from now on.

I love going here to get my nails done. The ladies are sweet, knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. Im not really a girlie girl, and dont know whats best with my nails. These ladies always know the right style and colors for me. Thankyou lily and Nina. You two are the best!

Which I am very picky about :) The salon was so clean compared to most nail salons I have been to. Great selection of polishes as well. I especially like the silver cap OPI, higher end polish, which they use for no extra cost. This place is top notch with very reasonable prices!

Priscilla Nails has brand new owners and they are fantastic! They are so sweet and they care so much about their customers having a great experience. They pay so much attention to detail and take their time to do it right and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Love the new management at Priscilla Nails Spa! I followed Lily and Hieu from their old place, and am enjoying the same great service and results theyve always given. In my opinion, best pedicure for the price in the area! Shellac manicures last very well, and if anything should go wrong (which doesnt happen often!) theyll fix it with a smile!

New management and a totally new experience from the nail salon that had been in the same location for 12 years. The owner is so friendly and accommodating-will grab you coffee, tea or water and make sure you are comfortable. Very clean and professional, highly recommended.

I stopped going to Priscilla’s a while ago due to a couple bad experiences but came back recently because of the new manager Lily, who I went to at a previous salon, and I could NOT be more impressed. The level of experience and attention to detail is unlike any place I’ve been to in the greater Portland area (and I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks). Lily is the best nail technician I’ve ever been to and I couldn’t be happier with what she is doing here! I highly recommend coming in.

Went here about 2 weeks ago for a pedicure and it still looks like I JUST got them done. No chipping or anything, and they were very accommodating about me being ticklish. Definitely going to come back

I’ve been going to Pricilla’s for just over a year now. The staff is friendly and consistently provides punctual, quality service. The facility is always clean and never has that chemically smell. They can be quite busy at times (I typically go on weekday evenings or Saturday) so make sure to book an appointment ahead.

Ive really tried to like this place, but after 3-4 attempts Im giving up. Ive consistently received not very good pedicures, and on one occasion, was seated and then ignored for so long that I had to dry off my feet and leave. Foot and nail bed care is lacking, and while I like using Seche Vite quick dry top coat at home, when not careful it has the unfortunate effect of shrinking ones nail color so it isnt smooth across ones whole nail.Im not giving the place one star, though. The people are so nice and the prices are good. The place is clean and conveniently located. Its just, unfortunately, not the place for me. I wish it were.

I stopped in hoping to get a mani/pedi for a wedding. They were able to get my pedicure started right away. I was able to enjoy the massage chair while waiting. Very nice! Hugh did an amazing job on my nails. I have received many compliments and I am looking forward to future visits.

Really bad experience. We had appointments at 1 and they stuck us in seats but we waited forever. yet prioritized folks coming in without an appointment. We went one at a time, it was more time than we could spend. They Never looked up to acknowledge it and eventually we just had to cut and run (after paying a bunch). I will never return. It was really rude.

I stumbled upon this nail salon by accident, but Ive been so happy with their services that Ive returned for my last three manis/pedis. Hugh and Lily, the new owners, are so friendly and very accommodating! The atmosphere is relaxing and they really want their guests to be happy with the work they do. Wow. I used to think all manicures were just about the same and hoped around from shop to shop. That has all changed, now that I have met Lilly.This morning, Lilly spent an hour on my manicure. She took her time and paid attention to what she was doing. I mentioned that my cuticles have been dry and splitting. She listened and gave my cuticles an insane amount of extra care.

Mina did a great job on my nails and eyebrows. Very clean salon and friendly service. I will be going back!

Lily and Hugh are the best! I have never had such great service. No such thing as a 15 minute pedicure at this salon. They know how to treat their clients.

I was upgraded without my knowledge and charged extra! I wanted a full set white tip/acrylic. They charged me $10 more for the solar and didnt tell me! The service was poor to say the least. The nail tech. Did not listen and made a lot of mistakes. I dont often write reviews but this was too bad of an experience not too.

Ive lived in this area for over a year and been going to a salon in Oregon City. I finally made a call and went in for a pedicure and meet Nina. This is cleaner and so much closer and they will be my nail salon.

Tried them now that there is new management and so glad I did. I chose the basic pedicure and it was beyond what I expected. Hugh did an amazing job with a wax wrap and the most relaxing massage. I am writing because they deserve the business!!! I had the worst experiences with the previous owners. I tried them a few times since I live right down road and the pedicures were actually painful. So I said enough is enough and went elsewhere. But after trying Hugh and his co workers I have been telling everyone to go there. Prices are great for the services. Their customer service is top notch and they are all certified unlike the previous owners. If you are like me and had a bad experience with the last group or if you are just looking for a great place to go for your routine mani pedi than try them!!!!

I use to go here all the time with the old owners. Decided to give it a try under the new owners, my nails are uneven and bumpy. The top coat they used is causing the polish to turn brown and my “Gel” polish is already chipping after 4 days which is something I’ve never experienced anywhere else.

The service was terrible, they were incredibly rude and it was a very ugly job! A huge waste of money and it took 2.5 hours for a terrible nail set! My experience was negative five stars

Worst gel manicure ive had. The guy files my nails all wrong and when i try to tell him he says no they r fine. I look like a man with a french! And even the lines of the french arent straight each nail looks different. Will never be going back

I have been coming here for the past months, and I have to say they have great customer service under the new management. My girlfriend comes here for mani pedi and drags me with her, so I always get the spa pedicures with no polish while I wait. They always do a good job and the treatment is super relaxing.The staff is very polite, and I have also noticed that the spa is always kept very clean. They have coffee and tea available, and the wifi is fast. The massage chairs with multiple settings are a plus. There are plenty of salons close to where I live, but I opt to come here because of the time and care they put.

Everytime I get my nails done at Priscilla Nails Spa, I am always greated with kind smiles and a wonderful sense of welcomeness. Their beautiful nail art, nice employees, and genuine concern for one’s overall best experience are the quintessence of a professional and successful environment that provides only the best for its clients. I have gotten my nails done here for many years, and I have never had a negative experience. Also, their extensive selection of shellac colors goes far beyond the classic rainbow of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. It will take me at least a year of regular appointments to receive half of all the colors they offer. I would not dream of going anywhere else!

By far the best place in Portland for a mani/pedi!!!!! The most caring staff ever, going above and beyond to please their customers. Everything and everyone there is absolutely amazing!!! I will definitely return every other week for my spa time. Extra bonus: they are great with children as well. I went there and the fellow gave me a manicure and a pedicure. I will never go back. I ended up bleeding from one toe and two fingers. He was very aggressive and rushing. The polish was so old and goopy that it never dried and I took it off.

The man who did my full set had the worst customer servive and lack of professionalism Ive ever experienced at a nail salon. He took 2 hours and 15 minutes just for a full set and complained the entire time. He messed up countless times saying it was because his neck hurt, but was blaming me because i wanted my nails about an inch in length. They acted like they have never really done long nails and kept trying to tell me I have to put shellac on top and i had to argue with the guy to just use regular paint! It was a rush job and a terrible experience, the paint job was horrible and nails where crooked and lumpy. Im never going back. Not to mention the huge gap between my cuticle and the acrillic causing me to need a fill within 5 days!!!

I got ombré acrylic nails and everything was good until I noticed the nails are crooked and I tried saying something but I don’t think she heard and the fading isn’t very even and the nails aren’t even in length either

Honestly Im pretty disappointed. I went here the other day and got a solar nail set. The guy who did my nails did them very poorly. He was rushing himself, so he made a lot of mistakes and he took forever trying to fix them. Ive only had these nails for 5 days and theyre already starting to chip off. They werent sized right or shaped right. Some were sized too small and some others are too large and theyre chipping in places and lifting already. Not sure Ill go here again.
