The woman June that works at deluxe nails and spas is amazing I would suggest going to her if she is available. I got the French tip pedicure and I would have to say it was by far the best pedicure Ive ever had. Thanks again June for making my experience awesome cant wait to come back again.

Everything was great! They did an amazing pedi! The place was super clean. The polish, cleaned my nails really good, did a good massage, paraffin wax, etc.

I like it for the convenience to my house. I really like their reservation system during COVID. The ladies work well together and seem to have good rapport. My nails look nice.

The experience as a whole was fine, however within three hours, my shellac nail polish on my thumb had shipped off, and the cat eye style I purchased was barely noticeable. I went back the next day, but a note on the door said they were closed on Tuesdays, even though the website did not indicate the change. Very disappointing, as I’m going on vacation and can’t come in on Wednesday for them to fix the problem.

They do amazing work! I have been coming for the past year and they never fail to do a great job, or fix it if its not up to par. The staff is very kind. They are very reasonably priced compared to most other salons, and the gel manicures/pedicures are long lasting and great quality. I also watch for cleanliness and they seem to do a decent job. The towels are clean and the kits are thoroughly sanitized, as well they give you a new kit each visit or ask you to bring yours. Pedicure areas are newly encased with plastic each time and wiped down after use as well.The main con Ive experienced is that the weekends tend to be very packed, so I like the later hours during the week days that make the visit a lot less hectic. While very busy, you may not get the full attention to detail as well (although it will still be good).

Lots of pedicure massage chairs, I would say at least 10. They also seem to be well staffed, and that’s a good thing given they are right off of the main strip on Hawthorne.

I wish Id gotten the name of my manicurist, she was spectacular! She put such care and detail into her work, and didnt bat an eye when I asked for a unique accent finger design. Her design came out even better than the photo I brought. Since I was going to be attending on a weekend morning, I made an appointment the day before. When I walked in 15 minutes early, they greeted me by name and showed me to a chair right away. The staff were all friendly and the salon was very clean. I also found the prices to be very reasonable. Thanks for such a great experience!

The manicure itself was fine, but the service and the attitude represented by the workers was very unpleasing. They made multiple of my cuticles bleed, they were very disrespectful, told my friends and I to shut up even though we hardly talked. The lady doing my nails was very rough with me, when ever I turned my head or moved my body in the slightest, even though I didn’t move my hands at all, she told me to stop moving in a very harsh and disrespectful way. I still gave a tip, just to be a good customer, but she didn’t even say thank you. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience with this salon, and I will NEVER be returning.

Before I discovered Deluxe Nails, I used to just get my nails done wherever was convenient on any given day. But now I wont go anywhere else! They are kind, professional, CLEAN, quick, and they do great work! I go there for gel finger nail polish, pedicures, and eyebrow waxes. I really appreciate that they use clean plastic bags to line the foot tubs. PLUS its just a fun, relaxing environment! I often see couples getting pedicures together, its very sweet

Ive been to 5-6 different nail salons in Portland and this one is always the best. The quality of their work and products is great. My nails are naturally very oily and the gel tends to come off quickly for me (1-2 weeks), but it lasts much longer (2-3 weeks) when I get them done here. Highly recommend!!

She hurt me 4 times! My nail polish was all over my cuticles. I quit 3 nails in and walked out I got so frustrated and she still had the nerve to charge my friend $10. 😡 Never again.

This place is so incredible, that I now live 20 minutes away across town and I still drive there to get my nails done. The employees are thoughtful, thorough, and so kind. They do a great job every time. I cannot recommend them enough

The woman who did my manicure was fast and precise. Best manicure Ive had so far. Only thing for me was the strong smell of polish when we walked in since I am a little sensitive to chemical smells, but I guess thats to be expected for a busy nail salon.

Great place for manicures and pedicures. They do great work and are always very friendly. Their selection of gel color is also huge. Highly recommend. Make sure to make an appointment cause while they say walk ins welcome you could wait a long time cause they get very busy.

Did a walk-in at 11:00 on a quiet day. Had a man-mani with Quyen (pronounced Wing) who was very focused and efficient. Had an issue with a partially ingrown toenail which she handled perfectly and without pain. Ill be back.

Ive been here a few times for gel manicures and they do a great job. All the employees are super kind and professional.The manicure lasts until it grows out. Its reasonably priced, and is clean and tidy inside. They have brand new massage chairs for pedicures and always offer me tea, a mimosa or juice. Really pleasant service and a good manicure.

I came to deluxe nails with three family members for pedicures, and we had a great experience! The staff was friendly and relaxed and went completely above and beyond when one of my family members had a health problem and had to have EMS come to the shop to help her. The deluxe nails employees were incredibly supportive and kind. I cant say enough good things about the staff and also all our pedicures were beautiful! I will definitely be back to support this great business

Great pedicure and the staff was very kind and didnt judge that my brother in law wanted to get a pedicure too. They were out of paper flip flops so they put drying drops and plastic bags over his toes so they wouldnt smudge from his socks and shoes. Everything was very clean, the polishes are good quality mainstream brands, and I very much enjoyed the massage . Thank you!

I had an appointment and it took them 30 minutes to get to me. It was a little dirty. I probably wont be back. The location is convenient but thats it. To many nail places around to tolerate anything less than sparkling clean.

Decent, not great powder dip job. Buffed my hands so hard 7 out of 10 of my nail beds were bloody. Acted completely indifferent when I said it hurt and showed him how raw they were. Took nearly 2 weeks to heal. Wont come back.

Brought my friend here from out town and they treated us like queens.Made us feel special with their kindness. I’ll be back.

Favorite nail place in the city. They’ve gotten super busy, but they’re worth the wait. gel manicure generally lasts about 2 weeks, sometimes longer. Gel pedicure lasts me 6-8 weeks.

Got manis and pedis, one of the massage chairs was broken, and my toes were kind of a mess; they cut my one of my cuticles so short it bled and filed a nail so short that it bled, and my polish was kind of messy. Ive only been once though, I would try again.

Came in about 30 min before closing in mid December. I said I could come back the next day but they assured me it was fine. Got acrylic nail fill. They were literally sweeping and mopping around me. I wasnt offered water or any type of beverage. So- in short- treating myself to nice nails was not relaxing or enjoyable. The man rushed, cut my finger with the grinder and I got an infection that still hasnt cleared up, but gotten worse. I now have to make a doctors appointment since my nail is now lifting from the nail bed and I might lose it entirely.

They didnt want to do more than 3 layers on gel like I asked them to. Told me my friend doesnt have gels if they are as thick as what I ask for that it is the gelly gel. No it isnt they do like 4 layers of color for her and 2 top coat. Already have denting in my polish which is supposed to last at least six weeks. Literally just looks like normal polish. The lady was rude when I mentioned they were not thick enough. My pedicure I asked them to scrub off the calus on my heels they didnt spend much time or scrub very hard. Let me leave with wet toes and didnt tell me to wait 30 minutes to wear my flats. They didnt offer me those fake sandals the first time. I leave a small tip because I explained I wasnt happy with the thickness of my nails and I just got a rude response and dirty looks. Telling me that was what I asked for. Toenail polish came off in 30 seconds in my shoeI go back . They are irritated and do a crappy overdo. Send me off in the sandals. Polish still came off . I waited and hour to put my shoes on and only went to my car....and sat in a restaurant. I sat 10 minutes before I left salon and they sent me out in a hurry to close up...I told them to just do the manicure it was more important if they didnt have time for a pedi. If you have just normal shoes and no sandals dont take customers for a pedi an hour before close and say you can do a gel.manicure too. they didnt let me use the massage chair very long and did the manicure at same time which was very uncomfortable. Never going back.
