Very rude and spent 5 minutes on my nails after taking 1 hour on someone else’s. Did not ask me what nail shape I wanted, the proceeded to make me bleed. I’ve given this place multiple chances to prove themselves, yet I am always disappointed. Wont be wasting any more time or money at this place and you shouldn’t either.

The pink on my ombré nails might as well been clear. After a 60$ Set I was upset when two broke the next day. I just went somewhere else and started over with a fresh set, they’ll never do my hands again I may try them for my pedicures tho

I was a first timer at this salon today. I did not have an appointment, but was serviced quickly. My gel manicure wasn’t great, but not the worst, either. There was not much conversation between me and my nail technician, but she seemed very sweet!

I was a first time customer. Thought I made an appointment with Danh through his cellphone. Got there and a lady started pedicure. She cut a notch in my toe and tried to put stuff on it. It kept bleeding. Instead of trying to fix it, she just kept going. She was painting it with blood going in the polish brush and into bottle. My toe has blood in the polish. I was supposed to have nails done with Danh, but he started on someone else. Terrible pedicure and no nails!!

They did a wonderful job. They are very professional. They are cheaper than most places. They did me and my friends finger nails and we are very satisfied!! Love this place!! Will always go here from now on out!

This nail salon has definitely been upgraded since the new owners! Very clean and very professional. My sister and I are now regulars. They pay close attention to detail and are very welcoming!

I will never go to this business again! The two employees were fighting and cursing at each other.. The lady doing my nails was so rough and very rude... she nicked me with the drill several times my fingers were bleeding when I left... she just took my money and stormed away without even a have a nice day... I am only giving them one star because I had to.. I give them a zero star. I wish I would not have wasted my time and money there... I will never go back or refer them to anyone..

Tina is Very rude. In a hurry. And whatever you do dont complain that it looks like a 2 yr old painted your nails because it will be your fault.Also, she made a scene in front of other customers when I went in for her to correct them.And when I went back in to have them repainted everything looked fine until I got in my truck and noticed my 8 year old could have done a better job.

Did not have to wait long. Went Friday afternoon before New Years so I was very surprised. Tech said Wednesday & Thursday were very busy. The tech did an excellent job on my nails (gel). I believe she was an owner of the faculty. Both workers & customers coming in were very friendly. Will add pedicure & take husband next visit.

It was my first time ever getting my nails done professionally. Believe me I was scared to death because I didnt know what to expect. I finally had the guts to walk into this salon, and I am so glad that I did -l absolutely love my new nails! Tina was amazing and fast! I asked so many questions and she answered all of them. Me and my friend went to get our nails. i got a nails fix and she got marble. they couldn’t match color to my nails and the marble on her nails look like zebra print. also nail glue all over our nails. will not go back. recommend desire nails in gallatin.

The paint job wasn’t the best, the colors were limited but the acrylics looked good. I suggest adding more nail polishes in the shop.

Dont believe everything you read. Ask questions when you arrive which is why I didnt give it a 5 star. There wasnt a greeting when I walked in, however they were very busy and I didnt have an appointment, 2nd I wasnt aware there was a sign in sheet there was no sign to tell me to do so. That I would say common courtesy of regular clients. Could have said something. But my overall experience with Ms. Tina was very pleasant . We had a misunderstanding about the exact service I wanted done but I take the blame for that you have to be very clear when you go to have a service done anywhere. But she did a wonderful job and they were very kind and made me feel very comfortable. And they are the only nail salon that uses the tyler of product for my nails for so far in this state, as well as not charging a 100.00 for the product. I will be returning to them.

Lousy pedicure!!!The lady was in such a hurry, hardly any massage and my hills are so rough after the service.I will tell my wife not to go back there neither will I go there again.Waste of money.Actually this was the worst pedicure I ever had.I was there on 5/27/16 around 10:30 AM.

The woman who did my pedi was amazing and very nice. The man who did my fill in was by far the most repulsive male human being I have come across in my life. He verbally humiliated his whom I thought was his wife or GF but he corrected me. Stating he doesnt like her she is skinny making me feel extremely awkward. There were other comments made ,I tried to joke off the very inappropriate convo and he just kept on... on top of that it was about 7:40 when I got up to wash my hands we were now alone and there were suggested comments made. When I stated facts of he should be ashamed and I feel as if he has no glimpse of humanity left he thought I was joking. My polish was put on very slowly even though I kept stating my child and husband are home. He would stop to continue his ridiculous conversation whom in which I was blinded by anger and discomfort once polish was on I was up and walking out and he followed to ask dont you want to dry as I stated I am so disgusted I will never come back here 😓 my heart goes out to Tina. If you ever read this i defended you to the maximum you deserve so much better and its out there. You are a sweet sweet woman and I am so sorru I will never come to uour business again.
