This is the final look after almost two hours.If they offer the option of adding nail art, they should be able to add a simple flower. I had made an appointment, yet they stopped multiple times to go take care of walk ins. On top of that, she had zero patience. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Decided to try this location because other reviews said good with kids, so we with my 4 year old daughter. 5 STARS for her service. Her nails looks great, she loved the pedicure with the water basin her size.My husband enjoyed his pedicure. He is giving 4 STARS because online they said mimosas are included but with covid this is not currently true at this location (but two weeks ago at a different location I had mimosas which leads me to conclude that it is owners choice).I would give today 3 1/2 stars over all for my pedicure...My water was lukewarm (my bad I should have spoken up), the message chair wasnt working correctly (again I should have spoken up and asked for a new chair), the nail clipping looks great but was a little painful which doesnt normally occur... My last and reason I am writing this review is that they didnt give a menu for services so I wasnt 100% clear on the price. This wouldnt be an issue but the total was $127 +30 tip and is CASH ONLY PAY. On their website it doesnt mention CASH ONLY, luckily I had enough cash but there ATM is broken and this could have been a major issue.Also it should be noted that this location has parking in the back but it is a small parking lot with tight spaces. otherwise street parking is also an option.

1 star because I want to acknowledge the person doing the work - she is very good at what she does. The Owner was Dishonest in jacking up the price After the wax service from $25 to $40! I told her she lost a customer, which she didnt react to at all - no apology, no explanation, just disinterest. Probably because I dont come in regularly so she really doesnt care and if I didnt pay, she would take the money from the worker, no doubt about that. Know that she Is Dishonest and you decide if you want to support that.

I absolutely love this nail salon! I’ve been going for years and the entire staff are always so friendly. Cindy especially always makes me feel special. AND like today if you’re on a time crunch she can get you in and out quickly without skimping on quality! Highly recommend!

OMG!!! This is my go-to spot for a mani-pedi! Definitely go in for the PEDI DELUXE (it’s SO WORTH IT). I go here on the regular with my grandma and she ABSOLUTELY loves it! She literally falls asleep everytime!They are so quick and precise, I even get dipped powder!!! Finally a place with DIPPING POWDER!And not to mention their designs are so cute!!!

Cindy and her workers do a very good job. It cost a tiny bit more but you get what you pay for! I always get good service and my mani /pedi last a long time. Cindy does excellent pedi massage and thorough calous removal-even if you are ticklish like I am. It helps to make an appointment, but I have stopped by for walk in as well. I watch closely and they clean and disinfect according to best practices and Oregon law (I went to cosmetology school, so I know.) they take covid precautions seriously with clear barriers at mani stations and pedi chairs, masks for workers & customers and everyone entering disinfecting hands (customers and employees alike.) Im happy to support this business!

I love this nail salon! I have been to so many salons and everywhere I go doesnt shape right, does my nails too thick, makes them too short, always something. But at Princess they really know what they are doing and think of it as more of an art and is something they enjoy rather than just a job, so they definitely make sure you are happy with the outcome.The owners Kelly and Young are so nice and are amazing at doing nails, Kelly is crazy creative. Young always does my nails and does a great job, I never see anyone else. They definitely keep up to date with trends and bring in new product often, so you always have a lot of options.

I got a deluxe pedicure and a fill. I love how my nails turned out. Though a couple are filed a tad bit crooked which I didnt realize till later. The pedicure was really nice I would definitely recommend it. The cost was about what I would expect. It wasnt busy, so I was able to get in right away.

I really like Cindy, she’s sweet. Nails are pretty great for the price, they have really cool stickers and a few different options like marbling, gold specs and all that. Eye for detail could be Slightly better but it’s worth it anyways.

Ive been going here since I moved to Portland at the recommendation of a friend. I love it. I get both nail sets and pedicure done once a month or so. The nails have never broken, my toenail polish looks as good when I have it redone as the day they did it. Everyone is lovely, nice and helpful. I cant say enough nice things about this salon.

Love this place! Excellent rates for really fantastic work! I get acrylics and shellac manicures (by Cindy, whos amazing) and I love the results every time. They have every color you could possibly imagine, even in shellac. And everyone is a total sweetheart there. Great staff and very clean and bright space. Theyre just the BEST!

Ive been coming here 2 years. Things only get better! You should see my new nails...Awesome ! Its definitely a bilingual or more place. Their boss wants to be sure each one has the personal attention they need. This afternoon, 4 People voted on the best color for a client. But first, they got her down to 3 colors...Best business for a Lady Get away !

I just want this place to really realize how sloppy of a job they are doing and not taking their time. Now I see a bunch of bad photos on yelp which I wish I saw before because now I have sloppy gel polish all onto my cuticles which is going to lift as soon as my nails grow At all. My polish shouldn’t be suffocating my cuticles and sloppy when I pay a lot of money for a service. They were fairly nice and offered wine but I left feeling so disappointed. My kids pedicure and mine felt rushed and like they just wanted to get us done instead of wanting us to relax. The girl next to us didn’t even get a top coat and her nails looked unfinished. She asked them about it and heys aid they did it and sent her on her way. She seemed pretty bummed too. You should feel happy and pleased with your service when leaving getting your nails done. My toe nails don’t even have polish on the entire nail either. I just wasted so much money when I was wishing for nice nails for my birthday. :(

Don’t waste your time or money. Walked out with the worst $56 manicure I’ve ever gotten. Glue all over my hands, gaps where they didn’t glue the tip down all the way and somehow every single nail is different ranging from round to almond in various different lengths. I have multiple little cuts from where they kept missing with the file. I’m not usually picky about them looking perfect but a little more effort would have been nice.

Went in for pedicure, no polish, I just wanted my feet cleaned up and nails trimmed. They were able to take me right away on a Saturday afternoon and were very welcoming. Lisa did a really nice job for me. I will be back!

They sell the product call Sole solution.This is the best foot cream! After just one use, I was able to see a difference. My heels were smoother and the soles of my feet were softer. Ive been using it daily for a few weeks and I love Nu Skin Sole Solutions!

The best nail experience I have had so far. They were precise and took time on giving me the perfect shape! They have so many options and its very clean and the staff was spectacular. The price was also very amazing! Never going to any other nail salon.

This place is horrible service. I went in with a picture, asked if they could do it and the lady seemed very confident that she could. I came out of that place with nails that I did not want they are uneven and sloppy. She was very rough with my nails and blamed it on the length. When she couldn’t do the design I wanted I decided to choose one on the designs they have and she still couldn’t do it but claimed that she was the one who designed them all. I ended up having a panic attack because of how sloppy they looked and how rude she was being. It’s only been two days and one of them is already popping off. I do not recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time or money on “professionals” who can’t even simply paint a line on a nail without screwing it up.

Princess Nails has been my “place” for over 6 years now!!! All the complaints I see below, blows my mind. Cindy, the owner is the hardest worker I know and does her very best to accommodate everyone, but sometimes people’s high expectations for a walk in isn’t her problem!This staff is wonderful. We went here as part of our bachelorette party weekend and loved it. The ladies are very kind and the service was excellent! They have 9 pedicure stations and 6 manicure tables. We called the same morning and they were able to see us within an hour or so. The massage as part of the deluxe pedicure was long and thoughtfully done, lots of attention and checking in to make sure we were happy. Fun conversation too when we told them we were going to Darcelles for the show! Definitely recommend this place!

At other nail salons, Ive often felt rushed. The staff at Princess take their time to do a perfect job. I always have a relaxing and satisfying experience there. They really go the extra mile to provide excellent and quality service.

Very considerate, gentle, and nice staff. I got a deluxe pedicure and eyebrow wax here. The pedicure was fabulous--the extra massage was well worth it! And they did a great job on my eyebrows... its always a little nerve-wracking to get your brows done at a new place, but I had nothing to fear here. I will definitely be coming back!

I was a regular at this place and the girls were so nice, but I went in to get my nails thickened because they were falling off three days after getting them on and they decided to be very slow, rude, and made me wait while I had my child with me. I’m very disappointed and now have to find a new nail salon.

The quality is pretty good. A huge red flag for me is when a company has posted prices for product/service then charges you differently even when you asked for the right thing. Im still not sure why I was asked to pay more money than I should have. So even though it was the closest Ive gotten to what I wanted with results (with salons around Portland) I just dont appreciate the extra money added to my bill or being pestered about upselling. For me if Im listened to then Ill be a loyal customer, but I avoid places who push their employees to annoy customers. You lose money in the long run even if you padded the bill with an extra $10 one time.

I came here 1 week ago. My nails look nice, but it’s only been one week and some are already lifting and about to fall off. I’ve never had that happen and I’ve been getting my nails done like this for 3 years consistently. Normally they last 3 weeks no problem. Also my edges have been very rough since day one so my hair keeps getting caught on them. The lady who did them was nice but kept filling my fingers with the drill ,Not even my cuticle at all but past that and it hurt and some bleed and my fingers were sore for 3 days, I even mentioned it was hurting 3 times but she continued.

Everyone who works here (that Ive interacted with at least) is incredible nice and attentive to detail. I usually just get a gel manicure, but last time I also got my eyebrows waxed which is a service I plan to use from here on out because they did a WAY better job than I could ever do on my own. Its good for going to alone or with a small group, but it does get really full on the weekends.

I went here for a set of acrylics and the guy who did them took twice as long as usual and cut up my fingers, hoping i don’t get any infections from this. There were also some bumps/dents left in the polish

The lady manager was very rude and conniving. When I asked her how much for a full set she quoted an outrages amount and my response was for acrylic? She went down on her price but I could tell by the look on her face and her tone that she was angry. I let her do my nails and there was a couple of things she left out, like trimming my nails, and she did not use any bonding before she put the acrylic gel on; Knowing that they would not stay on. Ive had to go back twice because the nail comes completely off. She charges me three dollars every time and now the third nail has come completely off. Understand that the nails are not breaking they are coming completely off because the wont stay on well because she didnt use any bonding. There is no doubt in my mind that she done this on purpose, it was not a mistake! They really should let her go or at least remove her title and put someone else in charge.I am now sitting in another salon having to pay again to have a full set of nails. I am just livid!!!

I was a walk-in and expected to wait, but was attended to immediately! Got a full set of acrylic with shellac polish for $41+tip... very fair imo. Service was great, soothing and quiet atmosphere, lots of great colors to choose from! Will definitely be going back!

Went in with the intentions of getting a deluxe pedicure, a full set of sns nails and you tell me I have choice but to cut my real nails even though I said I wanted to keep my natural nail length! Will not be coming back. No point in making an appointment when it’s clear you don’t care about your customers personal choice. I live across the street and had planned on spending $200 but instead paid $47 plus $5 tip all due to your employees not listening to my personal choice and request! I will be going elsewhere for now on where they listen to the customer

I went her for the first time last weekend and had a wonderful experience Lisa did my nails and pedicure, she was very sweet and took her time with my hands and feet. Most places make you feel rushed and tend not to do a thorough job, it was the complete opposite here! They even give you a stamp card! I will be going back, and taking a few friends with me:)

I got my nails done about a week ago by Vee and had a wonderful experience. She was so friendly and pleasant to be around. A couple days after I left, a few of the nails started peeling. I went back in to get them fixed and they redid all of them, complimentary. Very friendly service and didn’t hesitate to fix the problem. Definitely will return!

The technicians are usually really nice And I went there frequently until I got acrylics for the first time. They started by filing my nails with an obviously used and unsanitized nail drill bit. Next, they began to file my nails and which made my fingers burn for some reason. Then she cut me 3 different times with the file but told me it was my fault for flexing my hand. My finger started bleeding so she put nail glue in it. NAIL GLUE. It stung so bad and I told her that it hurt again so she put NAIL POLISH REMOVER in it. By that point I was in pain but I just wanted to get it over with and I didn’t want to be rude. By the time she was done, all my fingers hurt, were red, uneven and the acrylic was super thick on one nail but thin on the other. Let’s just say I never went back. My fingers hurt for 4 days after that visit. Very unsanitary and rude.

Cindy was such a delight. I had very tender fingertips and she listened and adapted her technique to ensure I experienced no pain. Very nice!!!

The staff is very nice and professional. Didnt try to upsell every 5 seconds which I appreciate! They also offer white wine, red wine or champagne. They were very busy (mostly pedicures) but they have a lot of staff and managed time great.

My friend and I were looking for a pedicure without an appointment. When we got here all the techs were busy but said they could take us and told us to pick a color. They got our feet in water right away and then finished up with the other customers. My tech didnt seem to know English terribly well but she didnt let that stop her from making sure I had great service and communication. We will be back!

Cut my finger really bad and the shape of stiletto was horrible I do not recommend! I had to tell her a million times how to do my nail shape and they cut my ankle it was a awful experience

If i could give this a zero I would 😕 my sister and I came in and choose our colors but they were out😑 oh and they don’t have a big selection of colors at al compared to other salons. When we finally got the color the lady that was doing my nails didn’t even sit down, it felt like she just wanted to get it over with. Their tools aren’t clean, I personally saw how she put the nail clipper she used for my nails back in the jar where she got it from. Today has been a week since we went, and the nail polish just came off 😐 it’s gel so I have no idea how that’s possible but I just peeled it off. Not going there again.

This salon is just incredible! The nail tech working on my manicure did everything I ask and she fulfilled each requests wonderfully. When she was done, my nails were just elegant looking!

I went out of my way to visit this salon based on reviews. It was spendy...I got the deluxe pedicure, it cost more but the massage was worth it. They were very efficient, every employee was working. I didnt like how rushed I felt though. I had two ladies taking care of me which wasnt necessarily bad but the girl doing my manicure insisted on doing it while I was getting my pedicure.. with no table for me to rest my hands on. She balanced the gel light machine on my lap and made me feel bad If I moved the wrong way. Keep in mind I was 8 months pregnant at the time... Overall i wasnt that impressed, not worth me going out of my way again.

I have gone to Princess twice now and am really kicking myself for going back a second time. Cindy is extremely nice and I think that is what made me want to give it a second try. The first time my nails were uneven and shaped weird and the color she used was not the same color I asked for but I didn’t notice until I got home (different shades of gold) so I ended up going back the next day to get it changed. She did it no questions asked but I was still counting down the days till it was time for a fill. I went back today and wanted ombré pink and white. She filed the fake nails all the way down to the beds to the point that it burned and they are now extremely sore. She was confident she could do what I had asked for and I even showed her a picture but the result looks like a perfect example of a Pinterest fail. They are once again uneven and inconsistently shaped. The ombré effect is almost nonexistent andI am actually embarrassed at how my nails look and I wish I had the money to get them taken off or fixed at a different salon. I highly recommend not going here- or if you do, only go for a pedicure. I was also pressured in to using their ATM and paying cash. I have been getting my nails done for 17 years and I know what a good experience should feel like. I will continue to hunt for a new nail salon in the area. Based on reviews, it’s not looking so bright.

I am super picky and cindy did an amazing job! She is truly a nail artist ......and takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect. This will definately be my go to nail salon from now on.

I had an appointment here at 12:30 and they took a whole hour even though i was the only appointment on that day and i had somewhere to go at two and now i’m very late because the acrylics i got took around 30 minutes and they waited until the last possible minute to do them. the acrylics themselves were good i think but the customer service is terrible. i guess you get less than what you pay for here.

They don’t listen to what you want! Man handled rather than being able to relax . Very disappointing! However the gel polish stayed on my toes forever ! So I was happy about that!

Been going to this place for about 6 years. I dont go very often but when I do I get the deluxe pedicure and its amazing.

I would not usually leave a negative review but, the way this salon operates is beyond unprofessional and my nails look atrocious.I called and made an appointment for a gel fill and two classic manicures for my teenage daughters, the three of us arrive and let the receptionist know we we there for our appointment, I sat down with the first woman, we will call her Associate #1 she was very nice until she tried to repair one of my gel nails with an acrylic nail and I asked her curiously why she was using the acrylic when the rest of my nails were gel, she looked up at me briefly and continued applying the acrylic type nail,I ask her again why are you applying the acrylic to my nail when the rest are gel? She abruptly drops my hand and about three other employees start speaking (native language, I couldnt understand ) another woman employee (we will call her associate #2) comes over and asks me to repeat myself. I calmly explain I came for a gel fill and associate #1 was applying acrylic to my nails, associate #2 has now taken over doing my nails and first thing she did was file the hell out of my cuticle on my left thumb to the point it was bleeding, today it is red and inflamed, thats not what I expect from a nail salon and from the looks of my repaired nail this salon does not specialize in gel because associate #2 could barely get the nail form on my finger, As associate #2 is getting ready to apply gel after filing my nails they only had clear gel, my usual nail tech uses a soft pink gel that looks very natural, So now I have two toned nails and one crystal clear oddly shaped repaired nail.I brought my own gel polish which I was charged 10$ on top of the 30$ for the gel fill,for using gel polish (?) when finished painting my nails associate #2 accidentally kept my polish, which may or may not have been an accident, the way we were treated Im not sure at this point.Associate #1 is now doing my youngest daughters manicure, on the way home my older daughter tells me the woman was rude my younger daughter who was too shy to say anything, I was charged 1$ a piece (a total of 4$) for the nail files but they used the same 2 files on both my daughters hands, overall Im very disappointed in the services I received I feel like I was treated poorly and I will not be returning.

Ive visited Princess Nails twice now. I wanted to wait to leave a review because I wasnt sure if they did such a great job the first visit because they knew it was my first time. I came back for a pedicure and a gel fill and I am very happy with my results. The polish job is very clean, straight down to the cuticle. NiNi does an excellent pedicure and Cindy does an awesome job at gel nails. I drive 30 minutes just to visit this salon. Definitely reccomended.

The lady who was doing my nails wasn’t friendly or welcoming at all. when I told her that there was something wrong with my nails and kindly asked if she could fix it , she gave me attitude and still didn’t do what i had ask. I went in for an acrylic almond shape and I ended up getting nails that weren’t all the same length and each nail had a different shape, the nail polish was bumpy and the nail as a whole was extremely thick. I was so disappointed with the services and the fact she couldn’t even fix it . I had to go to another nail salon to get a whole new set.!

Had to wait an hour and a half to get my nails done after I already had set an appointment the day before. One nail was crooked and the others were lumpy. Nice people but horrible service.

Worst experience ever! Wouldn’t recommend waisting your time here. I’ve never been to a nail salon that’s so unprofessional. I had an appointment at 1:30pm and I got there and it was full, it seem as if they had no clue I made the appointment with them. They told me to pick out a color so I did and after that they didn’t communicate with me how long it would be until I’d be able to get my nails done. I waited for about 40 minutes in their SILENT salon until I left. I drove all the way from Vancouver,WA to this salon thinking I would have a good experience due to the reviews and claims on their website but wow was I wrong. Waist of time.

I got my nails done last Thursday for a fill with shellac and a basic pedi it was 72 before tip. The website said the pedi was 20 and I was charged 30. They cut me bad enough that it still hurts and didn’t remove the drill bit after to clean it. The next day I had to go back because you could see through the polish. 3 days later my nail fell off and I went in today to get a new one and said PLEASE be careful she cut me last time and I was cut AGAIN. Again I didn’t see them remove the bit to sanitize. The health department should go in and I will NEVER be returning. Awful.

They lied about the price, I ended up paying 3x more then I was told. There were ants everywhere and there were ants in the water they had us soak our hands in. My nails are in even and I am disappointed.

Big language barrier. Herself and the employee dont know english very well. Speak in there if native language the whole time. So it my fault if they miss understood. Does not like to take responsibility for her acts and told me i was wrong, but she will still do my nails. I told her I did not want me nails done anymore and she asked why? I believe the customer is correct and the salon is there to provide a service for the costumer. Without the costume there would be no work for the salon. Felt so disrespected.

The place was packed when I went in for my 4PM appointment. For my first time getting a pedicure, I went with their deluxe option. I didnt know it was suggested to bring your own nail file, buffer, and scrubber, or even your own polish..next time I will do that because they charged 2 bucks for file and scrubber which i was ok with. If you like your water hot, tell them, or you get basic room temperature water because they arent trying to make you uncomfortable. I appreciated the gentleman who gave me a nice massage and scrub and paraffin wax. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Massage chair was so awesome, and the staff was just super friendly. I will bring my own polish next time or try shellac, the off white I chose from their selection came out lumpy and finished they are not even in the color even after 2 coats. I wanted to try this place, with having low expectations, but they surprised me and I would go back :)

This place is ridiculous. Every time I went there were charges tacked on for reasons Ive never been charged extra at any other salon. One time it was an extra charge just because I was changing from regular polish to shellac (WHY WOULD THAT COST EXTRA?) even though I was already paying extra to get shellac?? and another time it was because the fake tip was longer than my natural nail (the whole point???). It honestly just felt like they were making stuff up to charge for and it always came out $20-$30 extra than the posted price. Not coming back.

This business is awful, very rude and demanding. The nail tech filed my skin and my fingers started to bleed. My friend and I are very upset about the unsanitary clothe rags they used, the rags were dripping wet and they also used them to clean the counter when taking breaks, also the unpleast smell coming from them. We are very unpleased with the lack of common courtesy and respect. They often got up to help other costumers and took their damn time. Please think twice about wasting your hard earned money here.

Both times I came here I was overcharged, and the most recent time my acrylics were sloppily done and I had to go home and remove them. The staff is very nice but I won’t be coming back
