I would have given a much better rate but I told the guy doing my nails I believe he was the owner that I need super glue on one because its falling off he did not listen to me 4 days later my pointer finger is coming off. I have 4 kids so getting my nails done is a treat to myself and if the guy would have listened maybe P were got a better rate. I also gave him a good tip which was a waste of my money and time. Will never go back or tell others to go

I know the set I wanted are hard work, which is why I was willing to pay for them. My friends got overcharged for the quality. Never again

Love this place the most out of nail places but they were cleaned out and closed down and no information on the window if they relocated and when I call their number it just hangs up Everytime. Us nails is the only reason for me to go to the loud center so I dont shop there anymore

Me and my husband went in earlier today on a walk in basis for a full set of acrylics, and a mani for him. They saw us immediately. I wanted basic, longer square nails, something sparkly. But durable, because i have a 2yo son. I did an extra 2 layers of gel coat. I paid an extra 15 or so, but i couldnt be happier with the result or durability of these babies! They came out beautifully!

I agree with all the previous reviews on this guy. It is hard to believe the customer service he gives. I asked questions and he pretty much doesnt answer them or if he did, it would be so difficult to understand and he wont repeat it or even try to clarify what he is saying. I just got something done that I wasnt what I wanted. The shapes were not uniform and he was aggressive when filing that it hurt. Luckily, the end result wasnt bad, but communication would have been REALLY REALLY REALLY useful. I am probably not coming here again.

I only tip when very completely and over the top satisfied. My Manicurist was FabUlous!💃💅👏👏👏😉

Went in, wanted some mermaid ones done was told they could only do one color which had never been my experience before. Every time I asked for a small change, I got told it was more and more money even though I kept asking for smaller changes. I literally just wanted color. No acrylics, no spray...just..color. Ive paid 10 on average at other places (not counting tip) and this place charged $25 which I had to pay *before* the manicure which was fine but it made it so I didnt know how much to tip because I tip based on service and result. I tipped 20%. She didnt get very close to my cuticle so one day in, they look like they were done 5 days ago because the nail looks grown-in.I wanted matte but she missed a couple spots so I have shiny spot nails. She went to clean up one of my cuticles and the clippers were DISGUSTING like you could literally SEE the pieces of other peoples skin on them. I told her to keep them away from me.She had her kid there who was just messing around with the already unsanitary equipment.Would have complained to their face but the lady spoke like zero English. So, I just told her to have a good day and left.

Not welcoming... They said the wait was 10min but that had passed. I would have waited but then i saw under the nail drying table... GROSS! There was dirt and dust where you put your feet at to dry your toe nails then i looked around and the walls by the chair were filthy and the floor was filthy as well i saw the nastiness and walked out! Im cool on getting a fungus from US Nails!!!

I have a great experience every time I go! They give the best pedicures every which include rad leg massages with hot stones! I love this place and have no clue why they have such a low rating!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had got a full set and a pedicure AND IT’S HORRIBLE! Terrible nail service, extremely poor customer service, and honestly I don’t know how they stay open and why would any one ever return. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you do NOT go to US Nails. I’m super irritated & upset with everything at this nail shop.

The staff are always professional the atmosphere is clean and right when you walk in they are welcoming and attentive. The prices are good too.

I used to love this place... but they have some super cocky people who are now charging luxury prices..... the girl before me was like how much??? But she paid it. I did my usually pink n white. And he said its be the same price to do the sparkly tip...I asked 3x how much all together..apparently he stopped understanding English at that point..came out 20 higher then Ive ever paid....lol ... I wont be back!!!! The last time as well, the Stuck up snoot charged for 40 for a fill.... BYE bye us nail!!!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I felt very rushed, when the man was filling my nails he was being very Aggressive. He painted my nails very sloppy. I was not happy with the finished product but still payed $45 dollars!!

Fast, unique designs, friendly team. However, theres always a little paint thats left on my finger or a tiny smudge before I even pay. Most times I dont care bc I barely notice it and the times I do, they fix it. Could add a bit more massage/oils/rocks to the deluxe pedicure and manicures, Id pay the extra.

Bullshit! Bullshit! Bullshit! I paid for a new set of nails less than a week ago. One of them popped off already! I know I have a small nail bed, but technicians excuse was since my nail bed was so small, she had to lay acrylic over not just the nail bed, but over the tips of my fingers. And this was before, she added the tips! She claimed it would make the nails stay longer! I will go here again! I will be taking my business elsewhere! I also want to mention that I asked her several times for rounded nails, if I didnt keep reminding her, I was gonna get ugly basic squares. Worst experience ever!

I went there with a friend of mine as an impromptu girls day out and I got a pedicure. The guy ripped out my 2 of my cuticles and made me bleed. Right after he sprayed my nails down with acetone and held my foot when I jerked my foot as a reaction to the pain of getting acetone sprayed into open wounds. I was offered a manicure, free of charge, which I refused because I work in food service and having nail polish isnt allowed. He insisted on just filing my nails, so I allowed him. He ripped out another cuticle and made me bleed again. Afterwards I went to pay and he charged me 38 dollars! I wasnt told I was being charged that much until AFTER he ran my card. I was told that a pedicure was 20 dollars. I will never go there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is the second time my mom and I had come back here to try and give it a second chance do not come here it is a waste of money I have to get my nails redone tomorrow because they wouldnt listen to me when I tried to explain what I wanted I thought I was pretty clear with short Square what I got was long Square uneven blotchy and not anything close to what I actually wanted I gave up trying to explain after he shook his head and said I didnt really know what I was talking about this is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life and that is coming from somebody who works in customer service dont come here again it is not worth the over $40 I spent just I have to get them removed tomorrow even the color wasnt what I wanted when I tried pointing out a few of the options that I wanted he shook his head and went with the easiest option that he could it was very obvious that he just wanted to get me out of his chair and on my way so I wouldnt bug him anymore this is the rudest place Ive ever had my nails done usually I wouldnt complain but none of them can speak very good English and cant communicate at all with the customer is or clientele that come in and if they do speak very good English they sure know how to hide it theres a few that I could tell salt bad for my experience because I was very unhappy throughout the entire experience but they didnt speak up or try and intervene or anything they just looked at me and gave me sad confused looks the manicure at self was totally half-assed cuticles werent clips finger were not soaked and massage after was literally just to get me out of their chair do not come here unless you want to have to get work done elsewhere and be told that youre constantly wrong for knowing exactly what you want could also hear the employee audibly sigh because he had to get up two times to get different samples of what options they provided was rushed into picking a color that I didnt even really like because he wouldnt give me a second before he started my nails to look after telling me what I wanted either wasnt there or he couldnt understand what I was actually saying even though I explained it for five separate times

I did not get the nail techs name, which is unfortunate, but the man that was assigned to me was being aggressive with my hands the whole time while he was filing and using drill tools on my nails. Eventually he began to file and shape my nails with a used nail file. It took a moment for me to register that he was using a dirty nail file before I asked him if he had a clean one. He then got an attitude with me and seemed surprised that I would even ask such a question. I then told him “hold on, I have my own nail file” and reached into my bag to pulled my personal file out for him to use.When he was finished filing my nails he aggressively put oil on my cuticles and shooed at me and told me to go wash my hands. As I was getting up my stuff fell over so I bent down to pick it up, and he raised his voice at me to go wash my hands. I said “I am” (he raised his voice at my again to go wash my hands) as I went to go wash my hands. After washing/drying my hands he told me to “pick a color” but instead I went to go gather my things and told him that I will just pay him for the little bit that he did to my nails and leave. He yelled “$20.00!” So I just reached into my pocket to pull out a $20 dollar bill and tossed it on the table as I left. I ended up with square-shaped, uneven and too short nails after I told the nail tech to cut them down VERY LITTLE.I didn’t know what to do at the moment because I was just so upset & literally cried on the way home.I feel frustrated with myself because I paid out of fear that I didn’t want to cause a scene, and possibly have security called on me for refusing to pay event though I was highly dissatisfied with the service that I was receiving. #lloydcentermall #yelppdx #yelpnails #terriblecustomerservice

Boo! Silly me I should have read the reviews, bad job all around. I called ahead for 4 pedicures, they said yes come on in. One guy doing all four of us 😔 I felt like the tubs were not clean, the utensils not clean, it was a quick fast bad job. Sorry hate to leave 1 star reviews but not ok.

I go here all the time and they always do a great job. Some of these reviews are ridiculous! The girl thats so upset about her $21 nails smudging shes getting a lawyer involved? Maybe some people should skip the manicures and take a Xanax instead.

Their prices say that its 25 for a full set I said I wanted French nails and they made me pay 40 when I was done because they use gel on my nails instead of acrylic but overall the service was very good my nails are good and look wonderful I would recommend this place to other people for sure

This place is horrible. The workers are so rude and the lady who did my nails burned me twice with the electric file! Then had the nerve to say my acrylic was too thick and she had to shave it down... So so so pissed. They even charged me an extra $2 for two colors instead of one!!! Never ever going here again, the customer service was terrible.

I had got my nails done today and the lady said keep your nails under for 10 min and they messed up !!! and smudged I did a complaint w the company and the mall they didnt give owners name or no information so I will be taking them to court ! And a fill is $15 dollars not $21 dollars . WORST PLACE .
