This place is so chill, they have great prices and their attention to detail is top. Kaitlin did a pretty finnicky design for me and was very accommodating and sweet. I really appreciated that she checked in about what would be possible (long lasting, comfortable, as opposed to the picture I saw lol) and made sure that what she was doing was exactly what would make me happy. Loved it!

Do these look like $75 worth of nails to you?Yeah no. We originally had appointments with AnnaLee. But once we got there she passed us to these two other nail techs. The nail Tech that did my nails was so disrespectful and argumentative. I gave him numerous corrections on what I wanted which I told annalee and she later told him once I came over to him but obviously he wasnt listening. He was EXTREMELY aggressive and I told him multiply times he was hurting my hand. Not only was he hurting my nails he was rushing with my nail and not paying attention to the picture which obviously had a different shape then he was doing. He kept questioning me and telling me normally people want a different shape . He later started raising his voice to the point where annalee had to interrupt and finish last touches on my nails. They didnt put any lotion on my hands or cuticle oil which obviously made them look so DRY . My friend also didnt get the nails she wanted although the girl was nice she was cutting her skin and didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. Very sweet though! All I have to say is dont go to the only male that works in the shop and if you go to anyone other than annalee your risking there being numerous mistakes made. Extremely disappointed! I honestly contemplating having them take mine off because of how terrible they looked. Im sorry to say we will not WE WILL NOT BE BACK. Weve gotten our nail done by annalee once before and had a great experience but this was terrible and ruined both of our days.By the way I now know by the reviews below his name is ANTHONY. I do not recommend him at all.

I dropped in as I was waiting for my bike to have a 100 mile check at Clever Cycle. So happy I was able to be seen and had a beautiful gel manicure. Christy was so great and fun to chat with. Though not in my neighborhood, I will return for sure. Was quiet and relaxing. As I was leaving a party of 5 arrived, perfect timing, perfect place.

My friend and I went on a 5-mile hike through mud the day before we made it to Hawthorne Nail Care, and suffice it to say we were feeling only slightly less than mortified for someone to have to deal with the aftermath of it. My cute nail tech Juan was the sweetest and made me feel the opposite of judged (whatever that word would be 😂) and he was so sweet and did such an awesome job. If I lived in the state I would definitely come back for them, they were all so kind and accommodating and just took the best care of us. If youre looking for an affordable service where youre getting the most for your money, this place is it. I cant say enough good things, especially after what they had to deal with 🥴😭🙌🏻

Mary is lovely. You can have a glass of champagne or bring a beer like I did. Her older assistants can be a touch robotic but generally respond well to special needs. My gel lasted a month and could have lasted more but my nails grow fast.

I was nervous to go get nails done right now, but Mary and her staff have taken all the precautions to make sure that everyone is safe and healthy. They have plexiglass barriers in front of all the manicure and pedicure stations, and they only let in a limited number of clients at a time. This was a nice treat during a stressful time. And they did an amazing job, as usual!

I stopped by for a powder dip manicure last week and Hawthorne Nail Care did an awesome job. I was so pleased with my first visit there, I decided to stop for a pedicure today. Hawthorne Nail Care did a fabulous job- its the best pedicure Ive ever had. Every person working there was friendly, its very clean and is a relaxing environment. I will definitely be back!

I’ve come here twice and both times left very happy. They do great dip powders and take the time to file them down so your nails don’t look like there’s a blob of gloop on them. Maybe just get some more colors for the powder but other than that I love this salon!

This place is the best. I found them 3 years ago when I moved and I’m so happy I did. They have the best prices for great service. It’s hard to pick a favorite, and everyone here is great, but Mary does a great job and exactly what I ask for every time.

I think I found my go-to nail salon! Not only are they knowledgeable in their craft but are also extremely welcoming and sweet. I’ve been here several times. Mostly because it’s a few minutes away from my work, but I took my acrylic nails off today and I have FUNGUS on my nails! I don’t have health insurance so now it will be extremely expensive for me to get this treated.My nails when I went there were always uneven and much too thick. Will not be going back.

Decided to try Hawthorne Nail Care when my usual shop started cutting corners! She was extremely personable and polite! And explained the style of nail he typically did. I dont think my nails have ever looked this good! I look forward to go this place. And I was very satisfied.

Made an appointment for a pedicure and a full set. Halfway through my pedicure, my nail specialist leaves me sitting in the chair to tend to a walk in pedicure client. I literally sat and waited 20 minutes until finally I asked if I was almost done. My nail specialist hardly responded and continued finishing the other guests pedicure instead. I was hoping for a little more professionalism, or respect for my time and money.

Lovely relaxing family run nail salon. They offer water, tea, wine or champagne to go with your mani and/or pedi! Very warm, caring people who do an outstanding job on your nails.

They really seem to care about every single customer that comes in. They are so meticulous with painting (not always the case in a turn and burn type place). 2 hours for shellac french nails, and ONLY a french color on my toe nails. I said no to a pedicure and a manicure, they still provided services I said no to twice and still charged me for it. The whole process took forever. Two stars for pushing unsolicited services and for taking a long damn time! Someone please help me, I live in SE.. I get my nails done every 4 wks. I need someone thats a professional at French shellac and french toes polish and someone whos pretty good that theyre speedy. Please reach out to me. I cant continue to sit there through 2 hours of amateurs. This is the second salon Ive been to thats not on their A game.

DONT GO HERE. They messed up my nails when taking the gel off. I got a manicure somewhere else afterwards, and my nails are *still* all dinged up. The girl here ( Mary ) even went UNDER MY NAIL with the cuticle pusher, which she honestly seemed to have done on purpose. I walked in to get a new set of gel nails, but I ended up walking out after she had cut *several* of my fingers, scraped my nails with a DRILL, and caused me to bleed under my nailShe also tried to get me to pay $1 extra for a nail buffer, after *she* was the one who drilled and scraped my nail. I had to refuse 2 or 3 times before she ended up taking it out of the bag and using it on me anywayAbsolutely atrocious(I paid $20 for the $5 service, btw; I am a very courteous guest, and a very generous tipper, so this was in no way my fault)
