I showed them a Pinterest photo and they were able to recreate it happily!! And they did an amazing job!! I’m so happy with how it turned out and they were super friendly when I checked in and was in the chair. Will be coming back for their amazing attitude and high quality service!

The customer service is excellent, their prices are reasonable, and the extra cost of the shellac is very affordable. My friends were delighted and we will be back soon. This place is ok. I’m sure I just got a bad nail tech and I think the other tech felt bad about it. I just really hate paying $80 to be treated like an inconvenience. She rushed and seemed to be irritated the entire service. The work was ok, she was obviously a good nail tech but she was rushing so much that it was a little sloppy. I’m sure that the other techs are nicer but I’m unfortunately not going to be back to find out. I guess because I was dressed a little casual and looked a little haggard she thought I wasn’t going to tip well? I work 80 hrs a week in finance and money is something I don’t lack. I just don’t have the time to look dolled up for a pedicure so I’ll be treated like a valuable patron. I still tipped her well because I used to work in service so I know how it is, but seriously I would have paid twice as much for a better experience.

Ryan at rosy nails is amazing! He did these super cute pink nails, pictures cant even do them Justice. He took creative control and they turned out perfect and way better than anything I could have asked for. Im from Michigan and next time im in tigard I will definitely be back to have my nails done by him.

My normal nail lady was booked, I needed a last minute manicure, and most salons were closing and wouldnt take a walk in. I called Rosy Nails and Tracy was able to take me right away. She stayed half an hour past closing to make sure I got an experience that wasnt rushed and got the nails I wanted.The design is cute, the massage and hospitality were excellent, and the equipment was clean. The nail shape isnt quite what I prefer and I was nicked twice when my cuticles were being cared for. That said, Tracy was particularly gentle and the nicks were not very bad.I would be interested in coming back with my husband for a pedicure, specifically if Tracy was there. This place is close to home, smelled nice, and the prices were fair. I had a shellac manicure, French tip style, with two designed nails, and I had to purchase a new nail kit. My total was $39.

This was my first time at Rosy nails as I usually frequent a different location that is closer to my house. I wanted something done differently to my nails and according to their pictures online, the nail techs at rosy nails could practically deliver any style your heart desired. Scheduling was fairly easy as I called ahead and made my appointment over the phone. I arrived on time and my appointment started right after I signed the consent form. I wasn’t exactly sure on what style I wanted for my nails but my nail tech was amazing! She was patient, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was very careful with all of the nail tools and making sure everything was sanitized. In the end, I was very pleased with not only the customer service but also at how she perfected the vision for my nails. I will definitely be back to this location, as I think I have now found my new nail salon home!

Highly impressed with service here. I was able to get a very last minute appointment for same day which is always a plus! When I arrived I was greeted, and worked on immediately no wait time. They had hilarious animal videos playing which is nice because Im used to nail salons playing the news or a weird show. Ryan was the one who did my nails. He was nice, funny, gentle. He didnt hurt or cut me once! Ive never been able to say that after going to a salon. The nails werent too tight after, the shape was on point, the design I told him to follow was just right, there are no lumps and bulges in my nail. He was even willing to give me a last minute pedicure until I changed my mind because of lack of time. I almost never write reviews but I had to give this place credit where credit is due. Im VERY VERY picky about my nails and who I go to but Im super happy I found my guy. Try them out! 5/5

AMAZING!! Ryan did my nails and Heidi did my pedi! LOVE my nails, Ryan understood what I wanted and even repaired the kind of overthickness left from a previous fill. Made them PERFECT! I went in with my best friend on Sunday she got a full set and I got a pedicure!! FYI hands down best pedicure I have ever gotten we are going back on Friday!! This time she’s getting the pedicure and I’m getting the full set!! I absolutely love this salon. The staff was very nice and friendly. My nail tech Ryan was very talented and professional. Ive had my nails on for a week now and they are all perfect. Will definitely be coming back. My only complaint if any is that the only tv in the business wasnt working right so I was a little bored for an hour and a half.

Such a bad experience. My nails got filed down so much, the nail polish is chipping & I just got them done like 5 minutes ago, the lady made two of my nails bleed, my shape on both hands are different. Not going back...

I really wanted to give them more stars.However, it was really stuffy in the salon, so much so that I could smell the breath of the people around me.Social distancing was not observed.Salon did not seem clean, prices were that of a top notch spa, but this was not a spa.They did not have massage chairs.They did seem friendly and the foot massage part of the pedicure pedicure was ok.But my toes were clipped very crooked (Huge angle on one side, and one big toe really short, the other really long) and the polish was sloppy, not professional looking.I will not go back.

Great experience, my nails have been lasting really well so far. The shaping was great (lots of places tend to skew my nails but here they were perfectly straight) and the whole thing was really pretty! The only issue was I came in with a specific design and wasnt able to get that done, but they didnt mention that before they started doing the deviation from what I wanted on my nails.

First time visiting today. I absolutely loved it. As soon as I walked in I felt so welcomed. Everyone was so kind. I definitely will be back. I believe I have found a permanent home for my nails. They have mimosas also😊 delicious, oh and snacks. Oh yeah and I was given a gift for being a first time customer.

My girlfriend seems to love it very much and I enjoy it here a lot more than other places Ive been. They dont rush what theyre doing and its not too busy. Tracy was very sweet and pleasant to be around; as well all the other employees. Stamp cards are a good little treat as well, definitely a good sentiment.

I opted for a Shellac manicure on my first visit to Rosy and I had such a great experience! Hang did a beautiful job on my short nails. The atmosphere was inviting and the shop was very clean. I noticed nice pedicure chairs that I’ll definitely get back to try out! Thanks a bunch!

First time here and I loved it. They did exactly what I wanted and more. It’s very clean and there’s a lot of good procedures going on due toCovid-19. I love my nails so much. I was smiling as soon as I saw them coming together. The staff is so friendly and I enjoyed my time here. Pictures don’t even do them justice. They look so nice irl. It’s pink acrylic, coffin shape with butterfly decals on the index fingers. 10/10 recommend this place. When you go in ask forRyan!

HORRIBLE service. wouldn’t talk to me and continually ignored what i said. hurt my nails to where they were stinging/bleeding, color was completely off, not to mention how crooked my acrylics were. and even though i set an appointment i spent a total of 1 1/2 hours waiting.. definitely not satisfied. was also told it was $20 total but then when paying was charged $32. i would NOT accept that price since they specifically said “$20”. i set my twenty down, went to look in my purse for more cash and they snatched my money and would not give it back after i asked politely several times. they told me to sit down and would not let me leave. i. hold not tolerate their attitude and lack of respect, i had to walk out. absolutely terrible service, NEVER going back.

Rosy Nails is under new ownership and the owners also work there and take great pride in the work they do!They are always so friendly and nice and do such an excellent job.I have a standing monthly appointment , and they call me a day ahead to remind me, I love that!!I do the happy hour special which is Monday through Friday 10 to 3 and get the deluxe Pedi and Mani with a Mimosa all for $35. Seriously how can you beat that??

I made an appointment online and got a very quick and friendly response through Facebook messenger. I showed up for my appointment and was very warmly welcomed in. I used to get my nails done here a long time ago. I was happy to see the salon has been upgraded, remodeled and is under new ownership. I had never had a pedicure before and havent had my nails done in a long time. I was served a delicious mimosa and sat down with my feet soaking. It was wonderful! Everytime I thought the pedicure was done, it kept going! Several massages! Even a hot stone massage! My toe nails were painted beautifully. I got my nails done and could not be happier. The service was great! Very friendly staff! Also the results are beautiful! I highly reccomend and will be returning myself!

In support of local businesses we try and find local places with reasonable pricing. The last few times we have visited, the experience has gone from bad to worse. After giving this place a few trys, we are looking for another place. Wont be going back. Reason Im writing this review an not my wife is that shes the type of person who would never write anything negative about anyone. I felt obliged to share her/our experience and hopefully this review will help this small business better their customer service. This last experience the lady doing the wax did an incredibly bad job. The way this was handled was even worse, did not take any accountability and even charged for this experience, not a single hint of an apology. We are very disappointed with this last experience and do not plan on returning.

The ladies are very nice and really good. The only complaint I have is the shellac chips off in a couple days. Other than that really nice.

Wont be going back. When you shout ouch during a pedicure thats not the place for me. Also asked for their basic pedi and got charged for a deluxe.

I went to this nail place with my mom for Pedicure and manicure. They did the job done well on what I was expected. They have reasonable prices. They also have many choices from price to products. People were friendly and on time. I was so relax on the pedicure chair with music. I will be back to this place.

Went to get my nails done with my God daughter last sunday and hers came out pretty ok thw lady that did hers was fast and did a pretty good job . The lady that did mine did an awfull job , she started on mine before thw other lady started onmy god daughter and took forever .She put to much acrylic and shaped them badly , my nails looked super thick and lumpy and she did not take the excess acrylic from under my nails , and did nit file them diwn correctly, none of my nails are the same shape or size, and when she did the nail polish i chose it looked horrible it was almost dried out but she kept on using it coat after coat. When I pointed out that I was not satisfied and showed her why she tried fixing them, but only made it worse. She finally said ok I will charge you less , which she did but only gave me a 5 dollar discount...and to make matters worse they now have free refreshments for customers, ther offered them to other ladies that were already there but not to us.Wont be going there again.

Worst place Ive ever been to, no fans, nails were crooked, filed into my skin, shity service, terrible communication, charged me twice on my card, will never return back to this place, the paint job was decent, nails were uneven (some were longer than others, some were thinner than others). Not worh the money I paid.

Really bad service with the new owner. They have bad time management and left a job incomplete because they had appointments come in so they put them first instead of telling me they didnt have time and I left with my nails filed down, which looks very ugly, and this isnt the first time that ive had to wait to get my nails done even when I have an appointment. The service is way worse now then what it was before.

If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you, but the staff is very friendly and they have continued to provide excellent quality nail service time and time again - which is what really counts! The prices are reasonable and they are always accommodating to walk-ins. Worth the visit!

I went there first time and people there were SO rude. So I gave them a second chance and my experience was even worse. The girl who did my nails keep dropping her tools on the floor and reuse them on me without cleaning. On top of that they charge me twice more then other places. I work next door, but I will Never go there again.

My nails were done well, but cut too short even after I said not to cut them too much and to just file.
